COSMETICS CASE

Abstract

A cosmetics case includes a case body and a cover body. The case body has an accommodating room, a first pivot, and a first buckle. The cover body is connected to the case body and has a second pivot as well as a second buckle that both are designed in accordance with the first pivot and the first buckle of the case body. The cover body further has a non-transparent decoration area and a transparent window that are designed in accordance with the accommodating room of the case body. The window surrounds the decoration area and accordingly surrounds the accommodating room of the case body. Through the window, users are able to observe the color or the amount of the cosmetic article such as a powder foundation, a lipstick, cheek, or an eye shadow in the accommodating room inside the cosmetics case.

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a cosmetics case, whose cover body is designed with a decoration area and a window surroundingly disposed around the decoration area; the color and the amount of the cosmetic article (a powder foundation, a lipstick, a cheek, or an eye shadow) disposed in the cosmetics case could be presented through the window.

2. Description of the Related Art

There are various types of cosmetics cases from the simple structure to the complicated design. A common cosmetics case is shown in FIGS. 4 and 5. The cosmetics case includes a case body A and a cover body B. The case body A has an accommodating room A1, a first pivot A2, and a first buckle A3. The cover body B that is connected to the case body A has a second pivot B1 and a second buckle B2 respectively disposed with respect to the first pivot A2 and the first buckle A3. A transparent window B3 is further disposed on the cover body B for observing the accommodating room A1 of the case body A. Herein, the cover body B may be made of a transparent material. Thereby, such cosmetics case is commonly employed for receiving a cosmetic article C like a powder foundation, a lipstick, a cheek, or an eye shadow. In operation, the first buckle A3 engages with the second buckle B2, and users are able to observe the state of the cosmetic article C through the window B3. Whereby, users are aware of the color and the amount of the cosmetic article C.

Usually, the middle part of the cosmetic article C in the accommodating room A1 of the case body A would be firstly used up, which gradually outwardly forms an irregular bare area C1 in the accommodating room A1. Increasingly, the bare area C1 gets wider as the time passing by. Herein, the unattractive and irregular bare area C1 is in fact improper for being observed through the window B3. Moreover, the transparent window B3 on the cover body B obstructs the disposition of a mirror since the disposition of the mirror might be unappealing. As a result, it is inconvenient for users while they are making up and fixing their makeup.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The object of the present invention is to remove the unappealing and unattractive appearance presented on the cosmetics case resulting from the irregular bare area that is gradually formed; the present invention is also available for the disposition of a mirror.

The cosmetics case of the present invention comprises a case body and a cover body. Wherein, the case body includes an accommodating room, a first pivot, and a first buckle. The cover body is connected to the case body and includes an inner layer and an exterior layer that are disposed with respect to the accommodating room of the case body. Further, the cover body includes a second pivot disposed with respect to the first pivot of the case body and a second buckle disposed with respect to the first buckle of the case body. Preferably, the cover body has a non-transparent decoration area and a transparent window disposed with respect to the accommodating room. Beneficially, the window is disposed around the decoration area as well as accordingly disposed around the accommodating room of the case body.

Preferably, the exterior layer of the decoration area of the cover body adopts a leather layer, a printed layer, or a covering layer.

Preferably, the inner layer of the decoration area of the cover body adopts a mirror layer.

Preferably, a cosmetic article is placed in the accommodating room of the case body. The cosmetic article may adopt a powder foundation, a lipstick, a cheek, an eye shadow, or a combination of foregoing cosmetic articles.

Advantages of the present invention are as follows: The transparent and ring-like window is beneficial for users to observe the state such as the color or the amount of the cosmetic article inside the cosmetics case. Favorably, users could always catch sight of the integrity as the cosmetic article through the ring-like transparent window. Wherein, the visual effect on the cosmetics case would be enhanced. Moreover, while placing the leather layer, the printed layer, or the covering layer on the non-transparent decoration area of the case body, a more attractive appearance on the cosmetics case could be achieved by changing either the material or the pattern on the decoration area. As a result, a special look of the cosmetics case could be performed. While additionally placing the mirror layer on a reverse of the decoration area on the inner layer of the case body, users could conveniently employ the mirror when making up or fixing their makeup.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, a cosmetics case includes a case body 1 and a cover body 2.

The case body 1 has an accommodating room 11, a first pivot 12, and a first buckle 13.

The cover body 2 is connected to the case body 1 and has an inner layer and an exterior layer correspondingly disposed to the inner layer. Both the inner layer and the exterior layer are disposed with respect to the accommodating room 11 of the case body 1. The cover body 11 further has a second pivot 21 that is designed in accordance with the first pivot 12 of the case body 1, and a second buckle 22 that is designed in accordance with the first buckle 13 of the case body 1. Further, the cover body 2 comprises a non-transparent decoration area 23 and a transparent window 24 which are disposed with respect to the accommodating room 11 of the case body 1. Herein, the window 24 is surroundingly disposed on the decoration area 23 and designed with respect to the accommodating room 11 of the case body 1 in a ring-like formation. The cosmetic article 3 such as a powder foundation, a lipstick, a cheek, or an eye shadow is freely received in the accommodating room 11.

The first pivot 12 of the case body 1 and the second pivot 21 of the cover body 2 could be fitted to each other; the first buckle 13 and the second buckle 22 could be also engaged with each other.

Favorably, a leather layer 231, a printed layer, or a covering layer is disposed on the exterior layer of the decoration area 23 of the cover body 2. In this embodiment, the leather layer 231 is adopted on the decoration area 23.

Favorably, a mirror layer 232 is disposed on the inner layer of the decoration area 23 of the cover body 2, so that users could conveniently utilize the mirror layer 232 when making up or fixing their makeup.

Referring to FIG. 3, a middle part of the cosmetic article 3 would be firstly used up and thereby formed by an irregular bare area 31 after a period of using time. Herein, the irregular bare area 31 would be hidden behind the non-transparent decoration area 23 on the cover body 2. Thus, users would always catch sight of the integrity of the cosmetic article 3 such as the powder foundation, the lipstick, the cheek, or the eye shadow through the ring-like window 24. Accordingly, the non-transparent area 23 on the cover body 2 could be alternatively decorated by the leather layer 231, the printed layer, or the covering layer. Thereby, the decorative material and the pattern performed on the cosmetics case may preferably contribute to an attractive appearance.

Aforesaid embodiments do not limit the claimed scope of the present invention. Alike variation and alternation made in accordance with the claims and specification of the present invention do not depart from the spirit of the present invention.

Claims

1. A cosmetics case, comprising:

a case body that includes an accommodating room, a first pivot, and a first buckle; and

a cover body connected to said case body; said cover body including an inner layer and an exterior layer correspondingly disposed to said inner layer; said cover body comprising a second pivot that is designed in accordance with said first pivot of said case body and a second buckle that is designed in accordance with said first buckle of said case body; a decoration area that is non-transparent and a transparent window being disposed correspondingly to said accommodating room; said window being disposed around said decoration area as well as surroundingly disposed in accordance with said accommodating room of said case body.

2. The cosmetics case as claimed in claim 1, wherein said exterior layer of said decoration area of said cover body includes a leather layer, a printed layer, a covering layer, or a combination of said layers disposed thereon.

3. The cosmetics case as claimed in claim 1, wherein said inner layer of said decoration area of said cover body includes a mirror layer disposed thereon.

4. The cosmetics case as claimed in claim 1, wherein a cosmetic article is placed in said accommodating room of said case body.

5. The cosmetics case as claimed in claim 4, wherein said cosmetic article adopts a powder foundation, a lipstick, a cheek, an eye shadow, or a combination thereof.
