Provided is a lower body garment for men that can retain the penis and the scrotum at the center in the transverse direction at the time of changing of the posture from a standing position to a sitting position, and can prevent the penis or the scrotum from being shifted. The lower body garment for men is configured to include a cloth patch that covers the penis and the scrotum, in which the upper end of the cloth patch and the upper end of the center section of the main garment body are joined, the two ends in the transverse direction of the cloth patch and the center section of the main garment body are joined, and the lower end of the cloth patch and the center section of the main garment body are joined.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to a lower body garment for men.

BACKGROUND ART

Regarding technologies of this field, there are known lined underpants described in Patent Document 1 described below. These lined underpants are trunks type or briefs type underpants, provided with a bikini-shaped lining with a volume in the middle section. This bikini-shaped lining is such that the lower end part is attached to the crotch stitched area, while the upper end part is attached to the flank stitched area.

SUMMARY OF INVENTION Technical Problem

To mention a conventional example, in a lower body garment for men such as trunks type underpants, briefs type underpants or an undergarment for men, as shown in FIG. 10, when a wearer changes the posture from a standing position (FIG. 10(a)) to a sitting position (FIG. 10(b)), the garment body in the peripheral part of the penis at the front is wrinkled, and as the penis and the scrotum are shifted to the right or to the left, there is a risk that the feelings of wearing may be deteriorated. Also for the conventional lower body garment for men described in Patent Document 1, there are occasions in which the penis and the scrotum are shifted, and the shift cannot be sufficiently prevented.

The present invention was achieved in order to solve such a problem, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a lower body garment for men which maintains the penis and the scrotum at the center in the transverse direction at the time of changing of the posture from a standing position to a sitting position, and can prevent the penis or the scrotum from being shifted.

Solution to Problem

The present invention provides a lower body garment for men covering at least a lower abdomen of a wearer, which includes a center section disposed at an area corresponding to a penis and a scrotum; a main garment body having a pair of front flank sections disposed on both right and left sides of the center section; and a cloth patch that is disposed on the wearer's skin side of the center section and covers the penis and the scrotum, and has a first joining section that joins an upper end of the cloth patch and an upper end of the center section of the main garment body; a pair of second joining sections on right and left sides, which join ends in a transverse direction of the cloth patch and the main garment body; and a third joining section that joins a lower end of the cloth patch and a lower end side area of the center section of the main garment body, wherein areas lower to the second joining sections at two ends in the transverse direction of the cloth patch are separated from the main garment body.

In a lower body garment for men of this configuration, the upper end of the cloth patch that covers the penis and the scrotum is joined to the upper end of the center section of the main garment body (first joining section). Therefore, the penis and the scrotum can be biased to the skin side by the biasing force of the cloth patch. Accordingly, the positions of the penis and the scrotum are stably retained at the center section. As a result, a shift in the positions of the penis and the scrotum can be suppressed.

Furthermore, the two ends in the transverse direction of the cloth patch are joined to the center section of the main garment body (second joining sections). Thereby, movement of the cloth patch in the transverse direction is restrained, and a shift in the positions of the penis and the scrotum in the transverse direction, is suppressed.

The lower end of the cloth patch is joined to the lower end of the main garment body (third joining section). Thereby, movement of the lower side of the cloth patch is restrained, and a shift in the positions of the penis and the scrotum in the transverse direction and the vertical direction, is suppressed.

Here, the two ends in the transverse direction of the cloth patch are such that the areas lower to the second joining sections are separated from the main garment body. That is, the cloth patch can move around relative to the main garment body, between the second joining sections and the third joining section. Therefore, when the posture is changed from a standing position to a sitting position, the influence of the generation of wrinkles in the main garment body can be mitigated. Even if wrinkles are generated in the main garment body, since the cloth patch can move around relative to the main garment body, a shift in the positions of the penis and the scrotum can be suppressed.

Similarly, on the occasions of other motions, since the influence of the wrinkles of the main garment body on the cloth patch is mitigated, a shift in the positions of the penis and the scrotum can be suppressed.

The center section and the front flank sections of the main garment body are respectively formed from different members, and the main garment body may be configured such that the main garment body has main body joining sections that join the center section and the front flank sections, and the ends in the transverse direction of the cloth patch are joined to the main body joining sections. In this configuration, since the joining sections of the main garment body (main body joining sections) and the joining sections of the cloth patch (second joining sections) are formed as the same joining sections, an increase of the number of joining sections can be prevented. For example, the number of processes of the sewing operation can be reduced. Also, the risk of impairing the feelings of wearing can be decreased by reducing the joining sections.

The lower body garment for men of the present invention may also be configured such that areas upper to the second joining sections at the two ends in the transverse direction of the cloth patch are separated from the main garment body. That is, the cloth patch can move around relative to the main garment body, between the first joining section and the second joining sections. Since the influence of wrinkles of the main garment body is effectively reduced thereby, generation of wrinkles in the cloth patch is suppressed, and a shift in the positions of the penis and the scrotum resulting from a change in the posture is suppressed.

The lower body garment for men of the present invention may be configured such that a middle area in the transverse direction of the upper end of the cloth patch is separated from the main garment body. According to this configuration, it becomes easy for the cloth patch to be retained at the center in the transverse direction, and the penis and the scrotum can be stably retained at the center.

Furthermore, the lower body garment may also be configured such that the main garment body includes a back garment body that covers buttocks of the wearer; the center section of the main garment body and the cloth patch are formed so as to bulge forward so that the penis and the scrotum are accommodated therein; the main garment body has a crotch joining section that joins a lower end of the back garment body and the lower end of the center section of the main garment body; and the lower end of the cloth patch is joined to the crotch joining section so that when the wearer is in a standing position, the crotch joining section is extended so as to pass through a lowermost point of a center in the transverse direction.

According to a lower body garment for men of this configuration, the center section of the main garment body and the cloth patch are three-dimensionally formed so as to bulge forward. Furthermore, the lower end of the cloth patch is joined to the main garment body at the lowermost point at the center in the transverse direction. Therefore, the penis and the scrotum can be retained so as to be wrapped up from the lower part by the cloth patch.

The present invention provides underpants including a main garment body which has a front garment body and a back garment body, in which the front garment body has a front cloth that is disposed at a center section, and a pair of main body cloths that are disposed on both right and left sides of the front cloth, a back surface of the front cloth is provided with a cloth patch, an upper end of the cloth patch is joined to an upper end of the front cloth to form a first joining section, ends in a transverse direction of the cloth patch are joined to the main garment body to form second joining sections, a lower end of the cloth patch is joined to a lower end side area of the front cloth of the main garment body to form a third joining section, and areas lower to the second joining sections at two ends in the transverse direction of the cloth patch are separated from the main garment body.

The upper end of the cloth patch of underpants of this configuration is joined to the upper end of the front cloth of the main garment body (first joining section). The cloth patch can cover the penis and the scrotum of the wearer, and can bias the penis and the scrotum to the body side of the wearer by the biasing force of the cloth patch. Accordingly, the penis and the scrotum are stably retained at the center section of the front garment body. As a result, a shift in the positions of the penis and the scrotum can be suppressed.

Furthermore, the two ends in the transverse direction of the cloth patch are respectively joined to the center section of the main garment body (second joining sections). Thereby, movement of the cloth patch in the transverse direction is restrained, and a shift in the positions of the penis and the scrotum is suppressed.

The lower end of the cloth patch is joined to the lower end of the main garment body (third joining section). Thereby, movement of the lower side of the cloth patch is restrained, and a shift in the positions of the penis and the scrotum in the transverse direction and the vertical direction is suppressed.

Here, the two ends in the transverse direction of the cloth patch are such that the areas lower to the second joining sections are separated from the main garment body. That is, the cloth patch can move around relative to the main garment body, between the second joining sections and the third joining section. Therefore, when the wearer of the underpants changes the posture from a standing position to a sitting position, the influence of the generation of wrinkles in the main garment body can be mitigated. Even if wrinkles are generated in the main garment body, since the cloth patch can move around relative to the main garment body, a shift in the positions of the penis and the scrotum can be suppressed.

Similarly, on the occasions of other motions, since the influence of the wrinkles of the main garment body on the cloth patch is mitigated, a shift in the positions of the penis and the scrotum can be suppressed.

The front cloth and the main body cloths of the front garment body are respectively formed from different members, and the front garment body may be configured such that the front garment body has main body joining sections that join the front cloth and the main body cloths, and the ends in the transverse direction of the cloth patch are joined to the main body joining sections. In this configuration, since the joining sections of the main garment body (main body joining sections) and the joining sections of the cloth patch (second joining sections) are formed as the same joining sections, an increase of the number of joining sections can be prevented. For example, the number of processes of the sewing operation can be reduced. Also, the risk of impairing the feelings of wearing can be decreased by reducing the joining sections.

Areas upper to the second joining sections the two ends in the transverse direction of the cloth patch may be separated from the main garment body. That is, the cloth patch can move around relative to the main garment body, between the first joining section and the second joining sections. Since the influence of wrinkles of the main garment body is effectively reduced thereby, generation of wrinkles in the cloth patch is suppressed, and a shift in the positions of the penis and the scrotum resulting from a change in the posture is suppressed.

A middle area in the transverse direction of the upper end of the cloth patch may be separated from the main garment body. According to underpants of this configuration, it becomes easy for the cloth patch to be retained at the center in the transverse direction, and the penis and the scrotum can be stably retained at the center.

The front cloth of the main garment body and the cloth patch are formed so as to bulge forward, and the main garment body has a crotch joining section that joins a lower end of the back garment body and a lower end of the front garment body. The lower end of the cloth patch is joined to the crotch joining section, and the crotch joining section is extended to pass through a lowermost point at a center in the transverse direction.

According to underpants of this configuration, the front cloth of the main garment body and the cloth patch are three-dimensionally formed so as to bulge forward. Furthermore, the lower end of the cloth patch is joined to the main garment body at the lowermost point at the center in the transverse direction. Therefore, the penis and the scrotum can be retained so as to be wrapped up from the lower part by the cloth patch.

Advantageous Effects of Invention

According to the present invention, a lower body garment for men which maintains the penis and the scrotum at the center in the transverse direction at the time of changing of the posture from a standing position to a sitting position and can prevent the penis or the scrotum from being shifted, can be provided.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS

Hereinafter, suitable exemplary embodiments of the lower body garment for men according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Meanwhile, in the descriptions of the drawings, the same or equivalent elements will be assigned with the same symbols, and any overlapping description will not be repeated. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 2, the XYZ coordinate system is adopted, and the X, Y and Z coordinates are used in the explanation. The Z direction represents the vertical direction in a typical state of wearing; the X direction represents the transverse direction in a typical state of wearing; and the Y direction represents the longitudinal direction in a typical state of wearing.

First Exemplary Embodiment

The underpants 10 (lower body garment for men) of the present exemplary embodiment illustrated in FIG. 1 to FIG. 3 include a front garment body 11 that covers the lower abdomen of the wearer, and a back garment body 12 that covers the buttocks of the wearer. The main garment body 13 of the underpants 10 is composed of these front garment body 11 and back garment body 12. These underpants 10 are, for example, boxer shorts type underpants. The lower body garment for men of the present invention is not limited to the boxer shorts type underpants, and may also be, for example, a lower body garment for men of other types, such as trunks type underpants, briefs type underpants, or an undergament for men.

The main garment body 13 of the underpants 10 includes a front cloth 14 (center section of the main garment body 13) that is disposed to cover the penis 101 (see FIG. 5) and the scrotum 102 of the wearer; and a pair of main body cloths 15 (front flank sections) that are disposed on both the right and left sides of the front cloth 14.

At the two ends in the transverse direction X of the front cloth 14, seam lines 21 extending in the vertical direction Z are formed, and the front cloth 14 and the main body cloth 15 are sewed thereby.

The main body cloths 15 are disposed so as to cover from the front side of the wearer, beyond the flank sections, up to the buttocks. In the underpants 10, as illustrated in FIG. 3, a seam line 22 that extends in the vertical direction along the back center is formed, and the pair of main body cloths 15 on the right and left side are sewed together at a position corresponding to the back center.

The front garment body 11 of the main garment body 13 has, as illustrated in FIG. 2, a front cloth 14; and a portion of the main body cloth 15 that is disposed on the wearer's flank side. The back garment body 12 of the main garment body 13 has, as illustrated in FIG. 3, is composed of a portion of the main body cloth 15 that is disposed on the buttocks side of the wearer. Meanwhile, the front cloth 14 and the main body cloth 15 may use the same material, or may use different materials, according to the specifications of the underpants 10.

At the upper end of the underpants 10, a waist opening 17 that is an opening through which the body of the wearer can be inserted, is formed. Around the waist opening 17, an elastic member such as a rubber member having appropriate binding force is disposed. At the upper end of the main garment body 13, a seam line 23 is formed, and an elastic member such as a rubber member is sewed thereto.

At the crotch section of the underpants 10, the front garment body 11 and the back garment body 12 are sewed, and a seam line 24 (crotch joining section) is formed. It is preferable that the seam line 24 be extended so as to pass through the lowermost point at the center in the transverse direction of the underpants 10, in the standing position of the wearer.

In the underpants 10, hem openings 18 that are openings through which the legs of the wearer can be inserted are formed. Each hem opening 18 is formed such that the lower end of the main garment body 13 is folded back into the inside. The hem openings 18 are formed so as to fit the legs of the wearer. The hem openings 18 are disposed, for example, at positions lower to the crotch 103.

The front cloth 14 is disposed from the upper end of the main garment body 13 (that is, seam line 23) to the crotch 103 in the vertical direction Z. The width in the transverse direction X of the front cloth 14 has a dimension corresponding to the penis 101 and the scrotum 102.

The front cloth 14 has, for example, a pair of cloth pieces 14A and 14B on the right and left sides sewed thereto, and is three-dimensionally configured. Specifically, the front cloth 14 is formed so as to bulge forward in order to retain the penis 101 and the scrotum 102. The front cloth 14 is three-dimensionally formed so as to bulge forward. The front cloth 14 is formed as an accommodation section having a predetermined depth as viewed from the skin side.

Here, the underpants 10 related to the present exemplary embodiment are provided with, as illustrated in FIG. 2, a cloth patch 50 that is disposed on the wearer's skin side of the front cloth 14 and covers the penis 101 and the scrotum 102.

The cloth patch 50 has a shape corresponding to the front cloth 14 as illustrated in FIG. 2. The upper edge of the cloth patch 50 is sewed to the upper edge of the front cloth 14 at the seam line 23. The area where the cloth patch 50 and the front cloth 14 are sewed along the seam line 23 is the first joining section 23A described in the claims. Meanwhile, the first joining section 23A that joins the cloth patch 50 and the front cloth 14 may not coincide with the seam line 23 that joins the front cloth 14 and the waste opening 17. The first joining section 23A may be configured to be formed adjacent to the seam line 23.

The lower edge of the cloth patch 50 is sewed to the lower edge of the front cloth 14 at the seam line 24 (crotch joining section). The area where the cloth patch 50 and the front cloth 14 are sewed along the seam line 24 is the third joining section 24A described in the claims Meanwhile, the third joining section 24A that joins the cloth patch 50 and the front cloth 14 may not coincide with the seam line 24 that joins the front cloth 14 and the back garment body 12. The third joining section 24A may be configured to be formed adjacent to the seam line 24.

Meanwhile, an example in which the cloth patch 50 is sewed to the lower edge of the front cloth 14 has been described, but the present invention is not intended to be limited to this. That is, the cloth patch 50 may be sewed to anywhere in the area on the lower end side of the front cloth 14. However, in order to retain the penis 101 and the scrotum 102 satisfactorily, it is suitable to sew the lower edge of the front cloth 14 and the cloth patch 50 as in the case of the present example.

The lateral edges 51 (sides in the transverse direction X) on the upper side of the cloth patch 50 are sewed to the lateral edges of the upper side of the front cloth 14 at the seam line 21. The lateral edges 52 of the middle section of the cloth patch 50 are sewed to the lateral edges of the middle section of the front cloth 14 at the seam line 21. Meanwhile, the term “middle section” as used herein is a section in the middle in the vertical direction Z. The areas where the cloth patch 50 and the front cloth 14 are sewed along the seam line 21 are the second joining sections 21A described in the claims. Meanwhile, the second joining sections 21A that join the cloth patch 50 and the front cloth 14 may not coincide with the seam lines 21 that join the front cloth 14 and the main body cloth 15. The second joining sections 21A may be configured to be formed adjacent to the seam lines 21.

The lateral edges 53 on the lower side of the cloth patch are separated from the front cloth 14. The lateral edges 53 on the lower side of the cloth patch 50 are not sewed to the front cloth 14. The lateral edges (51 to 53) of the cloth patch 50 are such that the areas lower to the second joining sections 21A are separated from the main garment body 13. The cloth patch 50 is sewed to the main garment body 13 at the first to third joining sections 23A, 21A and 24A, but the regions other than the first to third joining sections 23A, 21A and 24A are now sewed.

The lateral edges 53 on the lower side of the cloth patch 50 are disposed inner to the lateral sides on the lower side of the front cloth 14. In the state of wearing, the lateral sides 53 on the lower side of the cloth patch 50 is preferably set to be on the inner side of the virtual line L1 that connects the crotch 103 of the wearer, the starting point 106 of the inner thigh, and the interspinal point 107 (front center side), as illustrated in FIG. 1.

Furthermore, the upper end 54A at the position where the lateral edges of the cloth patch 50 are separated (lower ends of the second joining sections) is preferably upper to a position at the same level as that of the wearer's greater trochanter 104 in the vertical direction Z. The difference in altitude D between the crotch 103 and the greater trochanter 104 is generally about 9 cm in a male adult. The upper end 54A of the cloth patch 50 is preferably such that an area lower to the crotch 103, for example, at a position upper by 9 cm to the crotch 103, is separated.

Here, the region P shown in FIG. 1 is a region where upon sitting, the thigh (lower edge of the region P) side area and the lower abdomen (upper edge of the region P) side area come close to each other, and is a region where the change in the distance from the thigh side to the lower abdomen side between the posture at the time of sitting and the posture at the time of standing, is large. In the region P, the thigh side area and the lower abdomen side area come close to each other upon sitting, and the thigh side and the lower abdomen side are separated apart upon standing.

As described above, as the upper end 54A of the cloth patch 50 is set, the lateral edges do not straddle the region where the distance change is large. Therefore, when the posture is changed from a sitting position to a standing position, or when the posture is changed from a standing position to a sitting position, the penis 101 and the scrotum 102 can be adequately retained by the cloth patch 50.

Furthermore, in the underpants 10, the cloth patch 50 is three-dimensionally formed so as to bulge forward, in order to retain the penis 101 and the scrotum 102.

The cloth patch 50 is composed of a pair of cloth pieces 55A and 55B on the right and left sides. The adjoining ends of the pair of cloth pieces 55A and 55B on the right and left sides are sewed together. The cloth patch 50 is three-dimensionally disposed so as to have a predetermined depth as viewed from the skin side, and forms a bulging section for retaining the penis 101 and the scrotum 102.

As illustrated in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, the front cloth 14 and the cloth patch 50 constitute a double structure, and form an accommodation section that accommodates the penis 101 and the scrotum 102.

Regarding the fabric of the main body garment 13, for example, it is preferable to use a fabric formed from spandex cotton jersey. The fabric of the main garment body 13 and the fabric of the cloth patch 50 may be disposed such that the stretching directions of the fabrics intersect each other. Specifically, the fabric of the main garment body 13 is disposed such that the transverse direction as depicted in the diagram (circumferential direction) becomes the main expansion and contraction direction, and the fabric of the cloth patch 50 is disposed such that the vertical direction Z becomes the main expansion and contraction direction. Thereby, the penis 101 and the scrotum 102 can be reliably retained while having the main garment body 13 reliably fitted to the lower abdomen or the buttocks.

Next, the action in the case of wearing the underpants 10 will be explained. The action at the time when the wearer changes the posture from a standing position to a sitting position will be described. Meanwhile, in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, the position of the wearer's anus 108 is depicted in the diagram in order to clearly define the position of the underpants 10. In FIG. 5, a cross-section of the underpants 10 in the case of a standing position is shown. The underpants 10 are such that when the wearer is in a standing position, the penis 101 and the scrotum 102 are accommodated and retained by the front cloth 14 and the cloth patch 50.

In FIG. 6, a cross-section of the underpants 10 in a state in the middle of changing of the posture from a standing position to a sitting position, is shown. When the upper body of the wearer is in a state of bending forward, the front cloth 14 contracts and is wrinkled. At this time, since the cloth patch 50 is separated from the front cloth 14, the cloth patch 50 and the front cloth 14 can be relatively displaced. That is, the front cloth 14 and the main body cloth 15 contract, and even through wrinkles are generated, the cloth patch 50 does not contract and stably retain the penis 101 and the scrotum 102.

In the underpants 10 having the above-described configuration, since the lower edge of the front cloth 14 and the lower edge of the cloth patch 50 are connected to the main garment body 13 at the seam line 24 (crotch joining section), at the time of the wearer sitting, the front cloth 14 and the cloth patch 50 are pulled toward the crotch 103 side. In the underpants 10, since a force that pulls the front cloth 14 and the cloth patch 50 toward the crotch 103 side operates, the penis 101 and the scrotum 102 can be effectively retained by the front cloth 14 and the cloth patch 50. Accordingly, while some room is given to the overall size of the main garment body 13 to allow slightly loose feelings of wearing, the penis 101 and the scrotum 102 can be adequately retained.

Furthermore, in regard to the conventional underpants, it is speculated that when the wearer changes the posture from a standing position to a sitting position, the front cloth of the main garment body 13 is wrinkled, the retention of the penis 101 and the scrotum 102 by the main garment body is loosened, and the penis 101 and the scrotum 102 may be shifted. For example, there may be an occasion in which the penis 101 and the scrotum 102 move to either the right side or the left side, or an occasion in which the penis 101 and the scrotum 102 move in the vertical direction.

According to the underpants 10 of the present exemplary embodiment, since the cloth patch 50 is separated from the main garment body 13 and can move around, when the wearer changes the posture from a standing position to a sitting position, even though the front cloth 14 of the main garment body 13 is wrinkled, the cloth patch 50 can reliably retain the penis 101 and the scrotum 102. Even if the front cloth 14 is shifted, since the change in the position of the cloth patch 50 with respect to the wearer is suppressed, the cloth patch 50 can maintain a closely attached state for the penis 101 and the scrotum 102. The penis 101 and the scrotum 102 are prevented from being displaced as a result of the penis and the scrotum shaking or becoming susceptible to movement. Thereby, the penis 101 and the scrotum 102 are prevented from being retained at a position where accommodation is not favorable, or from being biased, and deterioration of the feelings of wearing felt by the wearer can be prevented.

In the underpants 10, since the seam line 24 (crotch joining section) is formed so as to pass through the lowermost point at the center in the transverse direction of the underpants 10, and the lower edge of the cloth patch 50 is sewed to this seam line 24, the scrotum 102 can be retained so as to wrap up the scrotum from the lower part. In the conventional underpants, there have been occasions in which the scrotum 102 cannot be sufficiently wrapped up, and the scrotum is subjected to a sensation of pressure.

Second Exemplary Embodiment

Next, the underpants 10B related to a second exemplary embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 7. The difference between the underpants 10B of the second exemplary embodiment illustrated in FIG. 7 and the underpants 10 of the first exemplary embodiment is that the shape of the cloth patch 50B is different, and the stitched section (23B) of the cloth patch 50B is different. Meanwhile, in the description for the underpants 10B of the second exemplary embodiment, any description similar to that for the underpants 10 of the first exemplary embodiment will not be repeated.

In the cloth patch 50B of the underpants 10B, a notch area 55C is formed at the center in the transverse direction of the upper edge. The notch area 55C of the upper edge of the cloth patch 50B is bent so as to be depressed toward the inside (lower side) as viewed from a planar view.

The upper edge of the cloth patch 50B is such that the area other than the notch area 55C is sewed to the upper edge of the front cloth 14 at the seam line 23. The area where the cloth patch 50B and the front cloth 14 are sewed along the seam line 23 is the first joining section 23B described in the claims.

In the underpants 10B related to the second exemplary embodiment, the notch area 55C is formed at the center section of the upper edge of the cloth patch 50B, and the edge that forms this notch area 55C is not sewed to the front cloth 14.

The configuration in which a notch area is provided at the center section of the upper edge as such can retain the penis 101 and the scrotum 102 while biasing the penis and the scrotum in the transverse direction, as compared with the configuration in which a notch area is not provided, and therefore, the penis 101 and the scrotum 102 are not easily shifted from the center section in the transverse direction. Accordingly, it becomes easier for the penis 101 and the scrotum 102 to be retained at the center section stably.

Third Exemplary Embodiment

Next, the underpants 10C related to a third exemplary embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 8. The difference between the underpants 10C of the third exemplary embodiment illustrated in FIG. 8 and the underpants 10 of the first exemplary embodiment is that the shape of the cloth patch 50C is different, and the stitched sections of the cloth patch 50C (23C and 21C) are different. Meanwhile, in the description for the underpants 10C of the third exemplary embodiment, any description similar to that for the underpants 10 of the first exemplary embodiment will not be repeated.

The lateral edge 51C on the upper side of the cloth patch 50C is disposed inner to the lateral edge on the upper side of the front cloth 14 in the transverse direction X. The lateral edge 51 C on the upper side of the cloth patch 50C is separated from the front cloth 14 and the main body cloth 15.

The upper edge of the cloth patch 50C is sewed to the upper edge of the front cloth 14 at the seam line 23. The area where the cloth patch 50C and the front cloth 14 are sewed along the seam line 23 is the first joining section 23C described in the claims. In the underpants 10C, since the lateral edge 51C on the upper side is formed inner to the lateral edge on the upper side of the front cloth 14, the first joining section 23C is shorter compared with the first joining section 23A illustrated in FIG. 2.

The lateral edge 52 in the middle section of the cloth patch 50C is sewed to the lateral edge of the middle section of the front cloth 14 at the seam line 21. The area where the cloth patch 50C and the front cloth 14 are sewed along the seam line 21, is the second joining section 21C described in the claims

In the underpants 10C related to the third exemplary embodiment, the lateral edge 51C on the upper side of the cloth patch 50C is formed inner to the lateral edge of the front cloth 14, and is not sewed to the front cloth 14. As such, the amount of relative movement of the cloth patch 50C relative to the front cloth 14 can be increased by shortening the stitched section of the lateral edge of the cloth patch 50C. Thereby, the underpants become hardly susceptible to the influence of the wrinkles generated in the front cloth 14, and therefore, displacement of the cloth patch 50C with respect to the wearer is suppressed, while the penis 101 and the scrotum 102 can be retained stably.

Fourth Exemplary Embodiment

Next, the underpants 10D related to a fourth exemplary embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 9. The difference between the underpants 10D of the fourth exemplary embodiment illustrated in FIG. 9 and the underpants 10C of the third exemplary embodiment is that the shape of the cloth patch 50D is different, and the stitched section (23D) of the cloth patch 50D is different. Meanwhile, in the description for the underpants 10D of the fourth exemplary embodiment, any description similar to that for the underpants 10 of the first exemplary embodiment will not be repeated.

In the cloth patch 50D of the underpants 10D, a notch area 55C is formed at the center in the transverse direction of the upper edge. The notch area 55C of the upper edge of the cloth patch 50D is bent so as to be depressed toward the inside (lower side) as viewed from a planar view.

The lateral edge 51C on the upper side of the cloth patch 50D is disposed inner to the lateral edge on the upper side of the front cloth 14 in the transverse direction X. The lateral edge 51C on the upper side of the cloth patch 50D is separated from the front cloth 14.

The upper edge of the cloth patch 50D is such that the areas other than the notch area 55C and the two ends in the transverse direction are sewed to the upper edge of the front cloth 14 at the seam line 23. The area where the cloth patch 50D and the front cloth 14 are sewed along the seam line 23 is the first joining section 23D described in the claims.

Underpants 10D including a cloth patch 50D having such a configuration is also acceptable. In the underpants 10D, since the first joining section 23D is shorter compared with the underpants 10C of the third exemplary embodiment, the amount of relative movement of the cloth patch 50D relative to the front cloth 14 can be sufficiently secured. Therefore, even when wrinkles are generated in the front cloth 14, the underpants 10D can retain the penis 101 and the scrotum 102 stably without being affected by the wrinkles of the front cloth 14.

Thus, the present invention has been specifically described based on the exemplary embodiments thereof, but the present invention is not intended to be limited to the above-described exemplary embodiments.

In the exemplary embodiments described above, the second joining sections 21A and 21C are formed continuously in the vertical direction, but may be partitioned into plural parts in the vertical direction. Along the lateral edges of the cloth patch, notch areas partitioned into an upper part and a lower part may be provided, and the second joining sections may be formed.

Furthermore, a configuration in which the lateral edge 53 on the lower side of the cloth patch is not disposed inner to the seam line 21, may also be adapted. For example, the lateral edge 53 on the lower side may be disposed on the seam line 21. The lateral edge 53 on the lower side may be separated from the main garment body 13.

Furthermore, as illustrated in FIG. 4, the length of the lower edge of the cloth patch 50 (length of the third joining section 24A) may be shorter than the length of the lower edge of the front cloth 14, or may be the same as the length of the lower edge of the front cloth 14.

Furthermore, in the exemplary embodiments described above, configurations in which the front cloth 14 (center section) and the main body cloth 15 (front flank sections) are formed as separate cloths for the front garment body 11 are described; however, a configuration in which the front cloth 14 and the main body cloth 15 are not formed as separate cloths may also be adopted. For example, a configuration in which the cloth piece 14A(14B) of the front cloth 14 and the main body cloth 15 are formed as one sheet of cloth is also acceptable.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY

The lower body garment for men of the present invention can maintain the penis and the scrotum at the center in the transverse direction at the time of posture change from a standing position to a sitting position, and can prevent the penis or the scrotum from being shifted.

Claims

1. A lower body garment for men that covers at least a lower abdomen of a wearer, the lower body garment for men comprising:

a main garment body having a center section that is disposed at an area corresponding to a penis and a scrotum, and a pair of front flank sections that are disposed on both right and left sides of the center section; and
a cloth patch that is disposed on the wearer's skin side of the center section and covers the penis and the scrotum, and
the lower body garment for men having:
a first joining section that joins an upper end of the cloth patch and an upper end of the center section of the main garment body;
a pair of second joining sections on right and left sides, which join ends in a transverse direction of the cloth patch and the main garment body; and
a third joining section that joins a lower end of the cloth patch and a lower end side area of the center section of the main garment body,
wherein areas lower to the second joining sections at two ends in the transverse direction of the cloth patch are separated from the main garment body.

2. The lower body garment for men according to claim 1, wherein

the center section and the front flank sections of the main garment body are respectively formed from different members,
the main garment body comprises a main body joining section that joins the center section and the front flank sections, and
the ends in the transverse direction of the cloth patch are joined to the main body joining section.

3. The lower body garment for men according to claim 1, wherein areas upper to the second joining sections of the two ends in the transverse direction of the cloth patch are separated from the main garment body.

4. The lower body garment for men according claim 1, wherein a middle area in the transverse direction of the upper end of the cloth patch is separated from the main garment body.

5. The lower body garment for men according to any on claim 1, wherein

the main garment body comprises a back garment body that covers buttocks of the wearer,
the center section of the main garment body and the cloth patch are formed so as to bulge forward in order to retain the penis and the scrotum;
the main garment body has a crotch joining section that joins a lower end of the back garment body of the main garment body and the lower end of the center section;
the lower end of the cloth patch is joined to the crotch joining section, and
when the wearer is in a standing position, the crotch joining section is extended so as to pass through a lowermost point at a center in the transverse direction.

6. Underpants comprising a main. garment body having a front garment body and a back garment body,

wherein the front garment body has a front cloth that is disposed at a center section, and a pair of main body cloths that are disposed on both right and left sides of the front cloth,
a back surface of the front cloth is provided with a cloth patch,
an upper end of the cloth patch is joined to an upper end of the front cloth to form a first joining section,
ends in a transverse direction of the cloth patch are joined to the main garment body to form second joining sections,
a lower end of the cloth patch is joined to a lower end side area of the front cloth of the main garment body to form a third joining section, and
areas lower to the second joining sections at two ends in the transverse direction of the cloth patch are separated from the main garment body.

7. The underpants according to claim 6, wherein

the front cloth of the front garment body and the main body cloth are respectively formed from different members,
the front garment body comprises a main body joining section that joins the front cloth and the main body cloth, and
the ends in the transverse direction of the cloth patch are joined to the main body joining section.

8. The underpants according to claim 6, wherein areas upper to the second joining sections of the two ends in the transverse direction of the cloth patch are separated from the main garment body.

9. The underpants according to claim 6, wherein a middle area in the transverse direction of the upper end of the cloth patch is separated from the main garment body.

10. The underpants according to claim 6, wherein

the front cloth of the main garment body and the cloth patch are formed so as to bulge forward,
the underpants comprise a crotch joining section that joins a lower end of the back garment body and a lower end of the front cloth,
the lower end of the cloth patch is joined to the crotch joining section, and
the crotch joining section is extended so as to pass through a lowermost point at a center in the transverse direction.
