Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a multifunctional cleaner used in occasions for cleaning vehicles, walls, floors and so forth.

Most cleaners currently used in cleaning occasions such as car wash stations have only a single function of either washing by using nozzles or brushing by using brushes. Connectors at water outlets of some cleaners are configured as an adaptable structure in order to fit with both nozzles and brushes. Dual uses of cleaners could therefore be attained since brushes could be fitted with the connectors for brushing after nozzles are removed upon completion of washing and on the other hand, nozzles could be fitted with the connectors for washing after brushes are removed upon completion of brushing. However, such kind of structure requires frequent removal and replacement of nozzles and brushes, so it is very inconvenient to use and improvement is needed.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The object of the present invention is to overcome the aforesaid disadvantages now present in the prior art by providing a multifunctional cleaner which is convenient to use and which is able to perform washing and brushing without the need to remove and replace nozzles and brushes.

The present invention mainly adopts the technical proposal as follows:

A multifunctional cleaner comprises a water inlet pipe and a water flow control switch provided at a water inlet of the said water inlet pipe. The multifunctional cleaner also comprises a water flow conversion valve forming a flow line with the water inlet pipe. A front end of the said water flow conversion valve is provided with a nozzle and a brush arranged in two different directions. The said nozzle and the said brush are provided with a nozzle water outlet and a brush water outlet respectively. A water flow sealing member and a water flow conversion core are provided inside the said water flow conversion valve. A first connecting opening and a second connecting opening communicating with the nozzle water outlet and the brush water outlet respectively are provided on the said water flow sealing member. The water flow conversion core is provided with a nozzle water outlet and a brush water outlet at two positions circumferentially perpendicular to each other respectively. Communication and discommunication between the nozzle water inlet and the first connecting opening as well as between the brush water inlet and the second connecting opening are established by clockwise and anticlockwise turning of the water flow conversion core.

The present invention has the following advantages in comparison with the prior art:

Since the cleaner of the present invention is provided with the nozzle and the brush arranged along two different directions at a water outlet end of the cleaner and it could select if water should be sprayed from the nozzle or the brush by switching direction of water flow, it could perform two kinds of cleaning functions without the need to remove and replace the nozzle and the brush and it is very convenient to use. Further, since the cleaner of the present invention could also perform water wiping function and control if clean water or cleaning fluid is to be sprayed by operating the cleaning fluid conversion switch, the cleaner is powerful in terms of its functions.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

As shown in FIG. 1a, FIG. 1b, FIG. 3, FIG. 4 and FIG. 6, the multifunctional cleaner according to the present invention comprises a water inlet pipe 1 and a water flow control switch 2 provided at a water inlet of the water inlet pipe 1. The multifunctional cleaner also comprises a water flow conversion valve 3 forming a flow line with the water inlet pipe 1. A front end of the water flow conversion valve 3 is provided with a nozzle 4 and a brush 5 arranged in two different directions. The nozzle 4 and the brush 5 are provided with a nozzle water outlet 41 and a brush water outlet 51 respectively. A water flow sealing member 31 and a water flow conversion core 32 are provided inside the water flow conversion valve 3. A first connecting opening 311 and a second connecting opening 312 communicating with the nozzle water outlet 41 and the brush water outlet 51 respectively are provided on the water flow sealing member 31. The water flow conversion core 32 is provided with a nozzle water outlet 321 and a brush water outlet 322 at two positions circumferentially perpendicular to each other respectively. Communication and discommunication between the nozzle water inlet 321 and the first connecting opening 311 as well as between the brush water inlet 322 and the second connecting opening 312 are established by clockwise and anticlockwise turning of the water flow conversion core 32. In other words, when the brush water inlet 322 is in communication with the second connecting opening 312 and is therefore opened, the nozzle water inlet 321 is not in communication with the first connecting opening 311 and is therefore closed. In such case, water flows from the brush 5 of the multifunctional cleaner for brushing. In contrast, when the water flow conversion core 32 is turned so that the nozzle water inlet 321 is in communication with the first connecting opening 311 and is therefore opened, the brush water inlet 322 is not in communication with the second connecting opening 312 and is therefore closed and in such case, water flows from the nozzle 4 of the multifunctional cleaner for washing.

As shown in FIG. 1b and FIG. 6, a water flow conversion switch 33 exposed from the water flow conversion valve 3 is fixedly provided on the water flow conversion core 32 so that users could turn the water flow conversion core 32 from outside to control the direction of water flow. The nozzle 4 is provided along a direction of an axis of the water flow conversion valve 3. The brush 5 is provided below the axis of the water flow conversion valve 3. Bristles of the brush 5 are preferably arranged perpendicular to or substantially perpendicular to the axis since bristles in such an arrangement fit with habit of use. A water wiping device 6 is also provided at a front end of the water flow conversion valve 3 and the water wiping device 6 is arranged above the axis of the water flow conversion valve 3 for wiping all water away from a surface of an object to be cleaned.

As shown in FIG. 1a, FIG. 2a, FIG. 2b, FIG. 5a and FIG. 5b, a cleaning fluid container 7 is provided at a water outlet end of the water inlet pipe 1. A flow passage 71 communicating with the water inlet pipe 1 is provided inside the cleaning fluid container 7. A fluid storage cavity 72 and a cleaning fluid conversion core 73 are also provided inside the cleaning fluid container 7. A cleaning fluid container inlet 74 and a cleaning fluid outlet 75 are provided between the flow passage 71 and the fluid storage cavity 72. A sealing component 731 for closing the cleaning fluid container inlet 74 and the cleaning fluid outlet 75 is provided on the cleaning fluid conversion core 73. A pair of connecting openings 732 provided on the sealing component 731 communicates with the cleaning fluid container inlet 74 and the cleaning fluid outlet 75 respectively according to turning of the cleaning fluid conversion core 73. When using the multifunctional cleaner to spray clean water, the sealing component 731 blocks the cleaning fluid container inlet 74 and the cleaning fluid outlet 75 so that the cleaning fluid container 7 is closed. When turning the cleaning fluid conversion core 73 so that the two connecting openings 732 on the sealing component communicate with the cleaning fluid container inlet 74 and the cleaning fluid outlet 75 respectively, clean water inside the flow passage 71 flows into the fluid storage cavity 72 and brings out cleaning fluid from the fluid storage cavity 72 via the cleaning fluid outlet 75, thereby controlling the multifunctional cleaner to spray cleaning fluid.

As shown in FIG. 5a and FIG. 5b, a cleaning fluid conversion switch 78 exposed from the cleaning fluid container 7 is fixedly provided outside the cleaning fluid conversion core 73. By operating the cleaning fluid conversion switch 78, turning direction of the cleaning fluid conversion core 73 could be easily controlled to further control the multifunctional cleaner to spray clean water or cleaning fluid. A cleaning fluid refill opening 76 and a cleaning fluid container lid 77 for closing the cleaning fluid refill opening 76 are provided at a bottom of the cleaning fluid container.

As shown in FIG. 1a and FIG. 1b, a water inlet 34 of the water flow conversion valve 3 communicates with a water outlet 711 of the flow passage of the cleaning fluid container 7 via a telescopic pipe 8 so as to extend the range of area where the multifunctional cleaner could be used.
