Frame assembly device
A frame assembly device includes a plurality of supporting tubes, a plurality of annular grooves, a plurality of inner liners, at least one the frame assembly, and at least one board. The external circle ring of the inner liner is formed as a tapered shape. A cambered convex portion is installed in a specific position of the internal circle ring of the inner liner. Besides, the inner liner is sheathed on the external circle ring of the supporting tube so that the cambered convex portion is positioned in the annular groove. The frame assembly has a plurality of connecting units and hollow connecting tubes. The relative sides of the external circle ring of the board have respectively a cambered concave portion. Besides, the boards are installed in the frame assemblies so that each cambered concave portion is capable of covering on the external circle ring of each hollow connecting tube.
The present invention relates to a frame assembly device, in particular a frame assembly is capable of DIY easily by a user. The frame assembly device has a better structural stability after being assembled.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIOR ARTThere are quite a lot of prior arts of frames assembly about cabinets. An assembly way of one of the prior arts is by opening a groove on the bottom board of the cabinet and establishing a hole on the lateral side of the other board. Then the two boards are screwed each other vertically by screws.
Although the prior art of assembly way has some advantages, such as a simple structure and convenient assembly, there are still several problems. For example, after the boards being screwed, the groove on the bottom serves as a fixed position and directional function, so the user must spend tremendous energy for screwing the screw into the groove. In addition, during the process of screwing, the screwing force is imposed on the board unevenly so as to cause the screw to lean away. Thereby, the assembly cabinet is not so stable and causes to be unsafe. It is necessary to overcome the deficits of the prior art.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONThe primary object of the present invention is to provide a frame assembly device with a main advantage of a convenient assembly and disassembly as well as suitable for DIY (e.g. doing it yourself) for a user.
The secondary object of the present invention is to provide a frame assembly device with a better tightness of each component thereof. Each component of the frame assembly device is not easy to separate each other causing by external forces so that the frame assembly device has a better stability.
The third object of the present invention is to provide a frame assembly that each component is separated before assembly thereof. Thereby, the present invention will not be occupied storage space.
In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be provided in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.
Referring to
Each supporting tube 10 is shaped as a hollow node tube. Each external circle ring of the supporting tube 10 has a plurality of interval parallel annular grooves 11 (referring to
Each inner liner 20 is assembled by a cambered first sheet 21 and a relative second sheet 22 so that an external circle ring of the inner liner 20 is formed as a tapered shape. A cambered convex portion 211 is installed in a specific position of the cambered first sheet 21. Besides; a notch 222 is installed at the second sheet 22 relative to a rib 212 of the cambered first sheet 21. The cambered first sheet 21 and the second sheet 22 serves to wrap up an external circle ring of the supporting tube 10. Thereby, the cambered convex portion 211 of the cambered first sheet 21 and the second sheet 22 is embedded and buckled to the notch 222 of the second sheet 22 (referring to
The frame assembly 30 has a plurality of connecting units 31 and a plurality of hollow connecting tube 32 (referring to
A penetrating hole 311 is in the connecting units 31 formed as a tapered shape. Besides, the external circle ring of the connecting unit 31 is connected to various hollow connecting tube 32 (referring to
The board 40 is made of metal, wood or plastic. Besides, each edge of the board 40 has a cambered concave portion 41. In this embodiment, each cambered concave portion 41 is shaped as an internal concave. The boards 40 are installed at the inner side of the frame assemblies 30. Thereby, each cambered concave portion 41 of each board 40 is capable of wrapping respectively the external circle ring of each hollow connecting tube 32 (referring to
Referring to
After the assembly of frame assemblies 30, an external circle ring of each connecting units 31 is capable of connecting directly to each hollow connecting tube 32 (referring to
After that, the penetrating hole 311 of the connecting units 31 of the frame assemblies 30 is sheathed on the inner liner 20 of the external circle ring of each supporting tube 10. Thereby, a inner liner 20 with a bottom larger of a tapered shape is capable of passing through the penetrating hole 311 with a upper larger of a tapered shape of the connecting units 31 so that the frame assemblies 30 is in a stable and tight state.
Finally, boards 40 are capable of installing in the frame assemblies 30. The cambered concave portion 41 of each board 40 is covered on the external circle ring of each hollow connecting tube 32 (referring to
According to the above-mentioned assembly way, two layers of the frame assemblies are capable of being installed if necessary so as to form a frame structure. A plurality of boards 40 are capable of being installed directly on the lateral sides of the frame assemblies 30 to be lateral boards thereof (referring to
In addition, the present invention is convenient to be assembled and disassembled so that it is suitable for a user to DIY. The components of the present invention are not occupied mush storage space so as to have an advantage of practicality.
The present invention is thus described, and it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
