The present invention provides an overhead combined tent structure, including a ring locator, sleeved onto a vertical object and a tent skeleton, formed by a plurality of brackets, and assembled transversely or longitudinally by the ring locator to define at least a floor area. There is a supporting member, linked to the floor area of the tent skeleton, and formed by a plurality of adjustable supports and also extended vertically to form a landing end. There is also a cladding cloth, covered externally onto the tent skeleton to form a living space. The overhead combined tent structure can overcome the shortcoming of uneven ground, and can be used more applicably with enhanced convenience.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates generally to a combined tent structure, and more particularly to an innovative tent structure fitted with at least a ring locator sleeved securely onto a vertical object, the combined tent structure being lifted to a preset height without terrain restriction.

2. Description of Related Art Including Information Disclosed Under 37 CFR 1.97 and 37 CFR 1.98.

In recent years, a variety of outdoor activities (including camping activities) have drawn the attention of modem people, especially the young people. A traditional tent is generally erected on the ground, resulting in possibly lower comfort due to uneven or oblique ground due to some assembly limitations.

Thus, to overcome the aforementioned problems of the prior art, it would be an advancement in the art to provide an improved structure that can significantly improve efficacy.

Therefore, the inventor has provided the present invention of practicability after deliberate design and evaluation based on years of experience in the production, development and design of related products.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

There is enhanced efficacy of the present invention.

Based on the unique present invention, overhead combined tent structure is mainly composed of a ring locator, tent skeleton, supporting member and cladding cloth. The ring locator can be sleeved securely onto a vertical object to a preset height, then a tent skeleton is assembled transversely or longitudinally by taking the ring locator as a pivot. The supporting member is linked to the floor area of the tent skeleton in order to support a living space. Finally, the cladding cloth is covered externally onto the tent skeleton to form the living space for sheltering and rest purposes. With this invention, the overhead combined tent structure can overcome the shortcoming of uneven ground and can be used more applicably with enhanced structural strength.

There are improvements brought about by this invention.

As the overhead combined tent structure allows the tent skeleton to be assembled transversely or longitudinally by taking the ring locator as a pivot, the present invention can be expanded or combined randomly, where space is at a premium, and configured flexibly in line with the number of users and environmental change, so as to provide a comfortable living space in a wide range of applications.

Although the invention has been explained in relation to its preferred embodiment, it is to be understood that many other possible modifications and variations can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as hereinafter claimed.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

FIGS. 1-4 depict preferred embodiments of an overhead combined tent structure of the present invention. The embodiments are provided for only explanatory objectives with respect tot the patent claims.

The overhead combined tent structure comprises at least a ring locator 10, sleeved securely onto a vertical object 01 (the vertical object 01 hereto refers to trunk, as shown in FIG. 1), and lifted to a preset distance from the ground.

The tent structure comprises a tent skeleton 20, formed by a plurality of brackets 21, and assembled transversely or longitudinally by the ring locator 10 in a radiative way. At least a floor area 221 is defined, which is fitted with pads 60 as the bed board.

The invention further comprises a supporting member 30, linked to the floor area 221 of the tent skeleton 20, and formed by a plurality of adjustable supports 31 and also extended vertically to form a landing end 32. Referring to FIG. 5, the adjustable support 31 comprises an expansion lever 311, and a fixed lever 313 with through-hole 312. The expansion lever 311 is shifted and screwed into the through-hole 312 of the fixed lever 313 via a fastener 314, enabling the overhead combined tent structure to be adjusted in tune with the oblique surface (referring also to FIG. 7).

A cladding cloth 40 is covered externally onto the tent skeleton 20 to form a living space 22. The cladding cloth 40 is made of dump-proof tarpaulin, and provided with a door leaf 41 for the access of the users.

Referring to FIG. 2, the ring locator 10 contains a first locator 11, a second locator 12 and a locker 13. The first and second locators 11, 12 are of a semi-circle pattern and located correspondingly to the notch 14. Moreover, studs 15 are placed at two ends of the first and second locators 11, 12, and then bolted securely via the screw hole 16 of the locker 13. The first/second locators 11, 12 and the vertical object 01 are positioned reliably by a packing ring 50. The packing ring 50 is available with multiple patterns, e.g. the packing ring 50 is designed with a rectangular profile as shown in FIG. 2 (referring also to FIG. 6), or the packing ring 50B is designed with an obliquely coned profile as shown in FIG. 3, so that the first and second locators 11, 12 are designed with an obliquely coned profile, allowing for adjustment of the first/second locators 11, 12 depending on the dimension of the vertical object 01, and also mating with the packing ring 50B in response to different vertical objects 01.

Referring to FIG. 4, there is another preferred embodiment of the ring locator, wherein the ring locator 10B is provided with a plurality of snappers 17. The snapper 17 is fitted with a belt threading portion 171 for sleeving the belt 18 into the vertical object 01. Furthermore, the belt 18 can be tightened so that the ring locator 10B and vertical object 01 are positioned securely, and assembled with the bracket 21 to form the tent skeleton 20 via the connecting portion 172 of the snapper 17.

Referring to FIG. 6, the locating structure for the bracket 21 of the tent skeleton 20 and the ring locator 10 is inserted via a plug 80 into the joint of the bracket 21 and the locker 13, so that the tent skeleton 20 is positioned reliably without disengagement.

Based upon above-specified structures, the present invention is operated as follows:

When the overhead combined tent is to be erected, the ring locator 10 is first lifted to a preset distance from the ground, and sleeved onto the vertical object 01; then, different brackets 21 can be derived by taking the ring locator 10 as the center (referring also to FIG. 1). Referring to FIG. 8, the brackets 21 are derived from one side of the ring locator 10, enabling multi-directional and random adjustment of the simplified connector (which is not defined graphically herein since it is not the object of the case as a typical technology), and thus realizing easy and rapid assembly of the tent skeleton 20 as shown in FIG. 1. Then, the supporting member 30 is incorporated onto four corners of the floor area 221 and expanded telescopically via the expansion lever 311 and fixed lever 313 of the adjustable support 31, so that the landing end 32 is supported securely on the ground to form the overall skeleton of an overhead combined tent structure.

When the overhead combined tent structure is used, a plurality of pads 60 is paved on the floor area 221 as bed board, whilst a ceiling area 222 can be derived from a preset height over the floor area 221. A plurality of pads 60 is paved on the ceiling area 222 as waterproofing ceiling. Then, the cladding cloth 40 is covered externally onto the ceiling area 222 and floor area 221, thus forming said living space 22 (shown in FIG. 1). Referring to FIG. 9, a hack lever 223 is derived from a preset height over the floor area 221. One end of the hack lever 223 is fixed onto the vertical object 01, and the other end is pulled and fastened onto an object (e.g. branch) via a rope 224 for positioning purpose. Next, the cladding cloth 40 is covered externally onto the hack lever 223 and floor area 221, thus forming said living space 22 for sheltering and rest purposes. Besides, the overhead combined tent structure is fitted with a ladder 70 for climbing purpose.

Claims

1. An overhead combined tent structure, comprising:

a ring locator, sleeved securely onto a vertical object;
a tent skeleton, formed by a plurality of brackets, and assembled transversely or longitudinally by the ring locator to define at least a floor area;
a supporting member, linked to the floor area of the tent skeleton, and formed by a plurality of adjustable supports and also extended vertically to form a landing end; and
a cladding cloth, covered externally onto the tent skeleton to form a living space.

The overhead combined tent structure defined in claim 1, wherein the ring locator is comprised of a first locator, a second locator and a locker, the first and second locators being of a semi-circle pattern and located correspondingly to the notch, studs being placed at two ends of the first and second locators, and then bolted securely via the screw hole, the first and second locators and the vertical object being positioned reliably by a packing ring, the first and second locators being assembled securely with the vertical object.

The overhead combined tent structure defined in claim 1, wherein the ring locator is comprised of a plurality of snappers, each snapper being fitted with a belt threading portion for sleeving the belt into the vertical object, the belt being tightened so that the tent skeleton is formed by assembly and positioning with the bracket via the connecting portion of the snapper.

4. The overhead combined tent structure defined in claim 1, wherein the locating structure for the bracket of the tent skeleton and the ring locator is inserted via a plug into the joint of the bracket and the locker, the tent skeleton being positioned reliably without disengagement.
