HAIR PIN
The hair pin is characterized in that an extended protrusion piece with a certain width is formed along both the edge sides of a hair pin body, and the extended protrusion piece is rolled inwardly for thereby forming reinforced parts, and a cut-away groove part or a concave groove part is formed at regular intervals along the inner surfaces of the reinforced parts, and a compression member is formed by forming an inwardly curved part at both sides or by forming an inclined part in an inner surface of the inwardly curved part.
The present invention relates to a hair pin, and in particular to a hair pin which makes it possible to more reliably pin hairs while preventing the pin from slipping from hairs with the help a reliable pinning operation.
BACKGROUND ARTA hair pin is basically designed to pin hairs and make the hairs look clean while obtaining a certain decoration effect.
The conventional hair pin consists of a metallic and elastic hair pin body formed in an arc plate shape, and an elastic metallic compression member which is engaged to a locking part and is formed in an arc plate shape and is more curved than a hair pin body, with the locking part being formed of one end hinged to a hinge part formed in one side of the hair pin body and the other end being formed in another side of the hair pin body, so the elastic metallic compression member is detachable from the locking part.
However the conventional hair pin is not rigid enough to keep a certain shape because it is made of a thin steel plate, so it is impossible to continuously maintain a desired pinning force.
DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTIONAccordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a hair pin which overcomes the problems encountered in the conventional art.
To achieve the above objects, there is provided a hair pin characterized in that an extended protrusion piece with a certain width is formed along both the edge sides of a hair pin body 1, and the extended protrusion piece is rolled inwardly for thereby forming reinforced parts 2 and 2′, and a cut-away groove part 2a or a concave groove part 2b is formed at regular intervals along the inner surfaces of the reinforced parts 2 and 2′, and a compression member 3 is formed by forming an inwardly curved part 3a at both sides or by forming an inclined part 3b in an inner surface of the inwardly curved part.
EffectsIn the present invention, an extended protrusion piece with a certain width is formed along both the edge sides of a hair pin body 1, and the extended protrusion piece is rolled inwardly for thereby forming reinforced parts 2 and 2′ for thereby enhancing a solid structure of a hair pin body while maintaining a certain shape, and a cut-away groove part 2a or a concave groove part 2b is formed at regular intervals along the reinforced parts 2 and 2′. When a user wears a hair pin of the present invention, hairs are guided by means of the cut-away groove or the concave groove part and are uniformly arranged while preventing the hair pin from slipping. Since the surface of the reinforced part 2 of the hair pin body contacts with inwardly curved parts 3a of both sides of the compression member 3 or the inclined surfaces 3b of both sides, the hairs can be stably compressed and supported without movements. Therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent the hair pin from slipping from the hairs.
In the reinforcing part 2, the inner end 20 of the extended protrusion piece closely contacts with the inner surface of the hair pin body or the reinforced part 2′ is formed by inwardly rolling the inner end toward the end of the hair pin body, a space 2c is formed in an inner side, so a sharp portion is not formed at both sides of the hair pin body 1, and the hair pin looks nice, and the reinforcing force of the hair pin body can be enhanced.
The present invention will become better understood with reference to the accompanying drawings which are given only by way of illustration and thus are not limitative of the present invention, wherein;
The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In a hair pin which consists of a metallic and elastic hair pin body 1 formed in an arc plate shape, and an elastic metallic compression member 3 which is engaged to a locking part 1c and is formed in an arc plate shape and is more curved than a hair pin body, with the locking part being formed of one end hinged to a hinge part 1b formed in one side of the hair pin body and the other end being formed in another side of the hair pin body, so the elastic metallic compression member is detachable from the locking part, there is provided a hair pin characterized in that an extended protrusion piece with a certain width is formed along both the edge sides of a hair pin body 1, and the extended protrusion piece is rolled inwardly for thereby forming reinforced parts 2 and 2′, and a cut-away groove part 2a or a concave groove part 2b is formed at regular intervals along the inner surfaces of the reinforced parts 2 and 2′, and a compression member 3 is formed by forming an inwardly curved part 3a at both sides or by forming an inclined part 3b in an inner surface of the inwardly curved part.
The reinforcing part 2 of the present invention can be formed by inwardly rolling an extended protrusion piece in such a manner that the inner end 20 of the extended protrusion piece forming the reinforcing part 2 closely contacts with an inner surface of the hair pin body 1 or the reinforcing part 2′ is formed by inwardly rolling the inner end of the extended protrusion piece toward the end of the hair pin body for thereby forming a space 2c in an inner surface of the reinforcing part.
As the present invention may be embodied in several forms without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof, it should also be understood that the above-described examples are not limited by any of the details of the foregoing description, unless otherwise specified, but rather should be construed broadly within its spirit and scope as defined in the appended claims, and therefore all changes and modifications that fall within the meets and bounds of the claims, or equivalences of such meets and bounds are therefore intended to be embraced by the appended claims.
