The present invention relates to an air compressor featuring a convenient operation, and the air compressor is connected to a connected to a compressor body and an air storage cylinder in a moving wheel rack, and a base and a rotating seat are connected for containing a connecting pipe, and a n-shaped handle rack is pivotally coupled to an edge of the moving wheel rack for bending, so as to achieve the effects of a convenient transportation and moving, an instant installing operations, and a compact size.

2. Description of the Related Art

At present, the structure of an air compressor generally comprises a main body for compressing air and an air storage cylinder for storing the compressed air, wherein the main body is stacked with the air storage cylinder, and wheels are installed at the external periphery of the bottom of the air storage cylinder. The aforementioned traditional structure has been adopted for decades, and people got used to it already without thinking of a way to improve the structure and provide a more convenient and practical application. Since certain parts such as the connecting pipe of the conventional structure is not connected, it is necessary to carry such parts and install the components by tools. If users need to move the air compressor is moved to another location and forgets to bring the parts and tools with them, the air compressor cannot be installed. Obviously, the prior art requires further improvements.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In view of the foregoing shortcomings of the prior art, the inventor or the present invention develops an air compressor featuring a convenient operation to overcome the shortcomings of the prior art.

Therefore, it is a primary objective of the present invention to provide an air compressor featuring a convenient operation, and the air compressor comprises a compressor body, an air storage cylinder connected to a moving wheel rack for moving the air storage cylinder by a handle, a connecting pipe with a pipe seat installed in the moving wheel rack, and a n-shaped handle rack pivotally coupled to an edge of the moving wheel rack for bending, wherein the pipe seat comprises a base and a rotating seat for containing the connecting pipe, so that the aforementioned elements are integrated to achieve the effects of a convenient transportation, an instant installing operation and a compact size.

Another objective of the present invention is to provide an air compressor featuring a convenient operation, wherein the pipe seat is disposed in the moving wheel rack for combining the base and the rotating seat, such that the connecting pipe is contained in the rotating seat for the movement in a direction of a full arc angle.

A further objective of the present invention is to provide an air compressor featuring a convenient operation, wherein the rotating seat of the pipe seat disposed in the moving wheel rack has a U-shaped clamp disposed separately on both sides of the rotating seat for clamping and limiting a distal end of the connecting pipe.

Another further objective of the present invention is to provide an air compressor featuring a convenient operation, wherein both sides of the moving wheel rack have a U-shaped pivotal connecting base, and both sides of the pivotal connecting base have an aslant elliptical hole, and a hook frame is on one of the side, so that after a transverse rod is passed through the elliptical hole, both ends of the spring coiling are hooked to the hook frame and the transverse rod respectively, and two pivotal connecting bases are limited by passing the n-shaped handle rack through its opening, such that the transverse rod can block the edge of the handle rack to erect the handle rack on the moving wheel rack for holding. If the transverse rod is pulled downward the handle rack is bent to compress the volume of a space.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Referring to FIGS. 1, 2A, 2B and 6 for the present invention, an air compressor featuring a convenient operation comprises a compressor body 1, an air storage cylinder 2 connected to a moving wheel rack 3 for moving the storage cylinder 2 by a handle, a pipe seat 31 disposed in the moving wheel rack 3, a n-shaped handle rack 4 pivotally coupled to the edge, a slide rail 311 disposed separately on both sides of the pipe seat 31, such that after the base 5 and the rotating seat 6 are combined (as shown in FIGS. 2A and 2-B), the base 5 is aligned with the slide rail 311 and pushed into the pipe seat 31 (as shown in FIGS. 3A, 3B and 3-C), and then the connecting pipe 7 is contained in the rotating seat 6, and a U-shaped clamp 61 disposed separately on both sides of the rotating seat 6 for clamping and limiting a distal end of the connecting pipe 7 (as shown in FIG. 2C), such that after the base 5, the rotating seat 6 and the connecting pipe 7 are installed at the pipe seat 31 (as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5A) to rotate and move the rotating seat 6 in any direction of 360-degree full arc (as shown in FIG. 5B) to provide a convenient operation without requiring an adjustment of the moving wheel rack 3. Further, both ends of the moving wheel rack 3 have a U-shaped pivotal connecting base 32, and both sides of the pivotal connecting base 32 have an aslant elliptical hole 321, and a hook frame 322 disposed on a side, such that after a transverse rod 3A is passed through the elliptical hole 321, both ends of the spring coiling 3B are hooked to the hook frame 322 and the transverse rod 3A respectively. Further, the two pivotal connecting bases 32 are limited by a n-shaped handle rack 4 passing through its opening 323 (as shown in FIG. 6), such that when the transverse rod 3A blocks an edge of the handle rack 4, the handle rack 4 is erected at the moving wheel rack 3 for holding (as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4). If the transverse rod 3A is pulled downwards, the edge of the handle rack 4 is not blocked by the transverse rod 3A, so that the handle rack 4 can be bent (as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8) to compress the volume of space. The aforementioned components are integrated into the moving wheel rack 3 as a whole to achieve the effects of a convenient transportation and moving, an instant installing operations, and a compact size.

In summation of the description above, the present invention improves over the prior art, and complies with the requirements of patent application, and thus is duly filed for patent application.
