Hands-free sport bottle

Means introduced for carry a light portable plastic drinking bottle of water, soda and/or etc. “Hands-Free”, and hereby provided for usage by any individuals (male and female, minor or adult). The invention comprising an extended hook clip that is made as part of cap or the body of same light portable plastic drinking bottle with length of about ⅓ of total bottles' length. Whereas it is made as part of the main body of the light portable plastic bottle, its base is placed on its upper body. The hook clip is heading down perpendicular toward the bottom of the bottle and parallel with its body. The hook clip may also be made as a separate housing made of plastic or metal attached to or belted around the upper body of such plastic bottle. In any case the bottle could be clip hanged from an individual pants' pocket, belt, hand-bag and/or etc., as means to carry the light portable plastic drinking bottle Hands-Free in comfort, while not drinking of it. As advantage, the person hands will be free and relax to be used for other purposes. Hence constant bothersome of holding the light portable plastic drinking bottle with hands by individual user is hereby illuminated.

Description

Applicant, John H. Borazjoni claims priority under 35 USC § 119 (e), based upon his prior Provisional Application No. 60/959,144 filed on Jul. 11, 2007, which is incorporated herein by reference.

A. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

This invention relates to drinking bottles, and more specifically relates to a light portable plastic drinking bottle that is ergonomically designed to be carried Hands-Free.

Measurement: The invention is suggested for light portable plastic bottle that contains liquid of about one (1) litter and less.

The material and strength of the hook clip is depending upon the size and weight of the bottle. However the invention may be used for bigger and heavier bottle. The bottle size and strength of the hook clip have to be measured properly, to withhold the weight and size of the bottle.

2. Description of Prior Art

Throughout the history, conventional portable drinking bottles have been the most valuable means by which to carry liquid for drinking by individuals. Conventional bottles have been made from many different materials, such as glass, aluminum, gold, silver, plastic, even paper and etc.

However, if an individual is outdoor in open area, as example in park, street or similar places, in order for the user to enjoy drinking from the portable bottle, one has to hold it with hand, and keep on holding it until finish drinking or discarding, which is bothersome whether indoor or outdoor, where usually there is no table or bottle holder available.

There have been several means to carry portable bottle in outdoor, like in six pack, by bottle holder that is strap around individual's body or etc., introduced in the prior arts.

However, those arts maybe suitable for the particular purposes in which they were targeting and addressed, but they would not be as practical and simple to use for carrying the bottle “Hands-Free” by an individual as the present invention as herein described.

B. SUMMARY AND OBJECTIVES OF THE INVENTION

The primary objective of the present invention is to provide improved means to carry light portable plastic drinking bottle Hands-Free while not drinking of it by an individual user in comfort, and to overcome the shortcoming and bothersome of the prior arts, by its practicalities and simplicities.

More particularly, it is objective of the present invention to enjoy drinking of a light portable plastic bottle, which may be carried Hands-Free in any place without the bother of holding it with hand for long time, while not drinking of it. At which time the bottle would be clip hanged by incorporated means to an individual's pants pocket, belt, hand-bag, and/or etc., to be carried Hands-Free.

In keeping with these objectives and other which will become apparent herein, and to accomplish the comfort of individual user, the present invention has housing consisted of an extended hook clip made part of the bottle's cap, or of the main body of the same light plastic drinking bottle, that is base in the upper body of said bottle, about a length of ⅓ of the total height of the bottle, vertically parallel to body of bottle, heading down or perpendicular toward the bottom of bottle, whereby said piece of material of a single unit.

As such the hook would be clip to an individual's pants' pocket, handbag, belt, and/or etc., as means to carry such bottle Hands-Free in comfort, while not drinking of it. Thereby, hands are free and relaxed, ready to be used for other purposes.

Yet another objective is to provide a light portable plastic drinking bottle that is in all respect looks, shapes, sizes and operates like any other conventional plastic drinking bottle already in use by the public, hence users do not need any special training or learning course as to how to use it. The plastic bottle of this invention is recyclable in the same manner as the other plastic bottles in the public use.

A still further objective is to provide an easy hands-free carriage of a light portable plastic drinking bottle that is practical both operationally and financially, which upon completion of mess production, it would be priced to public at basically the same range as existing conventional drinking bottle of kind, as such it would be yet most economical and profitable to both individual users, and as well as the manufactures.

The above accomplishment and related object of the present invention may be embodied in the form of illustrated in the enclosed drawing. However, it should be clearly understood that these raw drawings are illustrative only and changes may be made in the specific construction illustrated and described within the appended claims.

C. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWING
