DOOR OF AUTOMATIC VENDING MECHANISM

A door includes a decorating panel and a separating panel. The decorating panel includes a showing area. A first illuminator is located on a first side of the showing area, and a second illuminator is located on a second opposite side of the showing area. The separating panel includes a main body and a reflecting portion located on the main body. The first reflecting portion comprises a first reflecting surface and a second reflecting surface. The first reflecting surface reflects a plurality of light beams emitted from the first illuminator, for allowing the plurality of light beams to evenly transmit to an upper half of the showing area. The second reflecting surface reflects a plurality of light beams emitted from the second illuminator, for allowing the plurality of light beams to evenly transmit to a lower half of the showing area.

FIELD

The present disclosure relates to doors, and more particularly to a door of an automatic vending mechanism.

BACKGROUND

Automatic vending mechanisms allow customers to buy merchandise twenty four hours a day. The automatic vending mechanisms often include a panel and an indicator lamp usually secured to the panel for showing the merchandise clearly.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

The disclosure is illustrated by way of example and not by way of limitation in the figures of the accompanying drawings in which like references indicate similar elements. It should be noted that references to “an” or “one” embodiment in this disclosure are not necessarily to the same embodiment, and such references mean “at least one.”

FIG. 1 illustrates a door in accordance with an embodiment. The door comprises a decorating panel 10, a separating panel 20 and a rear panel 30. The separating panel 20 is located between the decorating panel 10 and the separating panel 20, and the rear panel 30 is used for strengthening the door.

The decorating panel 10 comprises a showing area 11 for showing merchandise. In at least one embodiment, the showing area 11 can be substantially a rectangle. A first illuminator 12 and a second illuminator 13 are secured on an inner surface of the showing area 11. The first illuminator 12 and the second illuminator 13 are located on opposite sides of the showing area 11. In at least one embodiment, the first illuminator 12 and the second illuminator 13 can be fluorescent lamps or LEDs.

The separating panel 20 comprises a main body 22 and a reflecting portion 21 protruding from the main body 22. The reflecting portion 21 comprises two connecting surfaces 210, a first reflecting surface 211, and a second reflecting surface 212. Each connecting surface 210 is connected to the main body 22, the first reflecting surface 211 and the second reflecting surface 212. In one embodiment, the connecting surface 210 is substantially an isosceles triangle. The first reflecting surface 211 is slanted downward relative to the main body 22, and the second reflecting surface 212 is slanted upward relative to the main body 22. An intersection line 213 is connected to the first reflecting surface 211 and the second reflecting surface 212 can be substantially parallel to the main body 22. In at least one embodiment, a size of the first reflecting surface 211 is substantially equal to a size of the second reflecting surface 212.

A reflecting layer 40 can be covering the reflecting portion 21. The reflecting layer 40 is made of reflecting material and used for increasing reflectivity. In at least one embodiment, the reflecting layer 40 is same to the reflecting portion 21, so that the reflecting layer 40 can cover the reflecting portion 21.

FIGS. 3-4 illustrate assembly of the door of an embodiment. The separating panel is secured between the decorating panel 10 and the rear panel 30, and the door is completed. The intersection line 213 abuts a center portion of the showing area 11. The first illuminator 12 is located above the intersection line 213 and corresponds to the first reflecting surface 211. The second illuminator 13 is located below the intersection line 213 and corresponding to the second reflecting surface 212.

In operation, a plurality of light beams are emitted from the first illuminator 12 and emitted to the first reflecting surface 211. When the plurality of light beams are emitted to the first reflecting surface 211, the plurality of light beams are reflected by the first reflecting surface 211 and evenly transmitted to upper half of the showing area 11. Simultaneously, a plurality of light beams are emitted from the second illuminator 13 and emitted to the second reflecting surface 213. When the plurality of light beams are emitted to the second reflecting surface 213, the plurality of light beams are reflected by the second reflecting surface 213 and evenly transmitted to lower half of the showing area 11.

It is to be understood, however, that even though numerous characteristics and advantages have been set forth in the foregoing description of embodiments, together with details of the structures and functions of the embodiments, the disclosure is illustrative only and changes may be made in detail, including in the matters of shape, size, and arrangement of parts within the principles of the disclosure. The embodiments described herein are illustrative only, and should not be read to limit the following claims.

Claims

1. A door comprising:

a decorating panel comprising a showing area;
a first illuminator located on the decorating panel; and
a separating panel secured to the decorating panel and comprising a main body and a reflecting portion located on the main body;
the first reflecting portion comprises a first reflecting surface slanted along a first direction relative to the main body;
wherein the first reflecting surface is configured to reflect a plurality of light beams emitted from the first illuminator, for allowing the plurality of light beams to evenly transmit to the showing area.

2. The door of claim 1, wherein a second illuminator is located on the decorating panel, the showing area is substantially a rectangle, and the first illuminator and the second illuminator are located on opposite sides of the showing area.

The door of claim 2, wherein the reflecting portion further comprises a second reflecting surface connected to the first reflecting surface, and the second reflecting surface is configured to reflect a plurality of light beams emitted from the second illuminator, for allowing the plurality of light beams to evenly transmit to the showing area.

4. The door of claim 3, wherein an intersection line is connected to the first reflecting surface and the second reflecting surface, and the intersection line is substantially parallel to the separating panel.

5. The door of claim 3, wherein the second reflecting surface is slanted along a second opposite direction relative to the separating panel.

6. The door of claim 3, wherein the reflecting portion further comprises a connecting surface connected the first reflecting surface and the second reflecting surface, and the connecting surface is substantially an isosceles triangle.

7. The door of claim 1, further comprising a reflecting layer, wherein the reflecting layer is covered on the reflecting portion.

8. The door of claim 1, further comprising a rear panel, wherein rear panel is secured to the separating panel.

9. A door comprising:

a decorating panel comprising a showing area; a first illuminator located on a first side of the showing area, and a second illuminator located on a second opposite side of the showing area; and
a separating panel secured to the decorating panel and comprising a main body and a reflecting portion located on the main body;
the first reflecting portion comprises a first reflecting surface and a second reflecting surface;
wherein the first reflecting surface is configured to reflect a plurality of light beams emitted from the first illuminator, for allowing the plurality of light beams to evenly transmit to an upper half of the showing area, and the second reflecting surface is configured to reflect a plurality of light beams emitted from the second illuminator, for allowing the plurality of light beams to evenly transmit to a lower half of the showing area.

10. The door of claim 9, wherein the first reflecting surface is slanted along a first direction relative to the main body, and the second reflecting surface is slanted along second opposite direction relative to the main body.

11. The door of claim 9, wherein an intersection line is connected to the first reflecting surface and the second reflecting surface, and the intersection line is substantially parallel to the separating panel.

12. The door of claim 9, wherein the reflecting portion further comprises a connecting surface connected to the main body, the first reflecting surface and the second reflecting surface, and the connecting surface is substantially an isosceles triangle.

13. The door of claim 9, further comprising a reflecting layer, wherein the reflecting layer is covered on the reflecting portion.

14. The door of claim 9, further comprising a rear panel, wherein rear panel is secured to the separating panel.

15. The door of claim 9, wherein the reflecting portion protrudes from the main body.
