DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be provided in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.

The present invention includes the following elements.

A network station includes a main server 10, a memory 11, and a communication network 12. A plurality of databases, at least one play and software related to the present invention are stored in the memory 11.

The main serves 10 includes a classifier 101, a role assigning unit 102, a play control unit 103, and a business communication unit 104.

A plurality of databases are stored in the memory. There are a play database 111, a gamer database 121 and a business provider database 131. The play database 111 stores with a plurality of plays of different attributions. The gamer database 121 has the profiles and attributions of the garners. The business provider database 131 has the data of the business providers 131 of different attributions.

At least one gamer I/O (Input/output) unit is connected to the main server 10 for registration and data communication. The gamer I/O unit may be one of a handset, a notebook computer, a PC (personal computer), a PDA (personal digital assistant), etc.

At least one business I/O unit 300 is connected to the main server 10 for registration and data communication. The business I/O unit 300 may be one of a handset, a notebook computer, a PC, a PDA (personal digital assistant), etc.

In the present invention, the gamer is connected to the main server 10 through IE (internet explorer) for registering the profile of the gamer, such as the age, height, weight, professional specialty, hobbies, habits, sex, etc. These data are stored in the gamer database 121. A business provider is connected to the main server 10 for registering the basic data thereof in the business provider database 131.

The classifier 101 classifies the gamers into a plurality of classes based on the profiles of the garners and other related data and the plays stored in the play database 111. Furthermore, the classifier 101 classifies the business providers into a plurality of classes and then fit the business providers into related plays.

The role assigning unit 102 assigns each gamer into a related play. The role is informed to the gamer through the main server 10. The play control unit 103 controls the process of the play based on the play and the response from the garners and business providers and informs the garners and the business providers 131 to take require actions. The business communication unit 104 serves to communicate between the main server 10 and the business providers 131 for charging, advertisement, accounting, etc.

The process of the present invention will be described herein.

The gamer registers the profile himself (herself) into the system of the present invention through the main server 10 (step 101).

The classifier 101 classifies the profiles of the garners based on the requirement of a play and the results are stored in the gamer databases 121 (step 102).

The business provider 131 registers into the main server 10 (step 200). The classifier 101 classifies the business provider 131 into different classes based on the registration data of the business provider 131 (step 201). Then the business provider 131 is fitted into a related play (step 202).

Finally, the main server 10 assigns the gamers into a related play based on assignment of the role assigning unit 102 (step 300). The main server 10 informs the garners the related information, such as related persons, affairs, time, place, and objects, etc. (step 301). The gamers respond to the main server 10 in the process of the play (step 302). The play control unit 103 controls the process and processes related informing actions through the main server 10 (step 303).

After the play ends (step 304), the system will process the succeed actions (such as charging).

In the present invention, the network station can provide identification codes to the gamer through the main server 10 for identifying the processes of the play. The codes may be a form of a barcode. The gamers download the barcode from a computer connected to the main server 10 and provide the barcode to the business provider for scanning and informing the network station that the status of the process. The network station can provide two different kinds of codes to the gamer, one for identifying the profile of the gamer and one for identifying a kind of the play.

In the following, some examples are provided for further explanation of the present invention.

In the first example, a business provider A registers into the network station of the present invention through the main server 10 and provides a game of a party at 8 o'clock, Friday in one restaurant. Every participator has a discount ticket. After registration, the main server 10 finds a play suitable for the request of the business provider 131. In some condition, the play can be modified to suit the request of the business provider 131.

After the play is assured, the role assigning unit 102 finds suitable gamers and assign the roles to the garners by transferring the related instruction to the gamer I/O unit. The garners will respond the network station about the decision of participation of this play. For the roles have no response from the gamers, the main server 10 will find another one for assignment of the role.

After each assignment is complete, the play starts. Then the play control unit 103 will control the process in the play until the party is over. Then the main server 10 transfers related data to the business provider 131 including charge actions.

In the second example, a business provider B registers to the network station through the business communication unit 104 about a mission of recommendation of a product to others. The participator has a 50 discount to buy the product. The main server 10 fits the business provider 131 into a play.

Then the main server 10 finds suitable garners and then the role assigning unit 102 assigns the mission to the garners by transferring the assignment instruction to the gamer I/O unit. The gamers will respond the network station about the decision of participation of this play. For the roles have no response from the garners, the main server 10 will find another one for assignment of the role.

After each assignment is complete, the play starts. Then the play control unit 103 will control the process in the play until the party is over. Then the main server 10 transfers related data to the business provider 131 including charge actions.

In the third example, a business provider C registers to the network station through the business communication unit 104 about a mission of buying products in some predetermined stores and recommendation of these products to others. The participator has a 50 discount to buy the product. The main server 10 fits the business provider 131 into a play.

Then the main server 10 finds suitable garners and then the role assigning unit 102 assigns the mission to the garners by transferring the assignment instruction to the gamer I/O unit. The garners will respond the network station about the decision of participation of this play. For the roles have no response from the garners, the main server 10 will find another one for assignment of the role.

After each assignment is complete, the play starts. Then the play control unit 103 will control the process in the play until the party is over. Then the main server 10 transfers related data to the business provider 131 including charge actions.

The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
