Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

a) Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to sanitary equipment, and more particularly to a toilet deodorization device which forms a concentrated air flow to be discharged, such that gas with a bad odor can be extracted and sent to outdoor sky for dilution when a user is using the toilet, thereby preventing the user from being contaminated by the bad odor.

b) Description of the Prior Art

In the past, people will usually squat when they need to excrete. As time advances, a sitting-type toilet has shown up following improvement of buildings. However, whether for the sitting-type toilet or the squat toilet, people are always unable to bear with the bad odor when using the toilet.

In the old days, rural bathrooms are all built outdoors and as air circulates very well, the problem of bad odor is not serious. Recently, as the buildings are improved, the bathrooms are built indoors and in a so-called suite, a bathroom is emplaced in a bedroom. Therefore, this issue of bad odor becomes apparent and serious. Although a small air extractor can be installed on a ceiling in the bathroom, it is inevitable that an individual who uses the bathroom will be troubled for a certain period of time and will have to bear with it. Especially for a small building or house, the room is smaller and the bathroom is thus even smaller; therefore, the issue is more severe. For the domestic or foreign buildings, except for installing the small air extractor on the ceiling in the bathroom, the bad odor will spread inside the bathroom, and the contamination problem has not been solved yet. In particular, the contamination has already been formed at the moment when the bad odor comes out while an individual is using the bathroom. Accordingly, the abovementioned problem needs to be improved further.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The primary object of the present invention is to provide a toilet deodorization device, wherein an air flow is concentrated in a toilet by extraction and is to be expelled out, such that gas of a bad odor can be extracted and sent to an outdoor structure when a user is using the toilet, allowing the user not to be contaminated by the bad odor. An upper rim at an inner side of a rear part of the toilet is pre-built with a hole (by modifying an old one, if any) to install an entrance opening of an air extractor for engaging with a connector of the deodorization device. After connecting a connection tube, the air extractor will suck air to draw in the bad-odor gas in the toilet and the bad-odor gas is expelled out through an inner vent pipe. When a user sits on the toilet, an entire opening of the toilet will be covered by a hip, leaving a gap between two thighs as the only access. At the moment of excreting, the bad-odor gas, which is unbearable to smell, is flushed out from this gap and faces right toward a chest and a face. In the present invention, when the user sits on the toilet, a fan in the air extractor box is activated automatically or manually and as the box is provided with a lower air baffle and an upper air baffle, the bad-odor gas that is sucked in can rise along a designated path and is expelled to an outdoor structure from an outlet of the air extractor. Therefore, the user will not be contaminated by the bad-odor gas and even when the user has left and the other person is using the toilet, there will be no bad-odor gas left in the bathroom, as the bad-odor gas has been extracted and sent into the inner vent pipe in the wall, entering into ventilation equipment in an entire building and being sent to an outdoor structure. Accordingly, air will be fresh and without the bad-odor gas in the bathroom, even in the living room.

The present invention includes:

a sitting-type toilet or a squat toilet, an upper rim at a rear wall of the toilet is provided with a ventilation hole for installing a connector of the deodorization device;

an inner vent pipe which is hidden in a wall, a lower side of the inner vent pipe is connected to the connector of the deodorization device and the inner vent pipe is extended upward to an air extractor box, with that the bad-odor gas in the toilet is sucked in by an extraction flow and the inner vent pipe is provided with a piping to expel upward the bad-odor gas; and

the air extractor box which is a flat and rectangular structure, a center of the air extractor box is provided with air baffles to guide directions of the air flow and an upper outlet of the air extractor box is connected to an outlet of the inner vent pipe.

An upper side on a rear edge of a wall of the toilet is provided with a flange to connect with the deodorization pipe and an inner and outer side of the flange is provided respectively with a seal washer. On the other hand, the flange is fixed and connected with the inner vent pipe by tightening a screw cap.

The air extractor box is a flat and sealed rectangular structure, a two-third of a width at an upper part of the air extractor box is sealed toward right or a side to provide an upper air baffle, allowing the upper side to form a sealed rectangular air duct, leaving only about one-third as a ventilation opening. Furthermore, a two-third of a width at a lower part of the air extractor box is sealed toward right or the other side to provide a lower air baffle, forming another sealed air duct and leaving only about one-third as a ventilation opening. Fan blades are activated by an air extractor machine to blow air rightward and an opening is left at a left side of the sealed rectangular air duct that is formed by the right baffle. The bad-odor gas in the bathroom is sucked in from a lower entrance of the air extractor and is flushed into a duct that is left in advance by the right air baffle along a direction of air, followed by entering into an upper connection tube and expelled out from the inner vent pipe. Finally, the bad-odor gas is sent to an outdoor structure through an upper section of the inner vent pipe.

The advantages of the present invention are that the user who is using the toilet can be prevented from being contaminated by the bad-odor gas and air in the bathroom can be always kept fresh and clean; besides, there will be no more contamination problem as the bathroom is emplaced in the bedroom.
