Description
TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a launching device; more particularly, relates to a device for shoulder-launching operation.

DESCRIPTION OF THE RELATED ARTS

A launcher is used for launching weapons, constraining nets, ropes and fire works, mostly for military-use or for the police. Therein, most launchers are single-cone launchers without ergonomic design. Hence, it is hard to be held firm for operation and operational difficulty adds.

A launcher revealed by U.S. Pat. No. 4,531,445 has no grip or any part for holding firm. Another launcher revealed by U.S. Pat. No. 5,854,440 has a grip but the grip is not foldable; thus, the size of the launcher becomes bigger and brings difficulties to carrying and storing.

The launcher is generally made by twining fiber round a single cone, where the fabrication procedure is complicated and extra parts can not be easily added, like grip, aiming device and handle. Furthermore, maintenance become difficult in the later days.

Hence, the prior arts do not fulfill all users' requests on actual use.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The main purpose of the present invention is to provide a device for shoulder-launching operation, where stability and convenience on operation are enhanced together with improved production and reduced maintenance difficulty.

To achieve the above purpose, the present invention is a shoulder-launched launcher, comprising a launcher, which is a long tube; a firing trigger, which is set at a side of the launcher; a firing grip, which is set at the same side of the launcher behind the firing trigger; a forward grip, which is positioned at the same side of the launcher before the firing trigger; and a shoulder recoil stop, which is positioned at the side of the launcher behind the firing grip. Accordingly, a novel shoulder-launched launcher is obtained.

BRIEF DESCRIPTIONS OF THE DRAWINGS

The present invention will be better understood from the following detailed description of the preferred embodiment according to the present invention, taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, in which

FIG. 1 is the view showing the first state-of-use of the preferred embodiment according to the present invention;

FIG. 2 is the view showing the second state-of-use of the preferred embodiment; and

FIG. 3 is the explosive view showing the preferred embodiment.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

The following description of the preferred embodiment is provided to understand the features and the structures of the present invention.

Please refer to FIG. 1, which is a view showing a first state-of-use of a preferred embodiment according to the present invention. As shown in the figure, the present invention is a shoulder-launched launcher, comprising a launcher 110, which is a long tube; a firing trigger 120, which is set at a side of the launcher 110; a firing grip 130, which is set at the same side of the launcher 110 behind the firing trigger 120 and is foldable to cover the firing trigger 120; a forward grip 140, which is positioned at the same side of the launcher 110 before the firing trigger 120; and a shoulder recoil stop 150, which is positioned at the side of the launcher 110 behind the firing grip 130. Therein, an inner tube (not shown in the figure) is set inside the launcher 110.

The present invention comprises components of outer shells, grips, a shoulder recoil stop, etc. all made in a monolithic way. Then, the components are fixed together with screws. The inner tube is made of fiber reinforced plastics (FRP) for enhancing strength and safety and reducing weight. The outer shells are made of fiber plastics or nylon for resisting shaking during transportation and protecting against falling and for a long-term storage.

Please refer to FIG. 2, which is a view showing a second state-of-use of the preferred embodiment. As shown in the figure, the present invention is folded, which comprises a launcher 210, a folded firing grip 220, a forward grip 230 and a folded shoulder recoil stop 240. The launcher 110 can be further set with a sight mount base 250. The sight mount base 250 is mounted with an aiming device, like an optical aiming device, an ultra-violate aiming device or a night sight, for improving launching accuracy according to requirements under different situations.

Please refer to FIG. 3, which is an explosive view showing the preferred embodiment. As shown in the figure, the present invention is exploded into components, comprising a two-piece combined outer tube 310, an inner tube 320, a firing trigger 330, a firing grip 340, a forward grip 350 and a shoulder recoil stop 360.

To sum up, the present invention is a shoulder-launched launcher, where stability and convenience on operation are enhanced together with improved production and reduced maintenance difficulty.

The preferred embodiment herein disclosed is not intended to unnecessarily limit the aiming device of the invention. Therefore, simple modifications or variations belonging to the equivalent of the aiming device of the claims and the instructions disclosed herein for a patent are all within the aiming device of the present invention.
