Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a tablet personal computer cover structure, and more particularly, to a cover structure having male and female rotatable buckles so that the tablet personal computer cover received in the cover structure can be rotated. The present invention can carry the tablet personal computer with ease and use the tablet personal computer conveniently.

2. Description of the Prior Art

A conventional rotatable cover structure comprises a foldable member to connect a leather cover and a cover interlayer. The leather cover has a plastic frame at in inner side to receive a tablet personal computer which is inserted from one side of the leather cover. A support frame is provided on an outer side of the leather cover for standing on a table. When the tablet personal computer is used, the support frame is folded reversely with its bottom edge against the leather cover to form a simple support with the leather cover. The user can direct touch, listen or view the screen of the tablet personal computer. The tablet personal computer can be taken along and protected by the leather cover. However, the user is confined to use the tablet personal computer on a table, he/she cannot use the tablet personal computer anywhere by holding the tablet personal computer to use the cam of the tablet personal computer. Besides, the plastic frame is easily damaged and suffers wear and tear after a period of time, which may be unable to protect the tablet personal computer.

Another conventional leather cover has a cam hole corresponding in position to the cam of the tablet personal computer and the foldable board also has a cam hole, so that the user can take a picture with the tablet personal computer. However, the diameter and depth of the cam hole of the foldable board may influence the light when taking a picture, which results in that the cam can't be used on the table.

Accordingly, the inventor of the present invention has devoted himself based on his many years of practical experiences to solve the problem.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a tablet personal computer cover structure comprising a cover bolster, a foldable member and a cover foldable board. The foldable member is used to connect the cover bolster and the cover foldable board. The cover bolster comprises a load board, a lower rotatable board and an upper rotatable board which are connected to be one-piece. The load board has a first pivot hole and the lower rotatable board has a second pivot hole. Male and female rotatable buckles are respectively inserted through the first and second pivot holes and engaged with each other. The upper rotatable board has an inner surface connected with a housing to accommodate a tablet personal computer. The housing has a limit board at one side thereof and stop sides to enclose the tablet personal computer. The cover bolster further has at least one transverse engaging piece disposed on an outer side thereof. The cover foldable board is composed of two stacked boards. The cover foldable board has a transverse fold line at a central portion thereof and at least one fixing member at an outer edge thereof. The fixing member has an end portion with engaging protrusions on upper and lower sides thereof. The cover foldable board and the cover bolster are folded face-to-face through the foldable member. The tablet personal computer is received in the housing and the at least one fixing member is inserted in the engaging piece. The limit board of the housing is folded inward to be at the bottom of the tablet personal computer so as to enclose the tablet personal computer completely for carrying and protection.

When in use, the fixing member is disengaged from the engaging piece, and then the cover foldable board is folded outward. The upper and lower rotatable boards can be turned on the load board through the male and female rotatable buckles, so that the tablet personal computer received in the housing can be turned as desired. The cover foldable board is folded up reversely through the fold line, and the fixing member is inserted in the engaging piece, and the edge of the cover foldable board is against the engaging piece to form a triangular support for the user to extend his/her hand and hold the tablet personal computer. The present invention provides the user to use the tablet personal computer at any time and protects the tablet personal computer.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, the lower rotatable board has a linear guide portion instead of the second pivot hole. The linear guide portion has a slot with at least one engaging point at each of two ends thereof to position connection rods of the male and female rotatable buckles. The upper and lower rotatable boards have upper and lower holes corresponding in position to the cam provided at the back of tablet personal computer for taking a picture The connection rods of the male and female rotatable buckles are confined by the engaging point of the linear guide portion to be positioned within the slot. The at least one fixing member is inserted in the engaging piece to close the present invention for carry-on. When in use, the upper and lower rotatable boards can be turned on the load board through the male and female rotatable buckles cooperating with linear guide portion, so that the tablet personal computer received in the housing can be turned and shifted as desired. The upper and lower holes and the load board can be staggered to expose the cam for taking a picture. When the cover foldable board is folded up reversely to form a triangular support for the user to extend his/her hand and hold the tablet personal computer. The cam can be adjusted free. The present invention provides the user to use the tablet personal computer at any time and protects the tablet personal computer.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, the lower rotatable board has a curved guide portion instead of the linear guide portion. The curved guide portion has a slot with at least one engaging point at each of two ends thereof to position connection rods of the male and female rotatable buckles. The upper and lower rotatable boards have upper and lower holes corresponding in position to the cam provided at the back of tablet personal computer. The connection rods of the male and female rotatable buckles are confined by the curved guide portion to be positioned within the slot. The at least one fixing member is inserted in the engaging piece to close the present invention for carry-on. When in use, the upper and lower rotatable boards can be turned on the load board through the male and female rotatable buckles cooperating with curved guide portion, so that the tablet personal computer received in the housing can be turned and shifted as desired.
