A multi-leveled information displaying device with labeled path comprises the base layer, the base layer comprises at least one area for putting the additional layer and several information showing area; and at least a Nth additional layer, which comprises several information showing areas, wherein N is an integer more than or equal to 1, and N is a natural number, when N equals to 1, the Nth additional layer is set at the top of the base layer; when N is larger than 1, the Nth additional layer is set at the top of the (N−1)th additional layer.

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATION

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention is generally related to the field of multi-leveled information displaying device and, more particularly, to a multi-leveled information displaying device with labeled paths.

RELATED ART

Board games have been a popular source of entertainment for people for a number of years. A number of games exist, including the following.

A board game includes two playing boards, one mounted on top of the other, and each player has four playing pieces. The goal of the game is to move all four playing pieces from a start to an end position. One player's piece can land on another player's piece and send it back to the beginning The top board is rotated according to a roll of the die. Whenever a game piece lands on an indicated “socket,” that piece is automatically moved to the socket above or below the space on which the piece landed. The game also has a feature where a piece that lands on certain designated sockets can be moved to the center of the board. A player must roll a specific number to move out of the center of the board, but when that number is rolled the player can move to any of the transition sockets on either game board. Optionally, a player making a move that ends on an indicated socket can move diagonally when transitioning between boards.

A game includes rotatable discs. The goal of the game is to move pieces from a start position to an end position. The paths on the game board, however, include paths on discs. Based on the spin of a pinwheel, the players can rotate these discs during play.

It is a goal, therefore, to attempt to find a mix of the random elements, strategy, theme and complexity that enhances people's enjoyment of the game and retains their interest over time. People playing games often wish to play familiar games in order to avoid having to learn new and difficult rules. People also become bored, however, with playing the same game over and over again. Accordingly, people desire a new and improved game that offers new features which are not found in the related art and that provide a mix of skill, chance and theme that increase people's enjoyment in their leisure time.

SUMMARY

The embodiments of the present invention provide a multi-leveled information displaying device with labeled path.

In a first aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, a multi-leveled information displaying device with labeled path is provided. The multi-leveled information displaying device with labeled path comprises a base layer comprising at least an additional layer putting area and several information displaying areas, and at least one the Nth additional layer comprising several information displaying areas, wherein N is an integer more than or equal to 1; when N equals to 1, the Nth additional layer is placed on top of the base layer; when said N is more than 1, the Nth additional layer is placed on top of the (N−1)th additional layer

One advantage of the embodiments of the present invention is improving the structure of existing flat-paneled MONOPOLY game to be a three dimensional MONOPOLY game structure, and numerous gaming route and method of playing are provided by the game. The multi-leveled information displaying device with labeled path disclosed by the present invention not only can be used as gaming structure of MONOPOLY game but also can be used as teaching aids with educating information after replacing the replaceable information displaying area.

The aspects and features of the present invention are described detailed in the following description of the preferred embodiment and the accompanying figures for providing thoroughly understanding of the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

The present invention will be rendered by reference to the best-contemplated mode and specific embodiments. The following description of the invention is made for the purpose of illustrating the general principles of the invention and should not be taken in a limiting sense; it is intended to illustrate various embodiments of the invention.

The present invention discloses a multi-leveled information displaying device with labeled path. FIG. 1A illustrates the three dimensional diagram of the multi-leveled information displaying device with labeled path according to the embodiments of the present invention. In FIG. 1A, the multi-leveled information displaying device with labeled path 100 comprises a base layer 110, the first additional layer 120, and the second additional layer 130. The base layer 110 comprises the base layer flat portion 111 formed on the upper surface of the base layer 110; and numerous base layer information displaying areas 115 formed on the base layer flat portion 111. The first additional layer 120 is placed on the base layer flat portion 111. The first additional layer 120 comprises the first additional layer flat portion 121 formed on the upper surface of the first additional layer 120; and numerous first additional layer information displaying areas 125 formed on the first additional layer flat portion 121. The second additional layer 130 is placed on the first additional layer flat portion 121. The second additional layer 130 comprises the second additional layer flat portion 131 formed on the upper surface of the second additional layer 130; and numerous second additional layer information displaying areas 135 formed on the second additional layer flat portion 131.

In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1B, a base layer containing space 114a is formed in the base layer 110, and a base layer opening 113a is formed in the base layer 110 and parallel to surface such as relative to the base layer flat portion 111, that is, the under surface of the base layer 110, and communicates to the base layer containing space 114a. The first additional layer containing space 124a is formed in the first additional layer 120, and the first additional layer opening 123a is formed in the first additional layer 120 and parallel to surface such as relative to the first additional layer flat portion 121, that is, the under surface of the first additional layer 120, and communicates to the first additional layer containing space 124a. The maximum cross-section area of the first additional layer 120 does not exceed the minimum cross-section area of the base layer opening 113a and the base layer containing space 114a. The maximum cross-section area of the second additional layer 130 does not exceed the minimum cross-section area of the first additional layer opening 123a and the first additional layer containing space 124a. Wherein the first additional layer 120 can be packed up in the base layer containing space 114a through the base layer opening 113a, the second additional layer 130 can be packed up in the first additional layer containing space 124a through the first additional layer opening 123a. When using the multi-leveled information displaying device with labeled path 100, the users place the first additional layer 120 on top of the base layer flat portion 111, then place the second additional layer 130 on top of the first additional layer flat portion 121, let the additional layers stack up in order.

In another embodiments of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1C, a base layer containing space 114b is formed in the base layer 110, and a base layer opening 113b is formed in the base layer 110 and parallel to horizontal surface such as relative to the flat base layer portion 111, that is, the upper surface of the base layer 110, and communicates to the base layer containing space 114b. The first additional layer containing space 124b is formed in the first additional layer 120, and the first additional layer opening of the 123b is formed in the first additional layer 120 and parallel to horizontal surface such as relative to the first additional layer flat portion 121, that is, the upper surface of the first additional layer 120, and communicates to the first additional layer containing space 124b. The maximum cross-section area of the first additional layer 120 does not exceed the minimum cross-section area of the base layer opening 113b and the base layer containing space 114b. The maximum cross-section area of the second additional layer 130 does not exceed the minimum cross-section area of the first additional layer opening 123b and the first additional layer containing space 124b. The first additional layer 120 can be packed up in the base layer containing space 114b through the base layer opening 113b when the first additional layer 120 contracting to the base layer 110; the second additional layer 130 can be packed up in the first additional layer containing space 124b through the first additional layer opening 123b when the second additional layer 130 contracting to the first additional layer 120. When using the multi-leveled information displaying device with labeled path 100, the first additional layer 120 can be extended upward from the base layer containing space 114b, then extending the second additional layer 130 upward from the first additional layer containing space 124b, let the additional layers sequentially extended upward. Besides, the multi-leveled information displaying device with labeled path 100 further comprises mounting device 170 and removable pulling ring; the aspects and features of the present invention will be described detailed in the following description of the embodiment hereinafter. In one embodiment, the mounting device 170 is formed on the flank of the base layer containing space 114b and is near the base layer opening 113b, and formed on the flank of the first additional layer containing space 124b and is near the first additional layer opening 123b. The mounting device 170 is used to fix the position of the first additional layer 120 and the second additional layer 130 when extending upward to the location.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the upper surface of the base layer 110 of the multi-leveled information displaying device with labeled path 100 further comprises a concavity wherein the size of the concavity is corresponding to the size of the bottom portion of the first additional layer 120 for fixing the first additional layer 120 when the first additional layer 120 is placed on the upper surface of the base layer 110. The upper surface of the first additional layer 120 also comprises a concavity wherein the size of the concavity is corresponding to the size of the bottom portion of the second additional layer 130 for fixing the second additional layer 130 when the second additional layer 130 is placed on the upper surface of the first additional layer 120.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the upper surface of the base layer 110 of the multi-leveled information displaying device with labeled path 100 further comprises a groove wherein the width of the groove is corresponding to the width of the side wall of the bottom portion of the first additional layer 120 for fixing the first additional layer 120 when the first additional layer 120 is placed on the upper surface of the base layer 110. The upper surface of the first additional layer 120 also comprises a groove wherein the width of the groove is corresponding to the width of the side wall of the bottom portion of the second additional layer 130, for fixing the second additional layer 130 when the second additional layer 130 is placed on the upper surface of the first additional layer 120.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the upper surface of the base layer 110 of the multi-leveled information displaying device with labeled path 100 further comprises four holes, and the under surface of the first additional layer 120 comprises four salients configured at the position relative to the four holes on the base layer 110. The four holes and four salients joint to each other as the first additional layer 120 placed on the upper surface of the base layer 110 for fixing the first additional layer 120. The upper surface of the first additional layer 120 further comprises four holes, and the under surface of the second additional layer 130 comprises four salients configured at the position relative to the four holes on the first additional layer 120. The four holes and four salients joint to each other as the second additional layer 130 placed on the upper surface of the first additional layer 120 for fixing the second additional layer 130.

As shown in FIG. 1C, in one embodiment of the present invention, between the base layer 110, the first additional layer 120, and the second additional layer 130 of the multi-leveled information displaying device with labeled path 100 further comprises mounting devices 170 which is used for fixing the structure of the multi-leveled information displaying device with labeled path 100 when extending and contracting. In one embodiment, the mounting device 170 further comprises spring device, tenon device, bolt device, magnetic device, friction device, or any combination thereof. In one embodiment of the present invention, the mounting devices 170 between the for base layer 110 and the first additional layer 120 are spring pushing device with tenon mounting device; the mounting devices 170 between the for first additional layer 120 and the second additional layer 130 are spring pushing device with tenon mounting device. The top portion of the second additional layer 130 better comprises a removable pulling ring 175, providing an application of force for the users to extend the multi-leveled information displaying device with labeled path 100 when using, and can be removed when packing up the multi-leveled information displaying device with labeled path 100 for convenience.

In the embodiments of the present invention, the shapes of the base layer 110, the first additional layer 120, and the second additional layer 130 of the multi-leveled information displaying device with labeled path 100 are pillars formed by polygon. In one embodiment, the foregoing pillar comprises regular pillar or irregular pillar. The upper surface and the under surface of the pillar can be different shape. In one embodiment of the present invention, the shape of the base layer 110 is a pentagonal pillar, the shape of the first additional layer 120 is a square pillar, and the shape of the second additional layer 130 is a cylindrical pillar. By means of stacking up and extending upward the base layer 110, the first additional layer 120, and the second additional layer 130, a multi-leveled information displaying device with labeled path 100 which is corresponding to theme of a game is formed, for example, a MONOPOLY gaming device with three dimensional structure.

As shown in FIG. 2A, in one embodiment of the present invention, the multi-leveled information displaying device with labeled path 100 comprises gaming route blocks of MONOPOLY game formed on the base layer information displaying areas 115, and gaming route blocks of hospital portion in MONOPOLY game formed on the first additional layer information displaying areas 125. Besides, the multi-leveled information displaying device with labeled path 100 further comprises gaming route blocks of prison portion in MONOPOLY game, blocks for putting accessories cards “CHANCE” and “FATE”, and graphics relative to theme of MONOPOLY game and all the above-mentioned blocks and graphics are formed on the second additional layer information displaying areas 135. The gaming route blocks of MONOPOLY game formed on the base layer information displaying areas 115 described above further comprises a starting point 116, a finish point 117, a hospital jumping point 118 for indicating to the starting point of the hospital portion described above, and a arrest jumping point 119 for indicating to the starting point of the prison portion described above. The gaming route blocks of hospital portion in MONOPOLY game formed on the first additional layer information displaying areas 125 described above further comprises a hospital portion starting point 126, a leaving hospital jumping point 127 for indicating to the gaming portion starting point 116, and a arrest jumping point 128 for indicating to the prison portion starting point described above. The gaming route blocks of prison portion in MONOPOLY game formed on the second additional layer information displaying areas 135 described above further comprises a prison portion starting point 136, a leaving prison jumping point 127 for indicating to the gaming portion starting point 116, and a hospital jumping point 138 for indicating to the hospital portion starting point described above.

As shown in FIG. 2B, in one embodiment of the present invention, the base layer 110 further comprises the base layer flank portion 112. The first additional layer 120 further comprises the first additional layer flank portion 122. The second additional layer 130 further comprises the second additional layer flank portion 132. Graphics 150 relative to gaming route blocks of MONOPOLY game formed on the base layer information displaying areas 115 is formed on the base layer flank portion 112. Graphics 153 relative to gaming route blocks of hospital portion in MONOPOLY game formed on the first additional layer information displaying areas 125 is formed on the first additional layer flank portion 122. Graphics 156 relative to gaming route blocks of prison portion in MONOPOLY game formed on the second additional layer information displaying areas 135 is formed on the second additional layer flank portion 132. In one embodiment, the multi-leveled information displaying device with labeled path 100 may comprise at least one indicating object 159, which is able to be placed on the base layer information displaying areas 115, the first additional layer information displaying areas 125, and/or the second additional layer information displaying areas 135. Therefore, the users may use the indicating object 159 to move on the base layer information displaying areas 115, the first additional layer information displaying areas 125, and/or the second additional layer information displaying areas 135 according to the numerous starting point, finish point, and jumping point as described above.

In the embodiments of the present invention, the gaming route blocks and every graphic as described above can be formed by the way comprising, but not limited to, drawing, printing, etching, sculpting, lacquering, or pasting.

As shown in FIG. 2B, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the base layer flank portion 112, the first additional layer flank portion 122, and the second additional layer flank portion 132 comprises installing holes 140, which are used for mounting graphic cards 160 and additional accessories 165 relative to different gaming route blocks in MONOPOLY game, such as blocks on the road, flowers and trees in gardens, the houses bought by users in MONOPOLY game, and furnishings in the hospital, for providing fun when playing MONOPOLY game, and also making the structure of the multi-leveled information displaying device with labeled path 100 much more stable. The additional accessories 165 could either be placed on the base layer information displaying areas 115, the first additional layer information displaying areas 125, or the second additional layer information displaying areas 135, make the users feel much more immersive when playing MONOPOLY game.

As shown in FIG. 2C, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the multi-leveled information displaying device with labeled path 100 comprises replacing panels 180 which is applicable to the base layer flat portion 111, the first additional layer flat portion 121, and the second additional layer flat portion 131. Wherein the replacing panels 180 as described above comprise replacing panel information displaying areas 190, and the replacing panel information displaying areas 190 further comprises different themes of games or different content for educating purpose. The different themes of games comprise, but not limited to, gaming route information of MONOPOLY game. The different contents for educating purpose comprise, but not limited to, the information about internal structure and system of human body, the information about digest system, the information about circulating system, and so on. Users only nave to apply the replacing panels 180 to replace the whole game, or replace as teaching aids. The replacing panels 180 may comprise three-dimensional structure to increase fun or novelty feelings when users playing games or teaching.

In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the base layer 110, the first additional layer 120, the second additional layer 130, the graphic cards 160, the additional accessories 165, and the replacing panels 180 of the multi-leveled information displaying device with labeled path 100 may each comprise electrical devices for providing visual and sound effects, and/or make the gaming structure moving, to increase the joy and excitement when users are playing the game. In one embodiment, the electrical devices comprise vocalization device, illumination device, and servo device. The vocalization device comprises speaker, bell, whistle, and so on. The illumination device comprises incandescent light bulb, LED, luminescence source, laser, and so on. The servo device comprises server, server motor, and so on.

In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, user may exchange different replacing panels 180 and additional layers with other users to form an individual theme of game or increase the overall height of the multi-leveled information displaying device with labeled path 100.

In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the graphic cards 160 and the additional accessories 165 can be stored in the containing space of the base layer 110 and/or each additional layer, to save storage space.

In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 2D, a pair of holes 129 is formed on the first additional layer flank portion 122, a tubal structure is formed through the first additional layer 120 between the pair of holes 129. The minimum cross-section area of the holes 129 and the tubal structure formed therein is larger than the maximum cross-section area of the indicating object 159, let indicating object 159 can move on the base layer information displaying areas 115 through holes 129.

In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 2E, the position for putting the first additional layer 120 of the base layer information displaying areas 115 further comprises gaming route blocks 1152, blocks 1154 for putting accessories cards “CHANCE”, blocks 1156 for putting accessories cards “FATE”, and graphics relative to theme of MONOPOLY game (not shown). Therefore, the base layer 110 can be a board game when there is no any other additional layer placing on the base layer 110. Also, the position for putting the second additional layer 130 of the first additional layer information displaying areas 125 further comprises gaming route blocks 1252, blocks 1254 for putting accessories cards “CHANCE”, blocks 1256 for putting accessories cards “FATE”, and graphics relative to theme of MONOPOLY game (not shown). Therefore, the first additional layer 120 can be a board game when no any other additional layer placing on the first additional layer 120, and the first additional layer 120 can also combine with the base layer 110 to become another board game.

In another embodiment of the present invention discloses another kind of the multi-leveled information displaying device with labeled path, it uses both methods of stacking up and extending upward together to form the structure of each layer. FIG. 3A illustrates the three dimensional diagram of the multi-leveled information displaying device with labeled path according to another embodiments of the present invention. It shows the three dimensional diagram of the multi-leveled information displaying device with labeled path after stacked up and extended upward. In one embodiment, the multi-leveled information displaying device with labeled path 200 comprises the base layer 210, the first additional layer 220, the second additional layer 230, and the third additional layer 240. The first additional layer 220 is placed on top of the base layer 210. The second additional layer 230 is placed on top of the first additional layer 220. The third additional layer 240 is placed on top of the second additional layer 230. In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3B, the base layer 210a comprises the base layer flat portion 211a formed on the upper surface of the base layer 210a. A base layer opening 212a is formed on the under surface of the base layer 210a, and on surface relative to the base layer flat portion 211a. The base layer 210a comprises a base layer containing space 211a formed in the base layer 210a, therefore the first additional layer 220a is able to be packed up in the base layer containing space 213a through the base layer opening 212a. The first additional layer 220a is able to be placed on top of the base layer flat portion 211a. The first additional layer 220a comprises the first additional layer containing space 221a which is used for packing up the second additional layer 230a when contracting. The first additional layer 220a comprises an upper opening 222a form on the upper surface of the first additional layer 220a and the second additional layer 230a go through the upper opening 222a when extending upward from the first additional layer containing space 221a. The first additional layer under surface 220a comprises the first additional layer under opening 223a, and the second additional layer 230a comprises the second additional layer containing space 233a formed therein and the second additional layer opening 232a formed on the under surface of the second additional layer 230a, therefore the third additional layer 240a is able to go through the first additional layer under opening 223a of the first additional layer 220a and the second additional layer opening 232a of the second additional layer 230a to be packed up in the second additional layer containing space 233a. The salient portion 224a is formed on the upper surface of the first additional layer 220a and near the upper opening 222a. Mounting devices 225a are formed on the flank of the first additional layer containing space 221a and located under the salient portion 224a. In one embodiment, mounting device 225a comprises spring device, tenon device, bolt device, magnetic device, friction device, or any combination thereof. The upper surface of the second additional layer 230a comprises the second additional layer flat portion 231a, therefore the third additional layer 240a is able to be placed on top of the second additional layer flat portion 231a. The salient portion 234a is formed on the outer edge of bottom of the second additional layer 230a, when the second additional layer 231a is extended from the first additional layer containing space 221a, the salient portion 224a and the salient portion 234a are able to be fixed together, and the mounting devices 225a are able to fix the position of the salient portion 234a and the second additional layer 230a will not slip off.

In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 3C, the base layer 210b comprises a base layer containing space 211b formed in the base layer 210b, the base layer containing space 211b is able to pack up the first additional layer 220b when the first additional layer contracting to the base layer. An upper opening 212b is formed on the upper surface of the base layer 210b, for the first additional layer 220b going through the upper opening 212b when the first additional layer 220b is pulled out. The salient portion 214b is formed on the upper surface of the base layer 210b and near the upper opening 212b. Mounting devices 215b are formed on the flank of the base layer containing space 211b and located under the salient portion 214b. In one embodiment, mounting device 215b comprises spring device, tenon device, bolt device, magnetic device, friction device, or any combination thereof. The upper surface of the first additional layer 220b comprises the first additional layer flat portion 221b. The salient portion 224b is formed on the outer edge of bottom of the first additional layer 220b, when the first additional layer 220b is extended from the base layer containing space 211b, the salient portion 214b and the salient portion 224b are able to be fixed together, and the mounting devices 215b are able to fix the position of the salient portion 224b, the first additional layer 220b will not slip off. The second additional layer containing space 231b is formed inside the second additional layer 230b, which is able to pack up the third additional layer 240b when the third additional layer 240b contracting to the second additional layer 230b. An upper opening 232b is formed on the upper surface of the second additional layer 230b, for the third additional layer 240b going through the upper opening 232b when extending upward from the second additional layer containing space 231b. The salient portion 233b is formed on the upper surface of the second additional layer 230b and near the upper opening 232b. Mounting devices 234b are formed on the flank of the second additional layer containing space 231b and located under the salient portion 233b. In one embodiment, mounting device 234b comprises spring device, tenon device, bolt device, magnetic device, friction device, or any combination thereof. In the much preferred embodiment of the present invention, numerous joining pieces 3458 are provided for setting between two neighboring side boards 3454. The third additional layer opening 3430 is formed on the central portion of the third additional layer flat portion 3410, the third additional layer containing space 3435 is formed therein, wherein the third additional layer containing space 3435 is a hollow box formed by the third additional layer containing space board 3460 after bending and assembling. The third additional layer containing space board 3460 comprises a main board 3462 and numerous side boards 3464, and between each side boards 3464 comprise at least one linkage as mentioned thereof, for connecting every side board 3464 when assembling. The linkages are used for connecting the third additional layer containing space 3460 formed by the third additional layer containing space board 3460 to the third additional layer opening 3430.

In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B, the use of the multi-leveled information displaying device with labeled path is a three dimensional MONOPOLY gaming device 4000 with several layers of MONOPOLY gaming route. In each layer of MONOPOLY gaming route of the three dimensional MONOPOLY gaming device 4000, may comprise at least one route block marked with an exclamation mark and at least one route block marked with a question mark. The route block marked with an exclamation mark can be called as a “CHANCE” route block 4110, the route block marked with a question mark can be called as a “FATE” route block 4210. The three dimensional MONOPOLY gaming device 4000 further comprises several “CHANCE” cards 4120 and several “FATE” cards 4220, wherein each “CHANCE” cards 4120 comprise a “CHANCE” card surface side 4122 for showing the predefined displaying information, and the predefined displaying information shown on the “CHANCE” card surface side 4122 is related to MONOPOLY game; and a “CHANCE” card back side 4124 showing the same pattern, wherein the pattern on the “CHANCE” card back side 4124 is an exclamation mark. Each “FATE” cards 4220 comprise a “FATE” card surface side 4222 for showing the predefined displaying information, and the predefined displaying information shown on the “FATE” card surface side 4222 is related to MONOPOLY game; and a “FATE” card back side 4224 showing the same pattern, wherein the pattern on the “FATE” card back side 4224 is an question mark.

As shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B, on the gaming plate of the three dimensional MONOPOLY gaming device 4000 further comprises a block for putting “CHANCE” cards 4130 and a block for putting “FATE” cards 4230, when playing the game, shuffle several “CHANCE” cards 4120 and put them on the relative blocks for putting “CHANCE” cards 4130 with the “CHANCE” card back side 4124 facing upward, and shuffle several “FATE” cards 4220 and put them on the relative blocks for putting “FATE” cards 4230 with the “FATE” card back side 4224 facing upward to finish the preparation of the game. In the gaming progress, when the indicating object of user moves to “CHANCE” route block 4110, user takes the most above “CHANCE” card 4120 among all the “CHANCE” cards 4120 in the block for putting “CHANCE” cards 4130, according to the predefined indication stated on the “CHANCE” card surface side 4122 to play the game, and put the “CHANCE” card 4120 to the bottom of other “CHANCE” cards 4120 in the block for putting “CHANCE” cards 4130. When the indicating object of user moves to “FATE” route block 4210, user takes the most above “FATE” card 4220 among all the “FATE” cards 4220 in the block for putting “FATE” cards 4230, according to the predefined indication stated on the “FATE” card surface side 4222 to play the game, and put the “FATE” card 4220 to the bottom of other “FATE” cards 4220 in the block for putting “FATE” cards 4230.

In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 5C, provides several selectable information displaying cards 4300, which preferred comprises selectable information displaying “CHANCE” cards 4310 and selectable information displaying “FATE” cards 4320. The size of the selectable information displaying “CHANCE” cards 4310 generally equals to the size of the “CHANCE” cards 4120. The selectable information displaying “CHANCE” cards 4310 comprises a pattern of exclamation mark 4318 formed on the selectable information displaying “CHANCE” card back side 4316; the selectable information displaying “CHANCE” card surface side 4312 comprises at least one words of “CHANCE” and several horizontal lines, for user to fill up the indications or rules of the game on the selectable information displaying “CHANCE” card surface side 4312, become a selectable information displaying “CHANCE” card 4310 defined by user. The size of the selectable information displaying “FATE” cards 4320 generally equals to the size of the “FATE” cards 4220 described thereof. The selectable information displaying “FATE” cards 4320 comprises a pattern of question mark 4328 formed on the selectable information displaying “FATE” card back side 4326; the selectable information displaying “FATE” card surface side 4322 comprises at least one words of “FATE” and several horizontal lines, for user to fill up the indications or rules of the game on the selectable information displaying “FATE” card surface side 4322, become a selectable information displaying “FATE” card 4320 defined by user.

In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 5D, provides at least one selectable information displaying card 4400, which could be better with both side blank, and the size of the selectable information displaying card 4400 generally equals to the size of the “CHANCE” cards 4120 and the “FATE” cards 4220 described thereof. User could form an exclamation mark 4414 on one side of the selectable information displaying cards 4400 to define the selectable information displaying cards 4400 to be a selectable information displaying “CHANCE” card 4410, and the side with the exclamation mark 4414 becomes the selectable information displaying “CHANCE” card back side 4412, the other side of the selectable information displaying “CHANCE” card 4410 becomes the selectable information displaying “CHANCE” card surface side 4416, user could fill up the indications or rules of selectable information displaying “CHANCE” card 4418 on the selectable information displaying “CHANCE” card surface side 4416, forming a selectable information displaying “CHANCE” card 4410 defined by user. User could either form an question mark 4424 on one side of the selectable information displaying cards 4400 to define the selectable information displaying cards 4400 to be a selectable information displaying “FATE” card 4420, and the side with the question mark 4424 becomes the selectable information displaying “FATE” card back side 4422, the other side of the selectable information displaying “FATE” card 4420 becomes the selectable information displaying “FATE” card surface side 4426, user could fill up the indications or rules of selectable information displaying “FATE” card 4428 on the selectable information displaying “FATE” card surface side 4426, forming a electable information displaying “FATE” cards 4420 defined by user.

By using the foregoing selectable information displaying “CHANCE” cards 4310, 4410 and selectable information displaying “FATE” cards 4320, 4420 defined by user as the “CHANCE” card 4120 and “FATE” card 4220 of the three dimensional MONOPOLY gaming device 4000 in the preferred embodiment, it will enhance players' enjoyment and the excitement of the three dimensional MONOPOLY game.

For providing thoroughly understanding of the present invention, there are some terminologies used in the foregoing description. However, it should be appreciated that certain specific details are not necessary in implementing the present invention. Therefore, each of the specific embodiments of the present invention is for purpose of description but not for purpose of limiting the present invention to a specific detail. For example, the layout of the functional block diagram may be modified under the teaching of the present invention, and the illustrated or not illustrated components may be replaced by components with similar functionalities or equivalents. Some components are not necessarily required when implementing the present invention. It should be obvious that some modifications or variations may be made under the teaching or suggestion of the embodiments of the present invention for better accommodation with different environments or conditions, but they should be included in the present invention. Therefore, the scope of the present invention should be defined by the following claims and the equivalents.

Claims

1. A multi-leveled information displaying device with labeled path comprising:

a base layer comprising at least an additional layer putting area and several information displaying areas; and
at least one the Nth additional layer, comprises several information displaying areas, wherein N is an integer more than or equal to 1, and N is a natural number;
wherein when N equals to 1, said the Nth additional layer is placed on top of said base layer; when N is more than 1, said the Nth additional layer is placed on top of the (N−1)th additional layer.

2. The multi-leveled information displaying device with labeled path as claim 1, wherein said the Nth additional layer further comprises at least one the (N+1)th additional layer putting area for putting the (N+1)th additional layer.

3. The multi-leveled information displaying device with labeled path as claim 1, wherein said information displaying area of said base layer further comprises indications indicating to one of said several information displaying areas of said the Nth additional layer.

4. The multi-leveled information displaying device with labeled path as claim 1, wherein said several information displaying areas of said the Nth additional layer further comprises indications indicating to one of said several information displaying areas of said base layer or other additional layers.

5. The multi-leveled information displaying device with labeled path as claim 1, further comprising at least one indicating object moving in said several information displaying areas of said base layer and said several information displaying areas of said the Nth additional layer for indicating information.

6. The multi-leveled information displaying device with labeled path as claim 1, wherein said the Nth additional layer further comprising at least one tubal structure, one end of said tubal structure formed the first hole on side face of said the Nth additional layer, another end of said tubal structure formed the second hole on side face of said the Nth additional layer, said the first hole towards to one of said several information displaying areas of said the (N−1)th additional layer, said the second hole towards to another one of said several information displaying areas of said the (N−1)th additional layer.

7. The multi-leveled information displaying device with labeled path as claim 1, wherein said the Nth additional layer further comprises side face of said the Nth additional layer.

8. The multi-leveled information displaying device with labeled path as claim 7, wherein said side face of said the Nth additional layer further comprises at least one graphic forming at said side face of said the Nth additional layer corresponding to said information displaying areas of said the Nth additional layer.

9. The multi-leveled information displaying device with labeled path as claim 8, wherein the content of said graphic further comprises graphics related to said information shown by said information displaying area of said the Nth additional layer.

10. The multi-leveled information displaying device with labeled path as claim 7, further comprises at least one graphic plate or at least one additional accessory, said at least one graphic plate or said at least one additional accessory is applied to said information displaying area of said the Nth additional layer or said side face of said the Nth additional layer, and said at least one graphic plate or said at least one additional accessory is removable.

11. The multi-leveled information displaying device with labeled path as claim 1, wherein at least one mounting device is formed between said additional layer putting area of said base layer and said the Nth additional layer, wherein said N equals to 1.

12. The multi-leveled information displaying device with labeled path as claim 1, wherein at least one mounting device is formed between said additional layer putting area of said the Nth additional layer and said the (N−1)th additional layer, wherein said N is an integer more than or equal to 1.

13. The multi-leveled information displaying device with labeled path as claim 11 or 12, wherein said mounting device further comprises tenon device, bolt device, spring device, magnetic device, friction device, or any combination thereof.

14. The multi-leveled information displaying device with labeled path as claim 1, further comprising at least one information displaying card, said information displaying card further comprises a surface side and an information displaying side.

15. The multi-leveled information displaying device with labeled path as claim 14, wherein at least one same pattern formed on the said surface side.

16. The multi-leveled information displaying device with labeled path as claim 14, wherein said information displaying side further comprise predefined displaying information.

17. The multi-leveled information displaying device with labeled path as claim 1, wherein said information displaying side further comprise definable displaying information.

18. The multi-leveled information displaying device with labeled path as claim 1, further comprises at least one replaceable information displaying area for said base layer which is applicable to said information displaying area of said base layer for changing information shown on said information displaying area of said base layer.

19. The multi-leveled information displaying device with labeled path as claim 1, further comprises at least one replaceable information displaying area for said additional layer which is applicable to said information displaying area of said the Nth additional layer, for changing information shown on said information displaying area of said the Nth additional layer.

20. The multi-leveled information displaying device with labeled path of claim 18 or 19, wherein said information of said at least one replaceable information displaying area further comprises information of gaming route or educating content.

21. The multi-leveled information displaying device with labeled path as claim 1, wherein said base layer further comprises a concave containing space for packing up said the Nth additional layer, wherein said N equals to 1.

22. The multi-leveled information displaying device with labeled path as claim 1, wherein said the Nth additional layer further comprises the (N+1)th additional layer containing space for packing up said the (N+1)th additional layer, wherein said N is an integer more than or equal to 1.
