CAP WITH PERSPECTIVE INTERLAYER
The present invention is a cap with perspective interlayer space including a cap body-having an exterior surface and a wearing space, an interlayer space arranged onto a local region of the exterior surface of the cap body formed by an internal and external rim, an opening at one end of the interlayer space, and a perspective portion arranged onto global or local region of the external rim of the interlayer space. With the perspective portion, the users can visualize the interior of the interlayer space. The interlayer space is particularly suitable for accommodating advertising, promotional, decorative and identifiable articles. These articles can be easily taken out from the opening, so the users can, where necessary, freely take out the articles from or place them into the interlayer space. The interlayer space can also be used for accommodating small articles for easy identification, realizing ease-of-use with improved applicability.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION1. Field of the Invention
The present invention relates generally to a cap, and more particularly to an innovative cap which has a perspective interlayer.
2. Description of Related Art Including Information Disclosed Under 37 CFR 1.97 and 37 CFR 1.98.
Caps are often used by many individuals or groups for sun-shading and weather-proofing purposes, or as gifts or identification objects in outdoor activities, such as hiking, climbing, garden tours, sports meetings and pilgrimage.
Existing caps are designed structurally in such a way that the advertising signs or labels or letters are often fixed onto the caps by means of printing, embroidering and sewing. However, such a structure still has shortcomings. For example, many users do not want to keep the advertising signs or labels or letters on the caps after completion of the activities, and it is difficult to remove them from the caps, thus reducing their desire to wear the caps.
Further, when the advertising signs or labels or letters are already fixed onto the caps but the clients intend to change their design or order a lesser quantity or even cancel their orders, the manufacturers cannot duly change the caps and have to discard the finished products or re-manufacture the revised parts.
Thus, to overcome the aforementioned problems of the prior art, it would be an advancement in the art to provide an improved structure that can significantly improve the efficacy of the cap.
Therefore, the inventor has provided the present invention of practicability after deliberate experimentation and evaluation based on years of experience in the production, development and design of related products.
BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONThe present invention has enhanced efficacy.
The cap of the present invention allows the perspective interlayer space to be arranged onto the exterior surface of the cap body. The users can thus visualize the interior of the interlayer space as compared with prior art. The interlayer space of the present invention is particularly suitable for accommodating advertising, promotional, decorative and identifiable articles and helping to realize the respective purposes. Moreover, these articles can be easily taken out from the beginning so the users can, where necessary, freely take out the articles from or place them into the interlayer space. As for the manufacturing industry, when the clients intend to change their design or ordering quantity or even cancel their orders, the manufacturers' cost can be minimized since the advertising signs, promotional, decorative or identifiable articles are not fixed onto the caps.
The interlayer space can also be used for accommodating small articles for easy identification, leading to easier use with improved applicability.
The improvements brought about by this invention are as follows. A sealing locator is arranged at the opening of the interlayer space. The locking or unlocking of the opening of the interlayer space can be controlled for more fixed limitation of the articles contained in the interlayer space.
Although the invention has been explained in relation to its preferred embodiment, it is to be understood that many other possible modifications and variations can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as hereinafter claimed.
The cap of the present invention also includes at least one interlayer space 30, which is arranged onto at least a local region on the exterior surface 11 of the cap body 10, or onto a global or local region on the top surface 21 of the brim 20. The interlayer space 30 is formed by an internal rim 31 and an external rim 32 (shown in
The cap further includes at least one perspective portion 40, which is arranged at the global or major identification region of the external rim 32 of the interlayer space 30. With the perspective portion 40, the users can visualize the interior of the interlayer space 30 and also the contents of the articles 05 therein. The perspective portion 40 is made of meshes (disclosed in
