Description
TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to a wine set and, in particular to a wine decanter facilitating wine and air to sufficiently contact with each other and facilitating undesirable odor to be dispersed.

TECHNICAL BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Wine is a symbol where man pursuits fashion and which indicates life quality. With the improvement of people's living standards and the in-depth promotion of wine culture, the sales volume of wine is in increasing trend yearly. However, there is more stress for drinking wine. As wine is in the long-term preservation and under sealed state, it will produce the substance of “Canning acid” with sour taste and odors similar to hydrogen sulfide, sulfur, SO2, etc. Therefore, the wine, after a bottled wine is opened, shall not be drunk immediately, but needs to be oxidized firstly and fully, which is called as a decantation process. The main decantation purposes have three flowing aspects: firstly, wine tastes supple; secondly, fruity flavor of wine can be fully distributed; thirdly, the precipitation at the bottle bottom of wine will not affect the taste of wine and accelerate the oxidation of tannins, thus facilitating the wine to be suppler when it is drunk.

In general practice, after a wine bottle is opened, wine is poured into a glass or a larger utensil and continuously shook, thus facilitating red wine to fully contact the oxygen in the air, causing Canning acid to be oxidized, and achieving the objective removing sour and other miscellaneous taste produced due to long-term parking. The wine, after fully being oxidized, has better flavor and taste and can release intense aroma, thus having more mellow when it is drunk. However, during the whole decantation process, wine is always under the state of mild shaking, which requires to wait for a long period of time before decantation. The decantation process is time consuming and complex. Furthermore, the decantation utensil has big volume and hence is heavy, which often cause inconvenient use. If decantation time is shortened, the quality of the wine, especially the wine brewed by premature grapes, cannot be guaranteed.

In order that the above problems are solved, target markets incur many recorded wine decanters, for example, Chinese patents CN200780012520.2, CN200920035535.7, CN200920070680.9, CN201020279543.9 and CN201020675542.6. They all are improved based on Venturi tube and Bernoulli's law. These wine decanters have the following problems: 1) As it is inadequate that the flow of the red wine is accelerated once and the bubbles are produced through the contact between wine and air with instant pressure, “Canning” under many-year sleep may not be completely softened, release fully closed aroma, and incompletely disperse sulfide odor to dissipate as quickly as possible, thus affecting taste and quality. 2) As a air inlet passage is close to a holding part, a air hole is often and easily blocked during the operation. In addition, the dust at the holding part and an outer wall of a cup is easily absorbed into the passage under the negative pressure, thus affecting sanitation of wine. Therefore, it needs to design a wine decanter which not only may rapidly decant wine but also may facilitate wine liquid and air to be fully blended.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In order to solve the following problems of a wine decanter in the prior art, for example, wine and air may not be blended sufficiently; “Canning acid” may be incompletely oxidized and the sulfur odor of wine may not dispersed, thus affecting its taste and quality; a air inlet passage is very close to a holding part; a air hole is easily blocked during the operation; and the dust on an outer wall of a cup is easily absorbed into the passage under negative pressure, the invention is mainly to provide the wine decant which may facilitate wine and air to be blended for many times, rapidly oxidize “Canning acid”, and remove other foreign flavors produced due to long-term preservation. The invention has another purpose to provide the wine decanter which has convenient operation, does not block the air inlet passage and is clean.

In order to achieve one of the abovementioned purposes, the invention adopts the following technical proposals: a wine decanter is designed to comprise a wine feeding funnel opened and disposed on a body of the wine decanter, a mixing cavity of an extending part of the bottom end of the wine feeding funnel, and a wine discharge funnel formed by the extended bottom end of the mixing cavity, wherein the wine feeding funnel, the mixing cavity and the wine discharge funnel pass through the whole body of the decanter successively and axially; the wine feeding funnel is further provided with a diffluent apparatus therein comprising at least a air guide tube; one end of the air guide tube is accommodated in the mixing cavity, and the other end is provided with an umbrella end capable of fully covering but not blocking a passage of the air guide tube; the air guide tube is further provided with a connection sheet perpendicular to the axial direction of the air guide tube and having several through holes; and the periphery of the connection sheet is matched with and connected to an inner wall of the wine feeding funnel, and divides the wine feeding funnel into upper and lower cavities.

In order to achieve the better objective, the invention also has the following technical characteristics:

Furthermore, the diameter of the mixing cavity of the wine decanter is larger than that of the wine discharge funnel communicated with the lower end thereof and smaller than that of the wine feeding funnel communicated with the upper end thereof; and the central axes of the mixing cavity, the wine discharge funnel and the wine feeding funnel are in the same straight line;

Furthermore, at least one air inlet hole is opened and provided at the air guide tub connected with the umbrella end;

Furthermore, the umbrella end, the air guide tube and the connection sheet are squeezed in a die and become integrated or become an assembly structure; the air guide tube and the connection sheet both also may be squeezed in the die and become integrated;

Furthermore, an inner wall of the wine feeding funnel is horizontally opened and provided with a step surface used for placing the connection sheet;

Furthermore, the body of the wine decanter is provided with a holding part thereon which is a rubber ring; and

Furthermore, the body of the wine decanter and the diffluent apparatus are made of a transparent organic material.

When the above wine decanter is in use, wine liquid is poured from the top of the umbrella end. Under the counterforce of the wine liquid hitting the top of the umbrella end, wine liquid covers the whole umbrella end, is uniformly dispersed around, drops down and reaches an upper cavity. The hitting as well as fast dispersing and falling cause the larger contact area between wine and air and hence form level-1 decantation. Then, the wine liquid seeps through a through hole on the connection sheet and drips down. With the increase of wine liquid in the upper cavity, the pressure also increases. The flow of the wine liquid is then accelerated, is sprayed down and reaches the lower cavity. Wine liquid contacts air once again, is blended with air and forms level-2 decantation during the fast spraying process. Wine liquid then flows into the mixing cavity. As the flow of the mixing cavity is smaller than that of the wine feeding funnel, under the pressure of the upper part thereof, the passage of the air guide tube, one end of which is accommodated in the mixing cavity, then produces negative pressure, thus facilitating a large amount of air to be absorbed into the mixing cavity and be sufficiently blended with and contact the wine liquid, carrying bubbles, fast dropping into the wine discharge funnel and forming level-3 decantation.

The invention has the following effects: Three-level diffluent decantation is provided. During each level of diffluent process, wine fully contacts air. Finally, the wine concentrates oxidation in the mixing cavity to rapidly realize decantation, thus saving a large amount of decantation time. After the wine is hit twice, the negative oxygen ions produced due to the rapid flow of a falling body accelerates the oxidation process, thus achieving sufficient oxidation and then immediately releasing the pressure of the inner part of the molecular structure of red wine. Tannin, stored in the red wine under long-term high pressure, is rapidly oxidized, thus facilitating the red wine to have balsamic and soft taste; meanwhile, the defect, where a passage of a air inlet tube is easily blocked and the dust outside of a cup body is easily entered into the mixing cavity, is avoided.

With Bernoulli's law, the wine decanter is manufactured as a small-hole outflow structure in a large container under the gravity action of a fluid, thus accelerating the flowing speed of wine liquid; furthermore, the pressure at a place where the mixing cavity and a air inlet passage are connected is smaller than the external pressure. The capacity absorbing air is enhanced. A holding part, of which a sleeve is provided with a rubber ring, plays a role in non-slip and protection for the wine decanter. The body is made of a transparent material, thus facilitating the observation of the flow of the wine liquid and enhancing its beauty and ornamental value. As a wine funnel is gradually expanded, wine liquid may produce obvious bubbles, thus enhancing the visual perception of decantation effect. The wine decanter of the invention can also be equipped with an independent base. When the wine decanter is idle, it can be inserted into a base as a decoration and also can avoid a cup body to be arbitrarily placed and hence easily polluted.

EMBODIMENTS OF THE INVENTION

In order to more clearly describe the purposes, the technical proposals and advantages of the invention, the invention, with the combination of drawings, is further described in details in the followings.

Referring to FIGS. 1-4, as shown in the figures, a novel wine decanter of an example of the invention comprises: a body 10 of a wine decanter 10 made of transparent organic glass or acrylic, a wine feeding funnel 60 being wide at the top and narrow at the bottom and successively opened along the upright direction of the center of the body 10 of the wine decanter, and a mixing cavity 30 designed from an extending part of the bottom end of the wine feeding funnel 60. The extending part of the bottom end of the mixing cavity 30 is designed as a wine discharge funnel 40 being wide at the top and narrow at the bottom. The wine feeding funnel 60, the mixing cavity 30 and the wine discharge funnel 40 pass through the whole body 10 of the wine decanter. The central axes of the wine feeding funnel 60, the mixing cavity 30 and the wine discharge funnel 40 are in the same straight line (of course, it is also fine that they are not in the same straight line). The diameter of the mixing cavity 30 is larger than that of the wine discharge funnel 40 communicated with the lower end thereof, and smaller than that of the wine feeding funnel 60 communicated with the upper end thereof. One step surface is horizontally provided on the central part of the inner wall of the wine feeding funnel 60. The body of the novel wine decanter of the above structure is squeezed in a die and becomes integrated.

The wine feeding funnel 60 is also provided with one diffluent apparatus therein. The diffluent apparatus comprises one transparent air guide tube 21 (of course, there might be also many air guide tubes 21 which might be non-transparent). The central part of the air guide tube 21 takes the air guide tube 21 as a center to be provided with one connection sheet 20 axially vertical to the air guide tube 21. The size and the shape of the connection sheet 20 are matched with the wine feeding funnel 60 to be coincided with and engaged with the inner wall of the wine feeding funnel 60. The connection sheet 20 is placed on the step surface. A plurality of through holes 201, through which wine liquid passes, are opened and provided on the connection sheet 20. As a plurality of the through holes 201 are gathered and form shower effect. An umbrella end 23 of an air tube passage 210, which may completely cover but does not block the air guide tube 21, may be provided on the top end of the air guide tube 21. One or two or even more air inlet holes are opened and provided at a place below the umbrella end 23 and connected with the air guide tube 21. The umbrella end 23, the air guide tube 21 and the connection sheet 20 are made of the same material, squeezed in the die and become integrated. Of course, the umbrella end 23, the air guide tube 21 and the connection sheet 20 also may be an assembly connection structure. The air guide tube 21 and the connection sheet 20 both may also be squeezed in the die and become integrated. The umbrella end 23 and the air guide tube 21 may be the assembly connection structure or other connection methods. The connection sheet 20 of the diffluent apparatus is matched and placed on the step surface. And then one end of the air guide tube 21 is accommodated in the mixing cavity 30. The connection sheet 20 divides the wine feeding funnel 60 into an upper cavity and a lower cavity.

The principle of the invention realizes decantation based on Bernoulli's law. The equation of Bernoulli's law is as follows: p+ρgh+(½)*ρv̂2=c, wherein p, ρ and v are respectively pressure, density and speed; h is vertical height; g is gravity acceleration; c is constant. With Bernoulli's law, the pressure is low at the place with high flow speed, while the pressure is high at the place with low flow speed.

In FIG. 1, during the operation of the invention, wine liquid 1 is poured from the top of the umbrella end 23 so that wine liquid 1 and air 2 are blended in the whole body 10 of the wine decanter. Under the counterforce of wine liquid 1 hitting the top of the umbrella end, wine liquid 1 covers the whole umbrella end, is uniformly dispersed around, drops down and reaches an upper cavity. The hitting as well as fast dispersing and falling cause the larger contact area between wine and air and hence form level-1 decantation. Then, wine liquid 1 seeps through the through hole 201 on the connection sheet 20 and scatters down. With the increase of wine liquid in the upper cavity, the pressure also increases. The flow of wine liquid is then accelerated, is sprayed down and reaches the lower cavity. Wine liquid contacts air once again, is blended with air and forms level-2 decantation during fast spraying process. Wine liquid 1 then flows into the mixing cavity 30. As the flow of the mixing cavity 30 is smaller than that of the wine feeding funnel 60, under the pressure of the upper part thereof, the passage 210 of the air tube, one end of which is accommodated in the mixing cavity 30, then produces negative pressure, thus facilitating a large amount of air 2 to be absorbed into the mixing cavity 30 through the air tube passage 210 from the air inlet hole below the umbrella end 23 and sufficiently be blended with and contact wine liquid 1. Wine liquid 1, after fully being blended, carries bubbles, fast drops into the wine discharge funnel 40 and forms level-3 decantation. During each level of the diffluent process, wine liquid 1 fully contacts air 2. Wine concentrates oxidation in the mixing cavity to rapidly realize decantation, thus saving a large amount of decantation time. After wine liquid 1 is hit twice, the negative oxygen ions produced due to the rapid flow of a falling body accelerates the oxidation process, thus achieving sufficient oxidation and then immediately releasing the pressure of the inner part of the molecular structure of red wine. Tannin, stored in red wine under long-term high pressure, is rapidly oxidized, thus facilitating wine liquid 1 to have balsamic and soft taste; meanwhile, the defect, where the air tube passage is easily blocked and the dust on an outer wall of a body 10 of the wine decanter is easily entered into the mixing cavity 30, is avoided.

The above examples are used only to describe the technical conception and characteristics of the invention. Their purposes are not to let those skilled in the art understand the contents of the invention and implement them. Therefore, they may not limit the protection scope of the invention. All of the equal changes or decorations, defined according to the thought nature of the core technique of the invention, shall all be within the protection scope of the invention.
