The invention is described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, however the invention can be embodied in various ways defined and encompassed by claims.
Compared to single belt roller in the prior art, the pumping unit of the invention reduces the bending degree in a unit of length, and prolongs the service life of the belt, by providing the first belt roller and the second belt roller. In a windy environment, the loading belt is prone to swinging due to a certain windward area thereof, and the pumping rod also swings along with it, which is really detrimental to pumping facilities. By arranging the windproof guide rail and the guide wheel, the influence of wind load during pumping can be avoided, and the reliability of the device can be increased. In the existing belt pumping unit, the rack is only provided with the device cabin, without other parts, so the tower bracket mentioned in the invention cannot be formed, and it is not convenient for use and maintenance. In the invention, the tower bracket adopted has reliable structure as well as easy use and maintenance.
Compared to single chain transmission in the prior art, the pumping unit of the invention has more reasonably force exerted thereon, operates more smoothly, prolongs the service life of the device and reduces noise. With the four-column tower-type structure, the stability and reliability of the device can be improved greatly.
The tower-type double-chain belt pumping unit of the invention also includes a reducer 50 arranged on the base 11 outside the device cabin 16 and a motor 60 arranged on a motor platform 18 and connected with the reducer 50 in a transmission manner, wherein the motor platform 18 is distanced from the base 11, with belt transmission therebetween.
The tower-type double-chain belt pumping unit of the invention also includes a brake system 70, as shown in
In the above, the tower bracket 10 is provided with multiple layers of maintenance platforms 101, and a climbing ladder 102 is arranged to the tower bracket 10, on at least one of both sides of the loading belt.
In the above, crosswise webs 103 are arranged between the upright columns on the side of the tower bracket where the first belt roller 14 is located, and the windproof guide rail 17 is supported on the cross beams 13 and the webs 103.
In the above, the first chain driving mechanism 40 includes a lower sprocket 41, an upper sprocket 42 and an annular chain 43. The upper sprocket 42 is supported on a sprocket supporting seat 44. It should be noted that the positions of the upper sprocket and the lower sprocket of the first chain driving mechanism are fixed and only the chain is annularly rotatable. Preferably, a rotatable tensioner is connected between each of the lower sprocket 41 and an output shaft of the reducer 50 to realize the requirement for simultaneous installation of the first chain driving mechanism 40 and the first chain driving mechanism 40′.

The second guiding wheel group 34 includes guiding wheels respectively arranged on the top left, bottom left, top right and bottom right positions. There are two guiding wheels on each position of the second guiding wheel group 34, arranged along the forward and backward direction, one limiting forward swinging, and the other limiting backward swinging.
Preferably, each guiding wheel of the first guiding wheel group 33 and the second guiding wheel group 34 is adjustable relative to the position of guide contact surface thereof. Specific methods may be as follows: the guiding wheel is installed on a swing arm, and the position of the guiding wheel is adjusted by regulating the swinging angle of the swing arm.
Preferably, the counterweight portion 31 includes a plurality of counterweight grooves 311 arranged in parallel for accommodating counterweights, each counterweight groove 311 extending along a vertical direction. The height of the counterweight portion 31 is 3 to 5 times of the height of the driving sliding seating 32. In use, the first group of rolling wheels 355, the second group of rolling wheels 356, the third group of rolling wheels 357 and the fourth group of rolling wheels 358 respectively come into contact with sliding rails in the sliding cavity 321 of the sliding seat 32, and in such a way, the first tackle and the second tackle only move in a horizontal direction.
A supporting shaft 359 of the first group of rolling wheels 355 is an eccentric shaft adjustable in the position. The supporting shaft 359 is clamped and fixed by an elastic clip holder 351a of the tackle body 351. During commissioning, the eccentric shaft 359 rotates by loosening the bolt on the elastic clip holder 351a, so that the first group of rolling wheels 355 are clung and in contact to the guide rail in the sliding cavity 321 to realize the tensioning function. The structure of the supporting shaft of the second group of rolling wheels 356 is the same as that of the supporting shaft of the first group of rolling wheels 355, achieving the function of making the rolling wheel self-tension the guide rail.
The above is only the preferred embodiment of the invention and not intended to limit the invention. For those skilled in the art, various changes and variations can be made to the invention. Any modifications, equivalent replacements, improvements and the like within the spirit and principle of the invention shall fall within the scope of protection of the invention.
