Electric fan structure

The present invention provides an improved electric fan structure, in which an electric fan is structured from an air converging vent; a main body and a base. The air converging vent comprises a plurality of guide strips, which are used to concentrate the air at an upper portion of the main body, and the bevel angled guide strips guide the air draft into the main body. The air is made to form a powerful vortex by means of a pass through type wind wheel formed as an integrated body in conjunction with a drive device causing the wind wheel to rotate, after which an induced draft plate covering a periphery of the wind wheel sends the air to an air outlet, where the air is blow out, thereby achieving functionality to realize optimum air volume output, and, at the same time, reduce noise when the electric fan is rotating.

Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

(a) Field of the Invention

The art of the present invention provides an improved electric fan structure, and more particularly provides an electric fan structure with a pass through wind wheel formed as an integrated body that enables the intake and output of air.

(b) Description of the Prior Art

Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, which shows an electric fan A of prior art, in which a wind wheel A1 is a two-stage configuration separated into an upper rotating portion A2 and a lower rotating portion A3, and a circular disc A4 is disposed between the upper rotating portion A2 and the lower rotating portion A3. Accordingly, when the wind wheel A1 is installed within a housing A5, the upper rotating portion A2 is able to produce a large induced draft. However, the air inflow of the lower rotating portion A3 enters from a lower portion, at which time, compression is produced by the upper and lower air, causing turbulence which destroys the cycle structure of the airflow direction, and is thus unable to completely achieve optimum effectiveness of inflow and outflow of air volume. Furthermore, because of the inadequate joint compactness in the disposition of the upper rotating portion A2, the lower rotating portion A3 and the circular disc A4, thus, noise is easily produced when rotating, which, at the same time, reduces quality of life of the user.

Hence, the inventor of the present invention proposes to resolve and surmount existent technical difficulties to eliminate the aforementioned shortcomings of prior art.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

The present invention provides an improved electric fan structure, as depicted in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, wherein an electric fan B is primarily structured to comprise an air converging vent C, a main body D and a base E. The air converging vent C comprises a plurality of guide strips C1, and the main body D extends from the air converging vent C, in addition, the base E extends from another side of the main body D. Moreover, an air outlet D1 and a control interface D2 are located at one side of the main body D, and a heat dissipation vent D3 is located at another side. A circuit board D4 is connected to the control interface D2, and the circuit board D4 is further electrically connected to a drive device D5. The drive device D5 is further electrically connected to a wind wheel disc D6, from which extends a pass through wind wheel D7 formed as an integrated body, and an induced draft plate D8 covers an outer periphery of the wind wheel D7. Disposition of the wind wheel D7 enables reducing the difference in air volume input and air volume output while simultaneously reducing noise when the wind wheel D7 is rotating.

Referring to FIG. 4, FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, which show an embodiment of the improved electric fan structure as provided by the present invention, wherein air is made to enter through the air converging vent C by the electric fan B, and the plurality of guide strips C1 of the air converging vent C guide the inflow of air into the main body D (see FIG. 3). The wind wheel disc D6 located at the bottom portion of the wind wheel D7 disposed within the main body D is electrically connected to the drive device D5, and the drive device D5 is further connected to the circuit board D4, in addition, the circuit board D4 is further electrically connected to the control interface D2, thereby enabling a user to control output of air volume using the control interface D2. The air sucked and guided into the main body D by the air converging vent C forms a powerful vortex through rotation of the wind wheel D7, and the induced draft plate D8 covering the outer periphery of the wind wheel D7 is used to blow the air out the air outlet D1. The main body D is configured with the heat dissipation vent D3 corresponding to position of the drive device D5, thereby enabling effectively eliminating heat energy produced by the drive device D5. Moreover, the pass through wind wheel D7 formed as an integrated body enables reducing the difference in air volume input and air volume output while simultaneously reducing noise when the wind wheel D7 is rotating.

Referring to FIG. 7 and FIG. 8, wherein the base E is further configured with light emitting devices E1, use of which enables providing illumination effectiveness, and at the same time lamp brightness to can be adjusted to provide effectiveness to serve as a night light, thereby increasing aestheticism and uniqueness of the electric fan B. Moreover, the electric fan B can be further installed on a vehicle F, and, at the same time, aromatic compounds can be placed within the electric fan B, thereby increasing multivariate use of the electric fan B.
