BACKGROUND Field of Invention

Garbage disposal for both home and business environments has changed very little in many decades. Users are still placing one bag at a time into trash can, and sanitation and odor control is still a problem in current disposal methods. In todays growing “GREEN” Attitude Approach to living standards, Applicant feels the world is ready for a more environmentally safe and time saving trash disposal system. Applicants designs change previous design by having a false bottom to allow for stabile placement of trash bag box for automatic feed process to occur, and also a grab stick sleeve built onto the outside of trash can to hold grab stick in place as well as help prevent loss of. Trash can cover was was also redesigned having a holding tank or reservoir with spray nozzle built inside to allow for dispersment of sanitizing spray or air freshener, or a combination of both. The trash cans applicant designed are for indoor and outdoor use and are vented for indoor use, and unvented for outdoor use. The trash bag boxes for indoor use also have air freshener pods all around bags for effective odor control, as well as a flex tab on first bag in box for easy grab with grab stick for first bag installation. These new designs allow for automatic bag feed for 20 or more bags saving time and effort and also solving problems with odor control and sanitation making for a much more “GREEN” system in fighting germs and bacteria. All outdoor trash cans have the unvented bottom, and trash bag boxes are not equipped with air freshener pods, but do have the flex tab on first bag, as well as grab stick for installation of first bag, as well as the sleeve built onto the side of trash can.

SUMMARY

In accordance with one embodiment of a complete trash disposal system which allows for automatic trash bag feed process to occur in both indoor and outdoor trash can design. This embodiment requires the false bottom with disperse slot in top layer which allows bags to pass through top layer for automatic feed process to occur. The trash bag grab stick simplifies this process and helps to maintain a more sanitary process. Sanitizing spray and air freshener also make the overall system “GREEN” and provide for odor free and germ free trash disposal to occur.

Operation

Applicant will define operation of embodiment with help of drawing 2/7 FIG. 6, 41. To begin process remove tab from slot cover in false bottom of trash can FIG. 8, 43, and insert trash bag box into slot 41 after removing bag cover allowing for flex tab to pop up, then replace tab to cover slot. Pull grab bag stick from sleeve 40 and use grab stick FIG. 9, 44 to reach down into trash can and hook flex tab pulling first bag up for installation onto trash can. Unhook grab stick and replace stick into holder, then place bag around trash can, after separating with stick.

For operation of sanitizing spray applicator, first remove fill tank spout cap and fill tank with favorite sanitizer and deodorizer, then replace cap. then whenever you throw away garbage simply push spray button to release sanitizing spray down into trash can. Applicant recommends push button applicator, however a time released spray applicator could also be installed with a timer system and battery.

Advantages

From the description above, a number of advantages of applicant's embodiment are evident.

(a) False bottom with disperse slot allows for automatic bag feed process to occur in both indoor and outdoor designs.

(b) Grab bag stick and sleeve make for a much easier and sanitary process of installing first bag onto trash can for automatic trash bag feed process to begin.

(c) Vented bottoms on all indoor use trash cans provide for effective air freshener dispersal to occur.

(d) Trash bag boxes with air freshener pods surrounding trash bag box allow for maximum air freshener to occur on all sides of trash can, while also allowing for fresh air freshener each time trash bag box replaced.

(e) Sanitizing mister or spray applicator built into lid for trash can that can be filled with sanitizing, deodorizing, or both type of liquids for very effective germ, bacteria, and odor fighting measures or “GREEN” methods of home health care to occur.

(f) This entire embodiment provides for time and effort saving trash disposal system to work more effective than existing trash systems can as well as provide effective germ, bacteria and odor fighting control which is very important for not only home kitchen and baby room areas of households abroad, but also greatly needed in todays hospital, doctor's offices, restaurants and public service business's need to provide safer germ free environments for today as well as tomorrows needs.

CONCLUSION, RAMIFICATIONS, AND SCOPE

Applicant feels there is a valid patent here on the embodiment or embodiments described, as the trash can is redesigned to include a false bottom which applicant suggest a 3½″ false bottom to allow for at least 20 or more bags to be able to self feed through disperse slot in top of false bottom making for a longer lasting automatic bag feed process. The vented bottom on all indoor use trash cans is also different from existing trash cans allowing for effective air freshener to occur with air freshener equipped trash bag boxes.

The built in grab stick sleeve onto the inside of trash can is also new with its grab stick which makes easy reach of first bag so user does not have to reach down into trash can.

The trash bag boxes with their air freshener pods all around trash bags for effective air freshener dispersal with vented bottoms on false bottoms of indoor trash cans. These trash bags also containing the flex tab on the first bag in the box for easy grab with grab stick.

The sanitizing and deodorizing trash can lid for 13 and 30 gallon indoor trash cans with its holding tank with fill spout for user to fill with favorite sanitizer and deodorizer liquids for push button application to make a much safer germ and bacteria free disposal system.

Applicant has expressed his recommendations on design and features but are only applicants recommendations, This trash can embodiment can have many different sized false bottoms and different lengthed grab sticks ect, and trash cans could be made of many different materials, or any solid material, and trash bag boxes can contain many different numbers of bags, with different types of easy grab tabs like flex tab. That is why Applicant has provided drawings in Square, rectangular, round and oval shapes as well as different gallon capacity sizes. Applicant feels that any trash can containing any false bottom for trash box to be placed to allow for a automatic trash bag feed process to occur would be infringing on design of applicants embodiment. A trash can containing a built in sleeve and grab stick would also be infringing no matter of length, dimensions, or materials used in construction. A trash can lid containing any tank or reservoir with either a timed or push button, or other type of mist or spray application would also be infringing on applicants embodiments of the embodiment.

Any false bottom trash can whether vented, unvented or even open which allowed for trashbag box to be placed under bottom of trash can would be infringement on applicants embodiment, as would any trash bag box with air freshener pods either around, underneath, or on top of box be a different in applicants embodiment.

Applicant has not expressed any specific color or materials to be used in trash can manufacturing process, however applicant now expresses that a plastic for home use and cost effectiveness being also easy to clean ect. Applicant also feels aluminum, stainless steel, and galvanized steel also be used for hospital, restaurants, and high use applications. All colors should be included in embodiment colors for plastic and steel manufacturing.

Holding tank for sanitizing and deodorizing spray application could also be built into lid or be a separate tank that could clamp, hook, or rest on lid to spray liquid into trash can. Applicant's design is to be built into lid. Liquid holder could be any type of container.
