TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to the motion trainings device used in order that a trainee may learn correct motion, and the motion trainings system employing motion trainings device.

BACKGROUND

Recently, aging of a population ratio progresses and the case which a disability produces in a motor organ such kike the abnormality of a joint or a bone; and reduction of muscle strength is increasing. When the disability occurs in the motor organ, there is a problem of support and care being needed and interfering in the independent life. The disability in the motor organ is called as “locomotive syndrome”. The disability of the motor organ occurs not only to older people but to the patient who conducted the operation.

For disability prevention and functional recovery of the motor organ, a exercise training of older people and a recovery training after an operation have ever been carried out. In the case that the training is carried out, the trainee is instructed by a leader such like a physiotherapist in many cases so that correct motion can be learned.

However, since the number of the leader is limited, the trainee can not be always instructed at the time of training. Consequently, if the different selfish posture and different selfish motion from the instructed posture and motion are carried out, the trainee may not be able to learn a correct posture or correct motion. Especially, in the case of carrying out the posture or motion required as training with a pain, the trainee is going to avoid painful posture and motion and may not carries out the posture or motion required as training in out side of the instruction. Conversely, over-training may be carried out by the trainee in out side of the instruction. Since the over-training may aggravate a symptom, it is not preferable.

Moreover, the training for the disability prevention of the motor organ or for the functional recovery to the slight disability of the motor organ is preferable carried out not only in a training facility (rehabilitation facility) but at a home. However, as aforementioned, when the instruction can not be received, it is thought that the trainee may carries out one's own style training and may not train in the own house.

In locomotive syndrome, for disability prevention of the motor organ relevant to a gait, the device, for example, for mainly training the muscle of the around ankle like tibialis anterior muscle, soleus muscle, and gastrocnemius muscle is disclosed in Japan patent publication No. 2011-156311 (hereinafter, document 1). This device is constructed so that seesaw movements can be carried out by arranging the tread on the plinth top. The maximum inclinatory angle of tread to the upper surface of this plinth is regulated by contacting the front end and the back end of tread to the upper surface of the plinth. Additionally, document 1 discloses that the maximum inclinatory angle of tread is adjusted in accordance with each user by changing the length between each part, too. The device in document 1 is configured to enable exercising to shrink the muscles relating to an ankle by putting a foot on tread and leaning tread.

Moreover, the device for exercising of the motor organ relevant to a walk are proposed in other many things, for example, the Japan patent publication No. 11-253575 (hereinafter, document 2) discloses a construction to measure the changing of weight accepted on the step plate formed as one or two plate to put a foot in the weight measurement unit. The device in document 2 is used for exercising of step on the step plate, and is configured to measure the value like strength, length, speed and counted number of step. Furthermore, this device is configured so that a target value can be set up to these values.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION

As aforementioned, the device of document 2 need to change the maximum inclinatory angle by changing parts when the maximum inclinatory angle of tread is adjusted in accede to a user because the device is configured to carry out the stretch exercise of the muscle of the around ankle. Therefore, since the maximum inclinatory angle is adjusted in accede to a user, it is necessary to prepare the multiple type parts in accede to the purpose. Moreover, since it needs to be configured so that the part can be exchanged, when adjusting of the maximum inclinatory angle is enabled in accordance with the purpose of the user, there is a problem of becoming expensive in respect of a price. Moreover, since it can use only for the stretch exercise of the muscle of the around ankle, even if the device is used for the exercise related to the gait, the details of exercise are uniform, and it is difficult to use for the sufficient improvement of locomotive syndrome. Furthermore, it is necessary to focus on not only a leg joint on but a knee joint and a hip joint, and the device of document 1 is not sufficient for the disability prevention and the functional recovery of the gait function of older people.

On the other hand, in the device of document 2, since the step is assumed as exercise, it is thought to be able to be obtained some effect to the disability prevention and the functional recovery of the gait function as compared with the device of document 1. Moreover, since the goal can be set up to an electronic control means to above value relevant to the step, it is unnecessary to prepare the parts of multiple type and to exchange the part. Consequently, it is thought that the device of document 2 is constructed so that the device may become low in respect of a price.

However, the goal set up in the device of document 2 is step numbers, strengths, length and rapidity. Thus, since the device of document 2 provides strengthen of a basic motor skill, it does not adapt to the purpose that the user learns the correct posture or the correct motion. Specifically, in the device of document 2, since the clear goal relating to a posture or motion can not be obtained even if it is going to carry out a self-exercise at the place and time like a home that the user cannot be received the instruction by leaders after instruction, there is a possibility of training becoming inadequate or becoming superfluous.

In order to solve above problem, the present invention has a purpose to provide a motion trainings device improving a training effect by telling the trainee about difference of the posture or the motion between when the trainee carries out the self-training and when the trainee is received the instruction. Additionally, the present invention has a purpose to provide the motion trainings system employing this motion trainings device, too.

According to the constructions of the present invention, the effect that training effect is increased is expectable by telling the trainee about the difference between a posture or a motion when trainee receives instruction and a posture or a motion when the trainee carried out the self-training. Thus, since a leader like a physiotherapist checks whether the motion and the posture are the same as the time of receiving training or not, and a posture and self-training is carried out in case self-training is carried out without receiving training by instructors after training under training of the leader, it becomes possible to improve habits of the trainee and to learn a correct posture and correct operation.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION

The motion trainings device explained below measures both of the load deviation of each feet of the trainee and the load size of each feet of the trainee. Moreover, the motion trainings device is configured so that the size of load and the change of deviation accompanying time course may be measured in accordance with request. It assumes that this motion trainings device is used in a standing position. Moreover, except for the case that the trainee sits on a chair and sits deeply, for example, motion trainings device may be used also with seated positions. If it is in the state which the center of gravity moves by the hip when the trainee who has sat down raises both feet from a floor, or the state where the load distributes on a hip and a foot and is supported by taking the attitude in which trainee stoop down, the motion trainings device explained below can be used.

Additionally, although the motion trainings device in an embodiment assumes that training is carried out without supporting by a handrail, since it can consider the accident of a fall at the time of use when the trainee has difficulty in walking, in accordance with requirement, the handrail may be added to this motion trainings device, or the auxiliary implement the may add to the motion trainings device in order to hang the trainee body. Moreover, substitute preparing the handrail, the trainee body may be supported by touching a hand to furniture such like a chair and a desk; or a wall.

Fundamentally, the motion trainings device of the present invention is divided into two uses of the case that a trainee uses it under instruction of the leader exemplified as a physical therapists, and the case that it is used for self-training without receiving training by instructors. In an embodiment, it assumes that the motion trainings device employed under the instruction of leader and the motion trainings device employed by self-training are different device, and although fundamental specification and fundamental function of both devices are similar, those details may have difference. In below, a motion trainings device to be used under instruction of leader is named as a “reference device”, and a motion trainings device to be used in self-training is named as a “training device”, in accordance with need.

In the case of using the device not under the instruction of leader but for self-training, it is recommended to be used after receiving the instruction of the leader. More specifically, in the case that the trainee use the reference device, since the trainee trains with the training device by using the reference device previously based on the instruction result of the leader, the trainee becomes to learn the correct posture or the correct motion effectively.

The training using this motion trainings device is assumed for the training called as locomotion training like a one-legged standing with open eyes and a squat and the training of a movement of an arm or an upper body. However, if it is training which can be carried out by using the motion trainings device, it is not especially limited in a kind of training. a kind of the training for the trainee is instructed by a screen display on a display unit (mentioned below).

As shown in FIG. 1, the motion trainings device has a measurement unit 1 to measure a load of the trainee, a processing unit 2 to perform an analysis and an evaluation of a measurement value obtained from the measurement unit 1, an exhibition unit 3 to exhibit a result of an analysis and a evaluation by the processing unit 2, and an input unit 4 to obtain an instruction operation to the processing units 2. Basically, the exhibition unit 3 and the input unit 4 are connected to the controller 5 which is other form with the measurement unit 1.

The controller 5 has the display unit 51 of a dot-matrix system which consists of a liquid crystal display like a flat panel display, and an operation unit 52 like a switch or a touch switch having a mechanical contact. More specifically, an operation display unified a function of a operation and a display is used as the controller 5. At least one of the display unit 51 and the operation unit 52 may be unified with the measurement unit 1.

The processing unit 2 has a processor to perform according to a program. This processor is selected from a microcomputer, DSP (Digital Signal processor), FPGA (Field-Programmable Gate Array) and PIC (Peripheral Interface Controller). More specifically, each function mentioned below is realized by performing a appropriate program in the processor.

As shown in FIG. 2, the measurement unit 1 has a base plate 11 set on a floor, a left foot plate 121 and a right foot plate 122 which are set on the base plate 11, a load sensor 131 which functions as a load detector to measure a downward load received at the left foot plate 121, and a load sensor 132 which functions as a load detector to measure a downward load received at the right foot plate 132. The left foot plate 121 and the right foot plate 122 are configured to put a left foot and a right foot of the trainee, respectively. In a view of flat plate, a form of each of the left foot plate 121 and the right setting unit 122 is exemplified as a rectangle rounded four corners shown in FIG. 2.

The base plate 11 is preferably formed to have a range of strength not to bend substantially even if the load of the trainee interacts. Moreover, when it is also assumed that the motion trainings device is used on a floor like a concrete floor which does not bend, the base plate 11 is preferably configured to be folded by connecting multiple plates, and is preferably configured to change the shape of a sheet or a thin plate made of a synthetic resin. When the base plate 11 is configured like above, it is easy to put away and carry because the base plate 11 becomes to have a smaller area at non-using, comparing to at using. Furthermore, when the base plate 11 is set on the floor, it is preferable that a stopper (not shown) made of, for example, rubber is laid on a bottom surface 115.

The left foot plate 121 and the right foot setting have pressure receiving plates 123, 124 to receive the downward load of the trainee, respectively. It is preferable that the left foot plate 121 and right foot plate 122 are laid on the base plate 122 so that an upper surface 127 of the pressure receiving plate 123 and an upper surface 128 of the pressure receiving plate 124 are configured to form approximately a plane. Specifically, it is mentioned that pressure receiving plates 123, 124 (the left foot plate 121 and the right foot plate 122) are put away on reentrants 111, 112 formed on the upper surface 116 of the base plate 11, respectively. Moreover, pressure receiving plates 123, 124 are preferably supported by a support material (not shown) like a coiled spring on reentrants 111, 112 of the base plate, respectively.

The left foot plate 121 and the right foot plate 122 are preferably laid on the base plate 11 so that the The upper surface 116 of the base plate 11, a upper surface 127 of the pressure receiving plate 123, and a upper surface 128 of the pressure receiving plate 124 are formed as approximately one plane, but it has a possibility to form a step between the upper surface 116 of the base plate 11, the upper surface 127 of the pressure receiving plate 123, and the upper surface 128 of the pressure receiving plate 124. In this case, it is preferably to cover the whole upper surface 116 of the base plate 11 having the left foot plate 121 and the right foot plate 122 with a sheet 14. Moreover, the sheet 14 is preferably formed by a synthetic resin sheet having flexibility. As aforementioned, since all of the upper surface 116 of the base plate 11 having the left foot plate 121 and the right foot plate 122 is covered with the sheet 14 having flexibility, the load of the trainee can be effectively given on the places of the left foot plate 121 and the right foot plate 122 (or the pressure receiving plates 123, 124).

The load sensor 131 is preferably set on the bottom surface 125 of the pressure receiving plate 123 around its four corners, and the load sensor 132 is preferably set on the bottom surface 126 of the pressure receiving plate 124 around its four corners. However, without being limited to above mention, the load sensor 131 may be set on the upper surface 117 of the reentrant 111, and the load sensors 132 may be set on the upper surface 118 of reentrant 112. Consequently, the downward load which acts on the left foot plate 121 and the right foot plate 122 becomes to be measured by four load sensors 131 and four load sensors 132, respectively. Moreover, a deformable gauge or a load cell is preferably used as the load sensors 131,132.

Herein, four load sensors 131 may not be set on the left foot plate 121, and four load sensors 132 may not be set on the right footplate 122. Thus, in order to measure the load correctly, the load sensors 131, 132 are set so that pressure plates 123, 124 cannot bend easily by the load of the trainee. Specifically, each of the left foot plate 121 and the right foot plate 122 have at least three load sensors 131, 132, and all of those load sensors (131 or 132) are not located on the straight line. More specifically, each of the load sensors 131 and each of the load sensors 132 are preferably set at different position, and are preferably configured to measure the downward load at three or more positions on the left foot plate 121 and the right foot plate 122, respectively.

In above, the pressure receiving plates 123, 124 are configured to put away on the reentrants 111, 112, respectively, which are formed on the base plate 11. However, although it is not drown in Figures, in other embodiment, the load sensor 131 and the load sensor 132 are not set directly on the bottom surface 125 and the bottom surface 126, respectively, without forming reentrants 111, 112 on the base plate 11. In this embodiment, each of the left foot plate 121 and the right foot plate is formed so that bottom surfaces 125, 126 do not contact directly with the upper surface 116 of the base plate 11, and is configured to set so as to cover the upper surface 116 of the base plate 11. In this case, the left foot plate 121 and the right foot plate 122 become to function as pressure receiving plates 123, 124, respectively. Moreover, load sensors 131, 132 are preferably set via the supporting material like the coiled spring on either bottom surfaces 125, 126 or the upper surface 116 of the base plate 11 between bottom surfaces 125, 126 and the bottom surface 126. Consequently, pressure receiving plates 123, 124 are configured to be supported by above supporting material. This construction is similar to the construction of the scales which measures the weigh using the load sensor.

As aforementioned, since load sensors 131, 132 are set on pressure receiving plates 131, 132, respectively, the downward load is measured on each of load sensors 131, 132. Moreover, since load sensors 131, 132 are set on at least three position of each of pressure receiving plates 123, 124, the position of gravity point of trainee can be detected from the downward load on each of pressure receiving plates 123, 124.

Herein, when the two dimensional orthogonal coordinates is assumed by defining the forward of the base plate 11 as the positive direction of x-axis and by the left direction of the base plate 11 as the positive direction of y-axis, the position of the gravity point of load on pressure receiving plates 123, 124 is calculated as below. In the left pressure receiving plate 123, when the loads are as w1, w2, w3 and w4 which are detected at each of four load sensors 131, the coordinates of each load sensors 131 are defined as (x1, y1), (x2, y2), (x3, y3) and (x4, y4). In this case, the coordinate (xg, yg) of the gravity point is calculated as follows·xg=(w1×x1+w2×x2+w3×x3+w4×x4)/(w1+w2+w3+w4), and yg=(w1×y1+w2×y2+w3×y3+w4×y4)/(w1+w2+w3+w4). In the left pressure receiving plate 124, the coordinate of the gravity point is calculated similarly.

It is also possible to seta large number (for example, at least 20 pieces) of load sensors 131, 132 on each pressure receiving plates 123, 124, and to detect the load of each pressure receiving plates 123, 124. In this case, it is preferable to use the pressure sensitive touch switch arranging many piezoelectric elements on the pressure receiving plate 123, 124. Like above, it is possible to detect the distribution of the downward load on the pressure receiving plate 123, 124.

When several load sensors 131, 132 are set up, each of the pressure receiving plates 123, 124 is preferably configured to have intensity without being substantially bent by the load of the trainee. On the other hand, when a large number of the load sensors 131, 132 are set, it is preferable that each of pressure receiving plates 123, 124 have flexibility.

The measurement unit 1 outputs the measured value of the downward load detected by each load sensors 131,132 to the processing unit 2. As aforementioned, the processing unit 2 has the calculation unit 20 consisting of the processor which operates according to the program. When the calculation unit 20 carries out the appropriate program, each function mentioned below becomes to realize. Furthermore, the processing units 2 has an accession unit 21 taking out the measured value from each of load sensors 131, 132, a memory 22 registering a time change of the measured value taken out by the accession unit 21, and an inter-face 23 communicating with an outside device 6 like other computer system.

The accession unit 21 has the function of an A/D conversion (analog-digital conversion) which convert from the analog value (measured value) of each load sensors 131, 132 to the digital value, and outputs the digital value at each of definite periods. Although the accession unit 21 may have the same number of the A/D converters with the load sensors 131,132, the accession unit 21 is preferably configured to convert from the measured value of each of load sensors 131, 132, in order (circularly), to the digital value by setting the multiplexer. In this case, since the measured value of each load sensors 131, 132 becomes to the serial data, it is easy to transmit the data. In the accession unit 21, the cycle to sample the output value of each of load sensors 131, 132, is preferably defined in the range of 0.01 to 0.5 seconds because the response of parson may be able to be detected. However, since above value is an example, it dose not limit the sampling cycle.

The processing unit 2 has an extraction unit 201 to take out the load information which corresponds to at least one of the motion and the posture of the trainee from the measured value of the load sensor 131, 132. Herein, the measured value is taken out at the accession unit 21. The extraction unit 201 takes out the load information relating to the center of gravity of each pressure receiving plates 123, 124 which are calculated from the load detected by the load sensor 131, 132. Consequently, the extraction unit 201 takes out the position of the gravity point of left and right in each sampling steps as the load information relating to the posture of the trainee, or takes out the time change of the position of the gravity point of left and right in each sampling steps as the load information relating to the motion of the trainee. The extraction unit 201 may be configured to take out such load information as the load information corresponding to whether the posture or the motion of the trainee.

In the time change of the center of gravity, it is expected to be included many variation components other than the motion of the trainee. In this case, the load information relating to the motion of the trainee may be employed the information selected from the moving average of the center of gravity, the locus of the center of gravity and the positional relation of specific multiple points in the center of gravity. Herein, when the locus of the center of gravity is employed, the load information may be employed as the change information obtained by attention to the direction and the distance in changing of the center of gravity.

The memory 22 has a recording memory 221 to record the changing the load information taken out by the extraction unit 201 among that the trainee uses the device; and a goal memory 222 to memorize the goal load information set up in advance. The goal load information is mentioned as below. The processing unit 2 has an inter-face 23 to give the goal load information set up with the goal memory 222, additionally has an inter-face 24 to take out the load information memorized in the recording memory 221 in accordance with need.

The goal load information means information set up as a goal of the load information which is obtained among that the trainee uses the device. Therefore, when the trainee performs the body movement relating to the posture or the motion so that the load information goes to approach the goal load information, it becomes possible to learn the required posture and motion. Such goal load information is taken out from the load information while the trainee operates the body movement under the instruction of the leader. Moreover, since the goal load information is corresponded to the posture or the motion, it is possible that the goal memory 222 records multiple information of goal load relating to the posture or the motion.

Since the goal load information in the case of the posture is information of static movement, the goal load information can be registered in the goal memory 222 with operating the operating device 52 of the controller 5 by the leader while the trainee keeps the suitable posture. The goal load information is exemplified as load information of the state that the knee is located directly upper-side of the arch of foot or the leg joint. When the trainee has a knee pain, since the knee opens to outside, there is a possibility that the knee is not located directly upper-side of the arch of foot or the leg joint at standing on the floor.

In the case of the motion, since the goal load information is information of movement according to the time change, the load information, which is memorized in the recording memory 221, is taken out from the inter-face 12 to outside, and is set by using other computer system 7, after the trainee finished the training. In the computer systems 7, the program, which assists the setting of the goal load information, is executed. And since the computer system 7 is operated according to the instruction of the support program, the proper goal load information can be generated from the recorded load information of the trainee.

The computer system 7 may be a server connected to the public networks like an Internet. In this case, since the leader uses the controller 5, the leader can generate the proper goal load information from the recorded load information of the trainee according to the instruction of the support program provided from the server.

Moreover, the processing unit 2 is constituted so that the goal load information also is received through the inter-face 23. Consequently, the goal memory 222 can be also set up by receiving the goal load information, which is created in other processing unit 2, through the inter-face 23. Since the inter-face 23 has a connector to connect with the outside device 6 like a memory card and USB (Universal Serial Bus) memory, the goal load information, which is recorded in the outside device 6, can be received. However, when the inter-face 23 is constituted to be able to communicate through the public network like the internet, the goal load information can be received by the data communication without using the outside device 6.

In above motion trainings device, it is exemplified that the goal load information is generated, based on the movement (the motion or the posture) of the trainee under the instruction of the leader in the rehabilitation facility. In below, it is exemplified that the trainee carries out the training, by his or her self, using the motion trainings device in the house without receiving the instruction of the leader. When the trainee trains without receiving the instruction of the leader, if the trainee can check that the posture or the motion is the same movement as the time of carrying out under the instruction of the leader, it can be prevented that the trainee can not learn the correct motion or posture by the self-judgment.

Therefore, the processing units 2 has an evaluator 202 to compare the goal load information with the load information which is taken out by the extraction unit 201 while the trainee uses the motion trainings device. In order to compare with the load information in the evaluator 202, the goal load information is, previously, set up in the goal setting unit 203 included in the processing unit 2 by selection from the information of goal load recorded in the goal memory 222. The evaluator 202 evaluates the difference of the load information and the goal load information which is set up in the goal setting unit 203, and this evaluation result is shown as the evaluated value in the display unit 51 through the exhibition unit 3. In short, the evaluated value is exhibited to the trainee through exhibition unit 3.

Since the goal load information is calculated from the load information under the instruction of the leader, the trainee can check the difference of the posture or the motion under the instruction of the leader as the numeric value by calculating the difference of the goal load information in the evaluator 202 and the load information at training of the trainee.

The evaluated value obtained by the evaluator 202 is shown in the display unit 51 which is set up in the controller 5. The controller 5 has a speaker to output voice, and the controller 5 may be constituted so that the trainee can check the evaluated value with voice.

More specifically, the exhibition unit 3 may be constituted so that the trainee can check the evaluated value by at least acoustic exhibition which is selected from the visual exhibition and the acoustic exhibition through the controller 5. The operation unit 52, which is set up in the controller 5, is selected, for example, from the touch-switch, which is laid on a screen of the display unit 51, and the push-switch, which has a mechanical contact. When the controller 5 is setup, the exhibition unit 3 and input unit 4 are included in the controller 5. Herein, the accession unit 21 in the processing unit 2 is preferably set up so as to be united with the measurement unit 1. And other constructions of the processing unit 2 are preferably set up in the controller 5.

An indication example of the evaluated value, which is output on the screen 53 of the display unit 51, is represented in FIG. 3. In the indication example of FIG. 3, the middle of the screen 53 has a balance indication unit 511 to indicate the ratio of load between the left foot plate 121 and the right foot plate 122, and the evaluated value, which is output from the evaluator 202, is indicated as the load ratio of right-and-left in the balance indication unit 511. In the represented example, since the load ratio is shown as “LEFT; 45%, RIGHT; 55%” in the balance indication unit 511, it is indicated that the gravity point of the trainee shifts to right side.

In this represented example, the evaluated value is indicated. Herein, the marks (circular mark) 514, 515 indicate the center of gravity from the goal load information, and the marks (cross mark) 512, 513 indicate the center of gravity from the load information taken out by the extraction unit 201. Therefore, since the trainee changes the posture so that the position of each marks 512, 513 is brought close to the position of each marks 514, 515, the posture is becomes to correspond at the time of the instruction of the leader. Herein, the evaluated value, which relates to the difference of the load information and the goal load information, is represented by the distance and the direction between marks 512, 513 and marks 514, 515.

In the case of the evaluated value relating to the motion, the goal load information may be displayed as the locus to move the gravity point of the trainee and the preferable position, and the load information may be displayed so as to correspond to the position of gravity point. Like above the display, the trainee can check the difference of his or her position and the preferable position. Therefore, since the trainee operates the body movement so that the load information is united with the goal load information, the trainee can learn the correct motion.

By the way, in an above-mentioned case, there is a possibility that the load information is changed by the position that the trainee puts the foot plates 121, 122. Then, in order to train so that the trainee will become to have the same posture or motion as the posture or motion using the motion trainings device under the instruction of the leader, there is a necessary to correspond to the position for putting the foot at each time of using the motion trainings device. Therefore, it is preferably to use the mark plate 17 formed by the sheet material like paper, cloth, and a resin film. The mark plate 17 is preferably formed so as to be able to draw with the writing instrument like a pen, preferably so as to have the resistance for putting the foot, and preferably so as to consist of the relatively cheap material having flexibility. This mark plate 17 is exemplified as a nonwoven sheet having waterproof. Furthermore, mark plate 17 may be printed the base line 171 of foot mark in the pale color like gray and pastel color as shown in FIG. 4, previously.

The sheet 14 and the upper surface 116 of the base plate 11 is formed two protrusions 113, 114, respectively, to determine the corner position of the mark plate 17. Herein, the protrusions 113, 114 are formed in the L-shape in planar view. Moreover, the magnet 15 is included near the protrusion 113 in the base plate 11. Therefore, since a part 172 of mark plate 17 is wedged between the magnet 15 and the plat 16 formed by the magnetic material, the mark plate 17 can be stabilized at the defined position of the base plate. Moreover, like above, the sheet 14 may be configured to be sandwiched between the mark plate 17 and the upper surface 116 of base plate 17, and to be set the protrusion 141 on the protrusion 113, in accordance with need.

In this case, the corner position of mark plate is determined by fitting the protrusion 141 on the protrusion 113, and the position of mark plate 17 is stabilized by using the plate 16 and the magnet 15 which are components for fitting the mark plate 17. Therefore, the mark plate 17 can be always fitted on the same position of the base plate 11. Moreover, the mark plate 17 can be removed from the base plate 11 by removing the plate 16. Therefore, the mark plate 17 can be easily removed from and fitted on the left foot plate 121 and the right foot plate 122.

In stead of the magnet 15 and the plate 16, the clip component (not shown) may be used as the component for fitting the mark plate 17, and the mark plate 17 may be stabilized on the base plate by clipping it's a part using the clip component. Like above, since at least one side of the mark plate 17 is clipped by using the clip component, the position of mark plate 17 is stabilized on the upper side of surface 116 (upper surface 116) of base plate 11. Herein, when the protrusion 113 is formed on the upper surface 116, the mark plate 17 may be located on the upper side of surface 116 (upper surface 116) by using the double-coated adhesive tape as the component for fitting the mark plate 17. Furthermore, in accordance with need, the sheet 14 may be located between the mark plate 17 and the upper surface 116 of base plate 11.

Herein, the mark plate 17 is used as follows. Specifically, when trainee uses the motion trainings device under the instruction in the instructional facility like a rehabilitation facility, the trainee puts his or her own feet on the mark plate 17 based on the base line 171 printed on it. In this state, the leader writes a leader line 172, which leads the trainee to put his or her feet on the determined position, with the writing instrument like a pen along circumference of the trainee's foot, at least one side of the tiptoe and the pastern of the trainee. Herein, when the leader writes the leader line 172 on the mark plate 17 along circumference of the trainee's foot, the leader may write the leader line 172 before or after training. Then, the mark plate 17 is removed from the base plate 11 after training, and given to the trainee.

The mark plate 17, which is written the leader line 172 along circumference of the trainee's foot, is setup, for example, on the motion trainings device for house use of the trainee. Then, the corner of mark plate 17 is set up at correct position by contacting the protrusion 141 with the protrusion 113. Moreover, when the trainee put his or her own feet according to the leader line 172 written on the mark plate 17, the trainee can put his or her own feet on the same position at using in the rehabilitation facility. In short, when the trainee uses the motion trainings device, for example, in own house, the trainee can use in the same condition with the training under the instruction of the leader in the rehabilitation facility.

Additionally, the mark plate 17 may be formed from the material, which is deformed according to the shape of the trainee's foot by heating, like a heat-shrinkable resin sheet, except the paper and cloth. When the mark plate 17, which is constructed from above material, is used, for example, the mark plate 17 may be heated by the heating means like a dryer in the state that the trainee puts own foot on the mark plate 17.

Moreover, when the motion trainings device is set in the rehabilitation facility, even if many trainees use the motion trainings device, a new mark plate 17 of each trainee becomes to be set up on the motion trainings device because the mark plate 17 is exchanged for each trainee. Therefore, even if the trainee uses the motion trainings device with bare feet, the motion trainings device becomes to be used cleanly.

In above, the measurement unit 1 and the controller 5 are formed separately. And although measurement unit 1 and the controller 5 are connected with a wire, the data may be transmitted by forming wireless communication channel between the measurement unit 1 and the controller 5. Moreover, in above, although the controller 5 has the display unit 51, the display unit 51 can be set up in the measurement unit 1, too, as shown in FIG. 5. In this case, the display unit 51 is arranged ahead of the left foot plate 121 and the right footplate 122 of the base plate 11. Furthermore, for example, it is possible for a smart phone, a tablet-type device and PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) to be used as controller 5 without using the dedicated controller 5. In this case, the smart phone, the tablet-type device and PDA become to work as the controller 5 by installing dedicated application software in them. Herein, the smart phone, the tablet-type device and PDA, which are exemplified above, are collectively meant as the portable terminal as in below. When the portable terminal is used as the controller 5, since the portable terminal of the trainee is saved the goal load information previously, it is possible that the portable terminal is used as the controller 5 of other motion trainings device. When the portable terminal is used as the controller 5, since the portable terminal of the trainee is saved the goal load information previously, it is possible that the portable terminal is used as the controller 5 of other motion trainings device.

As aforementioned, the motion trainings device of this embodiment can be used as follows. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 6, the trainee uses the motion trainings device (reference device) 10A, for example, under the instruction of the leader in the rehabilitation facility, and the leader generates the goal load information from the load information obtained by the motion trainings device 10A. Since the trainee sets the goal load information 61, which is given by the leader, to the setting unit 203 of the motion trainings device (training device) 10B in the own house, the trainee becomes to train so as to look toward the same posture or motion under the instruction. Since the recorded load information obtained by this training is registered in the recording memory 221, it is possible to take out as the recorded information 62 of the load information through the inter-face 23. In other saying, the recorded information 62 of the load information, which is taken out by extraction unit in a case that the trainee uses the training device, is given to the reference device through the inter-face 23. Therefore, the leader can know the training state of the trainee in the own house by giving the recorded information 62 of the load information to the leader. And then, the leader becomes to be able to use the recorded information 62 of the load information as the referential information for next instruction. Thus, the leader can carry out the appropriate instruction to the trainee by giving the goal load information 61 from the leader to the trainee and by giving the recorded information 62 from the trainee to the leader.

As aforementioned, it is not necessarily to have same quality between the motion trainings device 10A in the rehabilitation facility and the motion trainings device 10B for house use of the trainee. For example, the motion trainings device 10B is allowable to overleap the inter-face 24, which is needed in order to generate the goal load information. Moreover, the motion trainings device 10A has the pressure receiving plate 123, 124 allocated the touch switch type load sensor 131, 132 arranged many piezoelectric elements, and the motion training device 10B may have the load sensor 131, 132 like load cell mentioned above. In this case, in the motion trainings device 10A, the mark plate 17 may be printed the foot position obtained by the load sensor 131, 132, and may be given to the trainee, instead that the mark plate 17 is put on the measurement unit 1.

Furthermore, in above case, the left foot plate 121 and the right foot plate 122 are separated, but it is able that the motion trainings device has one sheet of the foot plate, which is constructed to put both feet of the trainee. One sheet of the foot plate decrease the sensitivity of detection for the posture or the motion comparing to the case of setting two sheets of the foot plate, but can be expected the usefulness in case of easy use and the reducing of manufactural cost. On the other hand, the posture or the motion of the trainee can be detected with high sensitivity by adding the load sensor 131, 132 and one of an acceleration sensor and a gyro sensor.

Moreover, the exhibition unit 3 may not only represent the difference of the load information and the goal load information as the evaluated value to display unit 51, but also exhibit the evaluated value with the tone or the volume so that the visually impaired person can use. For example, the evaluated value may be exhibited so that the volume increases if the difference with the goal load information becomes larger, and that the volume decreases if the difference becomes smaller. Or the evaluated value may be exhibited so that the tone becomes higher if the difference with the goal load information becomes larger, and that the tone becomes bass if the difference becomes smaller. In these movements, when the sound does not become to hear, it means that the load information agrees with the goal load information mostly.

Furthermore, when the trainee uses the motion trainings device 10B in the own house, there is a possibility that the motion training is not sufficient. Specifically, it is thought that the motion trainings device 10B is not used by forgetting and idleness, and that the use of the motion trainings device 10B becomes excess by forgetfulness and willingness. In order to solve these problems, the motion trainings device 10B, for example, may have a means to warn in the case of excess use, or may have a means to promote the use at the prescribed time.

In aforementioned, both positions of the left foot plate 121 and the right foot plate 122 are fixed, but the base plate 11 may be constituted that the left base plate 11A has the left foot plate 121 and that the right base plate 11B has the right foot plate 121 by separating the base plate 11 to the left base plate 11A and the right base plate 11B as shown in FIG. 7. The left base plate 11A and the right base plate 11B are connected via the rail 18, and there is the space A between the left base plate 11A and the right base plate 11B by separation. The length of this space A can be adjusted, and the positions of the left base plate 11A and the right base plate 11B are formed so as to be able to stabilize at the intended space. Like above, in order to determine positions of the left base plate 11A and the right base plate 11B, well-known technique is employed. However, when the easier means, which determines the position, is employed, it is possible to use the frictional force between the rail 18 and the left base plate 11A and between the rail 18 and the right base plate 11B.

As shown in FIG. 7, if it is possible to adjust the space between the left foot plate 121 and the right foot plate 122, it is possible to adjust the position to put the foot in accordance with the body type of each trainees and to adjust the position to put the foot in accordance with the posture or the motion for the training.
