WATER BOTTLE STRUCTURE

A water bottle structure includes a water bottle and a water bottle seat. The water bottle includes a bottle body and a lid to cover the mouth of the bottle body. The bottle body has an oblate shape. The bottle body has a bottom, a gradual enlarged portion, a gradual reduced portion, and a grasp portion. The bottom has an arc shape. The enlarged portion extends from the bottom to a middle portion of the bottle body. The reduced portion extends from the middle portion to an upper end of the bottle body. The grasp portion extends upward from the upper end of the bottle body and is slightly inclined toward the front of the bottle body. The water bottle seat includes a seat body and a receiving seat. The seat body has a plurality of holes at a circumferential portion thereof for insertion of a belt. The receiving seat is integrally formed with the seat body and extends forward from a bottom of the seat body. The receiving seat has an oblate accommodation trough defined by two sides and a front of the receiving seat. The receiving seat has an open upper end. The front of the receiving seat has a V-shaped central portion to connect the two sides of the receiving seat, such that the accommodation trough of the receiving seat has a resilient engagement function. The bottle body of the water bottle can be positioned in the accommodation trough of the water bottle seat or taken out with ease.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a water bottle structure, and more particularly to a water bottle and a water bottle seat. The water bottle can be coupled to the water bottle seat or taken out from the water bottle seat with ease.

2. Description of the Prior Art

There are many advantages to exercising, such as reducing cholesterol, keeping the resilience of blood vessels, preventing arteriosclerosis, losing weight, activating body cells, or the like. Accordingly, exercising is necessary and important to health.

During exercise, people will sweat and be thirsty. Therefore, people always carry a bottle of water or soft drink with him/her. However, it is not convenient to carry a water bottle for hiking, mountain climbing, jogging or a long distance running. In general, people put the water bottle into a backpack or hold in his/her hand to supply water. If the water bottle is placed in the backpack, it is required to put down the backpack and take out the water bottle from the backpack. This is very inconvenient. If the exerciser holds the water bottle in his/her hand, it will be convenient for the exerciser to drink water. However, the water bottle will cause muscular pains after a period of time, and the hand holding the water bottle is not available. Accordingly, the inventor of the present invention has devoted himself based on his many years of practical experiences to solve this problem.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The primary object of the present invention is to provide a water bottle structure to overcome the aforesaid shortcomings. The water bottle structure comprises a water bottle and a water bottle seat. The water bottle comprises a bottle body and a lid to cover the mouth of the bottle body. The bottle body has an oblate shape. The bottle body has a bottom, a gradual enlarged portion, a gradual reduced portion, and a grasp portion. The bottom has an arc shape. The enlarged portion extends from the bottom to a middle portion of the bottle body. The reduced portion extends from the middle portion to an upper end of the bottle body. The grasp portion extends upward from the upper end of the bottle body and is slightly inclined toward the front of the bottle body. The water bottle seat comprises a seat body and a receiving seat. The seat body has a plurality of holes at a circumferential portion thereof for insertion of a belt. The receiving seat is integrally formed with the seat body and extends forward from a bottom of the seat body. The receiving seat has an oblate accommodation trough defined by two sides and a front of the receiving seat. The receiving seat has an open upper end. The front of the receiving seat has a V-shaped central portion to connect the two sides of the receiving seat, such that the accommodation trough of the receiving seat has a resilient engagement function. The bottle body of the water bottle can be positioned in the accommodation trough of the water bottle seat or taken out with ease.

Preferably, the seat body of the water bottle seat has the holes for insertion of the belt. Therefore, the user can tie the belt inserted through the water bottle seat on his/her waist. During exercising, the bottle body of the water bottle can be positioned in the accommodation trough of the water bottle seat or taken out with ease.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Embodiments of the present invention will now be described, by way of example only, with reference to the accompanying drawings.

FIG. 1 is an exploded view according to a first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a perspective view of FIG. 1. FIG. 3 is a front sectional view of FIG. 2. FIG. 4 is a side sectional view of FIG. 2. FIG. 5 is a schematic view according to the first embodiment of the present invention. The water bottle structure of the present invention comprises a water bottle 2 and a water bottle seat 3.

The water bottle 2 comprises a bottle body 21 and a lid 22 to cover the mouth of the bottle body 21. The bottle body 21 has an oblate shape. The bottle body 21 has a bottom 211, a gradual enlarged portion 212, a gradual reduced portion 213, and a grasp portion 214. The bottom 211 has an arc shape. The enlarged portion 212 extends from the bottom 211 to a middle portion of the bottle body 21. The reduced portion 213 extends from the middle portion to an upper end of the bottle body 21. The grasp portion 214 extends upward from the upper end of the bottle body 21 and is slightly inclined toward the front of the bottle body 21.

The water bottle seat 3 comprises a seat body 31 and a receiving seat 32. The seat body 31 has a plurality of holes 311 at a circumferential portion thereof for insertion of a belt 5. The receiving seat 32 is integrally formed with the seat body 31 and extends forward from a bottom 312 of the seat body 31. The receiving seat 32 has two sides 3211 which are gradually enlarged, a front 3212, and an oblate accommodation trough 321 defined by the two sides 3211 and the front 3212 of the receiving seat 32. The receiving seat 32 has an open upper end. The front 3212 has a V-shaped central portion to connect the two sides 3211 of the receiving seat 32, such that the accommodation trough 321 of the receiving seat 32 has a resilient engagement function.

The bottle body 21 of the water bottle 2 is in an oblate shape. The bottle body 21 has the arc bottom 211, the enlarged portion 212 extending from the bottom 211 to the middle portion, and the reduced portion 213 extending from the middle portion to the upper end thereof. The bottle body 21 can be received in the accommodation trough 321 of the receiving seat 32 of the water bottle seat 3. The receiving seat 32 has the two enlarged sides 3211 and the front 3212 to encompass the accommodation trough 321. The front 3212 of the receiving seat 32 has the V-shaped central portion to connect the two sides 3211, such that the accommodation trough 321 of the receiving seat 32 has a resilient engagement function. The lower section of the bottle body 21 of the water bottle 2 is inserted and positioned in the accommodation trough 321 of the receiving seat 32. The user can grasp the grasp portion 214 of the bottle body 21 to take out the water bottle 2 from the accommodation trough 321 of the receiving seat 32 of the water bottle seat 3. The water bottle 2 and the water bottle seat 3 of the present invention are user-friendly.

Furthermore, the seat body 31 of the water bottle seat 3 has the holes 311 for insertion of the belt 5. Therefore, the user can tie the belt 5 inserted through the water bottle seat 3 on his/her waist. During exercise, the bottle body 21 of the water bottle 2 can be positioned in the accommodation trough 321 of the water bottle seat 3 or taken out with ease.

FIG. 6 is an exploded view according to a second embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 7 is a perspective view of FIG. 6. FIG. 8 is a side sectional view of FIG. 7. FIG. 9 is a schematic view according to the second embodiment of the present invention. The second embodiment is substantially similar to the first embodiment with the exceptions described hereinafter. The seat body 31 of the water bottle seat 3 has the plurality of holes 311 for insertion of the belt 5 and an engaging portion 313 which is a non-circular hole. The present invention further comprises a protection pad 4 made of a soft material. The front of the protection pad 4 has a non-circular connection portion 41 corresponding to the engaging portion 313 of the seat body 31. The connection portion 41 is engaged with the connection portion 313. When in use, the protection pad 4 is adapted to protect the user's waist from being in contact with the back of the water bottle seat 3 during exercise.

Although particular embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail for purposes of illustration, various modifications and enhancements may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Accordingly, the present invention is not to be limited except as by the appended claims.

Claims

1. A water bottle structure, comprising:

a water bottle comprising a bottle body and a lid to cover a mouth of the bottle body, the bottle body having an oblate shape, the bottle body having a bottom, a gradual enlarged portion and a gradual reduced portion, the bottom having an arc shape, the enlarged portion extending from the bottom to a middle portion of the bottle body, the reduced portion extending from the middle portion to an upper end of the bottle body; and
a water bottle seat comprising a seat body and a receiving seat, the receiving seat being integrally formed with the seat body and extending forward from a bottom of the seat body, the receiving seat having two sides which are gradually enlarged, a front and an oblate accommodation trough defined by the two sides and the front of the receiving seat, the receiving seat having an open upper end.

2. The water bottle structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bottle body further has a grasp portion which extends upward from the upper end of the bottle body and is slightly inclined toward the front of the bottle body.

3. The water bottle structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the front of the receiving seat of the water bottle seat has a V-shaped central portion to connect the two sides of the receiving seat.

4. The water bottle structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the seat body of the water bottle seat has a plurality of holes at a circumferential portion thereof for insertion of a belt.

5. The water bottle structure as claimed in claim 4, wherein the seat body of the water bottle seat has an engaging portion for engagement of a protection pad made of a soft material.

6. The water bottle structure as claimed in claim 5, wherein the engaging portion of the seat body of the water bottle seat is a non-circular hole, the front of the protection pad has a non-circular connection portion corresponding to the engaging portion of the seat body, and the connection portion is engaged with the connection portion.
