Fixing Plate Structure for Containers
A fixing plate structure for containers includes a fixing plate having a body. The body is formed in a polygon shape and has at least one through hole defined thereon, a plurality of slits radially and isometrically extending from an outer peripheral side of each of the at least one through hole, and plural tongues formed around the outer peripheral side of the each of the at least one through hole. Thereby, the fixing plate is used to fit and fix at least one container securely by ways of the at least one through hole.
The present invention relates to a fixing plate structure for containers which is used to fit and fix at least one container securely by ways of at least one through hole.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTIONAlcohol, beverages and other beverage containers are formed in a cylinder shape, so when the containers fall, they roll easily, thus breaking the containers made of glasses.
To solve such a problem, a container rack is developed, but such a container rack cannot be fitted onto at least one container so as to fix the at least one container securely.
The present invention has arisen to mitigate and/or obviate the afore-described disadvantages.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONThe primary object of the present invention is to provide a fixing plate structure for containers which is used to fit and fix at least one container securely by ways of at least one through hole.
To obtain the above objectives, a fixing plate structure for containers includes a fixing plate having a body.
The body is formed in a polygon shape and has at least one through hole defined thereon, a plurality of slits radially and isometrically extending from an outer peripheral side of each of the at least one through hole, and plural tongues formed around the outer peripheral side of the each of the at least one through hole.
The body has a folding line formed thereon so as to fold the fixing plate in half along the folding line, such that two of the at least one through hole correspond to each other.
Slits and tongues of one of two through holes correspond to those of another of the two through holes after folding the fixing plate in half.
The body is formed in a shape by selecting from a quadrangle, a pentagon, and a hexagon.
The fixing plate is made of paper material so as to obtain flexibility.
The fixing plate is made of plastic material so as to obtain flexibility.
To prevent the container 20 from rolling, a width of the fixing plate 10 is at least more that an outer diameter of the container 20. Thereby, the fixing plate 10 is fitted on the neck 22 or the container 20 so as to support the container 20, between the container 20 and a tabletop forms an angle, and the fixing plate 10 is polygonal, so one of four outer peripheral sides of the fixing plate 10 abuts against the tabletop, thus fixing the container securely.
While the preferred embodiments of the invention have been set forth for the purpose of disclosure, modifications of the disclosed embodiments of the invention as well as other embodiments thereof may occur to those skilled in the art. Accordingly, the appended claims are intended to cover all embodiments which do not depart from the spirit and scope of the invention.
