CUSHION MEMBER AND A SHOE INSOLE COMPRISING THE SAME

The present invention relates to a cushion member and a shoe insole comprising the same. In particular, it relates to a cushion member which is inserted to an outside of heel of shoe insole wherein an end of the cushion member is shaped to be concave in order to wrap the convex portion between the rear sole of foot and ankle, and to a shoe insole comprising the same.

Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to a cushion member and a shoe insole comprising the same. In particular, it relates to a cushion member which is inserted to an outside of the heel of shoe insole wherein an end of the cushion member is shaped to be concave in order to wrap the convex portion between the rear sole of foot and ankle, and to a shoe insole comprising the same.

BACKGROUND ART

Generally, in order to provide cushion property to a shoe insole, peoples skilled in the art have relieved the shock according to the contact between the bottom of shoes and ground at the time of walking or exercising by providing the heel of shoe insole with an air bag or providing the inside of shoe insole with an elastic body such as spring or a cushion member such as cushion pad and the like.

However, the use of the cushion member provided at a shoe insole caused some problems in that the process for manufacturing the cushion member is complicated to lead the cost increase and the wearing of shoes for a long time deteriorates the durability, which in turn not only fails to provide a sufficient cushion property but also fails to absorb the shock transferred to the heel sufficiently, thereby deteriorating the comfortable feeling of shoe wearing.

Meanwhile, the present applicant previously filed a Korean utility model application 2009-5425, entitled “Shoe insole for preventing an overpronation and a supination”, which aimed to decrease fatigue of foot by doubling cushioning effect throughout the whole foot by forming an overpronation preventing portion and a supination preventing portion at a support member to prevent an overpronation and a supination at the same time, and by forming a support member attached at the bottom of shoe insole in an arch shape, thereby uniformly dispersing the pressure applied onto the arch portion of foot throughout the whole foot.

However, the shoe insole previously filed by the present applicant has drawbacks in view of the facts that the shock absorbing function of the cushion member positioned at the heel is limited to a narrow bottom of shoe, and thus the shoe insole cannot properly absorb the shock at the time of walking, by which the user easily feels fatigue due to the shock transferred to a human body.

DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION Technical Problem

Accordingly, the present invention is designed to improve the problems of prior art as above and it is an object of the present invention to provide a cushion member to be inserted to an outside of the heel of shoe insole wherein an end of the cushion member is shaped to be concave in order to wrap the convex portion between the rear sole of foot and ankle, thereby offering a good elacity.

It is a further object of the present invention to provide a shoe insole for preventing an overpronation and a supination which is capable of absorbing effectively the shock transferred to a human body at the time of walking by utilizing the cushion member at a shoe insole for preventing an overpronation and a supination.

Solution to Problem

In order to accomplish the above-mentioned objects, the cushion member according to an embodiment of the present invention is characterized in that the cushion member is inserted to an outside of heel of shoe insole, and an end of the cushion member is shaped to be concave in order to wrap the convex portion between the rear sole of foot and ankle.

Further, the shoe insole provided with a support member capable of preventing an overpronation and a supination according to an another embodiment of the present invention is characterized in that the cushion member is inserted to an outside of the heel of shoe insole, and an end of the cushion member is shaped to he concave in order to wrap the convex portion between the rear sole of foot and ankle.

Advantageous Effects of Invention

The cushion member according to the present invention has an effect of alleviating the shock transferred to a human body at the time of walking to decrease the fatigue of foot.

In addition, the shoe insole comprising the cushion member according to the present invention can not only prevent an overpronation and a supination but also improve the shock relieving effect which has been insufficient.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION

Hereinafter, we will explain illustrative embodiments of the cushion member and the shoe insole comprising the same in reference to the accompanying drawings. Although the shoe insole according to the present invention is explained as being utilized in the right foot, the same constitution can apply to the case wherein the shoe insole is utilized in the left foot.

FIG. 1 is a bottom view of the cushion member according to the present invention.

The cushion member (23) according to the present invention is inserted to an outside of the heel of shoe insole, wherein an end of the cushion member is shaped to be concave in order to wrap the convex portion between the rear sole of foot and ankle. By this technical feature, the optimum shock absorbing effect can be offered to a pedestrian when the pedestrian lands on the ground at the time of walking.

In particular, the cushion member (23) according to the present invention has a heel support portion (24) to support the convex portion between the rear sole of foot and ankle. The heel support portion (24) is formed at the outside of the cushion member formed concavely to wrap the convex portion between the rear sole of foot and ankle. By the presence of this heel support portion (24), the convex portion between the rear sole of foot and ankle can be more firmly supported.

FIGS. 2 and 3 show the shoe insole comprising the cushion member according to the present invention. As can be seen in FIGS. 2 and 3, the shoe insole provided with a support member capable of preventing an overpronation and a supination according to the present invention is characterized in that the cushion member is inserted to an outside of the heel of shoe insole, and an end of the cushion member is shaped to be concave in order to wrap the convex portion between the rear sole of foot and ankle.

In the present invention, the support member (22) is attached to a underneath of the shoe insole (21). The support member (22) is made of a plastic material having an elasticity and formed to have an arch shape in three-dimensional. The support member (22) is cut-out in a semi-circle or an oval shape from the heel portion to a portion at which the arch of foot center starts excluding a part of its inside and outside on which respectively the overpronation preventing portion (26) and the supination preventing portion (25) are positioned. The cushion member (23) according to the present invention is attached to a heel portion of the shoe insole corresponding to the cut-out portion. Namely, the cushion member (23) is attached to the heel portion of a conventional shoe insole instead of the support member.

Further, in the support member (22), the overpronation preventing portion (26) is formed on the inside of the heel portion, while the supination preventing portion (25) is formed on the outside of the heel portion.

Both the overpronation preventing portion (26) and the supination preventing portion (25) are slightly protuberated upward along the bilateral edges of the shoe insole (21) at their ends in order to stably support the sole of foot and are formed in V-shape closely akin to approximately U-shape.

The overpronation preventing portion (26) is narrower in width and longer in length than the supination preventing portion (25). On the contrary, the supination preventing portion (25) is wider in width and shorter in length than the overpronation preventing portion (26). Namely, the supination preventing portion (25) is formed shortly and widely to the vicinity of arch portion of the foot far away from the heel portion, while the overpronation preventing portion (26) is formed narrower in width than the supination preventing portion (25) and slightly longer to be adjacent to the end of the heel.

Further, the support member (22) is provided with a cut-out portion (27) in V-shape on the right of end part of the support member. Accordingly, the right side edge portion (28) of the cut-out portion (27) is formed in a mountain like shape of which front portion is narrow in width. Furthermore, a wide portion (29) of which front part is wave-shaped is formed on the left side of the cut-out portion (27) in V-shape. By means of such constitution, the pressure applied onto an arch portion of the foot can be uniformly dispersed throughout in every direction of the foot.

In greater detail, the right edge of the cut-out portion (27) in V-shape on the support member (22) has an inversed V-shape whose front part is pointed. Further, a wide portion with a rectangular shape is formed on the left side of the cut-out portion (27).

As explained above, one the main characteristics of the present invention is that the support member (22) is formed to have an arch shape in three-dimensional. By such constitution of the invention, when the user lands on the ground at walking the pressure can be uniformly dispersed from the apex of arch portion of the foot throughout in every direction of the foot, thereby the shock transferred to the foot can be minimized.

According to the present invention, in the shoe insole provided with a support member capable of preventing an overpronation and a supination, the cushion member is inserted to an outside of the heel portion of shoe insole and an end of the cushion member is shaped to be concave in order to wrap the convex portion between the rear sole of foot and ankle, thereby the shock transferred to the foot can be effectively absorbed by the support member (22) together with the cushion member (23), and the supination and overpronation phenomena can be prevented by the overpronation preventing portion (26) and supination preventing portion (25) at the same time.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY

Therefore, running or walking shoes comprising the shoe insole provided with the support member according to the present invention can provide the effect of not only preventing the overpronation and supination but also maximizing the comfortable feeling of wearing the shoes.

Claims

1. A cushion member inserted to an outside of the heel of shoe insole, the cushion member comprises an end having a concave shape in order to wrap a convex portion between the rear sole of foot and ankle.

2. A cushion member according to claim 1, wherein said cushion member comprises a heel support portion to support the convex portion between the rear sole of foot and ankle.

3. A shoe insole having a support member to prevent an overpronation and a supination attached to the underneath thereof,

wherein a heel portion of the support member is cut-out in a semi-circle shape, to which the cushion member according to claim 1 is attached,
an overpronation preventing portion is formed on the inside of the portion corresponding to the heel on the support member,
a supination preventing portion is formed on the outside of the portion corresponding to the heel on the support member,
said overpronation preventing portion and supination preventing portion are formed in approximately V-shape where the overpronation preventing portion is narrower in width and longer in length than the supination preventing portion,
said support member is formed to have an arch shape, and the support member for preventing overpronation and supination is attached to the underneath of the shoe insole, and
said support member is provided with a cut-out portion in V-shape on the right of the portion where the arch portion starts.

4. A shoe insole according to claim 3, wherein the right edge of the cut-out portion in V-shape on the support member has an inversed V-shape whose front part is pointed, and a wide portion with a rectangular shape is formed on the left side of the cut-out portion.
