SUPER-THIN INJECTION MULTI-PARTITION INDIVIDUALLY SEALED FOOD CONTAINER

A super-thin injection multi-partition individually sealed food container includes a container body and a cover which can be covered on the container body and can be separated from it. The food container includes several containing parts and multi-ply sealed structures suitable to contain various foods. The containing parts includes a middle containing part suitable to contain soup type foods or catchup, and several periphery containing parts around the middle containing part The cover includes a middle cover part and several periphery cover part corresponding to the middle containing part and the periphery containing parts of the container body respectively. Each containing part is individually sealed to prevent the various foods in the container from penetrating and influencing with each other. The formation of the middle containing part can prevent the soup from overflowing when opening the cover and eating.

Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a super-thin injection multi-partition individually sealed food container.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The conventional food container has multi-ply sealed structures, for example the Chinese patent No. CN2538192, the Chinese patent No. CN2783804, the Chinese patent No. CN2855930 and the Chinese patent No. CN1820679 all provide a food container comprising a cover and a container body. After the cover and the container are assembled, the periphery of them forms a multi-ply sealed structures, so when the container is used to carry or store food, it could prevent the soup from overflowing, and could resist the high-pressure and not be transformed.

As a improvement, the Chinese patent No. CN2581339 which the applicant has been authorized, provides a multi-partition sealed food container, and the container body is comprised of several container partitions containing various foods, which are separated from one another. Said partitions and a cover form a sealed cavity, which could prevent the soup from overflowing and the foods penetrating and influencing with one another.

The conventional multi-partition sealed food container is mainly used as a dinner box. The salesmen and consumers put various foods such as rice, soup, catchup and dish in the partitions of the food container and cover the cover. The conventional multi-partition sealed food container has some disadvantages in use, for example the partition could not be sealed, so that the various foods may penetrate and influence with one another if the food container sways when it is carried; the peripheries of partitions are close to the periphery of the food container, when opening it or using it as a dinner plate, the soup may overflow; the capacity and the depth of the container parts are suitable to contain food, but not suitable to contain seasoning, so it is inconvenient when eating and wastes space.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The purpose of the present invention is to overcome the problems of the conventional technique, and provide a super-thin injection multi-partition individually sealed food container.

The technical solution applied by the present invention is:

A super-thin injection multi-partition individually sealed food container comprises:

A container body, includes a middle containing part in the middle of the container body, several periphery containing parts around the middle containing part, and each containing part includes a bottom, a side wall around the bottom extending upwards, a inside sealing wall around the top of the side wall extending to the opening of the containing part. The flat edge connects the corresponding edges of the openings of all the containing parts, and the outside edge of the opening of each the periphery containing parts extends outwards and forms a lip which extends downwards and forms a outside sealing wall;

A cover, which can be covered on the container body and be separated from it, includes a middle cover part and several periphery cover parts corresponding to the middle containing part and the periphery containing parts of the container body, respectively. Each of the cover parts has a flat bottom, an inside sealing wall around the flat bottom extending upwards. A flat edge connects the corresponding edges of the top of the inside sealing wall, and the outside edge of the inside sealing wall of each periphery cover part extends outwards and forms a lip which extends downwards and forms a outside sealing wall;

The inside sealing wall of each containing part of the container body, and/or the inside sealing wall of each cover part of the cover have/has a fastener part respectively, so when the cover is covered on the container body, the fastener parts could form a lock which can be unlocked.

In a preferred embodiment, said middle containing part has a certain capacity and a certain depth suitable to contain soup, for example, it can be in the shape of a bowl, and have the same depth of said periphery containing parts.

In a preferred embodiment, said middle containing part has a certain capacity and a certain depth suitable to contain catchup. For example, compared with the periphery containing parts, the bore and depth of said middle containing part is smaller.

In a preferred embodiment, said fastener parts are disposed around the inside sealing wall of each containing part of said container part and around the inside sealing wall of each cover part of said cover.

In a preferred embodiment, the outside sealing walls of said container body slanting extend outwards, and when said cover is covered on said container body, the lower part of the outside sealing walls of said container body is pressing against the outside sealing walls of said cover.

In a preferred embodiment, the outside sealing walls of said cover have convex parts, and when said cover is covered on said container body, the convex parts could unlockable lock the lower part of the outside sealing walls of said container body.

In a preferred embodiment, the flat edges of each containing parts of said container body and each cover parts of said cover, the lips of said container body and said cover horizontally form a middle sealing and pressure-resistance part which can prevent said cover from falling off said container body.

In a preferred embodiment, the flat bottom of each cover part of said cover and the bottom of each containing part of said container body form piling inserting parts corresponding to each other.

In a preferred embodiment, said container body and said cover are polymer components made by injection molding.

In a preferred embodiment, the thickness of said container body and said cover is between 0.5 mm and 0.8 mm.

The present invention provides the super-thin injection multi-partition individually sealed food container, which has following advantages:

The food container has a unique multi-ply structure, and it not only has a good static leakproofness, but also has good compressive deformation-resistance and thermal deformation-resistance, which make sure that under any condition, the container can prevent the soup and the catchup from overflowing. Each containing part is sealed well in order to prevent the various foods from penetrating and influencing with each other.

The food container has several containing parts to contain various foods, including a middle containing part suitable to contain soup and catchup, periphery containing parts suitable to other foods. Besides, the middle containing part is disposed in the middle of the container body, and the periphery containing parts are disposed around the middle containing part. The container can simultaneously carry and store various foods, and can be used as a dinner plate. Because the middle containing part is disposed in the middle of the container, when opening the cover and eating, the soup and catchup in the middle containing part are prevented from overflowing.

The middle containing part suitable to contain catchup is designed of smaller capacity and smaller depth in order to avoid wasting space and influencing eating.

Fastener parts are disposed on the inside sealing walls of each containing part of said container body and each cover part of said cover, when the cover is covered on said container body, each containing part is separated and sealed in order to prevent various foods penetrating and influencing with each other.

The container is made of thin polymer component made by injection molding which is of less weight and lower cost, and suitable to large scale production.

DESCRIPTION OF SPECIFIC EMBODIMENTS

The present invention provides a super-thin injection multi-partition individually sealed food container including a container body and a cover which can be covered on the container body and can be separated from it. The food container includes a middle containing part in the middle of the container body, several periphery containing parts around the middle containing part and multi-ply sealed structures. In the embodiment 1 and 2, the middle containing part has the structure suitable to contain soup, while in the embodiment 3 and 4, the middle container has the structure suitable to contain catchup.

Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 10, in the embodiment 1, the food container comprises:

A container body 1 includes a middle containing part 11, several periphery containing parts. Each containing part has a bottom 13, a side wall 14 around the bottom 13 extending upwards and an inside sealing wall 16. The top of the side walls 14 of the periphery containing parts can extend and form flat parts 15 paralleling to the bottom 13, and the inside sealing walls 16 around the flat parts 15 extend upwards to the edges of the openings of the containing parts. A fastener part 161, which is protruding sideward, are disposed around the inside sealing wall 16 in each containing part 12. The bottom of each containing is parts forms a piling inserting part 131 bulging upward. The flat edge 17 connects the corresponding edges of the openings of all the containing parts, and the outside edge of the opening of each the periphery containing parts extends outwards and forms a lip 18 which extends downwards and forms a slanting outside sealing wall 19. In the embodiment, the shape of the middle containing part 11 of the container body is a bowl, and the depth of it is equal to that of the periphery containing parts 12.

A cover 2 includes a middle cover part 21 and several periphery cover part 22 corresponding to the middle containing part 11 and the periphery containing parts 12 of the container body 1, respectively. Each cover part 23 has a flat bottom 23, an inside sealing wall 24 around the flat bottom 23 extending upwards. Each cover part has a fastener part 241 around the inside sealing wall 24, which is protruding sideward. The flat bottom 23 of each cover part forms a piling inserting part 231 bulging upward. The flat edge 25 connects the corresponding edge of the top of the inside sealing wall 24 of each the cover part, and the outside edge of the inside sealing wall 24 of each the periphery cover part 22 extends outwards and forms a lip 26 whose periphery extends downwards and forms an outside sealing wall 27, and a convex part 28 is disposed on the inside of the outside sealing wall 27.

When the present invention is in use, the middle containing part 11 of the container body 1 can contain some soup, and the periphery containing parts can contain rice, and dishes with little soup. When the cover 2 is covered on the container body 1, a sealed food container which can simultaneously carry and store various foods is formed. Specifically, after the cover 2 and the container 1 are assembled together, the outside sealing walls 19 of the container body 1 press against the inside of the outside sealing walls 27 of the cover 2, outwards, and the convex parts 28 of the outside sealing walls 27 lock the lower part of the outside sealing wall 19 in order to form an outside sealing and pressure-resistance part. The middle cover part 21 and the periphery cover parts 22 of the cover 2 are corresponding to the middle containing part 11 and periphery containing parts 12, respectively. By locking the corresponding fastener parts 161,241 together, the inside sealing walls 16 of container body 1 and the inside sealing walls 24 of the cover 2 form an inside sealing and pressure-resistance part. The flat edges 17 of each containing parts of the container body 1 and the flat edges 25 of each cover parts of the cover 2, the lips 18 of the container body 1 and the lips 26 of the cover 2 horizontally together form a middle sealing and pressure-resistance part which can prevent the cover 2 from falling off the container body 1. Moreover, when the sealing part is formed between the flat edges 17 and the flat edges 25, and between the lips 18 and the lips 26, the leakproofness is strengthened, and the sealing part could be convex or reticulated (netted), referring to the Chinese patent No. CN2855930. So the cover 2 is covered on the container body 1 in order to form a multi-ply sealing structure, and the structure not only has a good static leakproofness, but also has good compressive deformation-resistance and thermal deformation-resistance, which make sure that under any condition, the container can prevent the soup and the catchup from overflowing, and each containing part is sealed well in order to prevent the various foods from penetrating and influencing with each other.

When the cover 2 is separated from the container body 1, the container body 1 can be used as a food plate. Because the middle containing part 11 is disposed in the middle of the container body 1 and the periphery containing parts 12 are around the middle containing part 11, when opening the cover 2 and eating, the soup and catchup in the middle containing part 11 are prevented from overflowing.

The structures of said container body 1 and said cover 2 also have following advantages: several container bodies 1 and several covers 2 can be piled in order to make it convenient to carry and pack. Because the piling inserting parts 131 and 231 which are corresponding to each other are disposed in the container body 1 and the cover 2, the food container can be piled vertically and is convenient to carry.

FIG. 11 illustrates the super-thin injection multi-partition individually sealed food container of the embodiment 2, the structure of it is similar to the structure of the embodiment 1. The distinctions of them are the shapes of the middle containing part 11 and the periphery containing parts 12 of the container body 1, the number of the periphery containing parts 12, the shapes of the middle cover part 21 and the periphery cover parts 22 of the cover 2, and the number of the periphery cover parts 22.

Although in above embodiments, the fastener parts 161, 241 are disposed on the inside sealing walls 16 of each periphery containing part 12 of the container body 1 and inside sealing walls 24 of each periphery cover part 22 of the cover 2, and the present invention is not limited in the embodiments, in fact, the fastener parts 161 could just be disposed on the inside sealing walls 16 of each periphery containing part 12 of the container body 1, or the fastener parts 241 could just be disposed on the inside sealing walls 24 of each periphery containing part 22 of the container cover 2.

The material of the container body 1 and the cover 2 could be one kind of polymer that has been known to all. The preferred choice is the material which can be recycled and is suitable for injection molding, for example PP. These materials can be added any additive, as long as they can satisfy the requirement of containing and storing foods. These materials could be transparent, or opaque. The technique and equipment for manufacturing container body 1 and cover 2 are known to all. Preferably, the injection molding is adopted in order to get thin-wall product of high molding quality and surface quality. Preferably, the thickness of the wall of the container body 1 and the cover 2 is between 0.5 mm and 0.8 mm, and according to demand, the wall could be thicker or thinner.

Referring to FIG. 12 to FIG. 19, in the embodiment 3, the container body 1 has a middle containing part 31, and several periphery containing parts 32 around the middle containing part 31. The cover 2 includes a middle cover part 41 and several periphery cover part 42 corresponding to the middle containing part 31 and the periphery containing parts 32 of the container body 1, respectively. In the embodiment, the middle containing part can be designed into a round disc whose bore and depth are smaller in order to contain catchup and avoid wasting time and influencing eating. The structures and functions of the periphery containing part and multi-ply sealing structure is equal to that of the embodiment 1, 2.

When the container is in use, the middle containing part 31 can contain some catchup in order to facilitate adding catchup when eating. The periphery containing parts 32 can contain various foods. When cover 2 is covered on the container body 1, a sealed food container that can simultaneously store and carry various foods and catchup is formed. Similarly, the multi-ply structure can efficiently prevent the food soup and the catchup from overflowing, and can seal and separate each containing part from others in order to prevent the various foods in the container from penetrating and influencing with one another. Because the middle containing part 31 is disposed in the middle of the container body 1, and the periphery containing part 32 is disposed around the middle containing part 31, the soup and catchup can be prevented from overflowing when eating and opening the cover 2.

FIG. 20 illustrates the super-thin injection multi-partition individually sealed food container of the embodiment 4, the structure is similar to that of the embodiment 3, and the distinctions of them are the shapes of the middle containing part 31 and the periphery containing parts 32 of the container body 1, the number of the periphery containing parts 32, the shapes of the middle cover part 41 and the periphery cover parts 42 of the cover 2, and the number of the periphery cover parts 42.

The food container of the present invention is suitable to carry, store and pack various foods, and can be used as a dinner plate or a food container for micro-wave heating or refrigerating food, but the use of the present invention is not limited in these.

All above is just a preferred embodiment of the present invention, so the present invention should not be limited in these embodiments. In a word, it should be understood that according to the scope of the present invention and the content of the description, all the various equivalent modifications and alterations will be apparent in the scope and spirit of this invention. Therefore, the scope and spirit of the invention is limited only by the claims.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY

The super-thin injection multi-partition individually sealed food container of the present invention includes a container body and a cover which could be covered on the container body and be separated from it. The food container includes several containing parts and multi-ply sealed structures suitable to contain various foods. The super-thin injection multi-partition individually sealed food container has simple structure, is convenient to use, and can be large-scale produced, which has good Industrial applicability.

1. A super-thin injection multi-partition individually sealed food container, comprising:

A container body, includes a middle containing part in the middle of the container body, several periphery containing parts around the middle containing part, and each containing part includes a bottom, a side wall around the bottom extending upwards, a inside sealing wall around the top of the side wall extending to the opening of the containing part. The flat edge connects the corresponding edges of the openings of all the containing parts, and the outside edge of the opening of each the periphery containing parts extends outwards and forms a lip which extends downwards and forms a outside sealing wall;
A cover, which can be covered on the container body and be separated from it, includes a middle cover part and several periphery cover parts corresponding to the middle containing part and the periphery containing parts of the container body, respectively. Each of the cover parts has a flat bottom, an inside sealing wall around the flat bottom extending upwards. A flat edge connects the corresponding edges of the top of the inside sealing wall, and the outside edge of the inside sealing wall of each periphery cover part extends outwards and forms a lip which extends downwards and forms a outside sealing wall;
The inside sealing wall of each containing part of the container body, and/or the inside sealing wall of each cover part of the cover have/has a fastener part respectively, so when the cover is covered on the container body, the fastener parts could form a lock which can be unlocked.

2. The super-thin injection multi-partition individually sealed food container according to claim 1, wherein said middle containing part has a certain capacity and a certain depth suitable to contain soup, for example, it can be in the shape of a bowl, and have the same depth of said periphery containing parts.

3. The super-thin injection multi-partition individually sealed food container according to claim 1, wherein said middle containing part has a certain capacity and a certain depth suitable to contain catchup.

4. The super-thin injection multi-partition individually sealed food container according to claim 3, wherein compared with the periphery containing parts, the bore and depth of said middle containing part is smaller.

5. The super-thin injection multi-partition individually sealed food container according to claim 1, wherein said fastener parts are disposed around the inside sealing wall of each containing part of said container part and around the inside sealing wall of each cover part of said cover.

The super-thin injection multi-partition individually sealed food container according to claim 1, wherein the outside sealing walls of said container body slanting extend outwards, and when said cover is covered on said container body, the lower part of the outside sealing walls of said container body is pressing against the outside sealing walls of said cover.

The super-thin injection multi-partition individually sealed food container according to claim 1, wherein the outside sealing walls of said cover have convex parts, and when said cover is covered on said container body, the convex parts could unlockable lock the lower part of the outside sealing walls of said container body.

The super-thin injection multi-partition individually sealed food container according to claim 1, wherein the flat edges of each containing parts of said container body and each cover parts of said cover, the lips of said container body and said cover horizontally form a middle sealing and pressure-resistance part which can prevent said cover from falling off said container body.

9. The super-thin injection multi-partition individually sealed food container according to claim 1, wherein the flat bottom of each cover part of said cover and the bottom of each containing part of said container body form piling inserting parts corresponding to each other.

10. The super-thin injection multi-partition individually sealed food container according to claim 1, wherein said container body and said cover are polymer components made by injection molding and the thickness of said container body and said cover is between 0.5 mm and 0.8 mm.

11. The super-thin injection multi-partition individually sealed food container according to claim 2, wherein said container body and said cover are polymer components made by injection molding and the thickness of said container body and said cover is between 0.5 mm and 0.8 mm.

12. The super-thin injection multi-partition individually sealed food container according to claim 3, wherein said container body and said cover are polymer components made by injection molding and the thickness of said container body and said cover is between 0.5 mm and 0.8 mm.

13. The super-thin injection multi-partition individually sealed food container according to claim 4, wherein said container body and said cover are polymer components made by injection molding and the thickness of said container body and said cover is between 0.5 mm and 0.8 mm.

14. The super-thin injection multi-partition individually sealed food container according to claim 5, wherein said container body and said cover are polymer components made by injection molding and the thickness of said container body and said cover is between 0.5 mm and 0.8 mm.

15. The super-thin injection multi-partition individually sealed food container according to claim 6, wherein said container body and said cover are polymer components made by injection molding and the thickness of said container body and said cover is between 0.5 mm and 0.8 mm.

16. The super-thin injection multi-partition individually sealed food container according to claim 7, wherein said container body and said cover are polymer components made by injection molding and the thickness of said container body and said cover is between 0.5 mm and 0.8 mm.

17. The super-thin injection multi-partition individually sealed food container according to claim 8, wherein said container body and said cover are polymer components made by injection molding and the thickness of said container body and said cover is between 0.5 mm and 0.8 mm.

18. The super-thin injection multi-partition individually sealed food container according to claim 9, wherein said container body and said cover are polymer components made by injection molding and the thickness of said container body and said cover is between 0.5 mm and 0.8 mm.
