Christmas Ball Ring
This invention relates to a technical area of Christmas decoration, and more particularly to a Christmas ball-ring: open holes are set up on the ball-ring support and there are grooves or cracks extending from the edge of the open holes to the offside; there is a plug-fit buckle set up on the ball-ring decoration, which can be inserted in the open hole that set up on the ball-ring support; the ball-ring decoration is fixed or connected to the ball-ring support through the plug-fit buckle without using iron wire, so it's very convenient for installing and it can improve the efficiency of producing. What's more, based on receiving the same visual effect, the invention can reduce the usage amount of ball-ring decoration and lower the production cost further. To sum up, Christmas ball-ring is convenient to install and has a beautiful shape, what's more, it costs much less in production.
1. Field of the Invention
This invention relates to a technical area of Christmas decoration, and more particularly to a Christmas ball-ring.
2. Description of the Related Art
A Christmas ball-ring comprises multiple ball-ring decorations and a ball-ring support, the ball-ring decoration is a sphere and the ball-ring support is a torus; multiple ball-ring decorations are fixed on the ball-ring support with iron wire and they are clustering round the ball-ring support. However, it's a waste of time and effort to fix the ball-ring decorations to the ball-ring support with iron wire and more ball-ring decorations are needed to obtain a nice Christmas ball-ring, which leads to a low production efficiency and a high production cost.
Besides, there is another Christmas ball-ring in market, the ball-ring support of which is made of foam material. There are some open holes set up on the ball-ring support and a plug set up on the ball-ring decoration. Insert the ball-ring decoration into the open hole of the ball-ring support through the plug, then pour some glue into the open hole, then the ball-ring decoration can be fixed on the ball-ring support. Though the ball-ring decoration can be fixed on the ball-ring support firmly in this way, the installation process of the ball-ring decoration is quite complicated, and the glue may overflow while pouring, which will impact on the appearance of product. What's more, it's troublesome to replace the ball-ring decoration, for you have to pull the ball-ring decoration out of the ball-ring support with great efforts, this process may damage to the ball-ring support and even ruin it, and the product will be scrapped.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONThe object of the present invention is to overcome the shortcomings existed in the prior art by providing a Christmas ball-ring that has a beautiful shape, a low production cost and is convenient to install.
To achieve the above-mentioned object, the invention supplies a technical scheme as follows:
A Christmas ball-ring comprises ball-ring decorations and a ball-ring support, its characteristics lies in: open holes are set up on the ball-ring support and there are grooves or cracks extending from the edge of the open hole to the offside; there is a plug-fit buckle set up on the ball-ring decoration, which can be inserted in the open hole that set up on the ball-ring support; the ball-ring decoration is fixed or connected to the ball-ring support through the plug-fit buckle.
The ball-ring decoration is a hollow sphere and there is a plug-fit buckle moulding on the outside surface of the ball-ring decoration.
The ball-ring support is a torus.
The ball-ring support has three lateral plates that ball-ring decorations can be set up on, those three lateral plates connect with each other and form into an annular groove in the shape of U; there is a strengthening rib set up in the annular groove, which is connected with those three lateral plates.
The plug-fit buckle is made up of a mousing stage body and a podetium that can go through open hole, the mousing stage body lies at the end of the podetium; the maximum outside diameter of the mousing stage body is larger than the outside diameter of the podetium and the diameter of the open hole.
The mousing stage body is a round platform that has a trapeziform cross section, the outside diameter of its outer end is smaller than that of its inner end.
The beneficial effect of the present invention is that: open holes are set up on the ball-ring support and there are grooves or cracks extending from the edge of the open hole to the offside; there is a plug-fit buckle set up on the ball-ring decoration, which can be inserted in the open hole of the ball-ring support; the ball-ring decoration is fixed or connected to the ball-ring support through the plug-fit buckle without using iron wire, so it's very convenient for installing and it can improve the efficiency of producing. Since there are grooves 4 or cracks extending from the edge of the open hole 3 to the offside, so the open hole 3 can be shoved out. When installing, insert the plug-fit buckle 5 of the ball-ring decoration 1 in the open hole 3 of the ball-ring support 2, then the mousing stage body 5b of the plug-fit buckle 5 shoves out the open hole 3 and gets through it to the other side; when the mousing stage body 5b gets through the open hole 3, the open hole 3 will tie up the podetium 5a on the back end of the plug-fit buckle 5 that has a smaller outside diameter since the edge of the open hole 3 shrinks, then the mousing stage body 5b is fastened on the other side of the open hole 3 and will not fall off it, in this way, the ball-ring decoration 1 can be fixed or connected to the ball-ring support 2. When installing, the Christmas ball-ring will be done as long as the plug-fit buckles S of the ball-ring decorations 1 are inserted in the open holes 3 of the ball-ring support 2. This makes it more convenient and easier to install the Christmas ball-ring, which will raise the production efficiency and reduce the labour cost; what's more, it's much easier to control the arrange and distribution of the ball-ring decorations 1. Based on receiving the same visual effect, the invention can also reduce the usage amount of the ball-ring decoration 1, which can cut down the production cost further.

A Christmas ball-ring comprising ball-ring decorations and a ball-ring support, characterized in that open holes are set up on the ball-ring support and there are grooves or cracks extending from the edge of the open hole to the offside; there is a plug-fit buckle set up on the ball-ring decoration, which can be inserted in the open hole that set up on the ball-ring support; the ball-ring decoration is fixed or connected to the ball-ring support through the plug-fit buckle.

The Christmas ball-ring of claim 1, wherein the plug-fit buckle is made up of a mousing stage body and a podetium that can go through the open hole, the mousing stage body lies at the end of the podetium; the maximum outside diameter of the mousing stage body is larger than the outside diameter of the podetium and the diameter of the open hole.
