FIELD OF INVENTION

The present invention relates to a urine bottle adapter, especially relates to a urine bottle adapter that can tranform an empty PET bottle into a safe and environmental-friendly urine bottle.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Holding back urine when it is not convenient to go to the toilet is a predicament that people usually face. Nowadays, conventional products for solving this problem is, for example, a urinal pot used in the hospital, however, this is difficult to be washed, or a urine bag used in a car, which is made of plastic and could not be used repeatedly. Therefore, the urinal pot and the urine bag are not popular in the world.

The urinal pot used in the hospital is rather disgusting to the user, and is difficult for washing, and transportation. The urine bag used in cars being disposable thereby requires a higher cost, and higher pollution. Nowadays, there is a need for a portable urination device that has advantages of being able to be recycled, having minimum cost, leading to zero pollution, wasting no resource, providing safety, and improved convenience.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

An aspect of the present invention is to provide a urine bottle adapter. One advantage of the urine bottle adapter is being able to transform an empty PET bottle into a urine bottle. Therefore, the urine bottle adapter can be widely used, for example: alongside the hospital bed or during traveling. Furthermore, the advantages of the urine bottle adapter include being recyclable, of minimum cost, yielding no pollution, wasting no resource, being safe, convenient, and of environmentally friendly.

The urine bottle adapter of this invention is designed with saving the earth in mind. By using this urine bottle adapter, any empty PET bottle that can be picked up easily during travel can be transformed into a urine bottle. The advantages of the urine bottle adapter include being recyclable, of minimum cost, yielding no pollution, wasting no resource, being safe, convenient, and of environmentally friendly. Furthermore, because of its economic advantage, the urine bottle adapter can become popular. Thus the time and energy wasted in waiting and steps leading to going to the toilet will be saved. Therefore, the urine bottle adapter also has advantages of energy conservation and carbon reduction.

To achieve the foregoing and other object, the urine bottle adapter has a hollow body which meets human ergonomics. The hollow type body includes an open end and a flow guiding hole opposite to the open end. The diameter of the open end is larger than the diameter of the flow guiding hole. Furthermore, there is a plurality of internal screw threads in the flow guiding hole. The open end of the urine bottle adapter is compliant with human ergonomics, so it could comfortably substantially cover the user's private part. By means of the internal screw threads, an empty PET bottle can be screwed into the flow guiding hole, thus the empty PET bottle could be used to hold urine. Therefore, the urine bottle adapter can transform the empty bottle into a urine bottle.

Furthermore, an indenting groove and a rubber band catch are disposed on the outer wall of the urine bottle adapter and adjacent to the flow guiding hole. In another embodiment of the present invention, if the user cannot find an empty PET bottle, he/she can use the indenting groove and a rubber band that is hooked to the rubber band catch to bind and secure a plastic bag to the urine bottle adapter, so as to allow the plastic bag to be used for holding urine.

In another embodiment, in using the urine bottle, the user can choose to stand or sit on a low stool to let his/her hips being supported, so that the male user could let his private parts and female user could let her three-fifths of her hips respectively hung in the air, for convenient urination. In some occasions, the user can use a skirt, a coat, an umbrella, or a towel to shield her/his private parts during urination. After urinating, the user can loosen the urine bottle adapter apart from the PET bottle. In order to be used again next time, the urine bottle adapter should be received for being washed. If the usage frequency is too excessive so that the PET bottle is difficult to be washed, a new PET bottle should substitute for the old one.

The urine bottle adapter of the present invention would save the resource of earth and reduce the pollution of used urine bag. Furthermore, the urine bottle could relieve the pain and inconvenience of holding back the urine during travel with adding no burden on the earth.

The above and other aspects, features, and advantages of the present invention will become more apparent from the following detailed description when taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

FIG. 1 shows the perspective view of a urine bottle adapter 5 according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 shows an alternative perspective view of the urine bottle adapter 5. FIG. 3 shows a top view of the urine bottle adapter 5. Please refer to FIG. 1, FIG. 2, and FIG. 3, the urine bottle adapter 5 is an integral and hollow body. The urine bottle adapter 5 meets human ergonomics needs. The urine bottle adapter 5 includes an open end 1 and a flow guiding hole 2. The open end 1 has a larger diameter than the flow guiding hole 2. There is a plurality of internal screw threads 2 in the inside wall of the flow guiding hole 2. The internal screw threads 2 are matched with the external screw threads at a lip of the conventional PET bottle, which could be easily purchased in the marketplace. Looking from the side view, the open end of the urine bottle adapter 5 looks like a tilted curve. The open end is compliant with human ergonomics so as to fittingly cover the private part of a person.

During use, by means of the internal screw threads 2, the empty PET bottle is screwed into the flow guiding hole 2. Then, the private part of the user is comfortably covered by the open end 1. Urine would then flow into the empty PET bottle via the urine bottle adapter 5 during urination by the user.

The urine bottle adapter 5 is made of alloy or a plastic material, such as PET material, and is preferably made of plastic material such as the toilet lid so as to have the advantages of being economical, long-lasting, comfortable, easy to clean, and environmental-friendly.

Please refer to FIG. 4, FIG. 4 shows a method for holding the urine bottle when the gender of the user is for example male. The male user can stand or sit on a low stool to allow his hips being supported and his private parts hung in the air so as to urinate conveniently. Please refer to FIG. 5, FIG. 5 shows a method for holding the urine bottle when the gender of the user is for example female. The female user can squat or sit on the low stool to let her hips being supported, and to have three-fifths of her hips hung in the air to urinate conveniently. In some occasions, the user can use a skirt, a coat, an umbrella, or a towel to shield her/his private parts. After urinating, the user could loosen and detach the urine bottle adapter 5 apart from the PET bottle. In order to be able to be used again, the urine bottle adapter 5 can be packed away ready for further washing. If the usage frequency is too large so that the PET bottle is difficult to be maintained to be sufficiently clean, a new PET bottle should replace the old one.

Furthermore, an indenting groove 3 and a rubber band catch 4 are disposed on the outer wall of the urine bottle adapter 5 and are adjacent to the flow guiding hole 2. The indenting groove 3 is configured for binding a bag and the rubber band catch 4 is used for hooking and tying with a rubber band. If the user is unable to find or locate an empty PET bottle, he/she can use the indenting groove 3 and the rubber band hooked on the catch 4 to bind and secure a plastic bag. In this embodiment, the plastic bag can be used for holding urine. The user should cover and seal the flow guiding hole 2 of the urine bottle adapter 5 by using the plastic bag. Thereafter, the user can tie the rubber band around the indenting groove 3 twice and tie one end of the rubber band on the catch 4.

Although the description above contains many specifics, these are merely provided to illustrate the invention and should not be construed as limitations of the invention's scope. Thus it will be apparent to those skilled, in the art that various modifications and variations can be made in the system and processes of the present invention without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention.
