A foldable house comprises a body having a three-dimensional frame, each side of the three-dimensional frame being sealed by several horizontal sealing plates and vertical sealing plates but at least one vertical side of the three-dimensional frame being an open vertical side; at least a bottom plate; at least a first vertical plate; at least two second vertical plates; and at least a top plate open; whereby the bottom plate, the first vertical plate, each, second vertical plate, and the top plate are able to be folded into the open vertical side of the body to maintain the original volume of the body for easy transport, and the bottom plate, the first vertical plate, each second vertical plate, and the top plate corresponding to the open vertical side of the body are able to be unfolded to expand the interior space communicating to the body.

Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The invention relates to a foldable house, to be used as used as the container body with normalization of the size for being folded and unfolded.

2. Description of the Related Art

It costs a lot of time to build a traditional house, and once the construction of the house is finished, the house cannot be moved nor meet the housing needs of rapidity and mobility. Besides, modular houses can be built faster than traditional houses, but the mobility is still poor. That is, the modular houses must be disassembled before moving to a new construction site for reassembling, which is unable to meet immediate housing needs or mobility.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

It is an object of the present invention to provide a foldable house for meeting the immediate housing needs.

It is another object of the present invention to provide a foldable house for meeting the housing needs of mobility.

In order to achieve the above objects, the foldable house comprises a body having a three-dimensional frame, several horizontal sealing plates and vertical sealing plates, each side of the three-dimensional frame being sealed by the horizontal sealing plates and vertical sealing plates but at least one vertical side of the three-dimensional frame being an open vertical side; at least a bottom plate pivotally disposed on a lower edge of the three-dimensional frame of the open vertical side; at least a first vertical plate pivotally disposed on a side edge of the bottom plate; at least two second vertical plates pivotally disposed on two end edges of the three-dimensional frame of the open vertical side; and at least a top plate pivotally disposed on an upper edge of the three-dimensional frame of the open vertical side; whereby the bottom plate, the first vertical plate, each second vertical plate, and the top plate are able to be folded into the open vertical side of the body to maintain the original volume of the body for easy transport, and the bottom plate, the first vertical plate, each second vertical plate, and the top plate corresponding to the open vertical side of the body are able to be unfolded to expand the interior space communicating to the body.

The present invention further comprises a support arm arranged between the bottom plate and the lower edge of the three-dimensional frame of the open vertical side, and comprises an adjustable rod connected between the support arm and the end edge of the three-dimensional frame of the open vertical side. Further, the support arm is able to be folded at the lower edge of the three-dimensional frame of the open vertical side, and the adjustable rod is able to be folded at the end edge of the three-dimensional frame of the open vertical side. The three-dimensional frame has several horizontal rods and vertical rods forming a long cube, and the body has two long vertical sides as the open vertical sides.

The present invention further comprises an oil pressure pole connected between the top plate and the vertical rod of the three-dimensional frame of the open vertical side. Further, the top plate corresponding to each second vertical plate and the first vertical plate has a waterproof edging structure. The first vertical plate is pivotally disposed at the bottom plate by a concealed hinge; the top plate is pivotally disposed at a top end of the vertical rod of the three-dimensional frame of the open vertical side by a shaft; the bottom plate is closed and opened by a hoister and a pull rope.

The present invention further comprises a fixed rope connected a predetermined place of the top plate and the body to the ground, and a plurality of tires arranged at a bottom portion of the body, and at least one vertical sealing plate having a door. The present invention further comprises an inflatable bladder arranged at a bottom portion of the body and the bottom plate, a guide post fixed to the ground, and a positioning loop arranged between the body and the guide post.

Based on the features disclosed, the present invention is generally used as the container body with normalization of the size. Then, with the settings of the expansion board members of bottom plate, first vertical plate, second vertical plates, and top plate as well as related components, the expansion board members are not only able to be folded for easy transport but able to be easily and quickly unfolded for expanding the interior space communicating to the body for meeting the immediate housing needs and the housing needs of mobility. Also, the weight of the foldable house is reduced to achieve green environmental protection.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

Referring to FIGS. 1 through 3, the preferred embodiment of a foldable house in accordance with the present invention comprises the following components as discussed in detail below.

A body 10 has a three-dimensional frame 11 formed by several horizontal rods 111a, 111b and vertical rods 112. In this embodiment, the three-dimensional frame 11 is a long cube but it is not a limitation. The three-dimensional frame 11 may be a polygonal cube such as triangular, square or pentagonal cube. Each side of the three-dimensional frame 11 is sealed by several horizontal sealing plates 12a and vertical sealing plates 12b but at least one vertical side of the three-dimensional frame 11 is an open vertical side. In the embodiment, the body 10 has two long vertical sides being the open vertical sides, and at least one vertical sealing plate 12b has a door.

At least a bottom plate 20 is pivotally disposed on the horizontal rod 111a arranged at a lower edge of the three-dimensional frame 11 of the open vertical side. At least a first vertical plate 30 is pivotally disposed on a side edge of the bottom plate 20 by a concealed hinge 31 as shown in FIG. 13. At least two second vertical plates 40 are pivotally disposed on the vertical rods 112 arranged at two end edges of the three-dimensional frame 11 of the open vertical side. At least a top plate 50 is pivotally disposed on a top end of the vertical rod 112 arranged at an upper edge of the three-dimensional frame 11 of the open vertical side, and the top plate 50 corresponding to the first vertical plate 30 and the second vertical plate 40 has a waterproof edging structure 52 as shown in FIG. 12.

Whereby the bottom plate 20, first vertical plate 30, vertical plates 40, and top plate 50 are able to be folded into the open vertical side of the body 10 to maintain the original volume of the body 10 for easy transport, and the bottom plate 20, first vertical plate 30, vertical plates 40, and top plate 50 corresponding to the open vertical side of the body 10 are able to be unfolded to expand the interior space communicating to the body 10.

Further, a support arm 60 is pivotally disposed between the bottom plate 20 and the horizontal rod 111a arranged at the lower edge of the three-dimensional frame 11 of the open vertical side by a shaft 61 as shown in FIG. 7. The support arm 60 is able to be folded at the horizontal rod 111a arranged at the lower edge of the three-dimensional frame 11 of the open vertical side. Furthermore, an adjustable rod 70 connected between the support arm 60 and the vertical rod 112 arranged at the end edge of the three-dimensional frame 11 of the open vertical side, and the adjustable rod 70 is able to be folded at the vertical rod 112 at the end edge of the three-dimensional frame 11 of the open vertical side.

FIGS. 4 to 10 are schematic views showing the folded process of the present invention. With the referenced to FIG. 4, the top plate 50 is lifted, and an oil pressure pole 53 as shown in FIG. 14 is connected between the top plate 50 and the vertical rod 112 of the three-dimensional frame 11 of the open vertical side. With the referenced to FIG. 5, the vertical plates 40 are folded at the open vertical side of the body 10, and the adjustable rod 70 is folded in advance for easy operation. With the referenced to FIG. 6, the first vertical plate 30 is folded to superpose on the bottom plate 20. With the referenced to FIG. 7, the bottom plate 20 and the first vertical plate 30 are folded at the open vertical side of the body 10. With the referenced to FIG. 8, the support arm 60 is folded at the horizontal rod 111a arranged at the lower edge of the three-dimensional frame 11 of the open vertical side. With the referenced to FIG. 9, the top plate 50 is folded at the open vertical side of the body 10. FIG. 10 shows a completely folded state of the present invention.

With the referenced to FIG. 15, the bottom plate 20 is folded by a hoister 21 and a pull rope 22. With the referenced to FIGS. 16 and 17, a fixed rope 80 is connected a predetermined place of the top plate 50 and the body 10 to the ground. With the referenced to FIG. 18, a plurality of tires 13 are arranged at a bottom portion of the body 10 for easy mobility. With the referenced to FIG. 19, an inflatable bladder 90 is arranged at a bottom portion of the body 10 and the bottom plate 20; a guide post 91 is fixed to the ground, and a positioning loop 14 is arranged between the body 10 and the guide post 91.

Based on the features disclosed, the present invention is generally used as the container body with normalization of the size and is relatively lighter than the containers. Then, with the settings of the expansion board members of bottom plate 20, first vertical plate 30, second vertical plates 40, and top plate 50 as well as related components, the expansion board members are not only able to be folded for easy transport but able to be easily and quickly unfolded for expanding the interior space communicating to the body 10. Therefore, the present invention meets the immediate housing needs and the housing needs of mobility.

Although particular embodiments of the invention have been described in detail for purposes of illustration, various modifications and enhancements may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, the invention is not to be limited except as by the appended claims.

Claims

1. A foldable house, comprising:

a body having a three-dimensional frame, several horizontal sealing plates and vertical sealing plates, each side of the three-dimensional frame being sealed by the horizontal sealing plates and vertical sealing plates but at least one vertical side of the three-dimensional frame being an open vertical side;
at least a bottom plate pivotally disposed on a lower edge of the three-dimensional frame of the open vertical side;
at least a first vertical plate pivotally disposed on a side edge of the bottom plate;
at least two second vertical plates pivotally disposed on two end edges of the three-dimensional frame of the open vertical side; and
at least a top plate pivotally disposed on an upper edge of the three-dimensional frame of the open vertical side;
whereby the bottom plate, the first vertical plate, each second vertical plate, and the top plate are able to be folded into the open vertical side of the body to maintain the original volume of the body for easy transport, and the bottom plate, the first vertical plate, each second vertical plate, and the top plate corresponding to the open vertical side of the body are able to be

2. The foldable house as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a support arm arranged between the bottom plate and the lower edge of the three-dimensional frame of the open vertical side.

3. The foldable house as claimed in claim 2, further comprising an adjustable rod connected between the support arm and the end edge of the three-dimensional frame of the open vertical side.

4. The foldable house as claimed in claim 3, wherein the support arm is able to be folded at the lower edge of the three-dimensional frame of the open vertical side, and the adjustable rod is able to be folded at the end edge of the three-dimensional frame of the open vertical side.

5. The foldable house as claimed in claim 4, wherein the three-dimensional frame has several horizontal rods and vertical rods forming a long cube, and the body has two long vertical sides as the open vertical sides.

6. The foldable house as claimed in claim 5, further comprising an oil pressure pole connected between the top plate and the vertical rod of the three-dimensional frame of the open vertical side.

7. The foldable house as claimed in claim 5, wherein the top plate corresponding to each second vertical plate and the first vertical plate has a waterproof edging structure.

8. The foldable house as claimed in claim 5, wherein the first vertical plate is pivotally disposed at the bottom plate by a concealed hinge; the top plate is pivotally disposed at a top end of the vertical rod of the three-dimensional frame of the open vertical side by a shaft; the bottom plate is closed and opened by a hoister and a pull rope.

9. The foldable house as claimed in claim 5, further comprising a fixed rope connected a predetermined place of the top plate and the body to the ground, and a plurality of tires arranged at a bottom portion of the body, and at least one vertical sealing plate having a door.

10. The foldable house as claimed in claim 5, further comprising an inflatable bladder arranged at a bottom portion of the body and the bottom plate, a guide post fixed to the ground, and a positioning loop arranged between the body and the guide post.
