Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates hairclips, in particular to a hairclip which can be assembled easily and safely and the hairclip of the present invention matches to the requirement of environmental protection.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Referring to FIG. 5, the prior art hairclip is illustrated. The hairclip has two clip bodies 4, 5 which are pivoted to an axial rod 6. A clamping spring 7 is engaged to the axial rod 6. When two clip bodies 4, 5 clamp hairs or order hairs, the spring 7 can fix the clip bodies. However the spring will accumulate dirt or oxidize or rust due to contact with the water vapor in air. Other than having a bad outlook, it will hurt the fingers. Moreover, spring 7 exposes out of the two clip bodies 4, 5, while this will generate an ugly outlook. Further, the prior art is made of metal. It is not match the requirement of environment protection.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Accordingly, the object of the present invention is to provide hairclip, wherein an elastic buckling ring serves to buckle and position a first clip body and a second clip body so that the two clip bodies can be expanded and closed. The elastic buckling ring is an integral body. No clamping spring and axial rod is used and thus no elastic fatigue generated. The two clip bodies will not deform.

To achieve above object, the present invention provides a hairclip comprising: a first clip body and a second clip body; an elastic buckling ring installed to an upper side of each clip body; the upper side of the first clip body being extended with a first force applying end and the upper side of the second clip body having a second force applying end; the first force applying end and second force applying end being connected by a connecting unit so as to form as a first acting end and a second acting end; the first clip body being formed with a first recess and the second clip body being formed with a second recess; the elastic buckling ring being secured to the first recess and the second recess. The first acting end and second acting end are released, the first clip body will engage with the second clip body by resilient force of the elastic buckling ring; and when the first and second acting ends move toward one another, the first and second clip bodies will expand.

The upper side of the first clip body is formed with a first convex cambered shaft, a first cambered groove, and a first shaft. The upper side of the second clip body is formed with a second first convex cambered shaft, a second cambered groove, and a second shaft. The first convex cambered shaft is rotatably received in the second cambered groove; and the second convex cambered shaft is rotatably received in the first cambered groove so that the first clip body and second clip body are combined.

The two shafts are symmetrical arranged for increasing the stability so that the first and second acting ends can be opened and closed steadily.

The various objects and advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood from the following detailed description when read in conjunction with the appended drawing.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the present invention.

FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of the present invention.

FIG. 3 is a lateral view of the present invention.

FIG. 4 is a schematic view showing the action of the present invention.

FIG. 5 is a schematic view of a prior art hairclip.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be provided in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.

Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, the structure of the present invention is illustrated. The hairclip of the present invention includes a first clip body 1 and a second clip body 2. An elastic buckling ring 3 is installed to an upper side of each clip body. An upper side of the first clip body 1 is extended with a first force applying end 12 and an upper side of the second clip body 2 has a second force applying end 22. The first force applying end 12 and second force applying end 22 are connected by a connecting unit so as to form as a first acting end 11 and a second acting end 21. The first clip body 1 is formed with a first recess 16 and the second clip body 2 is formed with a second recess 26. The first recess 16 and second recess 26 serve to receive the elastic buckling ring 3.

The features of the present invention will be described herein, especially the structure of the connecting unit. The upper side of the first clip body 1 is formed with a first convex cambered shaft 13, a first cambered groove 14, and a first shaft 15. The upper side of the second clip body 2 is formed with a second first convex cambered shaft 13, a second cambered groove 14, and a second shaft 15. The first convex cambered shaft 13 is rotatably received in the second cambered groove 24. The second convex cambered shaft 23 is rotatably received in the first cambered groove 14 so that the first clip body 1 and second clip body 2 are combined. By the combining unit as a pivot shaft, the first clip body 1 and second clip body 2 can be expanded under the action of the elastic force of the elastic buckling ring 3.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the upper side of the first clip body 1 is formed with the first convex cambered shaft 13, the first cambered groove 14, and the first shaft 15. The upper side of the second clip body 2 is formed with the second first convex cambered shaft 13, the second cambered groove 14, and the second shaft 15. The first convex cambered shaft 13 is rotatably received in the second cambered groove 24. The second convex cambered shaft 23 is rotatably received in the first cambered groove 14 so that the first clip body 1 and second clip body 2 are combined. The first and second shafts 15, 25 serve to increase the stability so that the first acting end 11 and second acting end 21 can be opened and closed steadily. In the present invention, the two shafts are symmetrical arranged for increasing the stability so that the first and second acting ends can be opened and closed steadily.

In this embodiment, the elastic buckling ring 3 is fixed to the first recess 16 of the first clip body 1 and is fixed to the second recess 26 of the second clip body 2. When the acting end 11 and acting end 21 are released, the elastic buckling ring 3 will restore the acting end 11 and acting end 21 of the clip body 1 and clip body 2, respective. When a force is applied to the acting end 11 and acting end 21, the acting end 11 and acting end 21 will open, as shown in FIG. 4.

The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
