PAIR OF TROUSERS STRETCHABLE AROUND A WAIST

Abstract

In a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist, to be able to prevent from getting wrinkles and the like on upper parts of a front body and a back body with certainty and improve an appearance so as to make a tuck and an opening end of a storing part unnoticeable and yet, to be able to enhance its productivity. In a pair of suit trousers 1, by following attachment of a tuck 5 to each of upper ends of side lines LS and RS, a primary elastic material being joined between an elongating part 3B and a storing part 3A becomes elastic, thereby being elastic around the waist. With this movement, tucks 5 are opened and closed, therefore, it can prevent from getting wrinkles and the like on upper parts of a front body 4 and a back body 9. Also, tucks 5 are attached along side lines LS and RS, thereby being united with side lines LS and RS with tucks 5 closed. Even if tucks 5 are opened, tucks 5 are extensions of side lines LS and RS, thereby being unnoticeable. Moreover, an opening end 3Ab of the storing part is attached along each of side lines LS and RS, thereby being recognized as a line which is an extension of each of side lines LS and RS and furthermore, belt loops 7 are attached thereto, thereby improving the appearance so as not to be noticeable.

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

This invention relates to a garment having a waist part which comprises an overlapped portion in a belt part. More specifically, this invention relates to a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist, which is improved an appearance of a pair of trousers making a waist size stretchable such as trousers including a pair of suit trousers and a pair of cotton trousers, a skirt, culottes and the like, which may be hereafter referred to as “a pair of trousers”.

2. Description of the Related Art

Generally, a size of a belt part of ready-made trousers such as a pair of trousers and the like is set at prescribed intervals, for example, as 69 cm, 72 cm and 75 cm. Purchasers choose one closest to own belt size to buy and adjust it to own belt size or set it right with a leather belt and the like to wear. However, there is a problem that a modification is required in case of adjusting the belt size, thereby taking time and cost. And in case of setting the belt size right with the leather belt and the like, there is another problem that it brings on wrinkles on the belt part of the pair of trousers and the like, which is not preferred as a design and moreover, a comfort when wearing is also inferior.

Consequently, it is known the technical advantages of the inventions disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 2578079 and Japanese Patent Publication No. 2518804 according to an invention of this inventor as assuming these problems are solved. That is, an elastic material such as a rubber and the like is placed in a part of a lateral side and a front side of the belt part of the pair of trousers and the like so as to make the belt size stretchable with this elastic material. Moreover, this inventor improved these patented inventions and invented a stretchable structure on a waist size of a garment which is capable of a smooth stretch while improving its appearance even when widening a gap which is formed for expansion and contraction. This inventor applied for a patent on this invention and obtains the patent that is described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 3964595.

According to an invention described in the Japanese Patent Publication No. 3964595, with an elastic force of a primary elastic material, an elongating part which is inserted into a storing part contacts only with a storing part lining, thereby lowering its contact resistance and being capable of a smooth movement of the storing part and the elongating part. Besides, the storing part lining is attached inside of the storing part seen from upper and rear sides of the storing part, therefore, it never tarnishes its product image by an interlining of the waist part comes in sight and the like.

However, in the technique described in the Japanese Patent Publication No. 3964595, more than a pair of tuck is attached so as not to get wrinkles on a front body by following the movement of the elongating part and the storing part. A turnoff portion of the tuck can be seen from an outside, therefore, there is a problem that it is obvious that the tuck is opened and closed as the waist size of the garment including the pair of trousers becomes elastic, which spoils a beauty.

As a result, an object of this invention is to provide a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist that can certainly prevent from getting wrinkles and the like on upper parts of a front body and a back body of the pair of trousers and yet improve an appearance so as to make a tuck and an opening end of a storing part unnoticeable while making it possible to enhance its productivity.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

According to a first aspect of the invention, there is provided a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist comprising an overlapped portion of a belt part having an interlining, an elongating part attached to one side of the belt part of the overlapped portion and formed at the belt part mentioned above so that one end elongates, a storing part which is formed at the other side of the belt part of the overlapped portion mentioned above and capable of inserting the elongating part mentioned above so as to cover it from a design side and a primary elastic material that both ends are joined between the elongating part mentioned above and the storing part mentioned above while making an apparent length of the belt part stretchable. Besides, a tuck is attached along each of side lines of both sides to each of upper ends of side lines of both sides mentioned above and yet, the overlapped portion of the belt part mentioned above is attached near the tucks mentioned above each and an opening end of the storing part mentioned above is attached along each of side lines of both sides mentioned above.

According to a second aspect of the invention, there is provided a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist comprising an overlapped portion of a belt part having an interlining, an elongating part attached to one side of the belt part of the overlapped portion and formed at the belt part mentioned above so that one end elongates, a storing part which is formed at the other side of the belt part of the overlapped portion mentioned above and capable of inserting the elongating part mentioned above so as to cover it from a design side and a primary elastic material that both ends are joined between the elongating part mentioned above and the storing part mentioned above while making an apparent length of the belt part stretchable. Besides, a tuck is attached along each of side lines of both sides to each of rear sides of neighborhood upper ends of side lines of both sides mentioned above and yet, the overlapped portion of the belt part mentioned above is attached near the tucks mentioned above each and an opening end of the storing part mentioned above is attached along each of side lines of both sides mentioned above.

According to a third aspect of the invention, in one of compositions of claim 1 and claim 2, there is provided a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist that a pocket is attached close to or along each of side lines of both sides mentioned above.

Here, the “pocket” can be applied to any kind of pockets having variously-shaped outer edges including a waist pocket having a straight-line outer edge, an L pocket having a nearly L-shaped outer edge, an S pocket having a nearly S-shaped outer edge as one of its deformation and the like. In addition, the “pocket” is required to attach to both sides, however, it is not a necessary requirement that pockets in both sides are symmetric and different-shaped pockets in right and left sides can be applied.

According to a forth aspect of the invention, in composition of claim 3, there is provided a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist that pockets mentioned above are waist pockets having linearly-elongated outer edges from front center directions of neighborhood side lines of both sides mentioned above of the belt part mentioned above toward side lines of both sides mentioned above, respectively.

According to a fifth aspect of the invention, in composition of claim 3, there is provided a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist that pockets mentioned above are L pockets having nearly L-shaped outer edges, respectively.

According to a sixth aspect of the invention, in composition of claim 3, there is provided a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist that pockets mentioned above are mid-waist pockets having pocket openings on side lines mentioned above under the tucks mentioned above respectively or pockets having pocket openings nearer front centers of neighborhood side lines mentioned above respectively.

According to a seventh aspect of the invention, in one of compositions of claim 1 to claim 6, there is provided a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist that belt loops are attached along opening ends of the storing part mentioned above in the belt part mentioned above.

According to an eighth aspect of the invention, in one of compositions of claim 1 to claim 7, there is provided a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist that an interlining is attached to a rear side of a crease or close to the rear side of the crease in each of upper ends of side lines mentioned above. Here, the interlining can be attached to the rear side of the crease or close to the rear side of the crease in each of upper ends of side lines with an adhesive or can be attached by pressing with an iron and the like using an adhesive padding as an interlining.

According to the first aspect of the invention, there is provided a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist comprising the overlapped portion of the belt part having the interlining, the elongating part attached to one side of the belt part of the overlapped portion and formed at the belt part so that one end elongates, the storing part which is formed at the other side of the belt part of the overlapped portion and capable of inserting the elongating part so as to cover it from the design side and the primary elastic material that both ends are joined between the elongating part and the storing part while making the apparent length of the belt part stretchable. Besides, the tuck is attached along each of side lines of both sides to each of upper ends of side lines of both sides. And yet, the overlapped portion of the belt part is attached near the tucks each and the opening end of the storing part is attached along each of side lines of both sides.

As described above, by following attachment of the tucks to upper ends of side lines of both sides, the primary elastic material that both sides are joined between the elongating part and the storing part becomes elastic, thereby being elastic around the waist. With this movement, the tucks are opened and closed, therefore, it can prevent from getting wrinkles and the like on upper parts of the front body and the back body of the pair of trousers which are sewn on the belt part. And the tucks are attached along side lines which are formed by joining the front body and the back body of the pair of trousers, thereby being united with side lines with the tucks closed. Even if the tucks are opened, the tucks are extensions of side lines respectively, thereby making it possible to improve the appearance so as not to be noticeable.

Moreover, the overlapped portion of the belt part is attached near the tucks each and the opening end of the storing part is attached along each of side lines of both sides, therefore, the opening end of the storing part is also recognized as a line which is an extension of each of side lines while making it possible to improve the appearance so as to make the opening ends of the storing part unnoticeable. Besides, side lines, tucks and opening ends of the storing part are all concentrated within a narrow range, therefore, sewing of the pair of trousers can be concentrated within the narrow range and moreover, the number of sewing can be reduced, thereby making it possible to provide a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist, which is highly productive.

Thus, there is provided a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist that can certainly prevent from getting wrinkles and the like on upper parts of the front body and the back body of the pair of trousers and improve the appearance so as to make tucks and opening ends of the storing part unnoticeable while making it possible to enhance its productivity.

According to the second aspect of the invention, there is provided a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist comprising the overlapped portion of the belt part having the interlining, the elongating part attached to one side of the belt part of the overlapped portion and formed at the belt part so that one end elongates, the storing part which is formed at the other side of the belt part of the overlapped portion and capable of inserting the elongating part so as to cover it from the design side and the primary elastic material that both ends are joined between the elongating part and the storing part while making the apparent length of the belt part stretchable. Besides, the tuck is attached along each of side lines of both sides to each of rear sides of neighborhood upper ends of side lines of both sides and yet, the overlapped portion of the belt part is attached near the tucks each and the opening end of the storing part is attached along each of side lines of both sides.

As described above, by following attachment of the tucks to rear sides of neighborhood upper ends of side lines of both sides, the primary elastic material that both sides are joined between the elongating part and the storing part becomes elastic, thereby being elastic around the waist. With this movement, the tucks are opened and closed, therefore, it can prevent from getting wrinkles and the like on upper parts of the front body and the back body of the pair of trousers which are sewn on the belt part. And the tucks are attached to rear sides of neighborhood side lines of the pair of trousers, therefore, turnoff lines of the tucks can not be seen from the outside and it can improve the appearance so as not to be noticeable even if the tucks are opened and closed.

Moreover, the overlapped portion of the belt part is attached near the tucks each and the opening end of the storing part is attached along each of side lines of both sides, therefore, the opening end of the storing part is also recognized as a line which is an extension of each of side lines and it can improve the appearance so as to make opening ends of the storing part unnoticeable. Besides, side lines, tucks and opening ends of the storing part are all concentrated within the narrow range, therefore, sewing of the pair of trousers can be concentrated within the narrow range and the number of sewing can be reduced, thereby making it possible to provide a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist, which is highly productive.

Thus, there is provided a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist that can certainly prevent from getting wrinkles and the like on upper parts of the front body and the back body of the pair of trousers and improve the appearance so as to make tucks and opening ends unnoticeable while making it possible to enhance its productivity.

According to the third aspect of the invention, there is provided a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist that the pocket is attached close to or along each of side lines of both sides. Here, the “pocket” can be applied to any kind of pockets having variously-shaped outer edges including the waist pocket having the straight-line outer edge, the L pocket having the nearly L-shaped outer edge, the S pocket having the nearly S-shaped outer edge as one of its deformation and the like. In addition, the “pocket” is required to attach to both sides, however, it is not a necessary requirement that pockets in both sides are symmetric and different-shaped pockets in right and left sides can be applied.

As described above, by attachment of the pockets, in addition to advantages recited in one of claims 1 and 2, it can obtain an advantageous effect that a space to put a small object in both sides can be secured, thereby making it possible to provide a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist, which is easier to use. And moreover, by attachment of the pockets to neighborhood side lines of both sides, the tucks being united with side lines each is recognized as a line of each of back ends of the pockets, thereby making it further unnoticeable.

Thus, there is provided a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist that is easier to use and certainly enables to prevent from getting wrinkles and the like on upper parts of the front body and the back body of the pair of trousers and yet improve the appearance so as to make tucks and opening ends of the storing part unnoticeable while making it possible to enhance its productivity.

According to the forth aspect of the invention, there is provided a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist that the pockets are waist pockets having linearly-elongated outer edges from front center directions of neighborhood side lines of both sides of the belt part toward side lines of both sides, respectively.

Accordingly, in addition to advantages recited in claim 3, it can obtain an advantageous effect that it enables to improve the appearance in a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist with waist pockets that match not only formal trousers such as a pair of suit trousers and the like but also casual trousers such as a pair of jeans, a pair of cotton trousers and the like.

Thus, there is provided a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist that can certainly prevent from getting wrinkles and the like on upper parts of the front body and the back body of the pair of trousers and improve the appearance so as to make tucks and opening ends unnoticeable while making it possible to enhance its productivity.

According to the fifth aspect of the invention, there is provided a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist that the pockets are L pockets having nearly L-shaped outer edges, respectively.

Accordingly, in addition to the advantages recited in claim 3, it can obtain an advantageous effect that it enables to improve the appearance in a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist with L pockets that particular match casual trousers such as a pair of jeans, a pair of cotton trousers and the like and yet, which are suitable as a pocket for use in a pair of ladies' trousers also.

Thus, there is provided a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist that can certainly prevent from getting wrinkles and the like on upper parts of the front body and the back body of the pair of trousers and improve the appearance so as to make tucks and opening ends unnoticeable while making it possible to enhance its productivity.

According to the sixth aspect of the invention, there is provided a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist that the pockets are mid-waist pockets having pocket openings on side lines under tucks respectively or pockets having pocket openings nearer front centers of neighborhood side lines respectively.

These pockets are particularly suitable as a pocket for use in a pair of ladies' trousers because it does not get wrinkles and the like on pocket openings even if a lady who has a great pelvis wears it. Accordingly, in addition to the advantages recited in claim 3, it can obtain an advantageous effect that it enable to provide a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist that is particularly suitable for use in a pair of ladies' trousers.

Thus, there is provided a pair of trousers stretchable that is particularly suitable for use in a pair of ladies' trousers and certainly enables to prevent from getting wrinkles and the like on upper parts of the front body and the back body of a pair of trousers and moreover improve the appearance so as to make tucks and opening ends unnoticeable while making it possible to enhance its productivity.

According to the seventh aspect of the invention, there is provided a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist that belt loops are attached along opening ends of the storing part in the belt part.

Accordingly, in addition to the advantages recited in claims 1 to 6, it can obtain an advantageous effect that it enables to greatly improve the appearance because opening ends of the storing part, which are unnoticeable by being attached along side lines of both sides, are covered further with belt loops, thereby becoming harder to see it from the outside.

Thus, there is provided a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist that can certainly prevent from getting wrinkles and the like on upper parts of the front body and the back body of the pair of trousers and improve the appearance so as to make tucks and opening ends unnoticeable while making it possible to enhance its productivity.

According to the eighth aspect of the invention, there is provided a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist that the interlining is attached to the rear side of the crease or close to the rear side of the crease in each of upper ends of side line. Here, the interlining can be attached to the rear side of the crease or close to the crease in each of upper ends of side lines with an adhesive or can be attached by pressing with an iron and the like using the adhesive padding as an interlining.

Accordingly, in addition to the advantages recited in claims 1 to 7, it can obtain an advantageous effect that it enables to prevent creases in upper ends of side lines, which are easy to widen when tucks are opened in wearing, from widening by attaching the interlining to each of rear sides of creases or close to each of rear sides of creases so as to make creases open easily and moreover, it can certainly prevent the appearance from impairing by widening creases when tucks are opened.

Thus, there is provided a pair of trousers stretchable that can certainly prevent from getting wrinkles and the like on upper parts of the front body and the back body of the pair of trousers and improve the appearance so as to make tucks and opening ends unnoticeable while making it possible to enhance its productivity.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Pairs of trousers stretchable around a waist according to several embodiments of the invention are hereunder described referring to the attached drawings. In addition, same signs and same reference letters in each of the several embodiments of the invention mean the same or equivalent function parts and the same signs and the same reference letters of the mutual embodiment are common function parts to those embodiments, therefore the overlapped detailed explanation is to be omitted here.

First Embodiment

First, a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to a first embodiment of the invention is described referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 4.

FIG. 1a is a front view showing a whole structure of a pair of suit trousers as a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to a first embodiment of the invention. FIG. 1b is a partially enlarged drawing that a part close to an overlapped portion of a belt part is enlarged to show. FIG. 1c is a partially enlarged drawing showing a condition that it elongates around the waist. FIG. 2 is a part development view showing a structure in process of sewing a principal part of the pair of trousers stretchable around the waist according to the first embodiment of the invention seen from an upper side. FIG. 3a, 3b, 3c and 3d are part development views, respectively, showing an interlining is attached to a rear side of a crease of a tuck or close to the rear side of the crease of the tuck. FIGS. 4a, 4b and 4c are part development views showing structures in process of sewing a rear side of the principal part of the pair of trousers stretchable around the waist according to the first embodiment of the invention.

As shown in FIG. 1a, a pair of suit trousers 1 as a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to the first embodiment of the invention has waist pockets 2 of one pair of right and left near side lines LS and RS of a front body 4. A tuck 5 is attached to each of upper ends of side lines LS and RS which are located at back ends of the waist pockets 2. Near the tucks 5, this pair of suit trousers 1 according to the first embodiment of the invention has a structure that is stretchable around the waist, which makes an apparent length of a belt part 3 stretchable.

More specifically, in the belt part 3, an overlapped portion made by a storing part 3A and an elongating part 3B which is inserted into the storing part 3A is formed near each of upper ends of side lines LS and RS of the front body 4. An end of the elongating part 3B and the storing part 3A are joined in the storing part 3A with an elastic tape as a primary elastic material, thereby making the apparent length of the belt part 3 stretchable. And in accordance with stretching of the belt part 3, tucks 5 which are attached to upper ends of side lines LS and RS are opened and closed.

Hereby, in case a pull force is not applied to the belt part 3, as shown in FIG. 1b, tucks 5 are closed and correspond with side lines LS and RS. And also, side lines LS and RS correspond with opening ends of the storing part 3A which is attached to the belt part 3. In case the pull force is applied to the belt part 3 so as to elongate around the waist, as shown in FIG. 1c, tucks 5 are opened and extended lines of side lines LS and RS correspond with opening ends of the storing part 3A which is attached to the belt part 3.

Moreover, as shown in FIG. 1b, belt loops 7 are attached to the belt part 3 so as to cover opening ends of the storing part 3A which is attached to the belt part 3. In addition, a filler cloth 6 made of a common wool fabric with the front body 4 is sewn on a portion where is visible from an outside of a sackcloth for waist pockets 2 of one pair of right and left so that the sackcloth for waist pockets 2 is not visible from an upper side.

Furthermore, as shown in FIGS. 1b and 1c, belt cloth stitches 3a and 3b are given to upper and lower ends of the storing part 3A and the elongating part 3B. It is general to give such belt cloth stitches 3a and 3b in casual trousers including a pair of jeans and a pair of cotton trousers. However, there is a possibility that any belt cloth stitch is not given in formal trousers such as the pair of suit trousers 1 and the like according to the first embodiment of the invention. In FIG. 2 to FIG. 4, FIG. 6 and FIG. 7 described hereinafter, in order to make the drawings easy to see, illustrations of the belt cloth stitches are to be omitted here.

Next, a method of forming the tuck 5 in the pair of suit trousers 1 according to the first embodiment of the invention is described referring to FIG. 2. FIG. 2 is a drawing that a part close to the left waist pocket is enlarged to show.

As shown in FIG. 2, the left side line LS is formed by joining the front body 4 and a back body 9, however, an upper end of the front body 4 forms an outer edge 2A of the waist pocket 2 apart from the side line LS and then a pocket sackcloth 8 for the waist pocket 2 is sewn on a rear side of the upper end of the front body 4. Also, an end of the pocket sackcloth 8 with the filler cloth 6 sewn on is joined on the back body 9 so as to form the upper part of the left side line LS. And moreover, the tuck 5 is formed by folding down upper ends of the pocket sackcloth 8 and the filler cloth 6.

Here, as shown in FIG. 3, interlinings 14, 14A, 14B and 14C are attached to a rear side of a crease 5a or close to the rear side of the crease 5a of the tuck 5 in advance respectively, before folding down the crease 5a. Hereby, it can prevent the crease 5a of the tuck 5, which is easy to widen when wearing, from widening by making the crease 5a easy to open and it can certainly prevent the appearance from impairing when the tuck 5 is opened. Particularly, as shown in FIG. 3d, it is more effective to attach the interlining 14C to the neighborhood apart from the crease 5a which is located on the rear side of the crease 5a of the tuck 5.

As shown in FIG. 2, a belt cloth 3Aa which comprises the storing part 3A and a belt cloth 3Ba which comprises the elongating part 3B are sewn on upper parts of the front body 4 and the back body 9 so that an opening end 3Ab of the storing part are located on an extension of the side line LS. In addition, the belt cloth 3Aa which comprises the storing part 3A is a common wool fabric with the front body 4 and the back body 9 of the pair of suit trousers 1. The belt cloth 3Ba which comprises the elongating part 3B is also the common wool fabric with the front body 4 and the back body 9 of the pair of suit trousers 1.

Thus, the tuck 5 is formed along the left side line LS and similarly, another tuck 5 is also formed near the right waist pocket 2 along the right side line RS. As described above, in the pair of suit trousers 1 according to the first embodiment of the invention, principal parts are concentrated close to right and left side lines LS and RS, therefore, the number of sewing is reduced and production efficiency is enhanced.

Next, the structure that is stretchable around the waist is described referring to FIG. 4. FIG. 4 is a drawing showing a neighborhood of the left waist pocket 2 seen from the rear side of the pair of suit trousers 1. As shown in FIG. 4a, a soft core SC and a hard core HC as an interlining are attached inside of the storing part 3A and the elongating part 3B by pressing with an iron and then, a wide elastic tape 10 as a primary elastic material is sewn between the storing part 3A and the elongating part 3B.

Here, as shown in FIGS. 4a and 4b, both sides of the end 3Ab of the storing part 3A are nearly perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the belt part 3. Also, in order to enhance a slide of the elongating part 3B, an adhesive cloth 13 made of polyester cloth as a cloth which is not elasticized is attached to an inner side near an opening portion of the belt cloth 3Aa which comprises the storing part 3A by pressing with an iron from above the soft core SC and the hard core HC.

The end of the elongating part 3B and the inner side of the storing part 3A are joined in the storing part 3A with the wide elastic tape 10 as a primary elastic material. And moreover, a belt-like stretch stopper 11 made of a cloth which is not elasticized is sewn on the elastic tape 10, therefore, even if the pull force is applied to the elastic tape 10, it can stretch only up to a length that the stretch stopper 11 is folded up.

More specifically, a maximum stretch length of the elastic tape 10 is defined by the stretch stopper 11, thereby preventing the elastic tape 10 from excessively stretching and giving the elastic rape 10 a longer life. An action of the stretch stopper 11 on the elastic tape 10 is exactly equal to each of the embodiments hereinafter also and the stretch length around the waist in each of the embodiments is determined by the length that the stretch stopper 11 is folded up. In addition, in the pair of suit trousers 1 according to the first embodiment of the invention, it takes about 2 cm for the length that the stretch stopper 11 is folded up and thus the stretch length around the waist is about 2 cm.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 4c, the upper end of the pocket sackcloth 8 for the waist pocket 2 and the lower end of the elongating part 3B are joined with a thin elastic tape 12 as an ancillary elastic material, thereby acting as a barrier for impairing the appearance by a loss of shape in the pocket sackcloth 8 for the waist pocket 2 and the like when the elongating part 3B moves with the structure that is stretchable around the waist.

It makes a loop with the storing part 3A having such a structure so as to close it at the lower end and as shown in FIG. 4c, a side of the back body 9 of the pair of suit trousers 1 is sewn on the lower end of the storing part 3A and the elongating part 3B is closed, while a side of the front body 4 of the pair of suit trousers 1 which forms the outer edge 2A of the waist pocket 2 is sewn on the lower end of the elongating part 3B so as to complete sewing of the pair of suit trousers 1 according to the first embodiment of the invention.

More specifically, in the pair of suit trousers 1 according to the first embodiment of the invention, tucks 5 are attached along side lines LS and RS of both sides to upper ends of side lines LS and RS of both sides and pockets 2 are attached from side lines LS and RS of both sides toward front center FC directions, respectively. And moreover, the overlapped portion of the belt part 3 is attached near the tucks 5 each and opening ends 3Ab of the storing part are attached along side lines LS and RS of both sides. The pockets 2 are waist pockets 2 that outer edges 2A are linearly-stretched from front center FC directions of neighborhood side lines LS and RS of both sides of the belt part 3 toward side lines LS and RS of both sides, respectively.

Furthermore, in the belt part 3, belt loops 7 are attached along opening ends 3Ab of the storing part and also, interlinings 14, 14A, 14B and 14C are attached to the rear side of the crease 5a or close to the rear side of the crease 5a in the tuck 5, respectively. Accordingly, the pair of suit trousers 1 according to the first embodiment of the invention corresponds with the pair of trousers stretchable around the waist according to an invention of claim 1, claim 3, claim 4, claim 7 and claim 8.

Thus, in the pair of suit trousers 1 according to the first embodiment of the invention, by following attachment of the tucks 5 to upper ends of side lines of both sides, the primary elastic material 10 that both sides are joined between the elongating part 3B and the storing part 3A becomes elastic, thereby being elastic around the waist. With this movement, the tucks 5 are opened and closed, therefore, it can prevent from getting wrinkles and the like on upper parts of the front body 4 and the back body 9 which are sewn on the belt part 3. And the tucks 5 are attached along side lines LS and RS which are formed by joining the front body 4 and the back body 9, thereby being united with side lines LS and RS with the tucks 5 closed. Even if the tucks 5 are opened, the tucks 5 are extensions of side lines LS and RS, thereby making it possible to improve the appearance so as not to be noticeable.

Besides, waist pockets 2 are also attached from side lines LS and RS toward front center FC directions, respectively. Therefore, tucks 5 which are united with side lines LS and RS each is recognized as a line of each of back ends of waist pockets 2, thereby being unnoticeable. Moreover, the overlapped portion of the belt part 3 is attached near the tucks 5 each and the opening end 3Ab of the storing part is attached along each of side lines LS and RS of both sides, therefore, the opening end 3Ab of the storing part is also recognized as a line which is an extension of each of side lines LS and RS. Furthermore, belt loops 7 are attached along the opening ends 3Ab of the storing part, thereby making it possible to improve the appearance so as not to be noticeable.

Additionally, side lines LS and RS, tucks 5 and opening ends 3Ab of the storing part are all concentrated within a narrow range, therefore, sewing of the pair of suit trousers 1 can be concentrated within the narrow range and the number of sewing is reduced, thereby making it possible to provide a pair of trousers stretchable, which is highly productive. And also, it can prevent the crease 5a of the tuck 5, which is easy to widen when wearing, from widening by attaching interlinings 14, 14A, 14B and 14C to the rear side of the crease 5a or close to the rear side of the crease 5a respectively so as to make the crease 5a open easily and moreover, it can certainly prevent the appearance from impairing when the tuck 5 is opened.

Thus, in the pair of suit trousers 1 as a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to the first embodiment of the invention, it can obtain a working-effect that it certainly enables to prevent from getting wrinkles and the like on upper parts of the front body 4 and the back body 9 and improve the appearance so as to make tucks 5 and opening ends 3Ab of the storing part unnoticeable while making it possible to enhance its productivity.

Second Embodiment

Next, a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to a second embodiment of the invention is described referring to FIG. 5 to FIG. 7. In addition, the pair of trousers stretchable around the waist according to the second embodiment has a similar structure as the pair of trousers stretchable around the waist according to the first embodiment mentioned above except for some parts, therefore, same reference letters are applied to the same parts and the detailed explanation is to be omitted here.

FIG. 5a is a front view showing a whole structure of a pair of suit trousers according to a second embodiment of the invention. FIG. 5b is a partially enlarged drawing that a part close to an overlapped portion of a belt part is enlarged to show. FIG. 5c is a partially enlarged drawing showing a condition that it elongates around the waist. FIG. 6a is a part development view showing a structure in process of sewing a principal part of the pair of trousers stretchable around the waist according to the second embodiment of the invention seen from an upper side. FIGS. 6b and 6c are part development views, respectively, showing an interlining is attached to a rear side of a crease of a tuck or close to the rear side of the crease of the tuck. FIGS. 7a, 7b and 7c are part development views showing structures in process of sewing a rear side of the principal part of the pair of trousers stretchable around the waist according to the second embodiment of the invention.

As shown in FIG. 5a, a pair of suit trousers 16 as a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to the second embodiment of the invention has waist pockets 2 of one pair of right and left near side lines LS and RS of a front body 4. A tuck 17 is attached to each of rear sides near upper ends of side lines LS and RS which are located on back ends of the waist pockets 2. Near the tucks 17, this pair of suit trousers 16 according to the second embodiment has a structure that is stretchable around the waist, which makes an apparent length of a belt part 3 stretchable.

More specifically, in the belt part 3, an overlapped portion made by a storing part 3A and an elongating part 3B which is inserted into the storing part 3A is formed near each of upper parts of side lines LS and RS of the front body 4. An end of the elongating part 3B and the storing part 3A are joined in the storing part 3A with an elastic tape as a primary elastic material, thereby making the apparent length of the belt part 3 stretchable. And in accordance with stretching of the belt part 3, tucks 17 which are attached to rear sides of upper ends of side lines LS and RS are opened and closed.

Hereby, in case a pull force is not applied to the belt part 3, as shown in FIG. 5b, tucks 17 are closed and correspond with side lines LS and RS. Also, side lines LS and RS correspond with opening ends of the storing part 3A which is attached to the belt part 3. In case the pull force is applied to the belt part 3 so as to elongate around the waist, as shown in FIG. 5c, tucks 17 are opened and extended lines of side lines LS and RS correspond with opening ends of the storing part 3A which is attached to the belt part 3.

Other structures are the same as the pair of suit trousers 1 as a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to the first embodiment mentioned above. That is, as shown in FIG. 5b, belt loops 7 are attached to the belt part 3 so as to cover opening ends of the storing part 3A which is attached to the belt part 3. A filler cloth 6 made of a common wool fabric with the front body 4 is sewn on a portion where is visible from an outside of the sackcloth for waist pockets 2 of one pair of right and left so that the sackcloth for waist pockets 2 is not visible from an upper side.

Next, a process of forming the tuck 17 in the pair of suit trousers 16 according to the second embodiment of the invention is described referring to FIG. 6. FIG. 6 is a drawing that a part close to the left waist pocket is enlarged to show.

As shown in FIG. 6a, the left side line LS is formed by joining the front body 4 and a back body 9, however, here an upper end of the front body 4 forms an outer edge 2A of the waist pocket 2 apart from the left side line LS and then, the pocket sackcloth 8 for the waist pocket 2 is sewn on a rear side of the upper end of the front body 4. Also, the filler cloth 6 is sewn on the pocket sackcloth 8 and ends 18 of the pocket sackcloth 8 and the filler cloth 6 are joined on the back body 9 so as to form the upper part of the left side line LS.

Then, the tuck 17 is formed by folding down upper ends of ends 18 of the pocket sackcloth 8 and the filler cloth 6. Here, as shown in FIGS. 6b and 6c, an interlining 14 or 14C is attached to a rear side of a crease 17a of the tuck 17 or close to the rear side of the crease 17a of the tuck 17 in advance, before folding down the crease 17a. Hereby, it can prevent the crease 17a of the tuck 17, which is easy to widen when wearing, from widening by making the crease 17a open easily and moreover, it can certainly prevent the appearance from impairing when the tuck 17 is opened. Particularly, as shown in FIG. 6c, it is more effective to attach the interlining 14C to the neighborhood apart from the crease 17a which is located on the rear side of the crease 17a of the tuck 17.

A belt cloth 3Aa which comprises the storing part 3A and a belt cloth 3Ba which comprises the elongating part 3B are sewn on upper parts of the front body 4 and the back body 9 so that an opening end 3Ab of the storing part is located on an extension of the side line LS. Thus, the tuck 17 is formed along the left side line LS and similarly, another tuck 17 is also formed near the right waist pocket 2 along the right side line RS. As described above, in the pair of suit trousers 16 according to the second embodiment of the invention, principal parts are concentrated on neighborhood right and left side lines LS and RS, therefore, the number of sewing is reduced and production efficiency is enhanced.

As shown in FIG. 7, a structure that is stretchable around the waist is the same as the pair of suit trousers 1 according to the first embodiment mentioned above, however, only a layout of the storing part 3A and the elongating part 3B is opposite to the pair of suit trousers 1 according to the first embodiment mentioned above. That is, in the pair of suit trousers 16 according to the second embodiment of the invention, the storing part 3A is attached to a front center FC side and the elongating part 3B is attached to the back body 9 side. In addition, in the pair of suit trousers 16 according to the second embodiment of the invention, it takes about 2.5 cm for a length of a portion where the stretch stopper 11 is folded up and thus a stretch length around the waist is about 2.5 cm.

It makes a loop with the storing part 3A having such a structure so as to close it at a lower end and as shown in FIG. 7c, the side of the back body 9 of the pair of suit trousers 16 is sewn on a lower end of the elongating part 3B so as to close the elongating part 3B, while a side of the front body 4 of the pair of suit trousers 16 which forms the outer edge 2A of the waist pocket 2 is sewn on the lower end of the storing part 3A so as to complete sewing of the pair of suit trousers 16 according to the second embodiment of the invention.

More specifically, in the pair of suit trousers 16 according to the second embodiment of the invention, tucks 17 are attached along side lines LS and RS of both sides to rear sides of upper ends of side lines LS and RS of both sides, while pockets 2 are attached from side lines LS and RS of both sides toward front center FC directions, respectively. An overlapped portion of a belt part 3 is attached near the tucks 17 each and opening ends 3Ab of the storing part are attached along side lines LS and RS of both sides. The pockets 2 are waist pocket 2 that outer edges 2A are linearly-elongated from front center FC directions of neighborhood side lines LS and RS of both sides of the belt part 3 toward side lines LS and RS of both sides, respectively.

Furthermore, in the belt part 3, belt loops 7 are attached along opening ends 3Ab of the storing part and the interlining 14 is joined on the rear side of the crease 17a in each of the tucks 17. Accordingly, the pair of suit trousers 16 as a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to the second embodiment of the invention corresponds with the pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to an invention of claim 2, claim 3, claim 4, claim 7 and claim 8.

Thus, in the pair of suit trousers 16 as a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to the second embodiment of the invention, it can obtain a working-effect that it certainly enables to prevent from getting wrinkles and the like on upper parts of the front body 4 and the back body 9 and improve the appearance so that tucks 17 and opening ends 3Ab of the storing part are not noticeable while making it possible to enhance its productivity.

Third Embodiment

Next, a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to a third embodiment of the invention is described referring to FIG. 8 to FIG. 10.

FIG. 8a is a front view showing a whole structure of a pair of cotton trousers with L pockets as a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to a third embodiment of the invention. FIG. 8b is a partially enlarged drawing that a part close to an overlapped portion of a belt part is enlarged to show. FIG. 8c is a partially enlarged drawing showing a condition that it elongates around the waist. FIG. 9a is a part development view showing a structure in process of sewing a principal part of the pair of trousers stretchable around the waist according to the third embodiment of the invention seen from an upper side. FIGS. 9b and 9c are part development views, respectively, showing an interlining is attached to a rear side a crease of a tuck or close to the rear side of the crease of the tuck. FIGS. 10a, 10b and 10c are part development views showing structures in process of sewing a rear side of the principal part of the pair of trousers stretchable around the waist according to the third embodiment of the invention.

As shown in FIG. 8a, a pair of cotton trousers 21 with L pockets as a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to the third embodiment of the invention has L pockets 22 of one pair of right and left near side lines LS and RS of a front body 24. A tuck 25 is attached to each of upper ends of side lines LS and RS which are located on back ends of the L pockets 22. Near the tucks 25, this pair of cotton trousers 21 according to the third embodiment of the invention has a structure which makes an apparent length of a belt part 23 stretchable.

More specifically, in the belt part 23, an overlapped portion made by a storing part 23A and an elongating part 23B which is inserted into the storing part 23A is formed near each of upper parts of side lines LS and RS of the front body 24. An end of the elongating part 23B and the storing part 23A are joined in the storing part 23A with an elastic tape as a primary elastic material, thereby making the apparent length of the belt part 23 stretchable. And in accordance with stretching of the belt part 23, tucks 25 which are attached to upper ends of side lines LS and RS are opened and closed.

Hereby, in case a pull force is not applied to the belt part 23, as shown in FIG. 8b, tucks 25 are closed and correspond with side lines LS and RS. Also, side lines LS and RS correspond with opening ends of the storing part 23A which is attached to the belt part 23. In case the pull force is applied to the belt part 23 so as to elongate around the waist, as shown in FIG. 8c, tucks 25 are opened and extended lines of side lines LS and RS correspond with opening ends of the storing part 23A which is attached to the belt part 23.

Moreover, as shown in FIG. 8b, belt loops 27 are attached to the belt part 23 so as to cover opening ends of the storing part 23A which is attached to the belt part 23. In addition, a filler cloth 26 made of a common cotton cloth with the front body 24 is sewn on a portion where is visible from an outside of a sackcloth for L pockets 22 of one pair of right and left so that the sackcloth for L pockets 22 is not visible from an upper side.

Furthermore, as shown in FIGS. 8b and 8c, belt cloth stitches 23a and 23b are given to upper and lower ends of the storing part 23A and the elongating part 23B. It is general to give such belt cloth stitches 23a and 23b in casual trousers including a pair of jeans and a pair of cotton trousers, however, there is a possibility that any belt cloth stitch is not given in a pair of ladies' trousers even in casual trousers such as the pair of cotton trousers 21 with L pockets according to the third embodiment of the invention and the like. In FIG. 9, FIG. 10, FIG. 12, FIG. 13, FIG. 18 to FIG. 20 and FIG. 22 to FIG. 27 described hereinafter, in order to make the drawings more visible, illustrations of the belt cloth stitches are to be omitted here.

Next, a process of forming the tuck 25 in the pair of cotton trousers 21 with L pockets according to the third embodiment of the invention is described referring to FIG. 9. FIG. 9 is a drawing that a part close to the left L pocket is enlarged to show.

As shown in FIG. 9, the left side line LS is formed by joining the front body 24 and a back body 29, however, here an upper end of the front body 24 forms an outer edge 22A apart from the side line LS and then, a pocket sackcloth 28 for the L pocket 22 is sewn on a rear side of the upper end of the front boy 24. Also, an end of the pocket sackcloth 28 with a filler cloth 26 sewn on is joined on the back body 29 so as to form the upper part of the left side line LS.

And moreover, the tuck 25 is formed by folding down upper ends of the pocket sackcloth 28 and the filler cloth 26. Here, as shown in FIGS. 9b and 9c, an interlining 14 or 14C is attached to a rear side of a crease 25a of the tuck 25 or close to the rear side of the crease 25a of the tuck 25 in advance, before folding down the crease 25a. Hereby, it can prevent the crease 25a of the tuck 25, which is easy to widen when wearing, from widening by making the crease 25a open easily and also, it can certainly prevent the appearance from impairing when the tuck 25 is opened. Particularly, as shown in FIG. 9c, it is more effective to attach the interlining 14C to the neighborhood apart from the crease 25a which is located on the rear side of the crease 25a of the tuck 25.

A belt cloth 23Aa which comprises the storing part 23A and a belt cloth 23Ba which comprises the elongating part 23B are sewn on upper parts of the front body 24 and the back body 29 so that an opening end 23Ab of the storing part is located on an extension of the side line LS. In addition, the belt cloth 23Aa which comprises the storing part 23A is the common cotton cloth with the front body 24 and the back cloth 29 of the pair of cotton trousers 21 with L pockets. The belt cloth 23Ba which comprises the elongating part 23B is also the common cotton cloth with the front body 24 and the back cloth 29 of the pair of cotton trousers 21 with L pockets.

Thus, the tuck 25 is formed along the left side line LS and similarly, another tuck 25 is also formed near the right L pocket 22 along the right side line RS. As described above, in the pair of cotton trousers 21 with L pockets according to the third embodiment of the invention, principal parts are concentrated close to right and left side lines LS and RS, therefore, the number of sewing is reduced and production efficiency is enhanced.

Next, the structure that is stretchable around the waist is described referring to FIG. 10. FIG. 10 is a drawing showing a neighborhood of the left L pocket 22 seen from a rear side of the pair of cotton trousers 21 with L pockets. As shown in FIG. 10a, the soft core SC and the hard core HC as an interlining are attached inside of the storing part 23A and the elongating part 23B by pressing with an iron. And the wide elastic tape 10 as a primary elastic material is sewn between the storing part 23A and the elongating part 23B.

Here, as shown in FIGS. 10a and 10b, both sides of the end 23Ab of the storing part 23A are nearly perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the belt part 23. Also, in order to enhance a slide of the elongating part 23B, the adhesive cloth 13 made of polyester cloth as a cloth which is not elasticized is attached to an inner side near an opening portion of the belt cloth 23Aa which comprises the storing part 23A from above the soft core SC and the hard core HD by pressing with an iron. In addition, in the pair of cotton trousers 21 with L pockets according to the third embodiment of the invention, it takes about 2.2 cm for a length of a portion that the stretch stopper 11 is folded up and thus a stretch length around the waist is about 2.2 cm.

Additionally, as shown in FIG. 10c, the upper end of the pocket sackcloth 28 for the L pocket 22 and the lower end of the elongating part 23B are joined with the thin elastic tape 12 as an ancillary elastic material, thereby acting as a barrier for impairing the appearance such as a loss of shape in the pocket sackcloth 28 for the L pocket 22 and the like when the elongating part 23B moves with the structure that is stretchable around the waist.

It makes a loop with the storing part 23A having such a structure so as to close it at the lower end and as shown in FIG. 10c, the side of the back body 29 of the pair of cotton trousers 21 with L pockets is sewn on the lower end of the storing part 23A and the elongating part 23B is closed, while the side of the front body 24 of the pair of cotton trousers 21 with L pockets, which forms the outer edge 22A of the L pocket 22, is sewn on the lower end of the elongating part 23B so as to complete sewing of the pair of cotton trousers 21 with L pockets according to the third embodiment of the invention.

More specifically, in the pair of cotton trousers 21 with L pockets according to the third embodiment of the invention, tucks 25 are attached along side lines LS and RS of both sides to upper ends of side lines LS and RS of both sides and pockets 22 are attached from side lines LS and RS toward front center FC directions, respectively. Also, the overlapped portion of the belt part 23 is attached near the tucks 25 each and opening ends 23Ab of the storing part are attached along side lines LS and RS of both sides. The pockets 22 are L pockets 22 having nearly L-shaped outer edges 22A, respectively.

Furthermore, in the belt part 23, belt loops 27 are attached along opening ends 23Ab of the storing part and the interlining 14 is attached to the rear side of the crease 25a in each of the tucks 25. Accordingly, the pair of cotton trousers 21 with L pockets according to the third embodiment of the invention corresponds with the pair of trousers stretchable around the waist according to an invention of claim 1, claim 3, claim 5, claim 7 and claim 8.

Thus, in the pair of cotton trousers 21 with L pockets according to the third embodiment of the invention, it can obtain a work-effect that it certainly enables to prevent from getting wrinkles and the like on upper parts of the front body 24 and the back body 29 and improve the appearance so as to make tucks 25 and opening ends 23Ab of the storing part unnoticeable while making it possible to enhance its productivity.

Forth Embodiment

Next, a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to a forth embodiment of the invention is described referring to FIG. 11 to FIG. 13. In addition, the pair of trousers stretchable around the waist according to the forth embodiment of the invention has a similar structure as the pair of trousers stretchable around the waist according to the third embodiment of the invention except for some parts, therefore, same reference letters are applied to the same parts and the detailed explanation is to be omitted here.

FIG. 11a is a front view showing a whole structure of a pair of cotton trousers with L pockets as a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to a forth embodiment of the invention. FIG. 11b is a partially enlarged drawing showing that a part close to an overlapped portion of a belt part is enlarged to show. FIG. 11c is a partially enlarged drawing showing a condition that it elongates around the waist. FIG. 12a is a part development view showing a structure in process of sewing a principal part of the pair of trousers stretchable around the waist according to the forth embodiment of the invention seen from an upper side. FIGS. 12b and 12c are part development views, respectively, showing an interlining is attached to a rear side of a crease of a tuck or close to the rear side of the crease of the tuck. FIGS. 13a, 13b and 13c are part development views showing structures in process of sewing a rear side of the principal part of the pair of trousers stretchable around the waist according to the forth embodiment of the invention.

As shown in FIG. 11a, a pair of cotton trousers 31 with L pockets as a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to the forth embodiment of the invention has L pockets 22 of one pair of right and left near side lines LS and RS of a front body 24. A tuck 32 is attached to each of rear sides of side lines LS and RS which are located on back ends of the L pockets 22. Near the tucks 32, this pair of cotton trousers 31 with L pockets according to the forth embodiment of the invention has a structure that is stretchable around the waist, which makes an apparent length of a belt part 23 stretchable.

More specifically, in the belt part 23, an overlapped portion made by a storing part 23A and an elongating part 23B which is inserted into the storing part 23A is formed near each of upper parts of side lines LS and RS of the front body 24. An end of the elongating part 23B and the storing part 23A are joined in the storing part 23A with the elastic tape as a primary elastic material, thereby making the apparent length of the belt part 23 stretchable. And in accordance with stretching of the belt part 23, tucks 32 which are attached to rear sides of upper ends of side lines LS and RS are opened and closed.

Hereby, in case a pull force is not applied to the belt part 23, as shown in FIG. 11b, tucks 32 are closed and correspond with side lines LS and RS in the rear sides and also, side lines LS and RS correspond with opening ends of the storing part 23A which is attached to the belt part 23. In case the pull force is applied to the belt part 23 so as to elongate around the waist, as shown in FIG. 11c, tucks 32 are opened, thereby being apart from opening ends of the storing part 23A. However, the tucks 32 are located on extensions of side lines LS and RS respectively, thereby being unnoticeable and there is no possibility of impairing the appearance.

Next, a process of forming the tuck 32 in the pair of cotton trousers 31 with L pockets according to the forth embodiment of the invention is described referring to FIG. 12. FIG. 12a is a drawing that a part close to the left L pocket is enlarged to show.

As shown in FIG. 12a, the left side line LS is formed by joining the front body 24 and a back body 29, however, here an upper end of the front body 24 forms an outer edge 22A apart from the side line LS and then, a pocket sackcloth 28 for the L pocket 22 is sewn on a rear side of the upper end of the front body 24. Also, a filler cloth 26 is sewn on the sackcloth 28 and ends 33 of the pocket sackcloth 28 and the filler cloth 26 are joined on the back body 29 so as to form the upper part of the left side line LS.

And moreover, the tuck 32 is formed by folding down upper ends of ends 33 of the pocket sackcloth 28 and the filler cloth 26. Here, as shown in FIGS. 12b and 12c, an interlining 14 or 14C is attached to a rear side of a crease 32a of the tuck 32 or close to the rear side of the crease 32a of the tuck 32 in advance, before folding down the crease 32a. Hereby, it can prevent the crease 32a of the tuck 32, which is easy to widen when wearing, from widening by making the crease 32a open easily and moreover, it can certainly prevent the appearance from impairing when the tuck 32 is opened. Particularly, as shown in FIG. 12c, it is more effective to attach the interlining 14C to the neighborhood apart from the crease 32a which is located on the rear side of the crease 32a of the tuck 32.

A belt cloth 23Aa which comprises the storing part 23A and a belt cloth 23Ba which comprises the elongating part 23B are sewn on upper parts of the front body 24 and the back body 29 so that an opening end 23Ab of the storing part is located on an extension of the side line LS. Thus, the tuck 32 is formed along the left side line LS and similarly, another tuck 32 is also formed near the right L pocket 22 along the right side line RS. As described above, in the pair of cotton trousers 31 with L pockets according to the forth embodiment of the invention, principal parts are concentrated close to right and left side lines LS and RS, therefore, the number of sewing is reduced and production efficiency is enhanced.

As shown in FIG. 13, a structure that is stretchable around the waist is the same as the pair of cotton trousers 21 with L pockets according to the third embodiment of the invention, however, only a layout of the storing part 23A and the elongating part 23B is opposite to the pair of cotton trousers 21 according to the third embodiment of the invention mentioned above. That is, the storing part 23A is attached to a front center FC side and the elongating part 23B is attached to the back body 29 side. In addition, in the pair of cotton trousers 21 according to the forth embodiment of the invention, it takes about 2.5 cm for a length of a portion where the stretch stopper 11 is folded up and thus a stretch length around the waist is about 2.5 cm.

Thus, in the pair of cotton trousers 31 with L pockets as a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to the forth embodiment of the invention, it can obtain a working-effect that it certainly enables to prevent from getting wrinkles and the like on upper parts of the front body 24 and the back body 29 and improve the appearance so as to make tucks 32 and opening ends 23Ab of the storing part unnoticeable while making it possible to enhance its productivity.

Fifth Embodiment

Next, a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to a fifth embodiment of the invention is described referring to FIG. 14. In addition, the pair of trousers stretchable around the waist according to the fifth embodiment of the invention has a similar structure as the pair of trousers stretchable around the waist according to the first embodiment and the second embodiment mentioned above except for some parts, therefore, same referring letters are applied to the same parts and the detailed explanation is to be omitted here.

FIG. 14a is a front view showing a whole structure of a pair of suit trousers as a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to a fifth embodiment of the invention. FIG. 14b is a partially enlarged drawing showing that a part close to an overlapped portion of a belt part is enlarged to show. FIG. 14c is a partially enlarged drawing showing a condition that it elongates around the waist.

As shown in FIG. 14a, in a pair of suit trousers 36 as a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to the fifth embodiment of the invention, there have no waist pockets of one pair of right and left near side lines LS and RS of a front body 4 and a tuck 17 is attached to each of upper parts of side lines LS and RS. A process of forming the tuck 17 and a structure of the tuck 17 are the same as the pair of trousers stretchable around the waist according to the second embodiment of the invention mentioned above. Near the tucks 17, this pair of suit trousers 36 according to the fifth embodiment of the invention has a structure that is stretchable around the waist, which makes an apparent length of a belt part 3 stretchable.

More specifically, an overlapped portion made by a storing part 3A and an elongating part 3B which is inserted into the storing part 3A is formed near each of the tucks 17 of one pair of right and left in the belt part 3. An end of the elongating part 3B and the storing part 3A are joined in the storing part 3A with the elastic tape as a primary elastic material, while tucks 17 of one pair of right and left are attached to upper parts of side lines LS and RS, thereby making the apparent length of the belt part 3 stretchable. In addition, the structure that is stretchable around the waist is also the same as the pair of trousers stretchable around the waist according to the second embodiment mentioned above.

Hereby, in case a pull force is not applied to the belt part 3, as shown in FIG. 14b, tucks 17 are in a folded condition, thereby being united with side lines LS and RS. In case the pull force is applied to the belt part 3 so as to elongate around the waist, as shown in FIG. 14c, the front body 4 which is near the elongating part 3B moves with the elongating part 3B, thereby widening the tucks 17.

Additionally, as shown in FIGS. 14b and 14c, belt cloth stitches 3a and 3b are given to upper and lower ends of the storing part 3A and the elongating part 3B. It is general to give such belt cloth stitches 3a and 3b in casual trousers including a pair of jeans and a pair of cotton trousers, however, there is a possibility that any belt cloth stitch is not given in formal trousers such as the pair of suit trousers 36 according to the fifth embodiment of the invention and the like.

Thus, in the pair of suit trousers 36 as a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to the fifth embodiment of the invention, it can obtain a work-effect that it certainly enables to prevent from getting wrinkles and the like on upper parts of the front body 4 and the back body 9 and improve the appearance so as to make tucks 17 and opening ends 3Ab unnoticeable while making it possible to enhance its productivity.

Sixth Embodiment

Next, a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to a sixth embodiment of the invention is described referring to FIG. 15 and FIG. 16. In addition, the pair of trousers stretchable around the waist according to the sixth embodiment of the invention has a similar structure as the pair of trousers stretchable around the waist according to the third embodiment and the forth embodiment mentioned above except for some parts, therefore, same reference letters are applied to the same parts and the detailed explanation is to be omitted here.

FIG. 15a is a front view showing a whole structure of a pair of suit trousers as a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to a sixth embodiment of the invention. FIG. 15b is a partially enlarged drawing that a part close to an overlapped portion of a belt part is enlarged to show. FIG. 15c is a partially enlarged drawing showing a condition that it elongates around the waist. FIG. 16a is a partially enlarged drawing showing a neighborhood of a left side line of a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to a first modified example of the sixth embodiment of the invention seen from an upper side. FIG. 16b is a partially enlarged drawing showing a neighborhood of a left side line of a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to a second modified example of the sixth embodiment of the invention seen from an upper side. FIG. 16c is a partially enlarged drawing showing a neighborhood of a left side line of a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to a third modified example of the sixth embodiment of the invention seen from an upper side.

As shown in FIG. 15a, in a pair of ladies' trousers 40 as a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to the sixth embodiment of the invention, a tuck 25 is attached to each of upper parts of side lines LS and RS of a front body 24 and mid-waist pockets 38 having pocket openings 39 are attached directly beneath the tucks 25, respectively. Near the tucks 25, this pair of ladies' trousers 40 according to the sixth embodiment of the invention has a structure that is stretchable around the waist, which makes an apparent length of a belt part 23 stretchable.

More specifically, in the belt part 23, an overlapped portion made by a storing part 23A and an elongating part 23B which is inserted into the storing part 23A is formed near each of the tucks 25 of one pair of right and left. An end of the elongating part 23B and the storing part 23A are joined in the storing part 23A with the elastic tape as a primary elastic material and tucks 25 of one pair of right and left are attached to upper parts of side lines LS and RS, thereby making the apparent length of the belt part 23 stretchable.

Hereby, in case a pull force is not applied to the belt part 23, as shown in FIG. 15b, tucks 25 are in a folded condition, thereby being united with side lines LS and RS. In case the pull force is applied to the belt part 23 so as to elongate around the waist, as shown in FIG. 15c, the front body 24 which is near the elongating part 23B moves with the elongating part 23B, thereby widening the tucks 25.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 15b and 15c, belt cloth stitches 23a and 23b are given to upper and lower ends of the storing part 23A and the elongating part 23B. It is general to give such belt cloth stitches 23a and 23b in casual trousers including a pair of jeans and a pair of cotton trousers, however, there is a possibility that any belt cloth stitch is not given to the pair of ladies' trousers according to the sixth embodiment of the invention and the like.

Besides, in the pair of ladies' trousers 40 according to the sixth embodiment of the invention, a reason why mid-waist pockets 38 not waist pockets like the first embodiment and the second embodiment mentioned above are attached is that if a normal waist pocket is attached, the pocket opening is distorted easily when wearing because females have great pelvises, thereby being not so preferred, however, there is no such a possibility in the mid-waist pockets 38, thereby being preferred as a pocket for use in a pair of ladies' trousers as same as L pockets described in the third embodiment and the forth embodiment mentioned above.

Next, a pair of ladies' trousers 40A as a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to a first modified example of the sixth embodiment of the invention is described referring to FIG. 16a. A basic structure of the pair of ladies' trousers 40A according to the first modified example of the sixth embodiment of the invention is nearly same as the pair of ladies' trousers 40 according to the sixth embodiment of the invention mentioned above, therefore, same reference letters are applied to the same parts and the explanation is to be omitted here.

As shown in FIG. 16a, a difference between the pair of ladies' trousers 40A according to the first modified example and the pair of ladies' trousers 40 mentioned above is that one-sided astragal pockets 38A having pocket openings 39A of the one-sided astragal pocket are attached to front center sides near the tucks 25 instead of attaching mid-waist pockets 38 having pocket openings 39 directly beneath the tucks 25, respectively.

In the pair of ladies' trousers 40A having such a structure as a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to the first modified example of the sixth embodiment of the invention, one-sided astragal pockets 38A having pocket openings 39A of the one-sided astragal pocket are attached near the tucks 25, therefore, it can prevent the appearance from impairing by being distorted the pocket openings 39A even if a lady who has a great pelvis wears it.

Next, a pair of ladies' trousers 40B as a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to a second modified example of the sixth embodiment of the invention is described referring to FIG. 16b. A basic structure of the pair of ladies' trousers 40B according to the second modified example of the sixth embodiment of the invention is nearly same as the pair of ladies' trousers 40 according to the sixth embodiment of the invention mentioned above, therefore, same reference letters are applied to the same parts and the explanation is to be omitted here.

As shown in FIG. 16b, a difference between the pair of ladies' trousers 40B according to the second modified example and the pair of ladies' trousers 40 mentioned above is that double astragal pockets 38B having pocket openings 39B of the double astragal pocket are attached to front center sides near the tucks 25 instead of attaching mid-waist pockets 38 having pocket openings 39 directly beneath the tucks 25, respectively.

In the pair of ladies' trousers 40B having such a structure as a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to the second modified example of the sixth embodiment of the invention, double astragal pockets 38B having pocket openings 39B of the double astragal pocket are attached near the tucks 25 respectively, therefore, it can prevent the appearance from impairing by being distorted the pocket openings 39B even if a lady who has a great pelvis wears it.

Next, a pair of ladies' trousers 40C as a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to a third modified example of the sixth embodiment of the invention is described referring to FIG. 16c. A basic structure of the pair of ladies' trousers 40C according to the third modified example of the sixth embodiment of the invention is nearly same as the pair of ladies' trousers 40 according to the sixth embodiment of the invention mentioned above, therefore, same reference letters are applied to the same parts and the explanation is to be omitted here.

As shown in FIG. 16c, a difference between the pair of ladies' trousers 40C according to the third modified example and the pair of ladies' trousers 40 mentioned above is that pockets 38C with flaps having pocket openings 39C with flaps are attached to front center sides of the tucks 25 respectively instead of attaching mid-waist pockets 38 having pocket openings 39 directly beneath the tucks 25 respectively.

In the pair of ladies' trousers 40C having such a structure as a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to the third modified example of the sixth embodiment of the invention, pockets 38C with flaps having pocket openings 39C with flaps are attached near the tucks 25, therefore, it can prevent the appearance from impairing by being distorted the pocket openings 39C even if a lady who has a great pelvis wears it.

Thus, in the pairs of ladies trousers 40, 40A, 40B and 40C as a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to the sixth embodiment of the invention, there is no possibility of getting wrinkles on the front body 24 by the tucks 25 which are attached to upper parts of LS and RS of both sides are opened and closed when stretching around the waist, therefore, it enables to provide a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist, which is more highly-attractive. Accordingly, the pairs of ladies trousers 40, 40A, 40B and 40C as a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to the sixth embodiment of the invention correspond with the pair of trousers stretchable around the waist according to an invention of claim 1, claim 3, claim 6, claim 7 and claim 8.

Hereby, in the pairs of ladies trousers 40, 40A, 40B and 40C according to the sixth embodiment of the invention, by following attachment of the tucks 25 to upper ends of side lines of both sides, the primary elastic material 10 that both ends are joined between the elongating part 23B and the storing part 23A becomes elastic, thereby being elastic around the waist. With this movement, the tucks 25 are opened and closed, therefore, it can prevent from getting wrinkles and the like on upper parts of the front body 24 and the back body 29 which are sewn on the belt part 23. And the tucks 25 are attached along side lines LS and RS which are formed by joining the front body 24 and the back body 29, thereby being united with side lines LS and RS with the tucks 25 closed. Even if the tucks 25 are opened, the tucks 25 are extensions of side lines LS and RS respectively, thereby improving the appearance so as not to be noticeable.

Also, the overlapped portion of the belt part 23 is formed near the tucks 25 each and the opening end 23Ab of the storing part are attached along each of side lines LS and RS of both sides, therefore, the opening end 23Ab of the storing part is also recognized as a line which is an extension of each of side lines LS and RS and moreover, belt loops 27 are attached along opening ends 23Ab of the storing part, therefore, it can improve the appearance so as not to be noticeable.

And side lines LS and RS, tucks 25 and opening ends 3Ab of the storing part are all concentrated within a narrow range, therefore, sewing of the pairs of ladies' trousers 40, 40A, 40B and 40C can be concentrated within the narrow range and the number of sewing is reduced. Thus, it makes possible to provide a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist, which is highly-productive. In addition, it can prevent the crease 25a of the tuck 25, which is easy to widen when wearing, from widening by attaching the interlining 14 to the rear side of the crease 25a and moreover, it can certainly prevent the appearance from impairing when the tuck 25 is opened.

Thus, in the pairs of trousers 40, 40A, 40B and 40C as a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to the sixth embodiment of the invention, it can obtain a work-effect that it certainly enables to prevent from getting wrinkles and the like on upper parts of the front body 24 and the back body 29 and improve the appearance so as to make tucks 25 and opening ends 23Ab of the storing part unnoticeable while making it possible to enhance its productivity.

Seventh Embodiment

Next, a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to a seventh embodiment of the invention is described referring to FIG. 17 to FIG. 21. In addition, the pair of trousers stretchable around the waist according to the seventh embodiment of the invention has a similar structure as the pair of trousers stretchable around the waist according to the forth embodiment mentioned above except for some parts, therefore, same reference letters are attached to the same parts as FIG. 11 to FIG. 13 and the detailed explanation is to be omitted here.

FIG. 17a is a front view showing a whole structure of a pair of cotton trousers with L pockets as a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to a seventh embodiment of the invention. FIG. 17b is a partially enlarged drawing that a part close to an overlapped portion of a belt part is enlarged to show. FIG. 17c is a partially enlarged drawing showing a condition that it elongates around the waist. FIG. 18a is a part development view showing a structure in process of sewing a principal part of the pair of trousers stretchable around the waist according to the seventh embodiment of the invention seen from an upper side. FIG. 19 is a part development view showing a structure in process of sewing a rear side of the principal part of the pair of trousers stretchable around the waist according to the seventh embodiment of the invention. FIG. 20a is a partially enlarged drawing showing that a part close to an overlapped portion of a belt part of a pair of cotton trousers with L pockets as a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to a modified example of the seventh embodiment of the invention is enlarged to show. FIG. 20b is a partially enlarged drawing showing a condition that it elongated around the waist. As shown in FIG. 17a, a pair of cotton trousers 41 with L pockets as a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to the seventh embodiment of the invention has L pockets 22 of one pair of right and left near side lines LS and RS of a front body 24. A tuck 42 is attached to each of rear sides of upper parts of side lines LS and RS which are located on back ends of the L pockets 22. Near the tucks 42, this pair of cotton trousers 41 with L pockets according to the seventh embodiment has a structure that is stretchable around the waist, which makes an apparent length of a belt part 23 stretchable.

As shown in FIG. 18a, in the pair of cotton trousers 41 with L pockets according to the seventh embodiment of the invention, the tuck 42 is formed by that a back body 29 and a pocket sackcloth 28, an end of a filler cloth 26 are sewn on a portion where is apart from a crease 42a of the back body 29 along the left side line LS with a stitch 43.

Here, as shown in FIGS. 18b and 18c, an interlining 14 or 14C is attached to a rear side the crease 42a of the tuck 42 or close to the rear side of the crease 42a of the tuck 42 in advance, before folding down the crease 42a. Hereby, it can prevent the crease 42a of the tuck 42, which is easy to widen when wearing, from widening by making the crease 42a open easily and moreover, it can certainly prevent the appearance from impairing when the tuck 42 is opened.

And as shown in FIG. 19, it makes a loop with a storing part 23A so as to close it at a lower end and a side of the back body 29 of the pair of cotton trousers 41 with L pockets is sewn on a lower end of an elongating part 23B so as to close the elongating part 23B and yet, a side of the front body 24 of the pair of cotton trousers 41 with L pockets, which forms an outer edge 22A of the L pocket 22 is sewn on the lower end of the storing part 23A so as to complete sewing of the pair of cotton trousers 41 with L pockets according to the seventh embodiment of the invention.

Hereby, in case a pull force is not applied to a belt part 23, as shown in FIG. 17b, tucks 42 are closed and creases 42a correspond with side lines LS and RS. And moreover, side lines LS and RS correspond with opening ends of the storing part 23A which is attached to the belt part 23. In case the pull force is applied to the belt part 23 so as to elongate around the waist, as shown in FIG. 17c, tucks 42 are opened and creases 42a are apart from opening ends of the storing part 23A, however, creases 42a are located on extensions of side lines LS and RS respectively, thereby being unnoticeable and there is no possibility of impairing the appearance.

Additionally, as shown in FIG. 21a, in a pair of cotton trousers 41A with L pockets according to a modified example of the seventh embodiment of the invention, the tuck 42 is formed by the back body 29 and the pocket sackcloth 28, the end of the filler cloth 26 are sewn on the portion where is apart from the crease 42a of the back body 29 and along the left side line LS with the stitch 43. And yet, a cut 44 and a top stitch 45 are given to a portion where the back body 29 is folded back and then, the pocket sackcloth 28 and the filler cloth 26 are folded back thinly on the middle part and sewn with a design stitch 22B.

Hereby, in the pair of cotton trousers 41A with L pockets according to the modified example of the seventh embodiment of the invention, in case a pull force is not applied to a belt part 23, as shown in FIG. 20a, the tuck 42 is closed and the crease 42a and the design stitch 22B correspond with the side line LS. And moreover, the side line LS corresponds with an opening end of a storing part 23A which is attached to the belt part 23. In case a pull force is applied to the belt part 23 so as to elongate around the waist, as shown in FIG. 20b, the tuck 42 is opened and the crease 42a is apart from the opening end of the storing part 23A, however, the crease 42a is located on an extension of the side line LS and moreover, the design stitch 22B connects the side line LS and the opening end of the storing part 23A, thereby being unnoticeable and there is no possibility of impairing the appearance.

Thus, in the pairs of cotton trousers 41 and 41A with L pockets as a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to the seventh embodiment of the invention, it can obtain a work-effect that it certainly enables to prevent from getting wrinkles and the like on upper parts of the front body 24 and the back body 29 and improve the appearance so as to make tucks 42 and opening ends 23Ab of the storing part unnoticeable while making it possible to enhance its productivity.

Eighth Embodiment

Next, a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to an eighth embodiment of the invention is described referring to FIG. 22 and FIG. 23. In addition, the pair of trousers stretchable around the waist according to the eighth embodiment of the invention has a similar structure as the pair of trousers stretchable around the waist according to the third embodiment mentioned above except for some parts, therefore, same reference letters are attached to the same parts as FIG. 8 to FIG. 10 and the detailed explanation is to be omitted here.

FIG. 22a is a front view showing a whole structure of a pair of cotton trousers with L pockets as a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to an eighth embodiment of the invention. FIG. 22b is a partially enlarged drawing that a part close to an overlapped portion of a belt part is enlarged to show. FIG. 22c is a partially enlarged drawing showing a condition that it elongates around the waist. FIG. 23 is a part development view showing a structure in process of sewing a principal part of the pair of trousers stretchable around the waist according to the eighth embodiment of the invention seen from an upper side.

As shown in FIG. 22a, a pair of cotton trousers 46 with L pockets as a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to the eighth embodiment of the invention has L pockets 22 of one pair of right and left near side lines LS and RS of a front body 24. A tuck 47 is attached to each of upper ends of side lines LS and RS which are located on back ends of the L pockets 22. Near the tucks 47, this pair of cotton trousers 46 with L pockets according to the eighth embodiment has a structure that is stretchable around the waist, which makes an apparent length of a belt part 23 stretchable.

As shown in FIG. 23, in the pair of cotton trousers 46 with L pockets according to the eighth embodiment of the invention, the tuck 47 is formed by a pocket sackcloth 28, an end of a filler cloth 26 and an end of a back body 29 are sewn on a portion where is apart from the pocket sackcloth 28 which is along the left side line LS and also apart from a crease 47a of the filler cloth 26 with a stitch 48.

Hereby, in case a pull force is not applied to a belt part 23, as shown in FIG. 22b, tucks 47 are closed and creases 47a correspond with side lines LS and RS. And also, side lines LS and RS correspond with opening ends of a storing part 23A which is attached to the belt part 23. In case the pull force is applied to the belt part 23 so as to elongate around the waist, as shown in FIG. 22c, tucks 47 are opened and creases 47a are apart from opening ends of the storing part 23A, however, creases 47a are located on extensions of side lines LS and RS respectively, thereby being unnoticeable and there is no possibility of impairing the appearance.

Thus, in the pairs of cotton trousers 46 with L pockets as a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to the eighth embodiment of the invention, it can obtain a work-effect that it certainly enables to prevent from getting wrinkles and the like on upper parts of the front body 24 and the back body 29 and improve the appearance so as to make tucks 47 and opening ends 23Ab of the storing part unnoticeable while making it possible to enhance its productivity.

Ninth Embodiment

Next, a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to a ninth embodiment of the invention is described referring to FIG. 24 to FIG. 27. FIG. 24a is a partially enlarged drawing that a part close to an overlapped portion of a belt part of a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to a ninth embodiment of the invention is enlarged to show. FIG. 24b is a partially enlarged drawing showing a condition that it elongates around the waist. FIG. 25a is a partially enlarged drawing that a part close to an overlapped portion of a belt part of a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to a first modified example of the ninth embodiment of the invention is enlarged to show. FIG. 25b is a partially enlarged drawing showing a condition that it elongates around the waist.

FIG. 26a is a partially enlarged drawing that a part close to an overlapped portion of a belt part of a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to a second modified example of the ninth embodiment of the invention is enlarged to show. FIG. 26b is a partially enlarged drawing showing a condition that it elongates around the waist. FIG. 27a is a partially enlarged drawing showing a condition that it elongates around the waist of a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to a third modified example of the ninth embodiment of the invention. FIG. 27b is a partially enlarged drawing showing a condition that it elongates around the waist of a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to a forth modified example of the ninth embodiment of the invention. FIG. 27c is a partially enlarged drawing showing a condition that it elongates around the waist of a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to a fifth modified example of the ninth embodiment of the invention.

As shown in FIGS. 24a and 24b, a pair of cotton trousers 51 with L pockets as a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to the ninth embodiment of the invention has L pockets 52 having angulated and L-shaped outer edges 52a near a left side line LS and a right side line which is not shown in the Figure, respectively. A black decorative button 56 is attached to two portions in each of the outer edges 52a. In addition, a method of forming a tuck 55 and a structure of a stretchable belt part 53 are the same as the pair of cotton trousers 31 with L pockets as a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to the forth embodiment shown in FIG. 11 to FIG. 13.

Also, as shown in FIGS. 25a and 25b, a pair of cotton trousers 51A with L pockets as a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to a first modified example of the ninth embodiment of the invention has L pockets 52A having angulated and L-shaped outer edges 52Aa near the left side line LS and the right side line which is not shown in the Figure, respectively. A white decorative button 56A is attached to two portions in each of the outer edges 52Aa. In addition, a method of forming a tuck 55A and a structure of a stretchable belt part 54 are the same as the pair of cotton trousers 21 with L pockets as a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to the third embodiment shown in FIG. 8 to FIG. 10.

Moreover, as shown in FIGS. 26a and 26b, a pair of cotton trousers 51B with L pockets as a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to a second modified example of the ninth embodiment of the invention has L pockets 52B having angulated, L-shaped and longitudinally-elongated outer edges 52Ba near the left side line LS and the right side line which is not shown in the Figure, respectively. In addition, a method of forming a tuck 55B and a structure of the stretchable belt part 54 are the same as the pair of cotton trousers 21 with L pockets as a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to the third embodiment shown in FIG. 8 to FIG. 10.

Besides, as shown in FIG. 27a, a pair of trousers 51C stretchable around a waist according to a third modified example of the ninth embodiment of the invention has waist pockets 52C having linear-shaped outer edges 52Ca near the left side line LS and the right side line which is not shown in the Figure, respectively. And a design stitch is given to upper ends 56C of side lines LS and RS approximately parallel to outer edges 52Ca, thereby being excellent as a design. In addition, a method of forming a tuck 55C and a structure of the stretchable belt part 53 are the same as the pair of cotton trousers 31 with L pockets as a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to the forth embodiment shown in FIG. 11 to FIG. 13.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 27b, in a pair of trousers 51D stretchable around a waist according to a forth modified example of the ninth embodiment of the invention, a tuck 55D is attached to each of upper parts of the left side line LS and the right side line RS which is not shown in the Figure respectively and mid-waist pockets 52D having pocket openings 52Da are attached beneath the tucks 55D respectively. The design stitch is given to upper ends 56D of side lines LS and RS, thereby being excellent as a design also.

This pair of trousers 51D stretchable around the waist is particularly suitable for a pair of golfing slacks for men and the like. In addition, a method of forming the tuck 55D and a structure of a stretchable belt part 53 are the same as the pair of cotton trousers 31 with L pockets as a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to the forth embodiment shown in FIG. 11 to FIG. 13.

Additionally, as shown in FIG. 27c, in a pair of trousers 51E stretchable around a waist according to a fifth modified example of the ninth embodiment of the invention, a tuck 55E is attached to each of upper parts of the left side line LS and the right side line which is not shown in the Figure and mid-waist pockets 52E having pocket openings 52Ea are attached beneath the tucks 55E, respectively. Also, a concealed fastener having a tab 54E is attached to each of the pocket openings 52Ea. Moreover, the design stitch is given to upper ends 56E of side lines LS and RS, thereby being excellent as a design also.

This pair of trousers 51E stretchable around the waist is particularly suitable for a pair of ladies' slacks and the like because the pocket openings 52Ea are not open even if a lady who has a great pelvis wears it. In addition, a method of forming the tuck 55E and a structure of the stretchable belt part 53 are the same as the pair of cotton trousers 31 with L pockets stretchable around the waist according to the forth embodiment shown in FIG. 11 to FIG. 13.

Accordingly, in the pairs of trousers 51, 51A, 51B, 51C, 51D and 51E stretchable around the waist according to the ninth embodiment of the invention, it can obtain a work-effect that it certainly enables to prevent from getting wrinkles and the like on upper parts of the front body and the back body and improve the appearance so as to make the tucks 55, 55A, 55B, 55C, 55D and 55E and opening ends of storing parts 53A and 54A unnoticeable while making it possible to enhance its productivity and moreover, being excellent as a design also.

Each of the above-mentioned embodiments of the invention describes suit trousers, cotton trousers and ladies' trousers as a pair of trousers stretchable around a waist, for example, however, all garments which have a waist part comprising an overlapped portion in a belt part including a pair of slacks and a pair of cotton trousers with pockets except for an L pocket and moreover, a pair of jeans, a skirt, culottes and the like are intended to be embraced therein.

Also, in each of the above-mentioned embodiments of the invention, only the example that both of the storing part and the elongating part are made of the common cloth with the front body and the back body of the pair of trousers stretchable around the waist while making the structure that both sides of the storing part and the elongating part are united and folded down at the upper end of the belt part is described, however, the structure of the storing part and the elongating part may be useful in other applications.

For example, a structure in which only front sides of the storing part and the elongating part are made use of the common cloth with the front body and the back body and a different cloth is used for rear sides of the storing part and the elongating part while joining both clothes on the upper end of the belt part is applicable. Here, as a different cloth which comprises rear sides of the storing part and the elongating part, a structure in which the rear side of the storing part is made use of a marbelt and the rear side of the elongating part is also used of the marbelt and another structure in which rear sides of the storing part and the elongating part are united and a cloth which is elasticized, for example, a power net and an elastic webbing is made used of can be considered. Moreover, still another structure in which the rear side of the elongating part is made use of the elastic webbing and the rear side of the storing part is made use of the common cloth with the front body or the marbelt can be embraced.

Furthermore, in each of the above-mentioned embodiments of the invention mentioned above, the example making use of the elastic tape as a primary elastic material is described, however, other various materials having elasticity such as a flat rubber, a rubber plate and the like are applicable as a primary elastic material.

In the practice of this invention, it is not limited to each of the above-mentioned embodiments of the invention regarding a structure, a shape, a material, a cloth, a dimension, a length, a wide, a connecting relation, a production method and the like of the pair of trousers stretchable around the waist. Also, the numeric values which are described in the embodiments are not anything to indicate a critical value but to indicate the preferred values that are suitable for enforcement. Therefore, it is not anything to deny the embodiments even if the numeric values mentioned above are changed a little.

Claims

1. A pair of trousers stretchable around a waist, comprising:

an overlapped portion of a belt part having an interlining;

an elongating part attached to one side of the belt part of the overlapped portion so that one end elongates, the elongated part formed at the belt part mentioned above;

a storing part formed at the other side of the belt part of the overlapped portion mentioned above, the storing part capable of inserting the elongating part mentioned above so as to cover it from a design side;

a primary elastic material that both ends are joined between the elongating part mentioned above and the storing part mentioned above while making an apparent length of the belt part stretchable;

a tuck attached along each of side lines of both sides to each of upper ends of side lines of both sides mentioned above; the overlapped portion of the belt part mentioned above attached near the tucks mentioned above each; and an opening end of the storing part mentioned above attached along each of side lines of both sides mentioned above.

2. A pair of trousers stretchable around a waist, comprising:

an overlapped portion of a belt part having an interlining;

an elongating part attached to one side of the belt part of the overlapped portion so that one end elongates, the elongated part formed at the belt part mentioned above;

a storing part formed at the other side of the belt part of the overlapped portion mentioned above, the storing part capable of inserting the elongating part mentioned above so as to cover it from a design side;

a primary elastic material that both ends are joined between the elongating part mentioned above and the storing part mentioned above while making an apparent length of the belt part stretchable;

a tuck attached along each of side lines of both sides to each of rear sides of neighborhood upper ends of side lines of both sides mentioned above; the overlapped portion of the belt part mentioned above attached near the tucks mentioned above each; and an opening end of the storing part mentioned above attached along each of side lines of both sides mentioned above.

3. A pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to claim 1 in which a pocket is attached close to or along each of side lines of both sides mentioned above.

4. A pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to claim 3 in which the pockets mentioned above are waist pockets having linearly-elongated outer edges from front center directions of neighborhood side lines of both sides mentioned above of the belt part mentioned above toward side lines of both sides mentioned above, respectively.

5. A pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to claim 3 in which the pockets mentioned above are L pockets having nearly L-shaped outer edges, respectively.

6. A pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to claim 3 in which the pockets mentioned above are mid-waist pockets that have pocket openings on side lines of both sides mentioned above under the tucks mentioned above respectively or more specifically pockets that have pocket openings nearer front centers of neighborhood side lines mentioned above respectively.

7. A pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to claim 1 in which belt loops are attached along opening ends of the storing part mentioned above in the belt part mentioned above.

8. A pair of trousers stretchable around a waist according to claim 1 in which an interlining is attached to a rear side of a crease or close to the rear side of the crease in each of upper ends of side lines mentioned above.
