BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Due to their biological characteristics, women need to sit to urinate and they don't Want their bodies to have direct contact with dirty surfaces that can cause vaginal infections.

However, if they have to wait for prolonged periods to urinate, it puts pressure on their bladders that can lead to health problems.

The ideal situation would be to find clean and disinfected public bathrooms that were secure for the health of intimate parts. Unfortunately, in the majority of cases, it is not possible to find such bathrooms. Generally, public bathrooms are dirty without bacterial disinfectant.

Actually, there are many types of portable urinals, some are too large to bring in a vehicle, and other female urinary devices come in the shape of a simple plastic funnel or enclosed small container, some with a hose, that try to alleviate these inconveniences.

Nevertheless, in order to use these devices, women have to urinate standing over these devices (in an unnatural position for their bodies), and if they don't position themselves properly over the funnel, they can drip urine down their legs with consequent discomfort and inconvenience with wet clothes, irritation and bad odors.

In the case of children, the problems are worse, since the mother has to cover the toilet seat with paper and seat the girl on it, with the risk of her slipping inside, exposing her to a strong vaginal infection, or, if the mother holds the child over the toilet, she runs the risk of injuring her back, or in holding the child, there are risks of fractures or even worse problems.

With the objective of overcoming these and other inconveniences, I thought of developing this portable feminine urinary device that seeks to provide protection by means of a combination of a funnel receiver for liquids combined with a hose to a tank container of liquids, with the entire device sealed, compact and comfortable, easy to carry in the trunk or under the seat of a car.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Portable Device For Urination

The characteristic details of this novel device are shown clearly in this description and in the figures that accompany it. The figure numbers in this description correspond to the figure numbers in the following pages that indicate the parts and demonstrative drawings.

FIG. 1 This is a conventional perspective of the device, composed of five parts, assembled there are:

    • 1—(1) Funnel or receiver of liquids
    • 2—(2) Screw on tops with sealing action
    • 3—(1) Hose
    • 4—(1) Tank containing fluids
    • 5—(1) Velcro closing device

FIG. 2 is the description of the assembly of the five pieces.

The hose (No. 3) has attached at each end a sealing screw top (No. 2), one of the ends of the hose (No. 3) screws into the funnel receiver of fluids (No. 1), and the other end of the hose (No. 3) screws into the tank containing the fluids. The velcro fastener (No. 5) passes through an opening at the other end of the tank containing the fluids (No. 4).This assembly permits the 5 parts of the device to form a hermetic seal to capture the fluids.

FIGS. 3 and 4 illustrate the method for storing the device.

One turns upside down the funnel receiver of fluids (No. 1) over the top part of the tank containing the fluids (No. 4) placing the tongue from the receiver of fluids (No. 1) in the hanger of the tank containing fluids (No. 4) and finally secure it with the velcro strap (No. 5) around the tube of the funnel receiver of fluids.

This device permits the entire family, but especially women and children, the ability to urinate comfortably and in a clean manner inside of whatever type of automobile or moving vehicle of whatever type including compacts, and/or seated over whatever seat or chair, including in the country, over a rock or mounting device, when there are no convenient bathrooms, or when they find bathrooms, they are dirty.

When the device is full of liquids, only return it to the place where it is stored in the trunk of the vehicle.

The device avoids odors and contains the fluids until one arrives at a place where the tank can be emptied and the device cleaned with water and soap, remaining ready for the next use when it may be required.

Claims

1- Feminine urinary device that works through a funnel that has in the upper part a place for the woman to sit on it comfortably, a lower base that is stable and firm to remain vertical on whatever surface, and an exit tube connected by means of a sealing screw top, a hose that conveys fluids, and is connected by means of another sealing screw top to a receiver tank for fluids where the fluids are stored in a sealed manner.

2- Receiver tank for fluids, with a low height to provide stability, even when used by passengers in a moving vehicle, with a circular base that contains the bottom connector for the connecting hose which is connected by a sealing top to the circular base, increases the volume capacity of the tank without increasing the external dimensions of the device when it is folded for storage, since the mounting device enters in the opening of the funnel receiver of fluids. Additionally, it comes with a hook in the upper front part, where enters the exit of the funnel receiver of fluids, and a velcro fastener in the upper back part which holds the tube to discharge the funnel receiver of fluids. This permits that tank and the funnel to remain firmly together, thereby preventing bad odors from leaving the device.

3- Totally armed and disarmed the funnel receiver of fluids, the hose, and the tank containing the fluids, enabling thereby the rapid emptying of the container tank of fluids, and the easy cleaning of the three components.
