Description
BACKGROUND

The main application of the decorated box is to protect the product and to beautify its appearance. The wrapping ways of the decorated box can be divided to partly wrapping and entirely wrapping. The inside of the partly wrapped way's shock-absorbing and crash-preventing box is a flexible elastic net which is in a dangling and hanging stage so that the object's other surfaces is in a exposed state inside the shock-absorbing and crash-preventing box. On the other hand, the way of entirely wrapping of the shock-absorbing and crash-preventing box means aflexible elastic net which is used in the shock-absorbing and crash-preventing box is in an not entirely exposed stage.

Analysis of the structure against the shock-absorbing and crash-preventing box says in the early days they use polystyrene foam or plastic foams to wrap items, and then put it in a decorated box, using polystyrene foam or plastic foams as a buffered media to prevent items in the box body from damaging because of shaking. However, the polystyrene foam and plastic foam interlayer has poor environmental problems and the cardboard's shock-absorbing effect is limited, so it cannot adequately fulfilled the role of protecting the products. Evolving till now, the most widely used way of crash-preventing is a box that is integrally formed with a special expanded surface structure design.

After the box is assembled, the fixed slot that will provide a place for objects to put is foamed, it can reduce damages that are caused by shaking or collision, leaving the box to achieve the effect of crash-preventing. However, the design of the fixed slot will change when the object's sizes and shapes are different so different cutting molds that can cut a integrally molded cardboard are needed, and because the cutting molds are not standard, the manufacturing costs will be high, also because of the product's slightly different size, it may not be the proper use and must be replaced with an appropriate box. Furthermore, the structure of the crash-preventing box does not have the buffering ability so the shock-absorbing and crash-preventing effects are not enough. Therefore, the invention provides a shock-absorbing and crash-preventing box in a dangling and hanging stage, which has the compatibility of the object's placement and can effectively improve the crash-preventing effect.

SUMMARY

A decorated box with shock-absorbing and crash-preventing effect uses the flexible elastic net to place the object that is in the decorated box in a dangling and hanging stage so it can arbitrarily shake and swing in a limited range to reach the buffer effect, and have a standard, reducing the number of decorated boxes being made and its cutting molds and other equipments. Furthermore, not only using a flexible elastic net of the suspension device so the objects can arbitrarily shake and swing in a limited range, automatically follow moving buffer, to reach the buffer effect, but also using a thin sheet that is cut in an integrated way and is folded and assembled to form a decorated box with crash-preventing and suspension effects, the overall structure is simple, fast assembly and easy operation.
