Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to a functional cap, and more particularly, to a functional cap with which it is possible to improve functionality and a sense of beauty by bending a brim of a cap in multiple steps to be raised upward, it is possible to prevent direct light from entering through an air opening formed in a first brim because a second brim is bent in multiple steps at the time of forming the brim in a double brim, and it is possible to sufficiently secure wearer's view through the air opening to feel good to wear.

BACKGROUND ART

A cap is formed to block ultraviolet rays or is worn on the head for warm. A brim is formed in all directions or toward a front side with a crown surrounding the head as its center, or is formed without the brim. In this way, there are various kinds of caps.

In recent years, the cap is not simply worn for the purpose of functionality, and the cap is variously used as a means for expressing wearer's attraction.

When the wind blows, the cap provided with the brim according to the related art may be easily taken off due to force of raising the brim toward the top from the bottom, or heat generated on the wearer's face may be collected under the brim to cause the forehead to be hot.

In order to solve the problem, there has been developed a technology of forming an air opening in the brim of the cap or forming a double brim in order to cover the air opening.

Technologies of the cap provided with the double brim according to the related art are disclosed in Korean Utility Model Registration Nos. 234240 and 0457025.

In recent years, in order to finely wear the cap provided with the brim, the wearer wears the cap while the brim is bent upward, and when the brim whose bottom portion has characters or a logo is bent upward, the wearer wears such that characters or the logo is seen.

DISCLOSURE Technical Problem

However, the cap provided with the brim according to the related art has the following problems.

(1) In order to finely wear the cap, when the wearer wears the cap while the brim is forcibly bent upward to be raised, since a shape of a body surrounding the forehead is changed to cause the body to press the forehead, the cap feels bad to wear.

Furthermore, the cap has a double brim in which the brim of the cap is double.

(2) In this case, when the wind blows hard, since the second brim waves, the cap feels bad to wear.

(3) Since the second brim is slantingly raised, direct light may enter through the air opening.

(4) Since the first brim or the second brim blocks wearer's front, left and right views, there is an inconvenience in that the wearer moves the head in order to secure the views.

(5) Since the second brim directly comes in contact with the front side of the body of the cap, when the second brim is raised, the shape of the body is changed, so that the cap may feel bad to wear.

Technical Solution

In order to solve the problems, an embodiment of the present invention provides a general cap including a body and a brim.

A bending plate provided with a plurality of cutting lines is formed inside the brim, a core member is formed at a rear lower end of the bending plate, and fabric surrounds an outer surface of the core member to backstitch a peripheral portion and the cutting lines.

Further, another embodiment of the present invention provides a general cap including a body and a brim, and the brim is divided into first and second brims.

An air opening is formed in the first brim, and the second brim is formed at an upper end of the first brim to cover the air opening.

The first brim is formed to protrude forward from the body, and an elliptical air opening is cut to be separated from a portion of the first brim coming in contact with the body with a predetermined distance.

A bending plate provided with a plurality of cutting lines is formed the inside of the second brim, and a core member is formed at a rear lower end of the bending plate.

Effect of the Invention

According to the functional cap of the present invention, the following effects are obtained.

(1) In order to finely wear the cap, when the brim is bent upward to be raised, since a shape of a portion where a rear end of the brim comes in contact with the body is not changed by the core member, the cap feels good to wear. Further, since the brim is bent in multiple steps, it is possible to further finely wear the cap.

Moreover, the cap has the double brim in which the brim of the cap is double.

(2) In this case, even when the wind blows hard, since the second brim is strongly supported by the core member, the cap is slightly shaken, so that the cap feels good to wear.

(3) Since the second brim is bent in parallel with the first brim, it is possible to prevent direct light from entering through the air opening.

(4) Since the air opening of the first brim is cut in a streamline shape so as to sufficiently secure the wearer's left and right views as well as the front view, it is possible to sufficiently secure the wearer's view to easy to wear.

(5) Since the second brim is fixed to the front side of the body of the cap together with the core member, even though the second brim is bent to be raised, since the shape of the body is not changed by the core member, the cap feels good to wear.

BEST MODE

According to the present invention, there is provided a general cap that is provided with a body 100 and a brim 200.

A bending plate 300 provided with a plurality of cutting lines 310 is formed inside the brim 200, and a core member 320 is formed at a rear lower end of the bending plate 300. An outer surface is surrounded by fabrics of the brim, and a peripheral portion and the cutting lines 310 of the bending plate 300 are backstitched from the outside to form bending lines 222.

When the respective portions are bent at positions of the bending lines 222 by the bending plate 300, the brim 200 can be bent by alternating angles as much as the number of bending lines 222.

The plurality of cutting lines 310 is formed at the bending plate 300, and the cutting lines 310 are cut forward in a concave streamline shape.

The cutting lines 310 are formed up to nearly an end of the bending plate 300, and when the fabric surrounds the outer surface of the bending panel to backstitch, the cutting lines 310 are backstitched to be penetrated.

The core member 320 is attached to a lower end of a portion A (see FIG. 2) of the bending plate 300. The core member 320 is thickly formed by forming a synthetic resin material, and a thickness of the core member is at least two times more than a thickness of the bending plate 300.

The core member 320 is attached to the rear lower end of the bending plate 300 at a width between the end of the bending panel and the first cutting line 310.

The core member 320 is thickly formed by forming the synthetic resin material, and the thickness of the core member is at least two times more than the thickness of the bending plate 300 to strongly support a rear side of the brim 200.

Even though the brim 200 is bent, since a lower periphery of the body 100 is not affected by the core member 320, a forehead of a wearer is not pressed, so that the cap feels good to wear.

FIG. 3 illustrates a state where the wearer wears the functional cap of the present invention while the cap is bent upward with the first bending line 222 as its center, and FIG. 4 shows wearing photographs illustrating a state where a second brim 210 is bent upward with the first bending line 222 ((2) of FIG. 4) as its center and a state where the second brim is bent upward with the second bending line 222 ((3) of FIG. 4) as its center.

Furthermore, according to the present invention, there is provided a general cap including the body 100 and the brim 200. The brim 200 includes the first and second brims 210 and 220.

An opening 215 is formed in the first brim 210, and the second brim 220 is formed to cover the air opening 215.

The first brim 210 is formed to protrude forward from the body 100, and the air opening 215 is cut to be separated from a portion of the first brim coming in contact with the body 100 with a predetermined distance.

The bending plate 300 provided with the plurality of cutting lines 310 is formed inside the second brim 220, and the core member 320 is formed at the rear lower end of the bending panel 300.

The core member 320 is by forming the synthetic resin material, and the thickness of the core member is at least two times more than the thickness of the bending plate 300 to strongly support a rear side of the second brim 220.

Even though the second brim 220 is bent, since a lower periphery of the body 100 is not affected by the core member 320, a forehead of a wearer is not pressed, so that the cap feels good to wear.

The body 100 may not completely surround the head, and may be formed in a band shape. Alternatively, the body may be formed to completely surround the head.

The brim 200 includes the first brim 210 and the second brim 220, and the air opening 215 is formed in the first brim 210.

The air opening 215 of the first brim 210 is formed in an eye patch shape when viewed from the top as in FIG. 5, and both side surfaces thereof are cut in a semicircular shape so as to sufficiently secure wearer's left and right views.

When the body 100 is formed in a band shape and is a sun visor type for shielding light, the air opening 215 of the first brim 210 is appropriately formed at a position separated from a front side of the body 100 by at least 10 mm or more.

The second brim 220 is positioned at an upper end of the first brim 100, and a size of the second brim is larger than that of the air opening 215 to cover an upper end of the air opening 215. The second brim is formed such that a portion where the core member 320 is formed is fixed to the front side of the body 100.

That is, except for a portion where a rear end of the first brim 210 comes in contact with the body 100, side surfaces of the core member 320 of the second brim 220 are cut as much as a rear portion of the first brim 210, and the cut side surfaces are coupled to the front side of the body 100.

The air opening 215 is formed in an elliptical shape to sufficiently secure the wearer's side view.

The first brim 210 may be formed in a ‘⊂’ shape that protrudes forward except for a portion where the core member 320 is positioned.

At least two bending lines 222 are formed at the second brim 220, and the bending lines 222 are portions that are backstitched along the cutting lines 310 formed at the bending plate 300 inserted into the second brim.

The second brim 220 is inserted into the bending plate 300 to which the core member 320 is attached inside, the peripheral portion is backstitched while the fabric surrounds the outer surface, and the backstitch is carries out along the cutting lines 310 to form the bending lines 222.

Hereinafter, an operation of the functional cap formed according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention and a method of using the same will be described.

The wearer wears the cap by using the body 100, and bends the brim 200 at a desired angle.

At this time, when the brim is bent with the bending line 222 as its center, the other large area of the brim 200 is seen from the front side. When the brim is bent with the second bending line 22 as its center, since the brim is bent in a geometric shape, it is possible to wear the cap by variously bending the brim according to the wearer's taste.

After the wearer wears the cap provided with the double brim, when the wearer bends the second brim 210 upward with the first bending line 222 as its center and bends the second brim forward with the second bending line 222 as its center as shown in FIG. 4, it is possible to sufficiently the wearer's view through the air opening 215.

As stated above, according to the functional cap of the present invention, when the brim is bent upward in order to finely wear the cap, since a shape of the portion where the end of the brim comes in contact with the body is not changed by the core member, it is easy to wear the cap, and since the brim is bent in multiple steps, it is possible to further finely wear the cap.

Moreover, when the cap has a double brim in which the brim of the cap is double, even though the wind blows hard, since the second brim is strongly supported by the core member, the cap is slightly shaken and is easy to be worn. Further, since the second brim is bent in parallel with the first brim to be raised, the cap prevents direct light from entering through the air opening, and since the air opening of the first brim is cut in a streamline shape so as to sufficiently secure the left and right views as well as the front view, it is possible to sufficiently secure the wearer's view to easy to wear the cap. Since the second brim is fixed to the front side of the body of the cap together with the core member, even though the second brim is bent to be raised, the shape of the body is not changed by the core member, so that it is easy to wear the cap.

Although the present invention has been described in connection with the preferred embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings, it is appreciated to those skilled in the art that various modifications are possible without departing from the scope of the present invention included in by the appended claims.
