The first end of the band is connected to the first end of the flexible body, and the second end of the band is connected to the second end of the flexible body.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The instant disclosure relates to a hairstyling tool, and more particularly to a hairstyling tool for a vintage hairstyle.

2. Description of Related Art

It is the nature that people love beautiful things. More particularly, female persons do care about the beauty of their face and hair. Therefore, hair fashion accessories such as scarves, headbands, head wraps, ponytail wraps are generally known in the art.

In the recent years, the vintage style is very popular. But, in conventional, to form a vintage hairstyle is very complex. The wearer may need another people's help when arranging the hair into a vintage hairstyle. Further, it takes much time to arrange the hair into a vintage hairstyle.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

One aspect of the instant disclosure relates to a hairstyling tool for a vintage hairstyle.

One of the embodiments of the instant disclosure provides a hairstyling tool, comprising: a flexible body and a band. The flexible body having a first end, a second end, and a plurality of pores, wherein the pores are disposed on the surface of the flexible body. The band having a first end and a second end, wherein the first end of the band is connected to the first end of the flexible body, and the second end of the band is connected to the second end of the flexible body.

More precisely, the band is a stretchable band.

More precisely, the hairstyling tool further comprising an adornment disposed on the surface of the band.

More precisely, the adornment includes a friction member, and the friction coefficient of the friction member is greater than the friction coefficient of the stretchable band.

More precisely, the hairstyling tool further comprises an adjustment buckle disposed on the band.

More precisely, the hairstyling tool further comprises a Velcro disposed on the flexible body.

Another one of the embodiments of the instant disclosure provides a hairstyling tool, comprising: a flexible body, a decorative strip, a first band, and a second band. The flexible body having a first end, a second end, and a plurality of pores, wherein the pores are disposed on the surface of the flexible body. The decorative strip including a plurality of adornment thereon, wherein the decorative strip having a first end and a second end. The first band having a first end and a second end, wherein the first end of the first band is connected to the first end of the flexible body, and the second end of the first band is connected to the first end of the decorative strip. The second band having a first end and a second end, wherein the first end of the second band is connected to the second end of the flexible body, and the second end of the second band is connected to the second end of the decorative strip.

Therefore, the hairstyling tool is very convenience to form a vintage hairstyle due to the design of the first end of the band that is connected to the first end of the flexible body, and the second end of the band is connected to the second end of the flexible body.

To further understand the techniques, means and effects of the instant disclosure applied for achieving the prescribed objectives, the following detailed descriptions and appended drawings are hereby referred, such that, through which, the purposes, features and aspects of the instant disclosure can be thoroughly and concretely appreciated. However, the appended drawings are provided solely for reference and illustration, without any intention to limit the instant disclosure.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 6B, the instant disclosure provides a hairstyling tool for a vintage hairstyle.

First, referring to FIG. 1, the instant disclosure relates a hairstyling tool H for styling and winding the hair of a person to form a vintage hairstyle. The hairstyling tool H includes a flexible body 1 and a band 2. The flexible body 1 has a first end 11, a second end 12, and a plurality of pores 13, wherein the pores 13 are disposed on the surface of the flexible body 1. More precisely, the material of the flexible body 1 may be formed by a nylon fabric. In addition, the flexible body 1 may be mesh, velvet or foam. The pores 13 may be disposed on the surface of the nylon fabric. Then, winded the nylon fabric to form a cylindrical roll, but it is merely an example and is not meant to limit the instant disclosure. It will be further understood and appreciated by those skilled in the art that the diameter and the length of the cylindrical roll are adjustable for different size of head.

In addition, the band 2 has a first end 21 and a second end 22. Wherein the first end 21 of the band 2 is connected to the first end 11 of the flexible body 1, and the second end 22 of the band 2 is connected to the second end 12 of the flexible body 1. More precisely, the band 2 may be a stretchable band. Therefore, through connected the flexible body 1 and the band 2, the hairstyling tool H is formed.

Moreover, referring to FIG. 2A, the hairstyling tool H further comprises an adjustment buckle 4 disposed on the band 2. The length of the hairstyling tool H is adjusted using the adjustment buckle 4. And the length of the band 2 may be long enough to fit for any size of the wearer's head, but it is merely an example and is not meant to limit the instant disclosure. It will be further understood and appreciated by those skilled in the art that the types of the adjustment buckle 4 are multiple. Any type of the adjustment buckle 4 for the purpose of adjusting the length of the hairstyling tool H could be used in the instant disclosure.

Furthermore, referring to FIG. 2A, the hairstyling tool H further comprises an adornment 3 disposed on the surface of the band 2. The adornment 3 can use to decorate the band 2 when a person styling or winding the hair to form a vintage hairstyle. In addition, the adornment 3 may be made from fabric or plastic, and could also has some decorative pattern woven into or imprinted thereon.

Moreover, referring to FIG. 2B, it will be further understood and appreciated by those skilled in the art that as shown in FIG. 2A and FIG. 2B that the adornment 3 has a friction member or members 8 disposed on the back of the adornment 3. When a person styling or winding the hair to form a vintage hairstyle, the friction member or members 8 may resists movement or slippage in the wearer's hair or forehead. In the illustrated embodiment, the friction member or members 8 may be a plurality of convex particles. In addition, it will be further understood and appreciated by those skilled in the art that the friction member or members 8 may be disposed on the band 2.

Moreover, the friction coefficient of the friction member 8 may be greater than the friction coefficient of the stretchable band 2. For example, the friction member 8 may be a rubber, silicone, velvet or any other resin composition. More precisely, the silicone may be dispensing on the back of the adornment 3 or the band 2. The velvet may be weaving on the back of the adornment 3 or the band 2. Of course, other materials having greater coefficients of friction than the stretchable band 2 may be used. Therefore, the band 2 will be in contact with the hair or the forehead of the wearer. Due to the greater coefficient of friction of the friction member 8 and its engagement with the hair of the wearer, the hairstyling tool H is less likely to slip off of the head of the wearer over time and during physical activities than a band without the friction member or members 8.

Referring to FIG. 3. In other embodiment, the hairstyling tool H may comprises the adjustment buckle 4 disposed on the both end of the band 2. The length of the hairstyling tool H is adjusted using the adjustment buckle 4. It will be further understood and appreciated by those skilled in the art that when the adjustment buckle 4 disposed on the both end of the band 2, the adornment 3 may symmetrically located on the wearer's hair or forehead. And, the length of the band 2 may be long enough to fit for any size of the wearer's head. In addition, the connection of the band 2 and the flexible body 1 may use a ring or any other annulus body to adjusting the length of the adjustment buckle 4, but it is merely an example and is not meant to limit the instant disclosure.

As a further alternative embodiment, in FIG. 4A, the instant disclosure provides a hairstyling tool H for styling and winding the hair of a person to form a vintage hairstyle. The hairstyling tool H comprises a flexible body 1, a decorative strip 5, a first band 6, and a second band 7. The flexible body 1 has a first end 11, a second end 12, and a plurality of pores 13. Wherein the pores 13 are disposed on the surface of the flexible body 1. More precisely, the material of the flexible body 1 may be formed from a nylon fabric. In addition, the flexible body 1 may be mesh, velvet or foam. The pores 13 may be disposed on the surface of the nylon fabric. Then, winded the nylon fabric to form a cylindrical roll. The decorative strip 5 has a first end 51 and a second end 52. In addition, the decorative strip 5 may be formed from a strip of fabric having front or outward surface having a decorative pattern woven into or imprinted thereon. Or the decorative strip 5 may be formed from a strip of plastic having front or outward surface having a decorative pattern. Of course, in other embodiment, it will be further understood and appreciated by those skilled in the art that the front or outward surface of decorative strip 5 may has different decorative pattern or adornment 3 thereon.

Moreover, it will be further understood and appreciated by those skilled in the art that the decorative strip 5 further includes a friction member or members 8 stitched or woven into the strip of fabric. The friction member or members 8 may be a rubber thread or velvet that is stitched through the strip of fabric. The rubber thread or velvet has a greater coefficient of friction than the material from which the strip of fabric is manufactured. Of course, other threads made of other materials having greater coefficients of friction than the strip of material may be used. For example, silicone, or any other resin composition may be used. More precisely, the silicone may be dispensing on the back of the decorative strip 5.

Furthermore, referring to FIG. 4B, the hairstyling tool H further comprises an adornment 3′ disposed on the surface of the decorative strip 5. The adornment 3′ has a friction member or members 8 disposed on the back of the adornment 3′. When a person styling or winding the hair to form a vintage hairstyle, the friction member or members 8 may resists movement or slippage in the wearer's hair. In the illustrated embodiment, the friction member 8 may be a plurality of convex particles. In addition, the friction coefficient of the friction member 8 may be greater than the friction coefficient of the first band 6 and the second band 7.

Moreover, the first band 6 has a first end 61 and a second end 62. The first end 61 of the first band 6 is connected to the first end 11 of the flexible body 1, and the second end 62 of the first band 6 is connected to the first end 51 of the decorative strip 5. The second band 7 has a first end 71 and a second end 72, wherein the first end 71 of the second band 7 is connected to the second end 12 of the flexible body 1, and the second end 72 of the second band 7 is connected to the second end 52 of the decorative strip 5. It will be further understood and appreciated by those skilled in the art that the decorative strip 5, the first band 6, and the second band 7 may be integrated with each other to form a single piece. Of course, the decorative strip 5, the first band 6, and the second band 7 may be integrated with each other through the adhesive or glue. In addition, the first band 6 and the second band 7 are a stretchable band to fit for any size of the wearer's head, but it is merely an example and is not meant to limit the instant disclosure.

Referring to FIG. 5, the hairstyling tool H may comprise the adjustment buckle 4 disposed on the both end of the decorative strip 5. The length of the hairstyling tool H is adjusted using the adjustment buckle 4. It will be further understood and appreciated by those skilled in the art that when the adjustment buckle 4 disposed on the decorative strip 5, the adornment 3 may symmetrically located on the wearer's hair or forehead. And, the length of the first band 6 and the second band 7 may be long enough to fit for any size of the wearer's head. In addition, the connection of the band 2 and the flexible body 1 may use a ring or any other annulus body to adjusting the length of the adjustment buckle 4, but it is merely an example and is not meant to limit the instant disclosure.

Referring to FIG. 6A, the hairstyling tool H may comprise the retaining ring 9. The flexible body 1 and the first band 6 are connected through a first retaining ring 9. Furthermore, the flexible body 1 and the second band 7 are connected through a second retaining ring 9. The first retaining ring 9 and the second retaining ring 9 is use to adjusting the length of the adjustment buckle 4. Moreover, referring to FIG. 6A and FIG. 6B, the friction member 8 disposed on the back of the decorative strip 5. In FIG. 6B, the decorative strip 5 may be formed by fabric, and the friction member 8 may be velvet. The velvet is weaving on the back of the decorative strip 5. Therefore, due to the greater coefficient of friction of the friction member 8 and its engagement with the hair of the wearer, the hairstyling tool H will be in contact with the hair or the forehead of the wearer and not to slip off of the head of the wearer over time and during physical activities.

Referring to FIG. 7, the flexible body 1 and the band 2 are detachable. The flexible body 1 and the band 2 may be detached or connected through a button B and a slit S. The wearer may push on the button's B side so it will push through the slit S. In addition, Referring to FIG. 8, the flexible body 1 and the band 2 are detachable. For example, the band 2 may wind on the retaining ring 9 through a snap button N. Moreover, it will be further understood and appreciated by those skilled in the art that the snap button N may replace by magnets or velvet. Referring to FIG. 9, the other embodiment of the retaining method may also use the clasp C to detach or connect the flexible body 1 and the Second band 7. For example, the lobster clasp or buckle may be used.

Referring to FIG. 10-11 and FIG. 1-9 again. First, when using the hairstyling tool H, dispose the flexible body 1 on the lower back of the head, and dispose the band 2 on the forehead. Then, fold sections of hair over the flexible body and tuck underneath. Thus, the wearer's hair is secured in the arranged style by the flexible body 1. Thereafter, secure the hair through the pin member P. Wherein the pin member P is configured to the pores 13 for fixed hair. Thus, through the pin member P and pores 13, the vintage hairstyle is shown, but it is merely an example and is not meant to limit the instant disclosure.

The above-mentioned descriptions merely represent the preferred embodiments of the instant disclosure, without any intention or ability to limit the scope of the instant disclosure which is fully described only within the following claims. Various equivalent changes, alterations or modifications based on the claims of instant disclosure are all, consequently, viewed as being embraced by the scope of the instant disclosure.

Claims

1. A hairstyling tool for styling hair, comprising:

a cylindrical flexible body having a first end, a second end, and a plurality of loop structures uniformly disposed on the surface of the cylindrical flexible body; and
a band having a first end and a second end, wherein the first end of the band is connected to the first end of the cylindrical flexible body, and the second end of the band is connected to the second end of the cylindrical flexible body;
wherein a section of the hair is folded over the cylindrical flexible body and tuck underneath to cover the cylindrical flexible body.

2. The hairstyling tool for styling hair of claim 1, wherein the band is a stretchable band.

3. The hairstyling tool for styling hair of claim 1, further comprising an adornment disposed on the surface of the band.

4. The hairstyling tool for styling hair of claim 3, wherein the adornment includes a friction member, and the friction coefficient of the friction member is greater than the friction coefficient of the stretchable band.

5. The hairstyling tool for styling hair of claim 1, further comprising an adjustment buckle disposed on the band.

6. The hairstyling tool for styling hair of claim 1, further comprising a pin member, wherein the pin member is configured to be inserted to the loop structures for fixing the hair.

7. The hairstyling tool for styling hair of claim 1, wherein the cylindrical flexible body and the band are detachable.

8. A hairstyling tool for styling hair, comprising:

a cylindrical flexible body having a first end, a second end, and a plurality of loop structures uniformly disposed on the surface of the cylindrical flexible body;
a decorative strip having a first end and a second end;
a first band having a first end and a second end, wherein the first end of the first band is connected to the first end of the cylindrical flexible body, and the second end of the first band is connected to the first end of the decorative strip; and
a second band having a first end and a second end, wherein the first end of the second band is connected to the second end of the cylindrical flexible body, and the second end of the second band is connected to the second end of the decorative strip;
wherein a section of the hair is folded over the cylindrical flexible body and tuck underneath to cover the cylindrical flexible body.

9. The hairstyling tool for styling hair of claim 8, wherein the first band and the second band are a stretchable band.

10. The hairstyling tool for styling hair of claim 8, wherein the decorative strip includes a friction member, and the friction coefficient of the friction member is greater than the friction coefficient of the first band and the second band.

11. The hairstyling tool for styling hair of claim 8, further comprising an adornment disposed on the surface of the decorative strip.

12. The hairstyling tool for styling hair of claim 8, further comprising an adjustment buckle disposed on the band.

13. The hairstyling tool for styling hair of claim 8, further comprising a pin member, wherein the sin member is configured to be inserted to the loop structures for fixing the hair.

14. A hairstyling tool for styling hair, comprising:

a cylindrical flexible body having a first end, a second end, and a plurality of loop structures uniformly disposed on the surface of the cylindrical flexible body;
a decorative strip having a first end and a second end;
a first band having a first end and a second end, wherein the first end of the first band is connected to the first end of the cylindrical flexible body through a second retaining ring, and the second end of the first band is connected to the first end of the decorative strip; and
a second band having a first end and a second end, wherein the first end of the second band is connected to the second end of the cylindrical flexible body through a second retaining ring, and the second end of the second band is connected to the second end of the decorative strip;
wherein a section of the hair is folded over the cylindrical flexible body and tuck underneath to cover the cylindrical flexible body.

15. The hairstyling tool for styling hair of claim 14, wherein the first band and the second band are stretchable bands.

16. The hairstyling tool for styling hair of claim 14, wherein the decorative strip includes a friction member, and the friction coefficient of the friction member is greater than the friction coefficient of the first band and the second band.

17. The hairstyling tool for styling hair of claim 14, further comprising an adornment disposed on the surface of the decorative strip.

18. The hairstyling tool for styling hair of claim 14, further comprising an adjustment buckle disposed on the band.

19. The hairstyling tool for styling hair of claim 14, further comprising pin member, wherein the pin member is configured to be inserted to the loop structures for fixing the hair.

20. The hairstyling tool for styling hair of claim 14, wherein the cylindrical flexible body, the first band and the second band are detachable.
