CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

The present application claims priority under 35 U.S. C. §119 to Japanese Patent Application No. 2012-121338, filed May 28, 2012. The contents of this application are incorporated herein by reference in their entirety.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

This present invention relates to an half shoe and method for producing the half shoe.

2. Discussion of the Background

Conventionally, an half shoe for rhythmic gymnastics in order to perform a gymnastic performance and practice is consisted of cloth with a pile or knitting of a fiber as indicated by the Japanese registered utility model No. 3136899. The shoe indicated by this utility model has a possibility of losing balance, when a person who wears the shoe performs performance and practice of rhythmic gymnastics on a floor of a boarded flooring because it is easy to slide on the material of shoe. When the person performs jump and rotation especially, the person has a risk of a fall. The shoe is inferior in the viewpoint of stability and safety. And on the characteristic of the material of the shoe, the shoe wears out easily by friction with the flooring, and is inferior also to durability.

A half shoe made from artificial suede is offered. Since that material of the shoe is harder, it is inferior to a feeling of wearing and a feeling of a fit to a shell. A wearer's tiptoe portion does not adapt itself to shoe easily, and especially the shoe has a possibility of having a bad influence on that wearer's performance and practice.

Furthermore, a half shoe using a natural cowhide which has softness and elasticity in the main part of the shoe is proposed as indicated by the Japanese patent No. 4643756. The shoe can obtain moderate friction with a flooring, and, thereby, stability and safety are secured. Moreover, the shoe is excellent in a durable viewpoint. However, the shoe has the structure where an elastic cord's attachment portion touches a wearer's shell directly. Therefore, the wearer feels sense of incongruity to the elastic cord, and wearing for a long time has unsuitable fear.

DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

The embodiments will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings, wherein like reference numerals designate corresponding or identical elements throughout the various drawings.

An half shoe related to the embodiment of the type, which covers a tiptoe and covers a strap or an elastic band on a shell and a heel and is also called jumping shoe as a brand name, is shoe for exclusive use worn in the case of rhythmic gymnastics or gymnastics.

The half shoe has a bag-like main part 100 which consists of an upper part 110 made from natural leather which has softness and elasticity and a lower part 120 made from natural leather which has softness and elasticity. The main part 100 is constituted by sewing up each edge 110b, 120b of the upper part and the lower part in about 2.5-mm margin for seam so that the upper part 110 and the lower part 120 may form an opening 130 by each end part sides 110a, 120a.

The plane form of the main part 100 is the form that the half of the thumb side of the main part 100 and the half by the side of the little finger of the main part 100 is asymmetrical. And the thumb side is greatly formed compared with the little finger side so that the main part 100 may wrap softly and may put the whole toe. The width W110 (refer to FIG. 5) of the upper part 110 is greatly formed so that it may be set to W110>W120 rather than the width W120 (refer to FIG. 6) of the lower part 120. The seam is set to 2.5-mm margin because of load mitigation to the shell of the wearer, especially the tiptoe, and suitableness in the present condition. However, the seam is not necessarily strictly limited to the 2.5-mm margin. In order to manufacture the main part 100, it is possible to change some numerical values of the margin for seam.

Natural cowhide whose thickness which is elastic and soft is about 0.4 mm is used as natural leather by the upper part 110 and the lower part 120. Since this is suitable in respect of the present condition, the ease of getting used to the shell, the ease of carrying out of formation of the main part 100, and the ease of sewing, it is taken as the thickness concerned. If it has a function equivalent to this, it will not be limited to the thickness concerned. It may be possible to use an artificial material which has a function equivalent to the natural cowhide. However in the cost side and in the softness of the stitch in a wearer's tiptoe portion, the natural cowhide is practical at predominance. Using natural swine leather or deerskin is also considered. However, since the natural swine leather is thick, it has not turned to shoe which it needs to be processed for making it soft thinly, and it uses for this embodiment from a practical viewpoint. The natural deerskin has softness. However, it is torn easily, is inferior to durability, and also expensive. Therefore, under the present circumstances, the natural cowhide is excellent in durability, and it is cheap in respect of cost, and since it has the merit that the performance changes by the method of processing, it is suitable for the shoe.

Furthermore, the front side of natural cowhide is made into the upper surface of the upper part 110. Thereby, as for the upper surface side of the upper part 110, its appearance becomes good. Even if dirt does not adhere to the upper surface easily and dirt adheres, it can remove easily. Moreover, the back side of natural cowhide is made to become the under surface of the lower part 120, and it constitutes so that a function may be presented as a nonslip surface.

An insole part 140 which consists of cloth which has elasticity and has a deodorant function and dry function is attached to the upper surface of the lower part 120 with rubber paste adhesive material. Furthermore, the insole part 140 attached to the lower part 120 by rubber paste adhesive material is sewn on the lower part 120 through a V character-like stitch 150 toward the other end part side from the one end part side of the lower part 120 (going to right-hand side from left-hand side of FIG. 3 and FIG. 6). The stitch 150 of the shape of this V character functions to state where the insole part 140 adheres to the lower part 120 firmly being held, when a leg is equipped with the main part 100 and power is arisen by a wearer's motion to the insole part 140 and the lower part 120.

A cover 160 is sewn on the opening 130 by the side of the upper part 110 of the main part 100 through a stitch 162 by gathering. This cover 160 consists of two-way cloth which is excellent in elasticity, and the good design of the fine sight is given to the cover 160. This cover 160 is constituted so that the whole part of an annular elastic cord (a first elastic body) 170 mentioned later located in the opening 130 may be covered.

The annular elastic cord 170 is sewn on a part of opening 130 by the side of the upper part 110 of the main part 100 by gathering. The whole part located in the opening 130 is constituted so that it may be covered with the cover 160, as it mentioned above. In addition, this elastic cord 170 may constitute so that it may be sewn on through a stitch 172, 174 by gathering, as shown in FIG. 2.

Inside the opening 130 by the side of the lower part 120 of the main part 100, an annular elastic cord (a second elastic body) 180 is sewn on through the stitch 182, 184 by gathering. This elastic cord 180 is attached to the upper part side of the lower part 120 by gathering so that it may be located inside the opening 130. And the cover 160 is attached to the opening 130 by gathering. Therefore, at the time of the shoe wearing, moderate frictional force arises on the wearer's sole and ankle, and the main part 100 of shoe can also prevent that it can come off carelessly in a gymnastic performance.

A tag 190 which has a deodorization function is attached to the upper surface part side of the insole part 140 of the main part 100. This tag 190 is attached by its both-ends portion of the direction of a library temple being sewn on the insole part 140.

An example of the production method of half shoe is explained below with reference to FIG. 7 and FIG. 8 about the above-mentioned composition.

First, the insole part 140 is pasted up on the upper part side of the lower part 120 with rubber paste material (Step S710 of FIG. 7). Next, the insole part 140 is sewn on the lower part 120 by forming the V character-like stitch 150 by a sewing machine toward the other end part side from the one end part side 120a of the lower part 120 (Step S720 of FIG. 7). The V character-like stitch goes to right-hand side from the left-hand side of FIG. 6. Then, the cover 160 is sewn on the part which forms the opening 130 by the side of the upper part 110 by the sewing machine through the stitch 162 by gathering (Step S730 of FIG. 7). Then, the elastic cord 170 is sewn on the part which forms the opening 130 by the side of the upper part 110 by the sewing machine by gathering (Step S740 of FIG. 7). The main part 100 is made by sewing up each edge 110b and 120b by the 2.5-mm margin for seam by a sewing machine, as the opening 130 is formed, and making it bag-like by the end part sides 110a and 120a of the upper part 110 and the lower part 120 (Step S750 of FIG. 7). The elastic cord 180 is sewn on the opening 130 by the side of the undersurface part 120 through the stitch 182,184 by the sewing machine by gathering (Step S760 of FIG. 7). Finally the tag 190 is sewn on the upper part of the insole part 140 at the both ends (Step S770 of FIG. 7). Thereby, the half shoe of this embodiment is completed.

In the method of producing the above-mentioned half shoe, about the order of attaching the cover 160 and the elastic cord 170 to the opening 140, after attaching the cover 160, the elastic cord 170 is attached. However, the cover 160 may be made to be attached after attaching the elastic cord 170, as shown in FIG. 8.

That is, the insole part 140 is first pasted up on the upper surface side of the lower part 120 with rubber paste adhesive material (Step S810 of FIG. 8). Next, the insole part 140 is sewn on the lower part 120 by forming the V character-like stitch 150 by the sewing machine toward the other end part side from the one end part side 120a of the lower part 120 (Step S820 of FIG. 8). The V character-like stitch 150 goes to right-hand side from the left-hand side of FIG. 6. Then, the elastic cord 170 is sewn on the part which forms the opening 130 by the side of the upper part 110 by the sewing machine through the stitch 172, 174 by gathering (Step S830 of FIG. 8). The cover 160 is sewn on the upper part 110 through the stick 162 by the sewing machine by gathering so that the whole part of the elastic cord's 170 part sewn on the opening 130 maybe covered (Step S840 of FIG. 8). The main part 100 is made by sewing up each edge 110b and 120b by the 2.5-mm margin for seam by the sewing machine, as the opening 130 is formed, and making it bag-like by the end part sides 110a and 120a of the upper part 110 and the lower part 120 (Step S850 of FIG. 8). The elastic cord 180 is sewn on the opening 130 by the side of the undersurface part 120 through the stitch 182,184 by the sewing machine by gathering (Step S860 of FIG. 8). Finally the tag 190 is sewn on the upper part of the insole part 140 at the both ends (Step S870 of FIG. 8). Thereby, the half shoe of this embodiment is completed.

In the above-mentioned embodiment, the elastic cord 180 is sewn on inside the opening 130 of the lower part 120. However As shown in the modification of FIG. 9, it is also possible to sew the elastic cord 180 on the lower part side (outside of the opening 130) of the lower part 120 through stitches 182,184,186,188. According to such composition, it is lost that the elastic cord 180 touches directly to the sole side, and the load to a leg can be reduced more.

The method of producing the half shoe is not limited in order of the process shown in above-mentioned FIG. 7 and FIG. 8. After attaching the insole part 140 to the undersurface part 120, it is also possible to form the tag 190. Moreover, after sewing the elastic cord 170,180 on the opening 130 by gathering, it is also possible to attach the cover 160 to the elastic cord 170. It can change suitably.

As for the present invention, unless it deviates from the summary, it is needless to say for various modification to be possible.
