Jaw Clip

The present invention is related to a jaw clip. The jaw clip comprises a first jaw unit, a second jaw unit and a pivot. The first jaw unit contains a first base part, pluralities of first expanding parts and pluralities of first jointing parts thereof. Each of first expanding part has pluralities of pillars disposed in line coincident with axial direction of the first expanding part. Each of first jointing part has pluralities of holes disposed in line coincident with axial direction of the first jointing part. Each of pillar disposes in a hole, so that first expanding part may rotate relative to first jointing part. The second jaw unit contains a second base part, pluralities of second expanding parts and pluralities of second jointing parts thereof. The pivot pivotally connects the first base part and the second base part, so that the first jaw unit may rotate relative to the second jaw unit.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a jaw clip, particularly to a jaw clip with function of selective stretching expansion or drawing together.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIOR ART

Hair is absolutely important to women. Having beautiful and long hair is highly desired by women, and may also be seen as star. Though, the problem women having long hair may take is beyond our imagination. For example, long hair may be stuck in shoulder and neck, while sweat or in rainy day, so that women might feel uncomfortable of having long hair. Women also need relax, thus except for beautiful long hair and bright decoration on hair, convenient arrangement of the hair or easy to be hold above the shoulder are sometimes more favorable to women.

Conventionally, women hold their hair above by means of jaw clip. In this manner, the hair may be put down as demand or may be hold above the shoulder while in hot and sweat, which is extremely convenient. Taiwan had published a patent of M387569 “Improvement of jaw clip” on Sep. 1, 2010, which disclosed a jaw clip with fixed jaws and separable soft sheath. The benefit of the improved jaw clip is: preventing from piercing or scraping our scalp. Furthermore, Taiwan had published a patent of I324508 “Jaw clip” on May 11, 2010, which also disclosed a jaw clip with improved pivot and symmetrical jaws. The benefit is: it may be easily disassembled and significantly reinforced the mechanical strength.

However, in most scenario, women with less hair would buy small jaw clip, on the contrary, women with much hair would buy larger jaw clip. Namely, the jaw clip cannot be adapted to both of less hair and much hair. It's extremely inconvenient.

Therefore, how to make the jaw clip adapted to both situation of less hair and much hair, so as to increase the desire for purchase, is a critical issue needed to be settled.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The primary object of present invention is to make the jaw clip adapt to both situation of less hair and much hair, so as to increase the desire for purchase.

To achieve the foregoing and other objects, a jaw clip is provided. The jaw clip comprises a first jaw unit, a second jaw unit and a pivot. The first jaw unit contains a first base part, pluralities of first expanding parts and pluralities of first jointing parts thereof. Each of first expanding part has pluralities of pillars disposed in a straight line coincident with axial direction of the first expanding part. Each of first jointing part has pluralities of holes disposed in a straight line coincident with axial direction of the first jointing part. Each of pillar disposes in a hole, so that first expanding part may rotate relative to first jointing part. The adjacent two first jointing parts are not intersected to each other. The adjacent two first expanding parts are not intersected to each other. The second jaw unit contains a second base part, pluralities of second expanding parts and pluralities of second jointing parts thereof. Each of second expanding part has pluralities of pillars disposed in a straight line coincident with axial direction of the second expanding part. Each of second jointing part has pluralities of holes disposed in a straight line coincident with axial direction of the second jointing part. Each of pillar disposes in a hole, so that second expanding part may rotate relative to second jointing part. The adjacent two second jointing parts are not intersected to each other. The adjacent two second expanding parts are not intersected to each other. The pivot pivotally connects the first base part and the second base part, so that the first jaw unit may rotate relative to the second jaw unit.

In the aforementioned jaw clip, wherein one of the first expanding part connects to the first base part, or one of the second expanding part connects to the second base part.

In the aforementioned jaw clip, wherein one of the first jointing part connects to the first base part, or one of the second jointing part connects to the second base part.

In the aforementioned jaw clip, wherein the pillars of each first expanding part are equidistantly disposed in line with consequence, or the pillars of each second expanding part are equidistantly disposed in line with consequence.

In the aforementioned jaw clip, wherein the holes of each first jointing part are equidistantly disposed in line with consequence, or the holes of each second jointing part are equidistantly disposed in line with consequence.

In the aforementioned jaw clip, wherein the angle between the pillar and the first expanding part is 90 degree, or the angle between the pillar and the second expanding part is 90 degree.

In the aforementioned jaw clip, wherein the pivot further contains a spring pushing the first base part and the second base part.

In the aforementioned jaw clip, wherein the pillar is disposed inside the hole by tightly fit.

In the aforementioned jaw clip, wherein the first expanding parts are parallel to each other, the second expanding parts are parallel to each other, the first jointing parts are parallel to each other, or the second jointing parts are parallel to each other.

In the aforementioned jaw clip, wherein the number of pillars of the first expanding part is greater than 3, the number of pillars of the second expanding part is greater than 3, the number of holes of the first jointing part is greater than 3, or the number of holes of the second jointing part is greater than 3.

Whereby, the jaw clip of present invention may stretch the first expanding parts, second expanding parts, first jointing parts and second jointing parts to unfold while women has long or much hair. On the contrary, the jaw clip may draw the first expanding parts, second expanding parts, first jointing parts and second jointing parts together while women has short or less hair. Thus, it may adapt to different amount of hair with extremely convenience.

The foregoing, as well as additional objects, features and advantages of the invention will be more readily apparent from the following detailed description, which proceeds with reference to the accompanying drawings.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Please refer to FIG. 1, FIG. 1 is assembling and disassembling diagram of jaw clip according to the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, a jaw clip 1, comprising a first jaw unit 11 and a second jaw unit 12; wherein the first jaw unit 11 is at the upper of the diagram and the second jaw unit 12 is at the lower of the diagram. The first jaw unit 11 contains a first base part 115, pluralities of first expanding parts 111 and pluralities of first jointing parts 112. The first base part 115 is disposed in the middle; pluralities of first expanding parts 111 or first jointing parts 112 are relatively disposed at left side and right side of the first base part 115 with symmetry. In this embodiment of FIG. 1, three first expanding parts 111 and three first jointing parts 112 are simultaneously disposed at left side of the first base part 115; symmetrically, three first expanding parts 111 and three first jointing parts 112 are also simultaneously disposed at right side of the first base part 115. The first expanding part 111 closest to the first base part 115 is firmly connected to the first base part 115, wherein the closest first expanding part 111 and the first base part 115 are unitary body. However, in other embodiment, the connection may be by means of screw fastening, other fixing means, or, linkage between the first base part 115 and the first jointing part 112.

Each of first expanding part 111 has pluralities of pillars 117, and the pillars 117 are equidistantly disposed in approximately straight line coincident with axial direction of the first expanding part 111; wherein the pillars 117 are arranged with sequence. Besides, the angle between each pillar 117 and the first expanding part 111 is 90 degree, i.e., the pillar 117 and the first expanding part 111 are orthogonal to each other. The number of the pillars 117 disposed on each first expanding part 111 may be 2 or 3. Each of first jointing part 112 has pluralities of holes 118, and the holes 118 are equidistantly disposed in approximately straight line coincident with axial direction of the first jointing part 112; wherein the holes 118 are arranged with sequence. The number of the holes 118 disposed on each first jointing part 112 may be 2 or 3. In this manner, the first jaw unit 11 may be combined into configuration equipped with both functions of stretching expansion and drawing together, by means of assembling first expanding parts 111 and first jointing parts 112. Namely, the first jaw unit 11 may be free of expanding or receiving. As shown in FIG. 1, three first expanding parts 111 in the left are about parallel; three first expanding parts 111 in the right are about parallel; three first jointing parts 112 in the left are about parallel; and three first jointing parts 112 in the right are about parallel. Then, these first expanding parts 111 are corresponded to and combined with these first jointing parts 112; thus, every two neighboring first expanding parts 111 have no intersection, and every two neighboring first jointing parts 112 have no intersection. When each pillar 117 is disposed inside a hole 118, the first expanding parts 111 are therefore combined with the first jointing parts 112. In this manner, pillars 117 may be rotated inside holes 118, so that first expanding parts 111 and first jointing parts 112 may be relatively rotated against pillars 117. In preferable embodiment, the pillars 117 are disposed inside the holes 118 by tightly fit, thus the combination of first expanding parts 111 and first jointing parts 112 are stable, without falling off.

Next, the second jaw unit 12, disposed at the lower of the jaw clip 1, contains a second base part 125, pluralities of second expanding parts 121 and pluralities of second jointing parts 122. Each of second expanding part 121 has pluralities of pillars 127 disposed in an approximate line coincident with axial direction of the second expanding part 121. Each of second jointing part 122 has pluralities of holes 128 disposed in an approximate line coincident with axial direction of the second jointing part 122. Each pillar 127 is disposed in a hole 128, so that second expanding part 121 may be rotated relative to second jointing part 122. After combination of second expanding parts 121 and second jointing parts 122, every two adjacent two second expanding parts 121 have no intersection to each other, and every two adjacent second jointing parts 122 also have no intersection to each other. In preferable embodiment, the first jaw unit 11, first base part 115, first expanding parts 111 and first jointing parts 112, which locate at upper half of the jaw clip 1, are symmetrical and corresponding to the second jaw unit 12, second base part 125, second expanding parts 121 and second jointing parts 122, which locate at lower half of the jaw clip 1. Therefore the configuration of the first jaw unit 11 and the second jaw unit 12 are similar, no need to be further addressed. After assembling, as shown in FIG. 2, the first jaw unit 11 and the second jaw unit 12 may be closed together.

Please refer to FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 simultaneously, FIG. 3 is first side view diagram of jaw clip according to present invention; FIG. 4 is second side view diagram of jaw clip according to present invention. As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, when the first jaw unit 11 and the second jaw unit 12 are closed to each other, the first base part 115 and the second base part 125 may be linked together by means of a pivot 13, so that the first jaw unit 11 and the second jaw unit 12 may be relatively rotated to each other. In other words, by taking advantage of a spring 14 disposed at pivot 13, the first base part 115 and the second base part 125 may be withstood and pushed by the spring 14, so that the first jaw unit 11 and the second jaw unit 12 are approached to each other, which is shown in FIG. 3. When the jaw clip 1 is used, the first base part 115 and the second base part 125 may be compressed by hand, so that the first jaw unit 11 and the second jaw unit 12 are therefore separated to each other, which is shown in FIG. 4. Wherein, the pillars 117 of the first jaw unit 11 are symmetrical and corresponding to the pillars 127 of the second jaw unit 12. The benefit of pillars 117, 127 is: inserting the hair so as to increase the friction between the pillars and the hair, so that the hair may be fixed stably.

The main purpose of present invention is that the jaw clip 1 may be adapted to all kind of women with different amount of hair, thus the purchase may be increased. Please refer to FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, FIG. 5 is diagram of jaw clip when drawn together, FIG. 6 is diagram of jaw clip when stretched expansion. As shown in FIG. 5, when women having less hair may draw the first jaw unit 11 (or the second jaw unit) and the first base part 115 together. In this manner, the expanding area of the first jaw unit 11 (or the second jaw unit) is less. As shown in FIG. 6, when women having much hair may stretch and expand the first jaw unit 11 (or the second jaw unit) to left side and right side of the jaw clip 1. In this manner, the expanding area of the first jaw unit 11 (or the second jaw unit) is larger. Therefore, what user needs to do is regulate the expansion level of the first jaw unit 11 (or second jaw unit), so as to adapt to different amount of hair. No need to purchase so many jaw clips any more. It's extremely convenient for women. The first jaw unit 11 (or the second jaw unit) with fully expansion and the utilization of the jaw clip 1 is depicted in FIG. 7.

Another embodiment of present invention regarding jaw clip is also introduced. Please refer to FIG. 8 and FIG. 9, FIG. 8 is diagram of jaw clip when stretched expansion according to another embodiment of present invention; FIG. 9 is diagram of jaw clip when drawn together according to another embodiment of present invention. According to demand, the amount of first expanding parts 211 (or second expanding parts) may be unlimited in left half or right half of the jaw clip 2 as far as possible. Correspondingly, the amount of first jointing parts 212 (or second jointing parts) may also be unlimited in left half or right half of the jaw clip 2 as far as possible. In this manner, the first jaw unit 21 (or second jaw unit) may have unlimited expansion in left half or right half of jaw clip 2. Besides, the first expanding parts 211 in the left are exactly parallel; the first expanding parts 211 in the right are exactly parallel; the first jointing parts 212 in the left are exactly parallel; and the first jointing parts 212 in the right are exactly parallel. The number of the pillars 217 disposed on each first expanding part 211 may be 3 or 4. Accordingly, the number of the holes (not marked) disposed on each first jointing part 212 may also be 3 or 4. Moreover, the first expanding part 211 closest to the first base part 215 is pivotally connected to the first base part 215, thus the first expanding parts 211 and the first jointing parts 212 may be jointly rotated around the first base part 215. Therefore, by means of the jaw clip 2, it may be adapted to more-hair women since the expanding area is apparently larger.

Summarily, the jaw clip of present invention may stretch the first expanding parts, second expanding parts, first jointing parts and second jointing parts to unfold while women has long or much hair. On the contrary, the jaw clip may draw the first expanding parts, second expanding parts, first jointing parts and second jointing parts together while women has short or less hair. Thus, it may adapt to different amount of hair with extremely convenience.

While certain exemplary embodiments have been described and shown in the accompanying drawings, it is to be understood that such embodiments are merely illustrative of and not restrictive on the broad invention, and that this invention is not be limited to the specific constructions and arrangements shown and described, since various other modifications may occur to those ordinarily skilled in the art.

Claims

1. A jaw clip, comprising:

a first jaw unit containing a first base part, pluralities of first expanding parts and pluralities of first jointing parts thereof, each of first expanding part having pluralities of pillars disposed in a straight line coincident with axial direction of the first expanding part, each of first jointing part having pluralities of holes disposed in a straight line coincident with axial direction of the first jointing part, each of pillar disposed in a hole so that first expanding part may rotate relative to first jointing part, the adjacent two first jointing parts not intersecting to each other, the adjacent two first expanding parts not intersecting to each other;
a second jaw unit containing a second base part, pluralities of second expanding parts and pluralities of second jointing parts thereof, each of second expanding part having pluralities of pillars disposed in a straight line coincident with axial direction of the second expanding part, each of second jointing part having pluralities of holes disposed in a straight line coincident with axial direction of the second jointing part, each of pillar disposed in a hole so that second expanding part may rotate relative to second jointing part, the adjacent two second jointing parts not intersecting to each other, the adjacent two second expanding parts not intersecting to each other;
a pivot pivotally connecting the first base part and the second base part, so that the first jaw unit may rotate relative to the second jaw unit.

2. The jaw clip as claim 1, wherein one of the first expanding part connects to the first base part, or one of the second expanding part connects to the second base part.

3. The jaw clip as claim 1, wherein one of the first jointing part connects to the first base part, or one of the second jointing part connects to the second base part.

4. The jaw clip as claim 1, wherein the pillars of each first expanding part are equidistantly disposed in line with consequence, or the pillars of each second expanding part are equidistantly disposed in line with consequence.

5. The jaw clip as claim 1, wherein the holes of each first jointing part are equidistantly disposed in line with consequence, or the holes of each second jointing part are equidistantly disposed in line with consequence.

6. The jaw clip as claim 1, wherein the angle between the pillar and the first expanding part is 90 degree, or the angle between the pillar and the second expanding part is 90 degree.

7. The jaw clip as claim 1, wherein the pivot further contains a spring pushing the first base part and the second base part.

8. The jaw clip as claim 1, wherein the pillar is disposed inside the hole by tightly fit.

9. The jaw clip as claim 1, wherein the first expanding parts are parallel to each other, the second expanding parts are parallel to each other, the first jointing parts are parallel to each other, or the second jointing parts are parallel to each other.

10. The jaw clip as claim 1, wherein the number of pillars of the first expanding part is greater than 3, the number of pillars of the second expanding part is greater than 3, the number of holes of the first jointing part is greater than 3, or the number of holes of the second jointing part is greater than 3.
