The present invention relates to a beverage bottle with storage solutes. By means of pressing the drinking pumping cylinder, the cutting membrane inner cylinder being pushed down, two cutting edges of the cutting membrane inner cylinder are provided to cut the membrane; the cutting membrane inner cylinder has a notch to constitute a membrane adhesion structure; the cutting membrane inner cylinder being pushed down, the inner sleeve being separated from the sleeve in longitudinal direction, the water outlet port is connected to the water outlet cylinder portion so as to constitute a water outlet access; the sealed cap cooperates with the central spindle to constitute a switch control structure for the water outlet access. It has the advantages of: its pressing control structure is simple and labor-saving, its cutting membrane effect is good, its solutes are released quickly and completely and it can be provided for drinking directly.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a beverage bottle with storage solutes.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

At present, a beverage bottle contains the beverage which has been blended, the blending of the specific active constituent of the beverage and the purified water has been finished on production line, after that, the beverage will be stored and sold, and then drunk by the consumer. During this period, because of the affect of all kinds of factors, such as atmospheric temperature and so on, the blended beverage will occur a material reduction phenomenon, and its quality and taste will be changed. To solve such a problem, the producer has to adopt some measures such as adding all kinds of preservatives, antistaling agent and quality agent to stabilize the beverage compositions. It not only needs to cost more resource and increase the cost of production, but also can not achieve the purpose of keeping it fresh, guaranteeing its quality and stabilizing its compositions for a long time. Therefore, someone designs a beverage container provided for blending by the consumers themselves. For example, a Chinese utility model which has a patent number 02276955.2 discloses a beverage container configured with a bottle cap with ingredient, it uses a pressure bar to puncture a plastic thermal contraction sealed membrane, so as to make the instant beverage powder contained in the bottle cap drop into the bottle body. When needs to store a large dose of solutes, the connected edge of the sealing membrane will become very thick, so that it needs to use greater force to destroy it. Thus, by means of the power of only one finger can not make the solutes be released availably by the pressure bar. Furthermore, partly puncture makes the instant beverage powder drop down quite slowly, the purified water contained in the bottle will be splashed into the interior of the sealed membrane, and then cause the solutes caking in the beverage bottle cap, thereby it can not continue to drop down.

As a result, someone others designs a beverage bottle cap suitable for storing a great quantity of solutes, for example, a Chinese invention which has a patent number 200810003651.0 discloses a bottle cap with storage solutes, which includes a inner cylinder and a outer shell, it can use a tiny force to make the lower end of the inner cylinder portion destroy the sealing fin, thereby releasing the solutes, it can be applied to the case that the sealing fin is difficult to be punctured due to storing a large dose of solutes. However, when using this structure to release solutes, the solutes is in a negative pressure condition, the solutes release process is quite slow and not complete; furthermore, after the sealing fin being punctured and the solutes dropping into the beverage bottle, if want to drink, it needs to remove the whole beverage bottle cap.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

An object of the present invention is to provide a beverage bottle with storage solutes for drinking directly, used for storing a large dose of solutes, which has some characteristics of its pressing control structure being simple and labor-saving, its cutting membrane effect being good, its solutes being released quickly and completely.

To achieve above object, the present invention provides a beverage bottle which includes a bottle body and a bottle cap, wherein the bottle cap includes a bottle cap body, a cutting membrane inner cylinder and a drinking pumping cylinder; the bottle cap body has a screwing portion, an inner cylinder portion, a sleeve, a base plate, a water outlet cylinder portion and a central spindle, all of which are integrally-formed; the screwing portion connects with a bottle nozzle of the bottle body by spinning; a membrane being disposed on the lower tail end of the inner cylinder portion, the membrane and the cutting membrane inner cylinder constitute a space for storing solutes; the drinking pumping cylinder is disposed inside the sleeve, and the base plate is provided for restricting the move down position of the drinking pumping cylinder; the cutting membrane inner cylinder has an inner sleeve, a support step and a water outlet port, the inner sleeve being disposed on the sleeve of the bottle cap body and the support step being connected to the lower end of the drinking pumping cylinder; by means of pressing the drinking pumping cylinder, the cutting membrane inner cylinder being pushed down, two cutting edges are respectively disposed on two sides of the cutting membrane inner cylinder to constitute a two sides cutting membrane structure to cut membrane; the cutting membrane inner cylinder has a notch to constitute a membrane adhesion structure for the membrane after cutting membrane; the cutting membrane inner cylinder being pushed down by the drinking pumping cylinder, the inner sleeve of the cutting membrane inner cylinder being separated from the sleeve of the bottle cap body in longitudinal direction, the water outlet port of the inner sleeve is connected to the water outlet cylinder portion of the bottle cap body so as to constitute a water outlet access; a sealed cap of the drinking pumping cylinder cooperates with the central spindle to constitute a switch control structure for the water outlet access.

In the present invention, the sleeve of the bottle cap body has a locking portion, which is used for clamping the upper portion of the cutting membrane inner cylinder so as to constitute a structure of preventing the inner cylinder from dropping into the bottle body.

In the present invention, an outer cap may be provided for covering the bottle cap body.

The outstanding features and beneficial effects of the present invention will be illustrated as follows:

(1) by means of pressing the pumping cylinder, the cutting membrane inner cylinder being pushed down to cut the membrane, the control structure is simple;

(2) the cutting membrane inner cylinder being pushed down by the pumping cylinder, the inner sleeve of the cutting membrane inner cylinder be separated from the sleeve of the bottle cap body in longitudinal direction, the water outlet port of the inner sleeve is connected to the water outlet cylinder portion so as to constitute an inlet access; when the membrane is cut, the space of storing solutes will not create negative pressure, which is good for the dropping of the storage solutes; due to considering the factor of atmospheric pressure, the solutes can be released quickly and completely; additionally, the inlet access also serves as a water outlet access when drinking;

(3) the cutting membrane inner cylinder has two cutting edges formed on its two sides respectively, so as to form a two sides cutting membrane structure for the membrane, to make the solutes drop down along two sides but not along a vertical direction, thus, it has a quick dropping speed and can prevent the purified water in the bottle from being splashed to the interior of the sealed membrane to make the solutes be caked in the space of storing solutes of the bottle cap and can not continue to drop down; compared with the previous pin type structure for puncturing membrane, this cutting membrane structure has obvious advantage;

(4) the cutting membrane inner cylinder has a notch formed thereon to constitute a membrane adhesion structure for the membrane after cutting membrane, thereby preventing the membrane from dropping into the bottle body, thus, it will not produce any effect on drinking.

(5) the sleeve of the bottle cap body has a locking portion, which is used for clamping the upper portion of the cutting membrane inner cylinder, so as to prevent the cutting membrane inner cylinder from dropping into the bottle body to produce any effect on drinking.

The present invention, applied to store a large dose of solutes, has the advantages of: its pressing control structure is simple and labor-saving, its cutting membrane effect is good, its solutes are released quickly and completely and it can be provided for drinking directly.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF ILLUSTRATED EMBODIMENTS

Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 10, according to an embodiment, the present invention provides a beverage bottle with storage solutes, which includes a bottle body 1 and a bottle cap, the bottle cap including a bottle cap body 2, a cutting membrane inner cylinder 3 and a drinking pumping cylinder 4; the bottle cap body has a screwing portion 21, an inner cylinder portion 22, a sleeve 23, a base plate 24, a water outlet cylinder portion 25 and a central spindle 26, all of which are integrally-formed; the screwing portion connects with a bottle nozzle 11 of the bottle body by spinning; a membrane 5 being disposed on the lower tail end of the inner cylinder portion, the membrane and the cutting membrane inner cylinder (3) constitute a space A for storing solutes; the drinking pumping cylinder is disposed inside the sleeve, and the base plate is provided for restricting the move down position of the drinking pumping cylinder; the cutting membrane inner cylinder has an inner sleeve 31, a support step 32 and a water outlet port 33, the inner sleeve being disposed on the sleeve of the bottle cap body and the support step being connected to the lower end of the drinking pumping cylinder; by means of pressing the drinking pumping cylinder, the cutting membrane inner cylinder being pushed down, two cutting edges 34, 35 are respectively disposed on two sides of the cutting membrane inner cylinder to constitute a two sides cutting membrane structure to cut membrane; the cutting membrane inner cylinder has a notch 36 to constitute a membrane adhesion structure for the membrane after cutting membrane; the cutting membrane inner cylinder being pushed down by the drinking pumping cylinder, the inner sleeve of the cutting membrane inner cylinder being separated from the sleeve of the bottle cap body, the water outlet port of the inner sleeve is connected to the water outlet cylinder portion of the bottle cap body so as to constitute a water outlet access B; a sealed cap 41 of the drinking pumping cylinder cooperates with the central spindle to constitute a switch control structure for the water outlet access; the sleeve 23 of the bottle cap body has a locking portion, which is used for clamping the upper portion of the cutting membrane inner cylinder 3 so as to constitute a structure for preventing the cutting membrane inner cylinder 3 from dropping into the bottle body; an outer cap 6 is provided for covering the bottle cap body 2.

The process of using the present invention will be described as follows: referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 10, when pressing the drinking pumping cylinder 4, the support step 32 of the cutting membrane inner cylinder will be pressed, the cutting membrane inner cylinder will move down, and then the membrane will be cut by means of the moving down of the cutting membrane inner cylinder and the outside gas will enter into the space A for storing solutes, thereby the storage solutes will drop down quickly; the cutting edges 34, 35, respectively disposed on two sides of the cutting membrane inner cylinder, constitute a two sides cutting membrane structure to cut membrane, so as to make the membrane rotate, along the two sides, in the direction of rotation of the membrane of the first step C1; the notch 36 provided on the cutting membrane inner cylinder constitutes a membrane adhesion structure for the membrane after cutting membrane, so as to make the membrane rotate, along the other end corresponding to the notch, in the direction of rotation of the membrane of the second step C2; during the whole process, the dropping speed of the solutes is very quick and it will not easy to produce a situation that the purified water in the bottle is splashed into the space of storing solutes, furthermore, the solutes will be released completely and the solutes will not remain in the space A. After shaking up, pulling up the drinking pumping cylinder 4, the sealed cap 41 of the drinking pumping cylinder and the central spindle 26 of the bottle cap body are mutually staggered in longitudinal direction; the water outlet access B is in a state that connecting to the outside, it is able to drink directly, and it also can be closed by pressing the drinking pumping cylinder.

Claims

1. A beverage bottle with storage solutes, comprising a bottle body (1) and a bottle cap, wherein the bottle cap includes a bottle cap body (2), a cutting membrane inner cylinder (3) and a drinking pumping cylinder (4);

the bottle cap body has a screwing portion (21), an inner cylinder portion (22), a sleeve (23), a base plate (24), a water outlet cylinder portion (25) and a central spindle (26), all of which are integrally-formed; the screwing portion connects with a bottle nozzle (11) of the bottle body by spinning; a membrane (5) being disposed on the lower tail end of the inner cylinder portion, the membrane and the cutting membrane inner cylinder constitute a space (A) for storing solutes; the drinking pumping cylinder is disposed inside the sleeve, and the base plate is provided for restricting the move down position of the drinking pumping cylinder;
the cutting membrane inner cylinder has an inner sleeve (31), a support step (32) and a water outlet port (33), the inner sleeve being disposed on the sleeve of the bottle cap body and the support step being connected to the lower end of the drinking pumping cylinder;
by means of pressing the drinking pumping cylinder, the cutting membrane inner cylinder being pushed down, two cutting edges are respectively disposed on two sides of the cutting membrane inner cylinder to constitute a two sides cutting membrane structure to cut membrane; the cutting membrane inner cylinder has a notch (36) to constitute a membrane adhesion structure for the membrane after cutting membrane;
the cutting membrane inner cylinder being pushed down by the drinking pumping cylinder, the inner sleeve of the cutting membrane inner cylinder being separated from the sleeve of the bottle cap body in longitudinal direction, the water outlet port of the inner sleeve is connected to the water outlet cylinder portion of the bottle cap body so as to constitute a water outlet access (B);
a sealed cap (41) of the drinking pumping cylinder cooperates with the central spindle to constitute a switch control structure for the water outlet access.

The beverage bottle with storage solutes according to claim 1, wherein the sleeve (23) of the bottle cap body has a locking portion (27), which is used for clamping the upper portion of the cutting membrane inner cylinder (3) so as to constitute a structure for preventing the cutting membrane inner cylinder from dropping into the bottle body.

3. The beverage bottle with storage solutes according to claim 1, wherein an outer cap (6) is provided for covering the bottle cap body (2).

4. The beverage bottle with storage solutes according to claim 2, wherein an outer cap (6) is provided for covering the bottle cap body (2).
