A fastener is provided for removably fastening the dispenser housing to a bottom of the trash bin, the fastener including a plurality of attachment receivers formed on the housing base, and a plurality of feet adapted to removably attach to the plurality of attachment receivers, each of the plurality of feet having a top end and a bottom end, and a bin fastener for fastening the dispenser to the trash bin.

The garbage bag set includes a plurality of detachably interconnected garbage bags configured to be simultaneously seated within an existing trash receptacle. Such detachably interconnected garbage bags include at least a first garbage bag and a second garbage bag wherein the first garbage bag is removably lined with the second garbage bag. In this manner, the detachably interconnected garbage bags are coextensively shaped. Abstract: An evaporator for a diphasic heat transfer system with capillary pumping, includes a base plate with a peripheral edge and an outer face for receiving heat receiving calories from a dissipative element, a body with a bottom, side portions and a border adjacent to the peripheral border of the base plate, a porous mass forming a layer with a capillary structure, interposed between the base plate and the bottom, which defines a first gas chamber and a second liquid chamber, the body being assembled on the base plate by crimping, such that there is no need for a gluing, screwing, riveting or welding operation to obtain a tight assembly of the evaporator.

Abstract: Disclosed is a combined trash receptacle and replacement receptacle liner storage compartment. The receptacle comprises a structure having upstanding sidewalls forming an interior adapted to store refuse within a disposable liner. The base of the interior forms a divider shelf having a removable lid, whereby access to a lower cavity below the divider is provided. The cavity is an enclosed volume bounded by the upstanding receptacle sidewalls, interior divider and receptacle base surface, wherein the cavity provides a sealable storage compartment for storing replacement liners while separating the cavity from the interior portion of the receptacle. The replacement bags are thus shielded from fluid or solid refuse that may leak from a liner within the receptacle, while access into the cavity is granted via a divider access door. The divider may be formed from the receptacle sidewalls or is removably attachable thereto via a latching means around the divider periphery.

Abstract: A trash receptacle with foot pedal actuated vented shoes that eliminate the vacuum created from a full flexible trash liner. Closeable side vents are actuated mechanically and are connected via linkages to the foot pedal mounted near the bottom of the receptacle. The foot pedal which is located at the bottom of the container is used to open side vents when pressure is applied. The opening vents allow air to flow freely into the receptacle and close when not in use to prevent liquid and odors from escaping. The receptacle has a closed bottom and a open top. A removeable lid is provided to close the top. In addition, the manually actuated foot pedal serves to keep trash receptacle in place while trash liners are being inserted or removed. Various alternatives of the present waste receptacle are disclosed featuring different configurations of the shape of the receptacle and the connecting linkages.

When deployed, the waste receptacle assembly has a receptacle (e.g., bag) formed by continuous tube of bag material that has been closed off on one end. The bag material pays out from a bag supply. Trash and other waste is placed in the receptacle by passing through an aperture in the bag supply. When retracted, the waste receptacle is disposed in a compartment in the vehicle's dashboard, with the compartment advantageously closed off by a door panel so as to contain potential odors from the waste. The bag material may be treated with a suitable sanitizing compound. When full, the bag material forming the receptacle may be pulled downward, cut from the adjacent bag material section, and disposed of. The “new” receptacle may then be placed in service.

Instances of incontinence, menstruation or uncontrollable bodily functions can be a personal situation that is otherwise unknown to others. However, current receptacles available to dispose of used personal care products fail to provide for a hygienic, easily accessible and discreet that is designed for small spaces, such as a home bathroom or public restroom stall.

Abstract: A sealing mechanism for a waste storage container includes a waste storage container that has a body, a lid and a cartridge adapted to be positioned in the body. The cartridge has a continuous length of storage film therein. The storage film emanates through a gap between a rim and a core tube of the cartridge and is folded down through a core opening in the core tube into an interior space of the body of the waste storage container.

Abstract: A waste bag dispenser system is described which is comprised of track guides known as rails, and a replaceable waste bag cartridge attached to the bottom of the rails, which are preferably surrounded by screen walls. The waste bag cartridge stores a plurality of waste bags stacked on top of each other, connected temporarily in sequence. Each waste bag has multiple connecting tabs (T-bar tabs) affixed to the bag which align with and insert into a slot in the rails such that the tabs may only exit the slot from the top of the rails. The rails and waste bag cartridge are held in an aligned arrangement via either a clasping mechanism or a surrounding structure which inhibits the movement of both elements. Waste bags are pulled up from the waste bag cartridge to the top of the rails and held in place via at least one hook.

An integrated garbage can and garbage bag dispenser in accordance with an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure comprises a container having a floor, walls and an open top. A portion of the floor is elevated and has an opening for receiving garbage bags. A lip of the opening slopes down from the opening to a generally horizontal, flat surface of the elevated floor. A drawer extends from a wall of the garbage can near the bottom of the garbage can, and the drawer receives a garbage bag dispenser containing a plurality of garbage bags. When the drawer contains the garbage bag dispenser and is in a closed position, the drawer is positioned below the elevated floor and the bags of the dispenser align with the opening such that the bags may extend up into the container through the floor via the opening.

Abstract: A bag dispensing apparatus is described that comprises a container that includes a series of bags. The core comprises a number of hingedly connected plates that are biased to a first position. The core receives and connects to the terminal end portion of a last bag of the series of bags. A line of weakness is constructed between each pair of adjacent bags to permit ease of separation between adjacent bags. A first position of the last bag includes that the attachment of the last bag and core removes the container with the last bag when the last bag is removed from the trashcan. The last bag is optionally movable to a second position that includes separating the last bag from the container. Once the container is separated from the last bag, the container is suitable for refilling with the series of bags.

More specifically, for the purpose of simply and conveniently changing a roll vinyl pack installed in a wastebasket and maximizing the use of a space by preventing a space capable of storing garbage from being reduced because of the roll vinyl pack, the invention provides a wastebasket comprising: a body which has an upper end opened to accommodate garbage, and is formed with a space on an inner side thereof; a mounting unit which is formed on one side of the body, and is mounted with a roll vinyl pack; and a hook which is installed on the bottom surface of the body in order to guide a vinyl bag taken out of the roll vinyl pack so that the guided bag is unfolded on the body.

Abstract: Methods and apparatus may permit the storage of flexible sheet materials in a space-efficient manner and may provide a continuous point-of-use dispensing capability of such sheet materials at such stored location. Serially joined sheet materials may be separated from one another at sheet materials separation zones utilizing interference tabs having yieldable configurations, intra-planar configurations, trans-axial configurations, movement resistive configurations, and projective configurations. Such interference tab configurations may permit the simplified design and construction of a sheet materials dispensation apparatus, and multiple flexible sheet materials may be serially joined for use with such configurations. A substantially rigid enclosure for storing such serially joined sheet materials and incorporating an interference tab having one or more of such configurations may be dimensioned to dispense sheet materials from within an open-ended receptacle, for example a refuse container.

Abstract: A system comprising a multiple-bag pack supported for dispensing, loading, and removal of bags on a structure. The pack includes a bag-attachment portion wherein the multiple bags are sequentially attached. Each bag is removable in sequence by separation from the pack along a parting feature. The bags are contained within the structure and the bag-attachment portion is folded outwards over a lip to secure the bag pack. The front edge of the outermost bag of the pack is drawn over another lip to open the bag for loading. The rear edge remains attached to the bag pack, thus fully distending the mouth of the bag. To change bags, the rear edge of the bag is separated from the pack and the first lip along the parting structure. The front edge of the loaded bag is removed from the second lip, and the bag is closed and removed from the structure.

Abstract: A container for holding fluids in isolation includes an outer container and two deformable inner containers carried within the internal space of the outer container. The outer container is provided with a view port enabling the user to visually examine the inner containers. The inner containers have respective ports communicating with their interiors. As fluid is withdrawn from the first inner container its volume is reduced so that the second container may receive a like amount of fluid. The second inner container may hold colorants or absorbents. The container may be used with various chemical applications, such as high performance liquid chromatography or fluid injection analysis, wherein supply fluid is withdrawn from the first inner container, used, and returned as waste fluid to the second inner container so that the overall volume of fluids remains relatively constant.

The front wall of the container has a slotted opening which extends from the bottom floor upwards along substantially the entire length of the front wall. A channel member with an open top and bottom extends inward into the container, enclosing the slotted opening within the container. A base section supporting the container has an interior space in which a roll of trash bags is rotatably mounted. A single trash bag from the roll is threaded from the interior space and through the channel. The trash bag exits from the open top of the channel where its perforation is separated from the roll of trash bags. The adjacent, next trash bag on the roll remains in the channel member. A new, clean trash bag is thus easily accessible to the user by simply pulling the next trash bag which is exposed through the open top of the channel member.

A foot pedal assembly includes a depressible foot pedal and a spring, and is arranged to cause both opening of the lid when the foot pedal is depressed and closure of the lid when the pressing force is removed. The spring is moved against its bias upon depression of the foot pedal and returns to its original state when the pressing force is removed to thereby cause closure of the lid and rotation of the waste-containing member.

Abstract: A waste management system comprising a trash receptacle, a pouch fixed to a surface of the trash receptacle and including a clasp means, and a cartridge with an arrangement of retainer slots. The retainer slots are positioned to correspond with the clasp means when the cartridge is inserted into the pouch so that the retainer slots are penetrated by the clasp means. The cartridge contains a plurality of liners hung from a support member within said cartridge, the hung liners positioned for distribution through a combination longitudinal notch and transverse slit provided in the cartridge.

Abstract: A collapsing garbage can is shown as a feeder for garbage bags. A five sided design is taught where top and bottom punch out sections secure the top section relative to the bottom section. Top sections of the can to be made of absorbent or recyclable materials such as paper and cardboard while the base is made of a water resistant material so it may be used on a variety of surfaces. The sides of the top and bottom section flex so that it may fold flat and be expanded. The top section may be collapsed down inside the bottom section to reach a bag in the bottom section so when the top section is raised; the bag comes up with the top section.

Abstract: A bag dispensing apparatus is described that comprises a container that includes a box and a series of bags. The box includes a plurality of walls that define an approximately rectangular enclosure. One of the walls defines a restricted opening. The box includes opposing walls and two of said opposing walls include connectors. A core is attached to the connectors of the container. The connectors provide for the rotational movement of the core relative to the box. The core comprises a number hingedly connected plates that are biased to a first position. The series of bags are connected in sequence and sequentially removable through the opening in the box. The core receives and connects to the terminal end portion of a last bag of the series of bags. A line of weakness is constructed between each pair of adjacent bags to permit ease of separation between adjacent bags.
