Abstract

The Dispenser may contain combinations of either a solid and/or a liquid substance. The Dispenser may, for instance, contain hand sanitizer as the substance used coming out of the bottom of the animal's feet, and facial tissue as another substance used coming from the top exit. This allows for the customer to have two or more convenient items within The Dispenser. The connector permits connection to another object. In the combination above the consumer may be a child, but the product could take numerous forms that could appeal to other genres of people.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The Dispenser relates to the field of dispensers in general. In particular The Dispenser relates to dispensers which are able to dispense multiple items and dispensers which take decorative form, are suitable for advertising, or capture the attention of users.

2. Description of Related Art

Specialized dispensers for single products, such as liquid soap pump bottles, Kleenex® boxes, Grease guns, are well known in the art. Such dispensers tend to be functional rather than decorative in design. It is the object of the present invention to be decorative or attractive while dispensing two or more related items. It is a further object of the present invention to provide a dispenser which can, in addition to serving to dispense multiple items, serve as an advertising medium.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The Dispenser may contain combinations of either a solid and/or a liquid substance used. For example the product could take form as a small plastic monkey, with the component including but not limited to a connector that would allow for the product to easily be attached to another item for example a backpack or bag. The Dispenser may, for instance, contain hand sanitizer as the substance used coming out of the bottom of the animal's feet, and facial tissue as another substance used coming from the top exit. This allows for the customer to have two convenient items within The Dispenser. The connector permits connection to another object. In the combination above the consumer may be a child, but the product could take numerous forms that could appeal to other genres of people. It will be appreciated that while the above described embodiment describes the dispenser as being configured to dispense two substances any number of substances used are contemplated.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The Dispenser 1 may contain combinations of either a solid and/or a liquid substance used 7. For example the product could take form as a small plastic monkey, with the component including but not limited to a connector 2 that would allow for the product to easily be attached to another item for example a backpack or bag. The Dispenser 1 may for instance contain hand sanitizer as the substance used 7 coming out of the bottom 3 of the animal's feet, and facial tissue as another substance used 7 coming from the top exit 4. This allows for the customer to have two convenient items within The Dispenser 1. The connector 2 permits connection to another object. In the combination above the consumer may be a child, but the product could take numerous forms that could appeal to other genres of people. It will be appreciated that while the above described embodiment describes the dispenser 1 as being configured to dispense two substances any number of substances used 7 are contemplated. The Dispenser 1 would contain substances 7 including, but not limited to, combinations of one or more of the following substances:

  • Tooth paste
  • Floss
  • Baby wipes
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Facial Tissue
  • Lip balm
  • Deodorant
  • Fragrance
  • Lotion

As seen in FIG. 1 The Dispenser 1 is in the form of a monkey. FIG. 8 shows the hand sanitizer as the substance used 7 and tissue as another substance used 7 stored in the animal's body. The user can easily remove tissues from the top Exit 4 of the head and hand sanitizer as the substance used 7 from the Bottom Exit 3. This is just one design and is not limited to this model. The Dispenser 1 in this example takes form as small plastic monkey but there are other possibilities including but not limited to the following categories:

    FIG. 7 is an example of a different combination such as a toothbrush and The Dispenser 1 in the form of a cat.

For example the product could be 5-inches high by 3 inches wide by 3-inches deep and may be attached to other items including but not limited to backpacks. The Dispenser 1 would attach with a connector 2 that in this example is a keychain. The Dispenser 1 for example could hold 15 two-ply tissues and 2 ounces of hand sanitizer as the substance used 7. In this instance a child could easily receive tissues as the substance used 7 and hand sanitizer as another substance used 7 from the animal's body. The product could be produced in two halves of dispenser 8 allowing for the dispenser to be opened and closed to insert or remove refills 5. These replacements could be sold separately shown in FIG. 9 and FIG. 10. The refills could be sold separately, this will aid in keeping the product eco friendly. The refills 5 may include but are not limited to the combinations listed above. Once The Dispenser 1 runs out of facial tissue as the substance used 7/hand sanitizer as another substance used 7 the refills 5 will allow the customer to refill each product separately or as a package deal with The Dispenser 1. FIG. 9 shows an example of what a facial tissue as the substance used 7 dispenser refill may look like separately. FIG. 10 shows an example of what hand sanitizer as the substance used 7 may look like separately. FIG. 9 and FIG. 10 are examples of what hand sanitizer as the substance used 7 and/or tissue as another substance used 7 refills 5 may look like, but depending on the different variations of substances within The Dispenser 1, the appearance of the separately sold substances may change. Therefore it includes but is not limited to the shown examples of refills in FIG. 9 and FIG. 10.

The Dispenser 1 could be made with components including but not limited to metal, wood, or plastic. For example the animal shell could be manufactured by injection molding, with plastics including but not limited to ABS (Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene), HDPE (High-density polyethylene), and LDPE (Low-density polyethylene). The container that could hold the hand sanitizer as the substance used 7 on the inside of the shell for example could be made of PET (Polyethylene terephthalate) plastic, and be blow-molded. FIG. 8 shows an example of a situation in which one substance used is facial tissue 7 and another substance used is Hand sanitizer 7.

The Dispenser 1 containing a solid and/or liquid may take numerous forms involving the outside appearance, but it also may change as far as size. For example there may be larger versions placed in classrooms, containing combinations including but not limited to the previous list.

Claims

1) A dispenser comprising:

a) a shell;

b) a plurality of product dispensers; and

c) a plurality of exits, each exit in communication with one of said product dispensers to dispense a substance.

2) The dispenser of claim 1 further comprising a connector.

3) The dispenser of claim 1 wherein the shell comprises two or more parts.

4) The dispenser of claim 1 wherein the substance is a liquid.

5) The dispenser of claim 1 wherein the substance is a solid material.

6) The dispenser of claim 5 wherein the solid material is in sheet form.

7) The dispenser of claim 1 wherein at least one of said exits is located at the top of the dispenser

8) The dispenser of claim 1 wherein at least one of said exits is located at the bottom of the dispenser.

9) The dispenser of claim 1 wherein the shell is in the form of an animal.

10) The dispenser of claim 1 wherein the shell is in the form of a cartoon character.

11) The dispenser of claim 1 wherein one or more of the product dispensers are replaceable.

12) The dispenser of claim 1 wherein one or more of the product dispenser can be provided separately as refills.

13) The dispenser of claim 1 wherein one or more of the product dispensers can be refilled.
