Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

This invention relates to a kind of horizontal type high-temperature hot-blast stove, a heat exchanger with super high air temperature achieved through high frequency heat exchange among coal gas, steam, air and other gas.

Traditional hot-blast stove is usually installed with gas heat exchangers such as duplicate stove or ball stove. These stoves have lower efficiency, lower hot air (highest to 1250° C.), large size and high one-time investment. They are usually installed with low heat blast furnace consuming coal gas, and are hard to achieve high air temperature.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

This horizontal type high-temperature hot-blast stove is invented to further save energy, reduce the emission of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases. Especially, it is invented to meet the requirement of blast furnace and gas furnace technology which need high efficiency heat exchange among steam, coal gas, air and other gas.

The solution for this invention includes:

A horizontal type high-temperature hot-blast stove comprises of a furnace body, a ball bed, a cold air opening and a hot air opening. Combustion chambers are respectively set on the left side and right side in the furnace body. And several burner guns are set on the bottom of the furnace body which locates on the lower part of the combustion chambers. The cold air opening is set on the left side of the furnace body, and the hot air opening is set on the right side of the furnace body, and the cold air opening and the hot air opening are respectively communicated with the combustion chambers which are set on the left side and right side in the furnace body. The ball bed is set in the middle part of the furnace body. The two sides of the ball bed is configured with checker bricks, while the middle of the ball bed is filled with alumina balls with a diameter of 10-60 mm, and a manhole is set on the top of the furnace body.

The operation principle of the horizontal type high-temperature hot-blast stove in this invention:

Supplying coal gas and air to burners, heating the ball bed to a contain temperature, breaking off heating and supplying cold gas from cold air opening. The cold gas will be heated by the ball bed and flow out of the hot-blast stove through hot air opening. When the temperature of the ball bed is not higher than the temperature of heat exchange, stop supplying cold air and heat the ball bed again.

The advantages of this invention

1. Square burner guns are used for heating, which keeps the emission temperature of dust under 150° C., reduced fuel consumption and improved energy utilization.

2. The hot-blast stove in this invention not only can preheat air, but also can preheat coal gas or water vapor. It also can be used to preheat and reform other combustible gas.

3. The hot-blast stove in this invention can provide higher preheating temperature (1250-1450° C.).

4. The hot-blast stove in this invention is installed with smaller alumina balls with a diameter of 10-20 mm, so their volume and weight is 60-66% of those installed in traditional hot-blast stove, but the same heat exchange area is achieved. This reduced the size of furnace body, so the manufacturing cost of hot-blast stove is reduced.

5. This invention provides simple structure, low investment and high heat transfer efficiency. With this invention, it is easy to achieve high heat temperature using coal gas of low calorific value. The heat transfer efficiency can reach to 80%.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

FIG. 1 is the structure diagram of one embodiment of this invention

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Embodiment 1

A horizontal type high-temperature hot-blast stove, it includes a furnace body (6), a ball bed (4), a cold air opening (1) and a hot air opening (9). Combustion chambers (2) are respectively set on the left side and right side in the square furnace body (6). And several square burner guns (3) are set on the bottom of the furnace body (6) which locates on the lower part of the combustion chambers (2). The cold air opening (1) is set on the left side of the furnace body (6), and the hot air opening (9) is set on the right side of the furnace body (6). The ball bed (4) consists of checker brick partition (8) and alumina balls (7) with a diameter of 10-20 mm. A manhole (5) is set on the top of the furnace body. The checker brick partition (8) and alumina balls (7) in the ball bed (4) are preheated to 1500-1550° C. The cold air is supplied to the ball bed (4) from the cold air opening. the cold air is preheated to 1250-1450° C., and then is transferred to reactor through hot air opening (9).
