Tile Spacer Leveling Device
In a positioning apparatus for architectural construction, a footer element includes a base plate, and a passing column erected from the base plate and having guide teeth. The passing column is breakable from the base plate. A pressing seat has a penetrating hole for sheathing the passing column and a lateral hole communicating with the penetrating hole. A toggling element is pivoted at the lateral hole and has a circular gear portion and a positioning portion. The circular gear portion is extended into the penetrating hole, engaged with the guide tooth, and guided by the guide teeth to move up and down along the passing column when the toggling element is turned. A positioning element is installed at the pressing seat and on the same side of the toggling element, and has a blocking portion for limiting the positioning portion and blocking the turning of the toggling element.
The present invention relates to an apparatus for construction, in particular to a positioning apparatus for architectural construction.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTIONWith reference to
If the tile 93 is attached onto the plane 84 such as a floor or a wall, the pressing seat 92 of the positioning apparatus for architectural construction is screwed onto the screw rod 912 of the footer element 91, and the pressing seat 92 can be displaced to press the tile 93 flatly onto the plane 94, so that the tile 93 can be attached evenly and flatly onto the concrete on the plane 94. After the tile 93 is attached onto the plane 94, the screw rod 912 can be bent and broken from the base plate 911, so that the pressing seat 92 can be removed from the tile as the screw rod 912 is bent and broken, and then the screw rod 912 is turned to separate from the pressing seat 92. Now, the pressing seat 92 is still good for a reuse.
An architectural construction process not only emphasizes on precision only, but also requires a high speed to achieve an efficient construction. However, when the pressing seat 92 is removed from the tile 93 as the screw rod 912 is bent and broken, the screw rod 912 and the pressing seat 92 cannot be separated directly and quickly if it is necessary to separate the screw rod 912 and the pressing seat 92 by turning, and the turning process causes sore hands easily, affects the construction speed, and lowers the construction efficiency.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONTherefore, it is a primary objective of the present invention to overcome the aforementioned problems by providing a positioning apparatus for architectural construction, so that after a passing column of a footer element is bent and broken from a base plate, the passing column can be separated from a pressing seat quickly and conveniently without affecting the construction speed to maintain a high construction efficiency.
To achieve the foregoing objective, the present invention provides a positioning apparatus for architectural construction, comprising: a footer element, including a base plate and a passing column coupled to each other, and the passing column being erected from the base plate and having a plurality of guide teeth, and the passing column being bendable and breakable from the base plate by exerting a force; a pressing seat, having a penetrating hole for sheathing the passing column thereon, and a lateral hole communicating with the penetrating hole in a lateral direction; a toggling element, pivoted at the lateral hole of the pressing seat, and having a circular gear portion and a positioning portion, and the circular gear portion in the lateral hole being extended deeply into the penetrating hole and engaged with the guide tooth of the passing column, and the circular gear portion being guided by the plurality of guide teeth to move vertically up and down next to the passing column when the toggling element is turned; and a positioning element, installed at the pressing seat and disposed on the same side of the toggling element, and having a blocking portion for limiting the positioning portion and blocking the turning of the toggling element.
The aforementioned and other objectives and advantages of the present invention will become clearer in light of the following detailed description of an illustrative embodiment of this invention described in connection with the drawings. It is intended that the embodiments and drawings disclosed herein are to be considered illustrative rather than restrictive.

In a practical use as shown in
After the concrete 51 attached onto the tile 6 is dried, the passing column 12 can be bent and broken a the joint position of the base plate 11, so that the pressing seat 2 can be separated from the base plate 11 with the passing column 12. If it is necessary to separate the pressing seat 2 from the passing column 12 as shown in
In summation of the description above, the present invention has the following advantages. After the pressing seat 2 is separated from the base plate 11 with the passing column 12, the positioning element 4 is pulled and lifted to separate the pressing seat 2 from the passing column 12 quickly. Compared with the conventional positioning apparatus for architectural construction that requires turning the pressing seat 92 again before separating the screw rod 912 of the footer element 91, the present invention takes less time for the separation and avoids causing sore hands, and the passing column 12 can be separated from the pressing seat 2 without affecting the construction speed to achieve a high construction efficiency.
Of course, there are other embodiments of the present invention with minor modifications. With reference to
