CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATION AND CLAIM TO PRIORITY

This application claims the benefit of Korean Utility Model Application No. 20-2009-0005375 filed on May 4, 2009, in the Korean Intellectual Property Office, the disclosure of which is incorporated herein by reference and to which priority is claimed.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a portable trash collector, and more particularly, to a portable trash collector in which trashes that are produced during moving can be collected and processed cleanly and efficiently.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Various kinds of trash can be produced during walking or moving by vehicles.

Particularly, trashes are unavoidably produced due to having foodstuffs, using tissues, etc., during moving for activities such of mountain climbing, sightseeing, etc.

At this time, it is common that the produced trashes are put into separate vinyl paper bags and are thrown away into trash cans positioned in a destination point.

Also, even during moving by vehicles, various kinds of trashes may be produced due to having foodstuffs, smoking, etc.

Usually, various kinds of convenient facilities are installed in the vehicles for the sake of drivers. Accordingly, those various kinds of convenient facilities are configured so that drivers who run vehicles can use them safely and conveniently, at the state where the drivers do not lose their front sight.

When only a driver runs alone or together with a passenger fellow on a passenger seat or back seat, various kinds of trashes such as snipes or half-smoked cigarettes, cookies paper bags, drink containers, fruit skins, etc., are produced in vehicles. However, no particular articles for collecting the various kinds of trashes such as snipes or half-smoked cigarettes, cookies paper bags, drink containers, fruit skins, etc., have not been yet installed in vehicles.

Of course, trash boxes are installed at the side of a driver seat or a back seat, in order to collect trashes such as snipes or half-smoked cigarettes, but such trash boxes are limited to collect trashes of big volume.

Accordingly, trashes that are produced in the inside of vehicles are taken to destination points at a state where the trashes remain derelict. Otherwise, trashes that are produced in the inside of vehicles are contained in vinyl paper bags which pack various kinds of foodstuffs or supplies at purchase and then remain derelict in the vehicles, so as to be dumped at destination points.

However, the above-described trash collection methods have caused the following problems.

When the trashes that are produced during walking are contained in the vinyl paper bags, people should find the trash cans which are installed at designated places and throw away the trash-contained bags, or carry them to the trash cans which are installed on a moving route. Thus, the above methods are quite inconvenient and do not offer a good view.

Since trashes that have been produced in the vehicles remain derelict as they are in the vehicles, there may cause to spoil a fine view of the vehicles, and make passengers of vehicles feel unpleasant feeling from the derelict trashes.

In addition, seats of the vehicles may be polluted from the residual foods, and offensive odors may occur from the contaminated seats, which do not offer passengers agreeable environments.

That is, basic aims that vehicles should run under the comfortable and agreeable circumstances during running of the vehicles have been ashamed.

Furthermore, some conscienceless people have throw away trashes without permission at roadsides or on roads, in order to avoid bad views or offensive odors from happening in the vehicles, which makes other people frown their brows.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Hereinbelow, a portable trash collector according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings (FIGS. 1 to 4), in which the portable trash collector will be referred to as “trash collector” hereinafter.

The trash collector is configured to comprise a body 100, a support part 200, a pair of detachable parts 300, and a roll of vinyl bags 400.

The body 100 is provided with a space in which the roll of vinyl bags 400 is disposed, into which trashes are put.

The body 100 is preferably made of cloth of a soft quality of a material so as to be conveniently used and easily carried.

In addition, an opening 110 into which the trashes are to be input is formed on the top of the body 100.

It is provided a cover 120 for opening and/or closing the opening 110 at the top side of the body 100.

The cover 120 is integrally coupled along one side of the body 100, and is made of a cloth material, which enables the opening 110 to be open and/or closed smoothly.

When the cover 120 is placed over the opening 110 to be closed, magnets M are preferably arranged at an end of the cover 120 and the corresponding position of the body 100 thereto, respectively, which are for preventing the cover 120 for closing the space of the body 100 from being easily opened.

Also, a zipper Z is coupled along the side fringes of the body 100.

The zipper is provided for opening and/or closing the space of the body 100 and easily discharging the roll of vinyl bags 400 which is arranged in the space of the body 100.

At this time, it is preferable that the side fringes of the body 100 are formed to surround the zipper Z to prevent it from being exposed externally, which allows the trash collector to look fine externally.

Also, the body 100 is provided with hook and loop fasteners, such as Velcro® tapes, which are oppositely placed at the inner sides thereof, which are called as first Velcros 130. The first Velcros 130 are correspondingly coupled to second Velcros of a pair of detachable parts 300 hereinafter.

Also, a pair of shield wings 140 are provided toward the top of the first Velcros 130 at the inner sides of the body 100.

The shield wings 140 play a role of preventing the roll of vinyl bags 400 from being moved, and restraining an offensive odor of a waste material put in the inside of the vinyl bag 400.

The shield wings 140 are disposed on the inner sides of the body 100 respectively, each of which has a constant length from the opening 110 of the body 100 downward. Also, it is preferable that the material of the shield wings 140 is made of leather rather than cloth.

This is because the leather has better effect than the cloth in pressing the roll of vinyl bags 400 and preventing it from being moved.

Also, it is preferable that the height of the shield wings 140 corresponds to that of the roll of vinyl bags 400.

Moreover, a cutter C is installed at one inner side of the body 100. Since the cutter C is used to cut a part of the roll of vinyl bags 400, it is preferable that it is placed below the inner side of the body 100.

Meanwhile, a hanging ring R and a shoulder strap V are further provided on the rear side of the body 100.

The hanging ring R is provided to make the trash collector be hung easily in the inside of the vehicle, and the shoulder strap V is provided for easy carrying during walking.

Next, the support part 200 is disposed in the space of the body 100, which allows the roll of vinyl bags 400 to be arranged in the inside of the body 100.

The support part 200 is formed in a hollow cylindrical fashion. And, the support part 200 is preferably made of a soft material such as a synthetic resin.

Next, the detachable parts 300 play a role of making the support part 200 be detachable to the body 100 and are fixed at the lower end of the support part 200.

Each of the detachable parts 300 includes a fixing portion 310 and a second Velcro 320.

The fixing portion 310 is in a fixed form inside the lower end of the support part 200, and is preferably sewed to the support part 200.

Also, the second Velcro 320 is detachable from the first Velcro 130, and is formed integrally to the fixing portion 310.

The second Velcro 320 is bent upward from the fixing portion 310 to the outer side of the support part 200.

Therefore, the second Velcro 320 corresponds to the first Velcro 130 of the body 100, and a predetermined gap is formed between the second Velcro 320 and the outer side of the support part 200.

According to the formation of the gap, when the roll of vinyl bags 400 is coupled to the support part 200, the lower portion of the roll of vinyl bags 400 is inserted into the predetermined gap to thereby offer more stable support thereof.

Next, the roll of vinyl bags 400 is filled with the trashes and is combined with the support part 200.

The roll of vinyl bags 400 is formed of a roll of vinyl sheets having a long length, both ends of which are opened and in which the vinyl sheets are rolled in an overlapping form.

Here, the rolled overlapping portion of the vinyl bags 400 is combined over the support part 200, and a part of which is exposed downward through the hollow inside of the support part 200.

Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 2, one end of the roll of vinyl bags 400 is opened to accommodate the trashes therein, and the other end of the roll of vinyl bags 400 which is exposed downward is tied so that the trashes may not fall out.

Hereinafter, installation of the roll of vinyl bags 400 for the trash collector having the above-described structure and a use method thereof will be described.

First, the roll of vinyl bags 400 is combined over the support part 200.

Here, the roll of vinyl bags 400 is in the form of corresponding to the support part 200, one end of which is opened inside and the other end of which is exposed downward through the support part 200 and then is tied.

Next, the second Velcro 320 of each detachable part 300 which is fixed at the support part 200 is attached to the first Velcro 130 which is disposed at the inside of the body 100.

The opened portion of the roll of vinyl bags 400 is correspondingly coupled to the opening 110 of the body 100.

And, the lower end of the overlapping portion of the roll of vinyl bags 400 is placed in the gap which is formed between the second Velcro 320 and the outer side of the support part 200.

Meanwhile, a pair of the shield wings 140 which is formed at the insides of the body 100 is inserted into the inside through the opened portion of the roll of vinyl bags 400.

Therefore, the upper end of the overlapping portion of the roll of vinyl bags 400 is stably and closely fixed with the shield wings 140, and the lower end thereof is minimized in motion by the first Velcro 130 and the second Velcro 320, to thereby make the roll of vinyl bags 400 be arranged in an orderly fashion in the space of the body 100.

Also, since the shield wings 140 enable the offensive odor of the trashes that are contained inside the roll of vinyl bags 400 to be minimized, the trashes are relatively cleared.

The coupling of the roll of vinyl bags 400 for the trash collector is completed, and the use of the trash collector will be described hereinafter.

First, the cover 120 which is attached to the body 100 is flung over backward, by which the opening 110 is exposed.

In this case, the opening 110 of the body 100 is in a corresponding state to the opened portion of the roll of vinyl bags 400.

Then, the trashes are thrown into the roll of vinyl bags 400 through the opened portion thereof.

Here, the trashes which are thrown into the inside of the roll of vinyl bags 400 are shield by the shield wings 140.

Then, if a sheet of the roll of vinyl bags 400 is fully filled with the trashes therein, the sheet of the roll of vinyl bags 400 having the fully filled trashes is discharged into a designated location.

For this, the zipper Z which is formed along side fringes of the body 100 is unzipped to open the space of the body 100.

And then, the roll of vinyl bags 400 is pulled down, and a portion corresponding to the top limit of the trashes is cut out with the cutter C.

The cut portion is tied, and the both sides of the roll of vinyl bags 400 are closed, and then the vinyl bags are dumped into the trash can.

And then, the cut portion of the roll of vinyl bags 400 which remains in the inside of the body 100 is tied to collect the trashes additionally.

The zipper Z is run up to close the opened space of the body 100.

As described above, according to the easy carrying and clean treatment of the trashes, collection and treatment of the trashes which are produced in motion can be conveniently performed.

Also, since the roll of vinyl bags 400 is supported with the shield wings 140 and the detachable parts 300, the roll of vinyl bags 400 can be successively arranged in the space of the body 100 in an orderly fashion.

The portable trash collector according to the present invention has the following effects.

Firstly, since it enables the easy carrying of the trashes and does not prevent them from being exposed externally, there is no problem in appearance. Therefore, the trashes which are produced in motion can be easily collected.

Also, collection and treatment of the trashes can be cleanly and hygienically performed because the roll of vinyl bags is consecutively supplied.

Therefore, when a driver runs alone or together with a passenger, the hygienic cleanness of the inside of the vehicle provides the driver and passenger with the agreeable environment to their destination point.

Secondly, the shield wings which are formed on the inside of the body are inserted into the inside of the roll of vinyl bags and contact it to thereby prevent the roll of vinyl bags from being moved.

Therefore, the roll of vinyl bags can be maintained in an orderly fashion with no motion.

Also, the shield wings play a role of shielding the trashes contained in the inside of the roll of vinyl bags.

Thus, the shield wings avoids the exposure of the trashes through the opening of the body, and prevents an offensive odor from leaking to the outside of the body.

Thirdly, a shoulder strap V is provided on the rear side of the body to carry it on a user's shoulder.

The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment. It is apparent to one who has an ordinary skill in the art that there may be many modifications and variations within the same technical spirit of the invention.
