Quick-assembly laminating file tray

The present invention provides a quick-assembly laminated file tray, which enables quick assembly and lamination of file trays by adapting them with the supports; it is designed in a manner that, some notches are correspondingly arranged at both sides of the file tray, and a slot is opened at lower side of the notch, such that embedded block at upper side of the support is adapted with the slot of the file tray, and the groove of the support is mated with the notch of the other file tray, thus realizing quick and robust lamination of the file trays. Furthermore, the support is designed into a beveled shape, such that various layers of file trays can be staggered for conveniently taking the files.

Description
BACKGROUND OF INVENTION

(1) Field of the Invention

The present invention relates generally to a quick-assembly file tray, and more particularly to an innovative one which is designed laterally with a notch and slot adapted with the embedded block and groove of the support, helping to laminate the file trays quickly and efficiently.

(2) Description of the Prior Art

To keep the table or working area tidy in a confined office or personal space, file trays are often arranged to organize scattered office files. However, a single-layer file tray cannot meet the requirement in the event of bigger volume of files; a laminated file tray structure is thus developed, which mainly adopts a snapping mechanism of the file tray to smoothly laminate the file trays.

However, the following shortcomings are observed despite of existing convenience for the general public:

Firstly, the file tray is designed to be laminated through its snapping mechanism, but the poorer robustness of the snapping mechanism likely leads to disengagement of laminated file trays and inconvenience of operation.

Secondly, most of existing file trays are designed for vertical lamination, making it inconvenient to take the files from lower-layer file tray. So, this is not yet an ideal model that needs to be further improved.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Therefore, the inventor has provided the quick-assembly laminated file tray after deliberate design and evaluation based on years of experience in the related industries. The major purpose of the present invention is to snap the support's embedded block and groove with several notches at both sides of the file tray and a reserved slot at the lower side, thus realizing quick lamination and efficient fixation of the file tray.

The other purpose of the present invention is that, the rods of support are designed into a beveled shape, such that various layers of file trays can be staggered for conveniently taking the files at lower layer. Another purpose of the present invention is that, a curved notch is arranged at the front end of the pan-trough of the file tray, and the pan-trough is designed with such a curved section for convenient operation, making it a practical and innovative design.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

FIG. 1 is a structural view of file tray of the present invention.

FIG. 2 is an exploded view of the present invention.

FIG. 3 is a sectional view of the laminated structure of the present invention.

FIG. 4 is an application view of the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

The features and the advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood upon a thoughtful deliberation of the following detailed description of a preferred embodiment of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Firstly, referring to FIG. 1, the present invention relates to a file tray 10 with a pan-trough 11; at both sides 12, 13 of the file tray 10 there are several notches 14; at front end of the pan-trough 11, a curved notch 16 is opened, and the pan-trough 11 is designed with such a curved section for convenient operation.

Referring also to FIGS. 2 and 3, a slot 15 is reserved at the lower side of the notch 14 of the file tray 10, into which an embedded block 21 at upper side of the support 20 can be inserted; moreover, the groove 22 at lower side of the support 20 is used for snapping into the notch 14 of the other file tray 10, thus realizing multi-layer lamination of file tray 10; the supports 20 at both sides of the file tray 10 are arranged inversely but correspondingly; in addition, a few cover bodies 30 are snapped into the notch 14 at top layer of laminated file tray 10 to improve the appearance of the product, while a few slip-resistant pads 40 are attached at the bottom layer of file tray 10 to ensure the stability of file tray 10.

As the groove 22 of the support 20 or the cover body 30 is snapped into the notch 14 of the file tray 10, a snapper 23, 31 is arranged at inner side to hook the bottom of the notch 14, helping to realize excellent operational stability.

Referring also to FIG. 4, the file tray 10 can be combined with the support 20 in a laminated structure, and the rods of support 20 are designed into a beveled shape, such that various layers of file trays 10 can be staggered for conveniently taking the files.
