Disclosed is a hair decoration member which comprising a fastening part and a sheathing part. The fastening part is formed of a flexible metal, and the sheathing part is formed of silicones or thermoplastic rubber and covering the outer surface of the fastening part. By the skidproof property of the sheathing part, the hair decoration member can be strongly attached to hair without making user feel uncomfortable.

Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a hair decoration, and more particularly to a hair decoration member that can be strongly attached to hair without damaging the hair.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Hair is absolutely important for people, especially for women. Having beautiful hair is highly desired by women, and may earn extra praise from people. Thus, how to conveniently arrange beautiful hair and with bright decoration on hair is a subject for people who concern about their hair.

Generally speaking, people use hair decorations to arrange their hair. There are many types of hair decorations, such as a drop hairclip, a French clip, a hair stick, a hair pin, and the like. Such hair decorations usually are attached to the hair, by clipping, inserting, or winding, to get a desired hairstyle and to decorate the hair. The hair decorations thus are considered as good companions for the hair.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

However, in order to keep the hairstyle, it usually needs to apply a large attaching force to attach the hair by the hair decoration. It thus causes the hair in a situation of being hurt and being uncomfortable. On the other hand, a hair decoration attaching to the hair with less attaching force tends to be easily loosened from hair. Thus, the conventional hair decoration meets the difficulty to acquire benefits both in convenience and comfortability.

Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to provide a hair decoration member that can be strongly attached to hair without damaging the hair.

The present invention overcomes the drawbacks of the prior art, and provides a hair decoration member comprising: a fastening part formed of a flexible metal for fastening the hair decoration member to hair; and a sheathing part formed of silicones or thermoplastic rubber and covering the outer surface of the fastening part with a thickness of 0.5˜10 mm.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the hair decoration member is provided with a drop hairclip configuration which is attached to the hair by clipping of the fastening part to the hair and friction between the sheathing part and the hair.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the hair decoration member is provided with a French clip configuration which is attached to the hair by clamping of the fastening part to the hair and friction between the sheathing part and the hair.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the hair decoration member is provided with a hair stick configuration which is attached to the hair by inserting of the fastening part to the hair and friction between the sheathing part and the hair.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the hair decoration member is provided with a hair pin configuration which is attached to the hair by clipping of the fastening part to the hair and friction between the sheathing part and the hair.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the hair decoration member is provided with a hair band configuration which is attached to the hair by winding of the fastening part to the hair and friction between the sheathing part and the hair.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the hair decoration member is provided with a hair hoop configuration which is attached to the hair by hooping of the fastening part to the hair and friction between the sheathing part and the hair.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the sheathing part has a convex portion.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the hair decoration member further comprises a decorating part connected with the fastening part.

Thereby, the hair decoration member of the present invention can acquire benefits both in convenience and comfortability. When in use, the hair decoration member can be strongly attached to hair to prevent from being loosened from hair. By plasticity of the sheathing part, the attaching force to the hair is adjusted as appropriate, and the possibility of damaging the hair is thus lowered. When the hair decoration member is applied by a compression force, an impact force, or a pulling force, it can be deformed, by flexibility of the fastening part and plasticity and ductility of the sheathing part, to release the force that may damage the hair and damage the hair decoration member, and will return to a previous shape after deformation.

The structure and the technical means adopted by the present invention to achieve the above and other objects can be best understood by referring to the following detailed description of the preferred embodiments and the accompanying drawings.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Please refer to FIGS. 1-3. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a hair decoration member according to a first embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a cross-section view of the hair decoration member of FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a schematic drawing illustrating the hair decoration member according to the first embodiment of the present invention in use.

As shown in FIGS. 1-3. A hair decoration member 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention includes a fastening part 11 and a sheathing part 12. The fastening part 11 is formed of a flexible metal for fastening the hair decoration member 1 to hair. The flexible metal means a metal material having flexibility. The sheathing part 12 is formed of silicones or thermoplastic rubber and covers the outer surface of the fastening part 11 with a thickness T of 0.5˜10 mm. Silicones, also called as polymerized siloxanes, polysiloxanes, or silicone rubber, have properties of plasticity, low thermal conductivity, low chemical reactivity, low toxicity, thermal stability, water repellent, electrical insulation, not sticking to many substrates, oxidation resistance, and ultraviolet resistance. Thermoplastic rubber is a material that has properties of both rubber and plastic. Thermoplastic rubber has many different types and intricate components and they have a variety of uses in almost every industry worldwide.

In this embodiment, the hair decoration member 1 is provided with a drop hairclip configuration having an outer frame portion and an inner portion disposed within the frame portion and connected with a part of the outer frame portion, as shown in FIG. 1. When in use, the outer frame portion and the inner portion are bent respectively in opposite directions, and clip hair 2 therebetween by theirs resilient restoring force, as shown in FIG. 3. And, friction between the sheathing part 12 and the hair 2 makes a strong attachment to prevent the hair decoration member 1 from being loosened from the hair 2. Further, by plasticity and ductility of the sheathing part 12, the attaching force to the hair 2 is adjusted as appropriate to lower the possibility of damaging the hair. Moreover, when the hair decoration member 1 is applied by a compression force, an impact force, or a pulling force, it can be deformed, by flexibility of the fastening part 11 and plasticity and ductility of the sheathing part 12, to release the force that may damage the hair and break the hair decoration member 1, and will return to a previous shape after deformation. The sheathing part 12 in this embodiment has a plurality of convex portions 13, and the friction to the hair 2 is thus increased with the increasing contact area.

Please refer to FIG. 4, which is a schematic drawing illustrating a hair decoration member according to a second embodiment of the present invention in use. A hair decoration member 1a according to the second embodiment of the present invention is provided with a French clip configuration which has a spring portion 14 and a latching portion 15. When in use, the hair decoration member 1a clamps the hair 2 by spring force of the spring portion 14 and latching of the latching portion 15 in the fastening part 11, and is strongly attached to the hair 2 by friction between the sheathing part 12 and the hair 2. The other features of the hair decoration member 1a the same as or similar to those of the hair decoration member 1 in the first embodiment are omitted here.

Please refer to FIG. 5, which is a schematic drawing illustrating a hair decoration member according to a third embodiment of the present invention in use. A hair decoration member 1b according to the third embodiment of the present invention is provided with a hair stick configuration which is strongly attached to the hair 2 by inserting of the fastening part 11 to the hair 2 and friction between the sheathing part 12 and the hair 2. The other features of the hair decoration member 1b the same as or similar to those of the hair decoration member 1 in the first embodiment are omitted here.

Please refer to FIG. 6, which is a schematic drawing illustrating a hair decoration member according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention in use. A hair decoration member 1c according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention is provided with a hair pin configuration, which clips the hair by the fastening part 11 having two bent sections folded over each other and is strongly attached to the hair 2 by friction between the sheathing part 12 and the hair 2. The other features of the hair decoration member 1c the same as or similar to those of the hair decoration member 1 in the first embodiment are omitted here.

Please refer to FIG. 7, which is a schematic drawing illustrating a hair decoration member according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention in use. A hair decoration member 1d according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention is provided with a hair band configuration, which is attached to the hair 2 by winding of the fastening part 11 to the hair 2 and friction between the sheathing part 12 and the hair 2. The other features of the hair decoration member 1d the same as or similar to those of the hair decoration member 1 in the first embodiment are omitted here.

Please refer to FIG. 8, which is a schematic drawing illustrating a hair decoration member according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention in use. A hair decoration member 1e according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention is provided with a hair hoop configuration, which is strongly attached to the hair 2 by hooping of the fastening part 11 to the hair 2 and friction between the sheathing part 12 and the hair 2. In addition, the hair decoration member 1e in this embodiment further includes a decorating part 16 connected with the fastening part 11 to decorate the hair decoration member 1e. The other features of the hair decoration member 1e the same as or similar to those of the hair decoration member 1 in the first embodiment are omitted here.

Besides the embodiment described above, the hair decoration member can provided with other configurations. And, all the configurations of the hair decoration member of the present invention can acquire benefits both in convenience and comfortability for being strongly attached to the hair, making user feel no uncomfortable, and not damaging the hair.

As can be appreciated from the above embodiments, the spraying device of the present invention has industry worth which meets the requirement for a patent. The above description should be considered as only the discussion of the preferred embodiments of the present invention. However, a person having ordinary skill in the art may make various modifications to the present invention. Those modifications still fall within the spirit and scope defined by the appended claims.

Claims

1. A hair decoration member comprising:

a fastening part formed of a flexible metal for fastening the hair decoration member to hair; and
a sheathing part formed of silicones or thermoplastic rubber and covering the outer surface of the fastening part with a thickness of 0.5˜10 mm.

2. The hair decoration member as claimed in claim 1, wherein the hair decoration member is provided with a drop hairclip configuration which is attached to the hair by clipping of the fastening part to the hair and friction between the sheathing part and the hair.

3. The hair decoration member as claimed in claim 1, wherein the hair decoration member is provided with a French clip configuration which is attached to the hair by clamping of the fastening part to the hair and friction between the sheathing part and the hair.

4. The hair decoration member as claimed in claim 1, wherein the hair decoration member is provided with a hair stick configuration which is attached to the hair by inserting of the fastening part to the hair and friction between the sheathing part and the hair.

5. The hair decoration member as claimed in claim 1, wherein the hair decoration member is provided with a hair pin configuration which is attached to the hair by clipping of the fastening part to the hair and friction between the sheathing part and the hair.

6. The hair decoration member as claimed in claim 1, wherein the hair decoration member is provided with a hair band configuration which is attached to the hair by winding of the fastening part to the hair and friction between the sheathing part and the hair.

7. The hair decoration member as claimed in claim 1, wherein the hair decoration member is provided with a hair hoop configuration which is attached to the hair by hooping of the fastening part to the hair and friction between the sheathing part and the hair.

8. The hair decoration member as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sheathing part has a convex portion.

9. The hair decoration member as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a decorating part connected with the fastening part.
