Method for manufacturing a fuel oil having an environmental protection function

A method for manufacturing a fuel oil includes making a fuel, conveying the fuel to a storage tank, providing a liquid and a modified fuel additive, and mixing the fuel, the liquid and the modified fuel additive to form a product of an environmental protection fuel oil. The fuel and the hydrogen and oxygen contained in the liquid are modified by the modified fuel additive so that the fuel and the hydrogen and oxygen contained in the liquid are dissolved completely. Thus, the environmental protection fuel oil only contains the fuel having a determined rate to reach the same burning efficiency, thereby saving the fuel and price.

Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a manufacturing method and, more particularly, to a method for manufacturing a fuel oil.

2. Description of the Related Art

A fuel, such as gasoline, diesel oil, kerosene, heavy oil and the like, is made of a crude oil and is used to supply a power to drive a vehicle, such as a car, motorcycle and the like, or an equipment, such as a motor and the like. However, the fuel cannot be reused and will be exhausted in the future. In addition, when the fuel is burned, wasted gas, such as carbon dioxide and the like, will be produced during the burning process, thereby easily causing an environmental pollution.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In accordance with the present invention, there is provided a method for manufacturing a fuel oil, comprising a first step of making a fuel, a second step of conveying the fuel to a storage tank, a third step of providing a liquid and a modified fuel additive, and a fourth step of mixing the fuel, the liquid and the modified fuel additive to form a product of an environmental protection fuel oil.

The primary objective of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a fuel oil having an environmental protection function.

Another objective of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a fuel oil, wherein the fuel and the hydrogen and oxygen contained in the liquid are modified by the modified fuel additive so that the fuel and the hydrogen and oxygen contained in the liquid are dissolved completely and combined integrally.

A further objective of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a fuel oil, wherein when the environmental protection fuel oil is burned, the fuel and the hydrogen and oxygen contained in the liquid are dissolved completely and burned simultaneously to produce a high burning efficiency so that the environmental protection fuel oil has a high burning efficiency.

A further objective of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a fuel oil, wherein the environmental protection fuel oil only contains the fuel having a determined rate to reach the same burning efficiency, thereby saving the fuel and price.

A further objective of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a fuel oil, wherein the wasted gas produced by the fuel is reduced largely during the burning process of the environmental protection fuel oil to decrease the air pollution caused by the wasted gas, so that the environmental protection fuel oil has an environmental protection function.

Further benefits and advantages of the present invention will become apparent after a careful reading of the detailed description with appropriate reference to the accompanying drawings.

FIG. 1 is a flow chart of a method for manufacturing a fuel oil in accordance with the preferred embodiment of the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Referring to FIG. 1, a method for manufacturing a fuel oil in accordance with the preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises a first step 10 of making a fuel, a second step 20 of conveying the fuel to a storage tank, a third step 30 of providing a liquid and a modified fuel additive, and a fourth step 40 of mixing the fuel, the liquid and the modified fuel additive to form a product 50 of an environmental protection fuel oil.

In the first step 10 of making a fuel, the fuel is made from a crude oil which is refined by a refinery. Preferably, the fuel is a gasoline, diesel oil, kerosene, heavy oil and the like.

In the second step 20 of conveying the fuel to a storage tank, the fuel is conveyed to the storage tank by an oil pipe or transportation vehicle.

In the third step 30 of providing a liquid and a modified fuel additive, the liquid is water from a clean water source. In addition, the modified fuel additive dissolves the fuel and the liquid completely so that the fuel and the liquid are combined integrally by the modified fuel additive and will not separate from each other.

In the fourth step 40 of mixing the fuel, the liquid and the modified fuel additive, the fuel, the liquid and the modified fuel additive are mixed in a mixing equipment. In addition, the environmental protection fuel oil is conveyed to and stored in the storage tank. In addition, the liquid and the fuel have a determined rate.

In practice, the fuel and the hydrogen and oxygen contained in the liquid are modified by the modified fuel additive so that the fuel and the hydrogen and oxygen contained in the liquid are dissolved completely and combined integrally. Thus, when the environmental protection fuel oil is burned, the fuel and the hydrogen and oxygen contained in the liquid are burned simultaneously to produce a high burning efficiency. In addition, the hydrogen and oxygen contained in the liquid will not produce air pollution during the burning process.

In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the rate of the liquid and the fuel is about 5:5, 4:6 or 3:7. For example, when the rate of the liquid and the fuel is about 4:6 (the liquid is about 40% of the mixture, and the fuel is about 60% of the mixture), the fuel, the liquid and the modified fuel additive are mixed in the mixing equipment to form the environmental protection fuel oil whose burning efficiency reaches 100%. In such a manner, the environmental protection fuel oil has a burning efficiency of 100% by providing the fuel of about 60%, so that the wasted gas produced by the fuel during the burning process is reduced by about 40%. Thus, the wasted gas produced by the fuel is reduced largely during the burning process of the environmental protection fuel oil to decrease the air pollution caused by the wasted gas, so that the environmental protection fuel oil has an environmental protection function.

Accordingly, the fuel and the hydrogen and oxygen contained in the liquid are modified by the modified fuel additive so that the fuel and the hydrogen and oxygen contained in the liquid are dissolved completely and combined integrally. In addition, when the environmental protection fuel oil is burned, the fuel and the hydrogen and oxygen contained in the liquid are dissolved completely and burned simultaneously to produce a high burning efficiency so that the environmental protection fuel oil has a high burning efficiency. Further, the environmental protection fuel oil only contains the fuel having a determined rate to reach the same burning efficiency, thereby saving the fuel and price. Further, the wasted gas produced by the fuel is reduced largely during the burning process of the environmental protection fuel oil to decrease the air pollution caused by the wasted gas, so that the environmental protection fuel oil has an environmental protection function.

Although the invention has been explained in relation to its preferred embodiment(s) as mentioned above, it is to be understood that many other possible modifications and variations can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention. It is, therefore, contemplated that the appended claim or claims will cover such modifications and variations that fall within the true scope of the invention.

Claims

1. A method for manufacturing a fuel oil, comprising:

a first step of making a fuel;
a second step of conveying the fuel to a storage tank;
a third step of providing a liquid and a modified fuel additive;
a fourth step of mixing the fuel, the liquid and the modified fuel additive to form a product of an environmental protection fuel oil.

2. The method for manufacturing a fuel oil in accordance with claim 1, wherein in the first step of making a fuel, the fuel is made from a crude oil which is refined by a refinery.

3. The method for manufacturing a fuel oil in accordance with claim 1, wherein in the second step of conveying the fuel to a storage tank, the fuel is conveyed to the storage tank by an oil pipe or transportation vehicle.

4. The method for manufacturing a fuel oil in accordance with claim 1, wherein in the third step of providing a liquid and a modified fuel additive, the liquid is water from a clean water source.

5. The method for manufacturing a fuel oil in accordance with claim 1, wherein the modified fuel additive dissolves the fuel and the liquid completely so that the fuel and the liquid are combined integrally by the modified fuel additive and will not separate from each other.

6. The method for manufacturing a fuel oil in accordance with claim 1, wherein in the fourth step 40 of mixing the fuel, the liquid and the modified fuel additive, the fuel, the liquid and the modified fuel additive are mixed in a mixing equipment.

7. The method for manufacturing a fuel oil in accordance with claim 1, wherein the environmental protection fuel oil is conveyed to and stored in the storage tank.

8. The method for manufacturing a fuel oil in accordance with claim 1, wherein the liquid and the fuel have a determined rate.

9. The method for manufacturing a fuel oil in accordance with claim 8, wherein the rate of the liquid and the fuel is about 5:5.

10. The method for manufacturing a fuel oil in accordance with claim 8, wherein the rate of the liquid and the fuel is about 4:6.

11. The method for manufacturing a fuel oil in accordance with claim 8, wherein the rate of the liquid and the fuel is about 3:7.

12. The method for manufacturing a fuel oil in accordance with claim 1, wherein the fuel and hydrogen and oxygen contained in the liquid are modified by the modified fuel additive so that the fuel and the hydrogen and oxygen contained in the liquid are dissolved completely and combined integrally.

13. The method for manufacturing a fuel oil in accordance with claim 12, wherein when the environmental protection fuel oil is burned, the fuel and the hydrogen and oxygen contained in the liquid are burned simultaneously.
