BOOT FLOOR SCRUBBER
The present invention is a boot floor scrubber to clean a floor surface that includes a base boot, a plurality of exterior toe bristles to clean and scrub a corner area of the floor surface and a plurality of front sole bristles that are disposed on the front sole portion of the base boot and are utilized to scrub or wash the floor surface by a user rubbing the front sole portion against the floor surface. The boot floor scrubber includes a plurality of rear sole bristles that are disposed on the rear sole portion of the base boot and are utilized to scrub or wash the floor surface by the user rubbing the rear sole portion against the floor surface and a bendable sole portion that is disposed on the sole portion between the front sole portion and the rear sole portion of the base boot.
Currently there are limited scrubbing supplies that employ an alternative limb for use. When cleaning a floor, most individuals utilize a hand scrubber that requires them to lie on their knees as they strain and exert energy in an effort to clean and remove debris from their floors.
The present invention generally relates to a floor scrubber. More specifically, the invention is a boot floor scrubber.
It is an object of the invention to provide a boot floor scrubber that allows a user to scrub or clean a floor without having to be on their hands and knees.
It is an object of the invention to provide a boot floor scrubber that utilizes a plurality of different sized bristles disposed on a bottom portion and a toe portion of a boot to scrub or clean a floor.
It is an object of the invention to provide a boot floor scrubber that is provided with a bendable sole to relatively better utilize a plurality of positioned bristles disposed on the bottom portion of the boot.
What is really needed is a boot floor scrubber that allows a user to scrub or clean a floor without having to be on their hands and knees that utilizes a plurality of different sized bristles disposed on a bottom portion and a toe portion of a boot to scrub or clean a floor that is provided with a bendable sole to relatively better utilize a plurality of positioned bristles disposed on the bottom portion of the boot.

The phrase “in one embodiment” is utilized repeatedly. The phrase generally does not refer to the same embodiment, however, it may. The terms “comprising”, “having” and “including” are synonymous, unless the context dictates otherwise.
The boot floor scrubber 100 includes a base boot 110, a plurality of toe bristles 120, a plurality of front sole bristles 130, a plurality of rear sole bristles 140 and a bendable sole portion 150. The base boot 110 includes an exterior toe portion 112, a sole portion 114 with a front sole portion 116 and a rear sole portion 118 and can be any suitable type of boot. The toe bristles 120 are disposed on the exterior toe portion 112 of the base boot 110 to clean and scrub a corner area of a floor and are formed in a generally rectangular-shape 122. The toe bristles 120 are made of durable plastic material but can be made of other suitable material as well such as vegetable fibers. The front sole bristles 130 are disposed on the front sole portion 116 of the base boot 110 and can be utilized to scrub or wash a floor by a user rubbing the front sole portion 116 against the floor or other suitable surface. The front sole bristles 130 are made of durable plastic material but can be made of other suitable material as well such as vegetable fibers. The rear sole bristles 140 are disposed on the rear sole portion 118 of the base boot 110 and can be utilized to scrub or wash a floor by a user rubbing the rear sole portion 118 against the floor or other suitable surface. The rear sole bristles 140 are made of durable plastic material but can be made of other suitable material as well such as vegetable fibers. The front sole bristles 130 and the rear sole bristles 140 are approximately in the range of 50% to 66% shorter than the bristles utilized by a traditional scrub brush to reduce the possibility and prevent a user from falling while wearing and using the boot floor scrubber 100. The bendable sole portion 150 is disposed on the sole portion 114 between the front sole portion 116 and the rear sole portion 118 of the base boot 110 and allows the user to bend and position the front sole portion 116 and the rear sole portion 118 at a plurality of different angles and positions to clean and scrub the floor relatively better than a flat and unbendable sole portion 114. The boot floor scrubber 100 can be utilized in combination with any suitable cleaning solutions or cleaning powders or cleansers.
The boot floor scrubber allows a user to scrub or clean a floor without having to be on their hands and knees that utilizes a plurality of different sized bristles disposed on a bottom portion and a toe portion of a boot to scrub or clean a floor that is provided with a bendable sole to relatively better utilize the bristles disposed on the bottom portion of the boot.
The boot floor scrubber has a plurality of exposed brushes disposed on the sole of the boot floor scrubber and introduces a modern approach to performing traditional chores. The boot floor scrubber is made of lightweight flexible materials with a rectangular-shaped irrigation boot possessing bristles on the bottom sole as well as at the front toe area, which aides in accessing and cleaning corner areas of a floor during use. The boot floor scrubber enables the user to effectively clean a floor in a standing position by sliding and/or walking back and forth while the affixed brushes remove grime, dirt and contaminants from the floor surface area. The boot floor scrubber may be readily available at typical home goods retailers and shoe stores. The boot floor scrubber is designed with specified sized brush lengths to ensure proper balance when being utilized. The boot floor scrubber is a waterproof boot that incorporates pliable bristles on the sole and affords users with a suitable alternative to performing household maintenance.
While the present invention has been related in terms of the foregoing embodiments, those skilled in the art will recognize that the invention is not limited to the embodiments described. The present invention can be practiced with modification and alteration within the spirit and scope of the appended claims. Thus, the description is to be regarded as illustrative instead of restrictive on the present invention.
Claims
1. A boot floor scrubber to clean a floor surface, comprising:
- a base boot that includes an exterior toe portion, a sole portion with a front sole portion and a rear sole portion;
- a plurality of toe bristles that are disposed on said exterior toe portion of said base boot to clean and scrub a corner area of said floor surface;
- a plurality of front sole bristles that are disposed on said front sole portion of said base boot and are utilized to scrub or wash said floor surface by a user rubbing said front sole portion against said floor surface;
- a plurality of rear sole bristles that are disposed on said rear sole portion of said base boot and are utilized to scrub or wash said floor surface by said user rubbing said rear sole portion against said floor surface; and
- a bendable sole portion that is disposed on said sole portion between said front sole portion and said rear sole portion of said base boot.
2. The boot floor scrubber according to claim 1, wherein said toe bristles are formed in a generally rectangular-shape.
3. The boot floor scrubber according to claim 1, wherein said toe bristles are made of durable plastic material.
4. The boot floor scrubber according to claim 1, wherein said front sole bristles are made of durable plastic material.
5. The boot floor scrubber according to claim 1, wherein said front sole bristles are made of durable vegetable fiber material.
6. The boot floor scrubber according to claim 1, wherein said front sole bristles are approximately in the range of 50% to 66% shorter than a plurality of bristles utilized by a traditional scrub brush to reduce the possibility and prevent said user from falling while wearing and using said boot floor scrubber.
7. The boot floor scrubber according to claim 1, wherein said rear sole bristles are approximately in the range of 50% to 66% shorter than a plurality of bristles utilized by said traditional scrub brush to reduce the possibility and prevent said user from falling while wearing and using said boot floor scrubber.
8. The boot floor scrubber according to claim 1, wherein said rear sole bristles are made of durable vegetable fiber material.
9. The boot floor scrubber according to claim 1, wherein said bendable sole portion allows said user to bend and position said front sole portion and said rear sole portion at a plurality of different angles and positions to clean and scrub said floor surface better than a flat and unbendable said sole portion.
10. The boot floor scrubber according to claim 1, wherein said boot floor scrubber is utilized in combination with one or more cleaning solutions.
11. A boot floor scrubber to clean a floor surface, comprising:
- a base boot that includes an exterior toe portion, a sole portion with a front sole portion and a rear sole portion;
- a plurality of toe bristles that are disposed on said exterior toe portion of said base boot to clean and scrub a corner area of said floor surface;
- a plurality of front sole bristles that are disposed on said front sole portion of said base boot and are utilized to scrub or wash said floor surface by a user rubbing said front sole portion against said floor surface;
- a plurality of rear sole bristles that are disposed on said rear sole portion of said base boot and are utilized to scrub or wash said floor surface by said user rubbing said rear sole portion against said floor surface, wherein said rear sole bristles are approximately in the range of 50% to 66% shorter than a plurality of bristles utilized by said traditional scrub brush to reduce the possibility and prevent said user from falling while wearing and using said boot floor scrubber; and
- a bendable sole portion that is disposed on said sole portion between said front sole portion and said rear sole portion of said base boot, wherein said bendable sole portion allows said user to bend and position said front sole portion and said rear sole portion at a plurality of different angles and positions to clean and scrub said floor surface better than a flat and unbendable said sole portion.
12. The boot floor scrubber according to claim 11, wherein said toe bristles are formed in a generally rectangular-shape.
13. The boot floor scrubber according to claim 11, wherein said toe bristles are made of durable plastic material.
14. The boot floor scrubber according to claim 11, wherein said front sole bristles are made of durable plastic material.
15. The boot floor scrubber according to claim 11, wherein said front sole bristles are made of durable vegetable fiber material.
16. The boot floor scrubber according to claim 11, wherein said front sole bristles are approximately in the range of 50% to 66% shorter than a plurality of bristles utilized by a traditional scrub brush to reduce the possibility and prevent said user from falling while wearing and using said boot floor scrubber.
17. The boot floor scrubber according to claim 11, wherein said rear sole bristles are made of durable plastic material.
18. The boot floor scrubber according to claim 11, wherein said rear sole bristles are made of durable vegetable fiber material.
19. The boot floor scrubber according to claim 11, wherein said boot floor scrubber is utilized in combination with one or more cleaning solutions.
20. The boot floor scrubber according to claim 11, wherein said boot floor scrubber is utilized in combination with one or more cleaning powders or cleansers.
