BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Please refer to those shown in FIGS. 1, 2 that are structure forms of ordinary awning typed aluminum window. It mainly joints the glass frames 20 with the window frames 10 inwardly. While in practical application, this kind of aluminum windows often are set by adopting the forms of side by side or top-down-left-right similar as the glass window curtain. And, the ordinary joint assembling method is to further form a joint bar plate 13 on the vertical frame plate 11 and horizontal frame plate 12 of the window frame 10. While the window frames 10 are left-right side by side assembled, an out laid vertical joint frame plate 30 is formed by jointing the joint bars 13 on the vertical frame plates 11 of these two window frames 10 as a whole. While the window frames 10 adopt the top-down joint assembling, a horizontal joint frame plate 40 is used by jointing the joint bars 13 on the horizontal vertical frame plates 12 of these two window frames 10 together as a whole. Such set up not only requires the extra joint bar 13, but have also the larger volume in the said vertical and horizontal joint frame plates 30, 40. Relatively, the used aluminum material becomes more thus increases the cost. At the same time, because the out laid joint method in the said vertical and horizontal joint plates 30, 40 is adopted, a complex sense of disorder has been created in the whole outside appearance of frames after assembling. This kind of assembling design is thus not an ideal one.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention is to provide a kind of technology improvement in the aluminum window structure, and in particular is for the awning typed aluminum window, such that the improved aluminum window structure can achieve not only the large scaled material saving but also increase the sense of beauty in the outside appearance of the window frames after joint assembling. The characteristics and effects of the present invention will be described hereafter in conjunction with the drawings.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIGS. 1 and 2 are joint assembly diagrams of window frames in the prior art.
FIG. 3 is a structural diagram of a frame plate of the window frame and a joint plate in the present invention.
FIG. 4 is a joint assembly diagram of a frame plate of the window frame and a joint plate in the present invention.
FIGS. 5 and 6 are mutual joint-assembled configuration diagrams of the window frames in the present invention.
FIG. 7 is a mutual joint-assembled configuration diagram of the window frames in another embodiment.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT Please refer to FIG. 3. The major design point of the present invention is in the vertical/horizontal frame plates 11, 12 of the window frame. Simultaneously, an internally laid joint plate 50 is designed. The said vertical/horizontal frame plates 11, 12 have the same structural design with a sliding support bar 111, 121 formed in the center of the outside plate surface of the frame plates 111, 121. And, a joint groove 112, 122 is formed separately on the plate surfaces in two sides of the sliding support bar 111, 121. A support sliding rail 51 is formed in the center of the positive and negative plate surfaces of the joint plate 50, and joint bars 52 are formed separately on the plate surfaces located in two sides of the supporting slide rail 51 matched with the joint groove 112, 122 at relative locations. And, an accommodating groove 53 is separately formed on the front and back end faces of the joint plate. Through the conjugation between the supporting slide bar 51, joint bar 52 in the joint plate 50, and the sliding support bar 111, joint groove 112, 122 in the vertical and horizontal frames 11, 12, these two frames 10 can be jointly assembled as a whole in the left and right manner or top and down manner. And the joint plate 50 can be hidden between these two jointed frames.
Please refer to those shown in FIGS. 4 to 6. The present embodiment is described with assembly of the vertical frame 11 and the joint plate 50 in the frame 10. The said supporting slide rail 51 has adopted a V typed design, and the joint bar 52 has adopted a two-tailed inward hooking and V formed design (it can also be a T formed or circular opening cut or other forms which can perform a clip-sleeve joint, and are not shown here), and the sliding support bar 111 in the vertical frame 11 has also a V form. And, the joint groove bar 112 also has the same two-tailed inward hooking V form and the inside groove dimension as those of the joint bar 52. While joint assembling, each joint bar 52 in the said joint plate 50 is sleeved into the relative joint groove bar 112 from upper or lower ends of the vertical frame plate 11 to form a sleeve-fit between the joint bar 52 and the joint groove bar 112. And, the sliding support bar 111 has stayed a close contact with the supporting slide rail 51 then slide-pushed those to joint assemble these two window frames together as a whole, and the joint plate 50 can be internally laid and hidden between these two jointed frames. While the frames are about to be joint assembled by a top and down manner, it can be completed by using the same manner of joint assembly between the joint plate 50 and the horizontal frame plate 12 of the window frame 10.
Please refer to those shown in FIG. 7 which is an implement method to further prevent the rain from outdoor from leaking into the indoor space, such that a leak proof rubber bar 60 can be separately set in the accommodating grooves 53 located on the front and back end faces of the joint plate 50 to have a complete close in the joint locations between frames. Through the above assembly structure, the cost required for the mutual joint assembling of this kind of awning window frames is greatly reduced and the outside appearance of the whole aluminum window after joint assembling become more concise and not too disordered.
