In a lightweight shoe with a decoration structure and its manufacturing method, the shoe is made of a sole, a body and a decoration ring, and the sole is made of a foaming material, and the colored decoration ring is made of PVC, TPR or TPU and installed between the top rim of the sole and the body and exposed to the exterior for decorating the shoe.

Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a lightweight shoe with a decoration structure and its manufacturing method, and more particularly to a shoe having a decoration ring disposed between a body and a sole and a manufacturing method of the shoe.

2. Description of the Related Art

In general, a shoe comes with a vamp made of canvas, genuine leather or PU, and a sole manufactured by a sulfurization process, and the shoe is manufactured in different colors to provide various decoration effects appeal to consumers.

However, the foregoing shoe has the disadvantages of a high manufacturing cost and a heavy weight, and thus cannot meet the market requirements for a lightweight design and a low cost.

The sole available in the market is made by a shaping technology and integrated with a body, but the pattern and the color of the shoe are produced by spraying paints, and the color may fade easily and the sulfurized shoe may lose its artistic look and durability. Therefore, it is an important subject for related manufacturers to overcome the foregoing shortcomings of the prior art.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

It is a primary objective of the present invention to provide a lightweight shoe with a decoration structure, such that the total weight of the shoe is light, and the color and the texture of the shoe can be maintained.

Another objective of the present invention is to provide a manufacturing method of a lightweight shoe with a decoration structure, so that when the shoe is manufactured, a lightweight shoe with a decoration structure can be manufactured by a simple and easy method to save manpower and material costs.

To achieve the foregoing objectives, the structure of the present invention comprises: a body; a sole, made of a foaming material by a mold, and having a protruding circular portion extended upward from the top of the sole, and a groove portion formed in the protruding circular portion of the sole for placing and coupling the bottom of the body bottom; and a decoration ring extended from the top rim of the protruding circular portion, and integrally formed and manufactured in different colors and made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), thermoplastic rubber (TPR) or thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU).

The manufacturing method of the invention comprises the steps of: manufacturing a sole by a foaming material in a mold, and forming a protruding circular portion protruded from the top of the sole, and forming a groove portion in the protruding circular portion of the sole; extending a color decoration ring from the top rim of the protruding circular portion of the sole, and the decoration ring is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), thermoplastic rubber (TPR) or thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU); and placing a body at the bottom into a groove portion of the sole and securely combining the body with the sole to manufacture the shoe.

The sole at the groove portion has an internal circumferential surface extended to the protruding circular portion, and the decoration ring has an external circumferential surface coupled with the internal circumferential surface of the sole, and the decoration ring is clamped between the sole and the body, and attached along the top rim of the protruding circular portion accordingly.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

With reference to FIGS. 1 to 4 for a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the embodiment is provided for the purpose of illustrating the invention, but not intended to limit the scope of the invention.

In this preferred embodiment, a lightweight shoe with a decoration structure of the invention comprises:

a body 1, having a wearing space 11 recessed from the top of the body 1 and corresponding to the shape of a foot, and the bottom of the wearing space 11 of the body 1 being a closed bottom;

a sole 2, made of a foaming material and manufactured in a mold, and having a protruding circular portion 21 extended upward from the top of the sole 2, and a groove portion 22 formed in the protruding circular portion 21 of the sole 2 for placing and combining the bottom 12 of the body 1, wherein the foaming material in the mold for manufacturing the sole 2 in accordance with this preferred embodiment is ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer; and

a decoration ring 3, extended from the top of the protruding circular portion 21, and disposed between the body 1 and the sole 2, and the decoration ring 3 being integrally formed with a color and made of a material selected from the collection of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), thermoplastic rubber (TPR) and thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), wherein the decoration ring 3 of this preferred embodiment is made of PVC.

In this preferred embodiment, the sole 2 has an internal circumferential surface 23 at the groove portion 22 extended from the sole 2 to the protruding circular portion 21, and the decoration ring 3 has an external circumferential surface 31 coupled with the internal circumferential surface 23 of the sole 2, and the decoration ring 3 is clamped between the sole 2 and the body 1 and attached along the top rim of the protruding circular portion 21 correspondingly.

In this preferred embodiment, the decoration ring 3 has a circular strip 32 connected to the top rim of the protruding circular portion 21, and the circular strip 32 is substantially a circular cross-section.

With reference to FIG. 3 for a cross-sectional view of a decoration ring 3 fixed between the sole 2 and the body 1 in accordance with the present invention, the decoration ring 3 can be formed (by an injection molding) at a desired position of the sole 2, and then the body 1 is adhered or sewed onto the sole 2 to constitute the shoe structure of the invention. Of course, the decoration ring 3 can be formed onto the body 1 first, and then the shoe is combined with the sole 2.

With reference to FIG. 4 for a manufacturing method of a lightweight shoe with a decoration structure in accordance with the present invention, the method comprises the steps of:

Forming a sole 41 by a foaming material in a mold: manufacturing a sole 2 by a foaming material in a mold, wherein a protruding circular portion 21 is integrally formed upward from the top of the sole 2, and a groove portion 22 is formed in the protruding circular portion 21 of the sole 2;

Manufacturing a color decoration ring 42: manufacturing an integrally formed color decoration ring 3 by polyvinyl chloride (PVC), thermoplastic rubber (TPR) or thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU);

Manufacturing a body 43: forming a wearing space 11 recessed from the top of the body and corresponding to the shape of a foot, and defining the bottom of the wearing space 11 of the body 1 as a closed bottom 12; and

Assembling shoe 44: placing the bottom 12 of the body 1 in a groove portion 22 of the sole 2 for a secured connection, and extending the decoration ring 3 to the top rim of the protruding circular portion 21 of the sole 2, and connecting the decoration ring 3 to manufacture the lightweight shoe with a decoration structure.

In this preferred embodiment, the foamed sole 2 at the groove portion 22 is extended to an internal circumferential surface 23 of the protruding circular portion 21, and coupled to an external circumferential surface 31 of the decoration ring 3, and clamped between the sole 2 and the body 1, and attached onto the top rim of the protruding circular portion 21 accordingly.

In this preferred embodiment, the decoration ring 3 has a circular strip 32 attached to the top rim of the protruding circular portion 21, and the circular strip 32 is substantially a circular cross-section.

In the manufacturing method of the invention, the sequence of steps can be altered as needed. For instance, the decoration ring 3 is connected to the body 1 first, and then combined with the sole 2, or the decoration ring 3 is connected to the sole 2 first and then combined with the body 1, and either way can achieve the same effect and is not limited to the aforementioned procedure.

From the description above, the sole 2 of the invention is made of a foaming material (EVA) in a mold, and thus the weight of the shoe can be reduced. More importantly, the decoration ring 3 is a color decoration object made of PVC, TPR or TPU, and clamped between the sole 2 and the body 1. Therefore, the decoration ring 3 of the invention can provide a special decoration effect, while maintaining the color and the good texture.

The manufacturing method of the present invention is provided for manufacturing a lightweight shoe with a decoration structure easily and achieving the effect of saving manpower and material costs.

With reference to FIG. 5 for a schematic view of a structure in accordance with another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the difference of this preferred embodiment from the previous preferred embodiment resides on that the thickness of the rear section of the sole 2A is larger than the thickness of the front section of the sole 2A, and the circular strip 32 of the decoration ring 3 is attached to the top rim of the protruding circular portion 21A at the sole 2A to achieve another different decoration effect.

Claims

1. A lightweight shoe with a decoration structure, comprising:

a body, having a wearing space recessed from the top of the body and corresponding to the shape of a foot, and the bottom of the wearing space of the body being a closed bottom;
a sole, made of a foaming material and manufactured in a mold, and having a protruding circular portion extended upward from the top of the sole, and a groove portion formed in the protruding circular portion of the sole for placing and combining the bottom of the body;
a decoration ring, extended from the top of the protruding circular portion, and disposed between the body and the sole, and the decoration ring being integrally formed in different colors and made of a material selected from the collection of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), thermoplastic rubber (TPR) and thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU).

The lightweight shoe with a decoration structure of claim 1, wherein the sole includes an internal circumferential surface disposed at the groove portion and extended to the protruding circular portion, and the decoration ring includes an external circumferential surface coupled with the internal circumferential surface of the sole, and the decoration ring is installed between the sole and the body and attached onto the top rim of the protruding circular portion accordingly.

3. The lightweight shoe with a decoration structure of claim 2, wherein the decoration ring includes a circular strip connected to the top rim of the protruding circular portion, and the circular strip is substantially a circular cross-section.

4. The lightweight shoe with a decoration structure of claim 2, wherein the decoration ring is molded and combined with the sole, and then combined with the body.

5. The lightweight shoe with a decoration structure of claim 2, wherein the decoration ring is molded and combined with the body, and then combined with the sole.

6. The lightweight shoe with a decoration structure of claim 1, wherein the sole is made of ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer.

7. A manufacturing method of a lightweight shoe with a decoration structure, comprising:

manufacturing a sole by a foaming material in a mold, and forming a protruding circular portion extended upward from the top of the sole, and forming a groove portion in the protruding circular portion of the sole;
manufacturing an integrally formed color decoration ring, and the decoration ring being made of a material selected from the collection of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), thermoplastic rubber (TPR) and thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU); and
manufacturing a body having a wearing space recessed from the top and corresponding to the shape of a foot, and the bottom of the body at the wearing space being defined as a closed bottom;
assembling the shoe by placing the bottom of the body into a groove portion of the sole and combining the bottom of the body with the sole securely, and extending the decoration ring into the top rim of the protruding circular portion of the sole, and combining the decoration ring to manufacture the lightweight shoe with a decoration structure.

The manufacturing method of a lightweight shoe with a decoration structure of claim 7, wherein the sole at the groove portion is extended to an internal circumferential surface of the protruding circular portion and coupled with an external circumferential surface of the decoration ring, and the decoration ring is clamped between the sole and the body, and attached along the top rim of the protruding circular portion correspondingly.

9. The manufacturing method of a lightweight shoe with a decoration structure of claim 8, wherein the decoration ring includes a circular strip connected to the top rim of the protruding circular portion, and the circular strip is substantially a circular cross-section.
