PAPER MADE BEARING PLATE CAPABLE OF SUPPORTING ELECTRICAL DEVICE AND PACKAGING BOX THEREOF

In a paper made bearing plate and packaging box thereof, the packaging box includes a box body and a paper made bearing plate provided in an accommodation space of the box body. The paper made bearing plate includes a cardboard and a standing pillar. The cardboard has a first surface and a second surface opposite thereto. The standing pillar is formed on the first surface. The periphery of the second surface is formed a folded edge on the cardboard. The electrical device can be accommodated in a containing space surrounded by the second surface and the folded edge. The paper made bearing plate stands on a plane by the support of the cardboard and the standing pillar, thereby positioning and fixing the electrical device on the plane.

BACKGROUND

1. Technical Field

The present invention relates to a box body structure, particularly to a paper made bearing plate capable of supporting electrical device and packaging box thereof.

2. Related Art

By the trend of eco-conscious, a paper made box body is often used as the packaging box for products nowadays. Generally, the inside of the product packaging box will be arranged with a separating plate which is used to separate the accommodation space of the packaging box. By this arrangement, the products such as mobile phones, tablet computers, or any other electrical devices can be accommodated on the separating plate, thereby the user can see the product right after opening the packaging box. Besides, the relative accessories of the product such as charger, earpieces, etc., will be placed under the separating plate, and thus the product and all the accessories can be placed together in one packaging box.

On the other hand, by the development of the smart phone and the tablet computer, when the user is watching a film or playing music, the smart phone or the tablet computer is usually set in an angle to stand on a tabletop. However, the user needs other objects or buys additional supporting stand to support the smart phone or the tablet computer, which causes inconvenience.

BRIEF SUMMARY

The present invention provides a paper made bearing plate capable of supporting an electrical device, and the electrical device can be also positioned in an angle on a plane by the paper made bearing plate.

The present invention relates to a paper made bearing plate capable of supporting an electrical device, which includes a cardboard and a standing pillar integratedly formed thereon. The cardboard has a first surface and a second surface opposite thereto. The standing pillar is formed on the first surface. The periphery of the second surface is formed a folded edge on the cardboard, and the folded edge extends away from the second surface. The electrical device can be accommodated in a containing space surrounded by the second surface and the folded edge, wherein the paper made bearing plate stands on a plane by the support of one side of the cardboard and the standing pillar, and the electrical device is positioned on the plane in an angle accordingly.

The present invention also provides an electrical device packaging box, and a paper made bearing plate used to hold an electrical device of the box body can position and fix the electrical device in an angle to a plane.

The electrical device packaging box according to the present invention includes a box body and a paper made bearing plate. The box body has an accommodation space, and the paper made bearing plate is provided in the accommodation space. The paper made bearing plate includes a cardboard and a standing pillar integratedly formed thereon. The cardboard has a first surface and a second surface opposite thereto. The standing pillar is formed on the first surface. The periphery of the second surface is formed a folded edge on the cardboard, and the folded edge extends away from the second surface. The electrical device can be accommodated in a containing space surrounded by the second surface and the folded edge, wherein the paper made bearing plate stands on a plane by the support of one side of the cardboard and the standing pillar, and the electrical device is positioned on the plane in an angle accordingly.

Compared to the conventional technique, the packaging box of the present invention is provided with a paper made bearing plate. When the user takes out the electrical device from the packaging box, the original paper made bearing plate used to hold the electrical device can be used as a supporting stand to make the electrical device stand on a plane in an angle. By this arrangement, the user can place the electrical device in an angle on the plane to watch a film or play music, etc., avoiding the inconvenience of buying other supporting stand, thereby enhancing the practicability and convenience of the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

Please refer to FIGS. 1 to 3, an electrical device packaging box 1 according to the present invention includes a box body 10 and a paper made bearing plate 20 provided therein. The paper made bearing plate 20 can be used to support an electrical device 2.

The box body 10 has an accommodation space 100. In the present embodiment, the box body 10 includes a bottom box 11 and a cover 12 covering thereon. The bottom box 11 is provided with the accommodation space 100.

The paper made bearing plate 20 is provided in the accommodation space 100. The paper made bearing plate 20 includes a cardboard 21 and a standing pillar 22 integratedly formed thereon. The cardboard 21 has a first surface 211 and a second surface 212 opposite thereto. The standing pillar 22 is formed on the first surface 211. The periphery of the second surface 212 is formed a folded edge 213 on the cardboard 21, and the folded edge 213 extends away from the second surface 212. The electrical device 2 can be accommodated in a containing space 200 surrounded by the second surface 212 and the folded edge 213.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the standing pillar 22 includes an annular plate 221 adhered to the first surface 211, and a column 222 extending outward from the annular plate 221. Preferably, the end of the standing pillar 22 is formed as a smooth cambered surface, and there exists a suitable distance between a periphery of the first surface 211 and the standing pillar 22.

Besides, the packaging box 1 further includes a positioning plate 30 which is provided in the accommodation space 100 and located on an inner side of the cardboard 21. The positioning plate 30 is provided with a receiving hole 31 for receiving the standing pillar 22. In practice, the positioning plate 30 can have no receiving hole 31.

Please refer to FIGS. 4 and 5, which are the schematic view showing a support condition of the paper made bearing plate according to the present invention. The paper made bearing plate 20 can support the electrical device 2 on a plane 3. The paper made bearing plate 20 includes the cardboard 21 and the standing pillar 22, and the periphery of the cardboard 21 is formed with the folded edge 213.

In practice, the cardboard 21 stands on the plane 3 in an angle X by the support of one side of the cardboard 21 and the standing pillar 22, and thus the electrical device 2 is positioned on the plane 3 in the angle X accordingly.

Please also refer to FIG. 6, which is a second embodiment of the paper made bearing plate according to the present invention. The second embodiment is approximately the same as the first embodiment. The difference lies in that, the cardboard 21 is also provided with a plurality of hollow holes 210 which are used to dissipate heat from the packaging box 1.

Although the present invention has been described with reference to the foregoing preferred embodiments, it will be understood that the invention is not limited to the details thereof. Various equivalent variations and modifications can still occur to those skilled in this art in view of the teachings of the present invention. Thus, all such variations and equivalent modifications are also embraced within the scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.

Claims

1. A paper made bearing plate capable of supporting an electrical device, comprising a cardboard and a standing pillar integratedly formed thereon; the cardboard having a first surface and a second surface opposite thereto; the standing pillar formed on the first surface; a periphery of the second surface formed a folded edge on the cardboard, and the folded edge extending away from the second surface; the electrical device being able to be accommodated in a containing space surrounded by the second surface and the folded edge, wherein the paper made bearing plate stands on a plane by the support of one side of the cardboard and the standing pillar, and the electrical device is positioned on the plane in an angle accordingly.

2. The paper made bearing plate according to claim 1, wherein the standing pillar includes an annular plate adhered to the first surface and a column extending outward from the annular plate.

3. The paper made bearing plate according to claim 1, wherein the end of the standing pillar is formed as a smooth cambered surface.

4. The paper made bearing plate according to claim 1, wherein a suitable distance exists between a periphery of the first surface and the standing pillar.

5. The paper made bearing plate according to claim 1, wherein the cardboard is provided with a plurality of hollow holes.

6. An electrical device packaging box comprising:

a box body having an accommodation space; and
a paper made bearing plate provided in the accommodation space, the paper made bearing plate including a cardboard and a standing pillar integratedly formed thereon; the cardboard having a first surface and a second surface opposite thereto; the standing pillar formed on the first surface; a periphery of the second surface formed a folded edge on the cardboard, and the folded edge extending away from the second surface; the electrical device being able to be accommodated in a containing space surrounded by the second surface and the folded edge;
wherein the paper made bearing plate stands on a plane by the support of one side of the cardboard and the standing pillar, and the electrical device is positioned on the plane in an angle accordingly.

7. The electrical device packaging box according to claim 6, wherein the box body includes a bottom box and a cover covering thereof, and the bottom box is provided with the accommodation space.

The electrical device packaging box according to claim 6 further comprising a positioning plate, the positioning plate being provided in the accommodation space and located on an inner side of the cardboard, and the positioning plate being provided with a receiving hole for receiving the standing pillar.

9. The electrical device packaging box according to claim 6, wherein the standing pillar includes an annular plate adhered to the first surface and a column extending outward from the annular plate.

10. The electrical device packaging box according to claim 6, wherein the end of the standing pillar is formed as a smooth cambered surface.

11. The electrical device packaging box according to claim 6, wherein a suitable distance exists between a periphery of the first surface and the standing pillar.

12. The electrical device packaging box according to claim 6, wherein the cardboard is provided with a plurality of hollow holes.
