Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a eraser wheel for cleaning viscose, which can lower the cost of replacement.

2. Description of the Prior Art

As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, a conventional eraser wheel 1 comprises a eraser wheel body 2, a limit disc 3, a rotating axle 4, and a screw assembly 5. The limit disc 3, the rotating axle 4 and the screw assembly 5 are coupled in the eraser wheel body 2. The limit disc 3 is located at the center of the eraser wheel body 2. The rotating axle 4 penetrates the limit disc 3 and is exposed outside the eraser wheel body 2. One end of the rotating axle 4 is coupled with the screw assembly 5.

The conventional eraser wheel 1 uses the rotating axle 4 to connect with a pneumatic tool (not shown in the drawings) for cleaning the remained viscose. However, the conventional eraser wheel 1 is integrally formed. When replacing with a new eraser wheel 1, the limit disc 3, the rotating axle 4 and the screw assembly 5 have to be replaced as well. This increases the cost of replacement and brings rubbish. Furthermore, the limit disc 3, the rotating axle 4 and the screw assembly 5 must be fixed in the eraser wheel body 2 when producing the eraser wheel 1. The procedure of production is complicated to increase the production time. Accordingly, the inventor of the present invention has devoted himself based on his many years of practical experiences to solve this problem.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention is to provide a eraser wheel for cleaning viscose, which comprises a eraser wheel body and a coupling member. The eraser wheel body has an axial hole and a plurality of slots thereon. The axial hole is located at a central portion of the eraser wheel body. The slots are located beside the axial hole. The coupling member includes a coupling axle and a plurality of coupling ribs. One end of the coupling axle is provided with a connecting unit, and another end of the coupling axle is connected with the coupling ribs. The coupling axle is inserted through the axial hole. The coupling ribs are positioned in the slots. Accordingly, it is only required to replace with a new eraser wheel, without making a replacement of the coupling member. The present invention is cost-effective and environmentally friendly. Besides, the eraser wheel can be produced alone, which simplifies the production procedure and lowers the production time.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Embodiments of the present invention will now be described, by way of example only, with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in FIG. 3 to FIG. 5, a eraser wheel 10 for cleaning viscose according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises a eraser wheel body 11 and a coupling member 12.

The eraser wheel body 11 has an axial hole 111 and a plurality of slots 112 thereon. The axial hole 111 is located at a central portion of the eraser wheel body 11. The slots 112 are disposed around the axial hole 111 and spaced with each other. One side of the eraser wheel body 11 is formed with a connecting trough 113 located between the axial hole 111 and the slots 112. The eraser wheel body 11 has a plurality of notches 114 formed around a circumferential portion thereof. The eraser wheel body 11 is made of a rubber material.

The coupling member 12 includes a coupling axle 121 and a plurality of coupling ribs 122. One end of the coupling axle 121 is provided with a connecting unit 13, and another end of the coupling axle 121 is connected with the coupling ribs 122 which correspond to the slots 112. In this embodiment of the present invention, the connecting unit 13 is outer threads formed on an outer surface of the coupling axle 121. Each of the coupling ribs 122 includes an extension portion 1221 and a positioning portion 1222. The extension portion 1221 has one end connected to the coupling axle 121 and another end connected to the positioning portion 1222. The extension portion 1221 is perpendicular to the positioning portion 1222. The positioning portion 1222 has a rough outer surface.

FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view showing another embodiment of the coupling member of the present invention. In this embodiment, the coupling axle 121 of the coupling member 12 is axially formed with a threaded hole 123 at a central portion thereof. An inner wall of the threaded hole 123 is provided with the connecting unit 13. The connecting unit 13 is inner threads.

Referring to FIGS. 4 and 5, to assemble the eraser wheel 10 of the present invention, the coupling axle 121 is inserted through the axial hole 111, and the extension portions 1221 and positioning portions 1222 are positioned in the connecting trough 113 and the slots 112, respectively. The positioning portions 1222 each have the rough surface corresponding to the eraser wheel body 11 so as to increase friction relative to the eraser wheel body 11, preventing disengagement.

FIG. 7 is a schematic view showing the eraser wheel of the present invention when in use. When using the eraser wheel 10 of the present invention, the eraser wheel 10 coupled with a pneumatic tool 20 is rotated to clean the remained viscose. Besides, a connecting rod 30 is provided between the eraser wheel 10 and the pneumatic tool 20 for compressing the eraser wheel 10 to increase area.

Although particular embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail for purposes of illustration, various modifications and enhancements may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Accordingly, the present invention is not to be limited except as by the appended claims.
