Sweet dreams blanket

This invention is a child blanket that can be made from various type of material or fabric in color, patterns and texture. The blanket can vary in sizes and lengths. The unique invention allows the child to safely be put inside the enclosed blanket with an elastic band opening combined with Velcro securing under the arms for a snug fit. The safe enclosure will ensure a snug fit around the child to keep warm and also give a swaddled feeling of comfort to the child. The blanket has plenty of room for movement in the leg area and allows the child to comfortably reposition if needed. Since the opening is gathered by the elastic band and secured under the arms, the blanket provides a warm and safe solution for the child by decreasing the risk of SIDS. The blanket would not be able to cover the face or be pulled over the child's head, allowing for a safe resting period or sleep. The design is intended for newborns to 18 month old but not limited too.
